Objective — to identify the incidence of PT ICA in pediatric patients and assess their clinical significance depending on the clinical and anatomical forms. Methods and subjects. On the basis of the Department of Vascular Surgery of the Department of Emergency and Restorative Vascular Surgery of the Institute of Emergency and Restorative Surgery named after V. K. Husaka of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, together with the Donetsk regional children’s psychoneurological dispensary, we conducted a screening study of brachiocephalic arteries in 420 children in the period from 2005 to 2007. The age of the patients is from 2 to 16 years, the average age is (9 ± 4) years. The control group consisted of 100 people without complaints, neurological deficits, and psycho‑emotional retardation. A comprehensive examination included an examination by a pediatrician, a pediatric neurologist, a cardiologist, a vascular surgeon, a psychoneurologist, a duplex scan of the brachiocephalic vessels, a study of cardiac hemodynamics (electrocardiography, echocardiography), and magnetic resonance imaging of the brain as indicated. The criteria for the hemodynamic significance of LV were considered to be: the presence of a septal inflection of the ICA, an angle 140 cm/s, the value of the resistivity index in the presence of a microaneurysm 0.7. The type of PZ ICA was determined according to the classification of J. Weibel and W. Fields (1965) with additions by J. Vollmar (1976). Results. Hemodynamically significant ISA was detected in 108 (25.7 %) children of the main group (in 32 (30 %) boys and 76 (70 %) girls), the presence of transient ischemic attacks was in 8 (7.4 %), ischemic stroke was in 5 (4.6 %) school‑age patients due to disease progression. The most clinically unfavorable clinico‑anatomical forms are S‑like PZ ICA (42 (39 %)) and loop formation (11 (10 %)). The most frequent neurological disorders in preschool children caused by the pathological tortuosity of the internal carotid arteries are delayed language development (29 (27 %), impaired adaptation in a team, delayed self‑care skills (delayed in neuropsychological development) (33 (31 %)), impaired emotional sphere and behavior (irritability, mild excitability) (84 (78 %)), sleep disturbances (16 (15 %)). The most serious neurological disorders in children with pathological tortuosity of the internal carotid arteries occur during the school period, which is the result of the progression of early cerebrovascular insufficiency. At this age, the following manifestations of early cerebrovascular insufficiency are typical: headache (100 (93 %)), decreased vision (35 (32 %)), decreased performance at school (88 (82 %)), irritability, anxiety, reduced work capacity, attention disorders (96 (89 %)), cerebral circulation disorders (5 (4.6 %)).Predominant neurological disorders in preschool‑aged children with PT ICA: delayed language development (29 (27 %)), delayed self‑care skills (delayed neuropsychological development) — 33 (31 %); disorders of the emotional sphere and behavior — 84 (78 %), sleep disorders (16; 15 %). Conclusions. Timely detection and early diagnosis of ICA in children by a screening examination prevent the progression of cerebrovascular insufficiency.

Cyanobacteria are photosynthesizing prokaryotes responsible for the Great Oxygenation Event on Earth ~2.5 Ga years ago. They use a specific photoprotective mechanism based on the 35-kDa photoactive Orange Carotenoid Protein (OCP), a promising target for developing novel optogenetic tools and for biomass engineering. The two-domain OCP presumably stems from domain fusion, yet the primitive thylakoid-less cyanobacteria Gloeobacter encodes a complete OCP. Its photosynthesis regulation lacks the so-called Fluorescence Recovery Protein (FRP), which in Synechocystis inhibits OCP-mediated phycobilisome fluorescence quenching, and Gloeobacter OCP belongs to the recently defined, heterogeneous clade OCPX (GlOCPX), the least characterized compared to OCP2 and especially OCP1 clades. Here, we describe the first crystal structure of OCPX, which explains unique functional adaptations of Gloeobacter OCPX compared to OCP1 from Synechocystis. We show that monomeric GlOCPX exploits a remarkable intramolecular locking mechanism stabilizing its dark-adapted state and exhibits drastically accelerated, less temperature-dependent recovery after photoactivation. While GlOCPX quenches Synechocystis phycobilisomes similar to Synechocystis OCP1, it evades interaction with and regulation by FRP from other species and likely uses alternative mechanisms for fluorescence recovery. This analysis of a primordial OCPX sheds light on its evolution, rationalizing renaming and subdivision of the OCPX clade into subclades - OCP3a, OCP3b, OCP3c.

