Results Of the 77 DCTA pregnancies, 67.5% underwent reduction to a singleton pregnancy, 10.4% reduced to a twin and 22.1% were not reduced. In Denmark, fetal reduction (FR) is offered to all trichorionic triamniotic triplet (TCTA) pregnancies. To our knowledge, there is no published national study of pregnancy outcomes in all TCTA pregnancies, comparing FR with either non-reduced TCTA (NRT), all dichorionic-diamniotic twin pregnancies (DCDA) or primary singletons (S).
