Abstract

Results Of the 77 DCTA pregnancies, 67.5% underwent reduction to a singleton pregnancy, 10.4% reduced to a twin and 22.1% were not reduced. All dichorionic triamniotic triplet (DCTA) pregnancies in Denmark are offered fetal reduction (FR). Conclusions In DCTA, FR significantly lowers the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes and preterm delivery, but the risk remains higher than S pregnancies. [Extracted from the article]