The composition and morphology of a ceramic material based on magnesium oxide and their influence on its thermophysical and physico-mechanical properties are studied. It is established that when using different initial precursors, the matrix component has the same morphological features and is a cubic magnesium oxide. The dependences of physical and mechanical properties on the type of material and the method of molding were studied on experimental samples. Ill. 3. Ref. 23.

The intracellular space of red blood cells (RBC) includes 40% hemoglobin (Hb) molecules and 60% being water molecules. When the intracellular volume changes, which is possible when erythrocyte cells pass through the blood stream, the possibility of redistribution of intracellular components of the cell due to its volume changes is assumed. By methods of optical spectroscopy (non-invasive methods of infrared spectroscopy, Raman-spectroscopy, laser interference microscopy) changes of morphology, conformation and redistribution of Hb have been revealed in the human erythrocyte due to an increase in the ratio of [Na+]in and [K+]in when Na+/K+-ATPase is blocked in the cell. The decrease of activity of Na+/K+-ATPase by a ouabaine (3 mM) has been found to lead not only to an increase in [Na+]in cell but also to an increase in positive charge on the cytoplasmic surface of the RBC membrane. In these conditions, changes in the conformation of both the heme and globine parts of the cytoplasmic Hb have been identified. It has been shown that cell depolarization, together with cell volume change, leads to a decrease in packing density of Hb molecule, which may be related to sorption of intracellular Na+ (or Ca2+) c Hb, as well as increasing the amount of water molecules in the cell and redistributin Hb in the cell. These processes can lead to a change in the conformation of Hb, as well as to a redistribution and alteration of the conformation of the cytoplasmic Hb.

Introduction. The stages of development of industrial toxicology and the contribution of the main scientific schools to the theory and practice of hygienic regulation of industrial substances in the air of the working area are considered, the main tasks for the near future are identified. Material and methods. The analysis of domestic literature, materials of scientific conferences and 25 years of experience in the section “Industrial toxicology” of the Commission “Scientific foundations of occupational health and occupational diseases” of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences was carried out. Results. On the edge of the XX-XXI centuries, there was a significant reduction in industrial toxicology laboratories in specialized institutes, which led to a multiple decrease in the number of annual substantiation of maximum allowable concentration and indicative limit values for chemicals in the air of the working area, while maintaining a great need for this work. The lack of hygienic regulations for chemicals used in technological processes reduces the quality of a special assessment of the working conditions of workers. Against this background, due to the intensive development of the nanoindustry, in which known substances in the nanoscale acquire new properties, the chemical safety strategy becomes even more relevant. The absence of a medical specialty “preventive toxicology” complicates the quality training of relevant specialists. Limitations. The study was based on the materials of domestic publications in the open press. Conclusion. The experimental base of industrial toxicology needs to be significantly expanded, and the system of hygienic regulation of chemicals in the air of the working area needs to be optimized and transferred from initiative research to a planned distribution process.

Natural water-soluble carotenoproteins are promising antioxidant nanocarriers for biomedical applications. The Carotenoid-Binding Protein from silkworm Bombyx mori (BmCBP) is responsible for depositing carotenoids in cocoons. This determines the silk coloration, which is relevant for sericulture for four thousand years. While BmCBP function is well-characterized by molecular genetics, its structure and carotenoid-binding mechanism remain to be studied. To facilitate this, here we report on successful production of soluble BmCBP in Escherichia coli, its purification and characterization. According to CD spectroscopy and SEC-MALS, this protein folds into a ~ 27-kDa monomer capable of dose-dependent binding of lutein, a natural BmCBP ligand, in vitro. Binding leads to a10 nm red-shift of the carotenoid absorbance and quenches tryptophan fluorescence of BmCBP. Using zeaxanthin, a close lutein isomer that can be stably produced in engineered E.coli strains, we successfully reconstitute the BmCBP holoform and characterize its properties. While BmCBP successfully matures into the holoform, BmCBP-zeaxanthin complexes are contaminated by the apoform. We demonstrate that the yield of the holoform can be increased by adding bovine serum albumin during cell lysis and that the remaining BmCBP apoform is efficiently removed using hydroxyapatite chromatography. Bacterial production of BmCBP paves the way for its structural studies and applications.

The mechanical and thermal properties of heat-resistant ceramic materials based on refractory oxides largely depend on the defect-free nature of their crystal structure, the presence of extraneous phases, the size and orientation of the grains. We present the results of studying the structure of ceramic fibers of mullite-corundum composition during high-temperature heating using optical polarization microscopy. The structural features of a continuous fiber of Al2O3 – SiO2 system heat-treated in a free state and under tension, as well as the structure of short fibers of a similar composition obtained by injecting a solution with subsequent heat treatment of the fiber mass at different temperatures were studied. It is shown that the structure of a continuous fiber after heat treatment in the free state has a multidirectional orientation of the grains, whereas heat treatment at the same temperatures under tension leads to the formation of an oriented uniaxial structure. Thus, the fibers obtained from the same solution and heat-treated at the same temperatures are characterized by different strength values. Moreover, the strength of a fiber with an oriented uniaxial structure is one and a half times higher than that of a fiber with a multidirectional grain orientation, which greatly facilitates its further processing. It is also revealed that structural defects like incomplete crystallization, collective recrystallization, and inhomogeneous inclusions of the second phase, characteristic of short fibers obtained by nozzle spraying, negatively affect the thermal properties of thermal insulation made of such fibers. The results obtained can be used to improve the methods of analyzing the microstructure of aluminum oxide fibers using the method of optical polarization microscopy.

Orange Carotenoid Protein (OCP) is a water-soluble photoreceptor involved in photoprotection of cyanobacteria. The photoactive OCP contains a bound ketocarotenoid cofactor held in a protein matrix with a hydrogen bonding network. We have developed a system to replace essential residues of the photoactive OCP with non-canonical aromatic analogues that produce well-defined chemical or steric changes. Preliminary spectroscopic evaluation of the generated OCP variants demonstrates the potential of this "molecular surgery" to disentangle protein-chromophore interaction networks that are critical for photoreceptor function. In this way, the number and strength of key contacts with non-canonical amino acids could be controlled and manipulated. We have illustrated this principle here by replacing hydrogen bond donating residues with aromatic non-canonical amino acids that alter the state preference of OCP.

Approaches to the synthesis of trinuclear ReFePt clusters, their behaviour in solution and pathways of their redox-induced reactions are studied.

Increasing the efficiency of the photodynamic action of the dyes used in photodynamic therapy is crucial in the field of modern biomedicine. There are two main approaches used to increase the efficiency of photosensitizers. The first one is targeted delivery to the object of photodynamic action, while the second one is increasing the absorption capacity of the molecule. Both approaches can be implemented by producing dyenanoparticle conjugates. In this review, we focus on the features of the latter approach, when nanoparticles act as a light-harvesting agent and nonradiatively transfer the electronic excitation energy to a photosensitizer molecule. We will consider the hybrid photosensitizerquantum dot complexes with energy transfer occurring according to the inductive-resonance mechanism as an example. The principle consisting in optimizing the design of hybrid complexes is proposed after an analysis of the published data; the parameters affecting the efficiency of energy transfer and the generation of reactive oxygen species in such systems are described.

Biodistribution of nanodiamonds in mice after intravenous administration, activities of AST and ALT, and the level of bilirubin in the blood plasma were studied in 2.5 h and 10, 35, and 97 days after injection of nanodiamonds. In 2.5 h after intravenous injection, nanodiamonds mainly accumulate in the lungs and liver. Then, redistribution of nanodiamonds from all organs to the liver was observed. Activities of AST and ALT and the level of bilirubin in the blood increased after 2.5 h and then decreased to the initial values.

Fasciclins (FAS1) are ancient adhesion protein domains found across different phyla from bacteria to humans, with no common small ligand binding function reported. A unique FAS1-containing astaxanthin-binding protein (AstaP) from green algae can efficiently bind an unusually broad repertoire of carotenoids (astaxanthin, zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin, β-carotene), but the underlying mechanism is largely unknown. Here we dissect the structural basis for the ligand binding promiscuity of AstaP-orange1 (AstaPo1) by determining its solution NMR structure in complex with its natural ligand, astaxanthin (AXT), and validate this structure by SAXS, calorimetry, optical spectroscopy and mutagenesis data. While the unstructured tails of AstaPo1 are not essential for carotenoid binding, they enhance protein solubility. The a1-a2 helices of the AstaPo1 FAS1 domain embrace the carotenoid polyene like a jaw, organizing a conserved hydrophobic tunnel, too short to prevent the AXT β-ionone rings from protruding on both sides of the tunnel, thereby not imposing specificity restrictions. The only specific protein-AXT interactions involve H-bonds between the oxygenated groups on AXT and a peripheral Gln56 residue. Remarkably, mapping of this and other AXT-contacting AstaPo1 residues revealed their different conservation in AstaP orthologs with the tentative carotenoid-binding function and in FAS1 proteins in general, supporting neofunctionalization of AstaPs within green algae. Correspondingly, a cyanobacterial homolog with a similar domain structure cannot bind carotenoids due to subtle differences in residues decorating the tunnel. These structure-activity relationships inform the sequence-based prediction of the carotenoid-binding FAS1 members.SIGNIFICANCEA water-soluble astaxanthin-binding protein (AstaP) is a photoprotective protein in green algae helping them to tolerate stress conditions. While belonging to a ubiquitous protein family sharing an ancient structural domain, fasciclin, involved in cell adhesion, AstaP possesses an outstanding ability to bind carotenoid pigments of a different type, which are potent antioxidants. To understand the molecular basis for such carotenoid-binding promiscuity of AstaP, here we determined its spatial structure – the first structure of a carotenoid-protein complex solved by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Together with biochemical and sequence conservation analyses, our data illustrate a remarkable case of neofunctionalization of the ancient protein domain and pave the way for its bioengineering and practical use as antioxidant transporter for biomedical applications.

Red blood cell (RBC) aggregation and deformation are governed by the molecular processes occurring on the membrane. Since several social important diseases are accompanied by alterations in RBC aggregation and deformability, it is important to develop a diagnostic parameter of RBC membrane structural integrity and stability. In this work, we propose membrane microviscosity assessed by time-resolved fluorescence anisotropy of the lipophilic PKH26 fluorescent probe as a diagnostic parameter. We measured the fluorescence decay curves of the PKH26 probe in the RBC membrane to establish the optimal parameters of the developed fluorescence assay. We observed a complex biphasic profile of the fluorescence anisotropy decay characterized by two correlation times corresponding to the rotational diffusion of free PKH26, and membrane-bounded molecules of the probe. The developed assay allowed us to estimate membrane microviscosity ηm in the range of 100–500 cP depending on the temperature, which paves the way for assessing RBC membrane properties in clinical applications as predictors of blood microrheological abnormalities.

Carotenoids are lipophilic substances with many biological functions, from coloration to photoprotection. Being potent antioxidants, carotenoids have multiple biomedical applications, including the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders and retina degeneration. Nevertheless, the delivery of carotenoids is substantially limited by their poor solubility in the aqueous phase. Natural water-soluble carotenoproteins can facilitate this task, necessitating studies on their ability to uptake and deliver carotenoids. One such promising carotenoprotein, AstaP (Astaxanthin-binding protein), was recently identified in eukaryotic microalgae, but its structure and functional properties remained largely uncharacterized. By using a correctly folded recombinant protein, here we show that AstaP is an efficient carotenoid solubilizer that can stably bind not only astaxanthin but also zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin, and, to a lesser extent, β-carotene, i.e. carotenoids especially valuable to human health. AstaP accepts carotenoids provided as acetone solutions or embedded in membranes, forming carotenoid-protein complexes with an apparent stoichiometry of 1:1. We successfully produced AstaP holoproteins in specific carotenoid-producing strains of Escherichia coli, proving it is amenable to cost-efficient biotechnology processes. Regardless of the carotenoid type, AstaP remains monomeric in both apo- and holoforms, while its rather minimalistic mass (∼20 kDa) makes it an especially attractive antioxidant delivery module. In vitro, AstaP transfers different carotenoids to the liposomes and to unrelated proteins from cyanobacteria, which can modulate their photoactivity and/or oligomerization. These findings expand the toolkit of the characterized carotenoid-binding proteins and outline the perspective of the use of AstaP as a unique monomeric antioxidant nanocarrier with an extensive carotenoid-binding repertoire.

This paper touches upon the problems of development and illumination of small Russian towns located on the banks of rivers and water storage basins (as exemplified by master’s theses). These problems lie on the plane of preservation and effective use of architectural, historical, and cultural heritage of towns, their unusual aura and colour. In the experimental project of town development based on the town of Yurievets situated on the bank of Volga water storage basin, the authors propose an architectural-spatial functional concept of filling up the town territory with the ideas on original colour and light design in the evening and at night.

The real-time monitoring of the intracellular pH in live cells with high precision represents an important methodological challenge. Although genetically encoded fluorescent indicators can be considered as a probe of choice for such measurements, they are hindered mostly by the inability to determine an absolute pH value and/or a narrow dynamic range of the signal, making them inefficient for recording the small pH changes that typically occur within cellular organelles. Here, we study the pH sensitivity of a green-fluorescence-protein (GFP)-based emitter (EGFP-Y145L/S205V) with the alkaline-shifted chromophore’s pKa and demonstrate that, in the pH range of 7.5–9.0, its fluorescence lifetime changes by a factor of ~3.5 in a quasi-linear manner in mammalian cells. Considering the relatively strong lifetime response in a narrow pH range, we proposed the mitochondria, which are known to have a weakly alkaline milieu, as a target for live-cell pH measurements. Using fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) to visualize the HEK293T cells expressing mitochondrially targeted EGFP-Y145L/S205V, we succeeded in determining the absolute pH value of the mitochondria and recorded the ETC-uncoupler-stimulated pH shift with a precision of 0.1 unit. We thus show that a single GFP with alkaline-shifted pKa can act as a high-precision indicator that can be used in a specific pH range.

Found in many organisms, water-soluble carotenoproteins are prospective antioxidant nanocarriers for biomedical applications. Yet, the toolkit of characterized carotenoproteins is rather limited: such proteins are either too specific binders of only few different carotenoids, or their ability to transfer carotenoids to various acceptor systems is unknown. Here, by focusing on a recently characterized recombinant ~27-kDa Carotenoid-Binding Protein from Bombyx mori (BmCBP) [Slonimskiy et al., International Journal of Biological Macromolecules 214 (2022): 664-671], we analyze its carotenoid-binding repertoire and potential as a carotenoid delivery module. We show that BmCBP forms productive complexes with both hydroxyl- and ketocarotenoids - lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin, canthaxanthin and a smaller antioxidant, aporhodoxanthinone, but not with β-carotene or retinal, which defines its broad ligand specificity toward xanthophylls valuable to human health. Moreover, His-tagged BmCBP apoform is capable of cost-efficient and scalable enrichment of xanthophylls from various crude methanolic herbal extracts. Upon carotenoid binding, BmCBP remains monomeric and shows a remarkable ability to dynamically shuttle carotenoids to biological membrane models and to unrelated carotenoproteins, which in particular makes from the cyanobacterial Orange Carotenoid Protein a blue-light controlled photoswitch. Furthermore, administration of BmCBP loaded by zeaxanthin stimulates fibroblast growth, which is attractive for cell- and tissue-based assays.

The derivatives of the annual average temperature are analyzed based on data from 927 weather stations of the Northern Hemisphere from 1955 to 2016. Changes in the derivatives are considered as manifestations of the emergent property of the holistic climate system. A measure for these manifestations is introduced. It has a form of a functional which includes averaging of positive and negative derivatives and calculation of their correlation coefficients. It is established that the sampling distribution of sums of opposite extreme values of derivatives of the annual average temperature is symmetric and has a larger kurtosis than a normal distribution. In the period under study, the values of the measure are already close to their limit values. Therefore, annual estimation of changes in the measure of emergent properties in the multichannel monitoring system is necessary.

mKate red-to-green photoconversion is a non-canonical type of phototransformation in fluorescent proteins, with a poorly understood mechanism. We have hypothesized that the daughter mKate2 protein may also be photoconvertible, and that this phenomenon would be connected with mKate(2) chromophore photoreduction. Indeed, upon the intense irradiation of the protein sample supplemented by sodium dithionite, the accumulation of green as well as blue spectral forms is enhanced. The reaction was shown to be reversible upon the reductant’s removal. However, an analysis of the fluorescence microscopy data, absorption spectra, kinetics and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy revealed that the short-wavelength spectral forms of mKate(2) exist before photoactivation, that their fractions increase light-independently after dithionite addition, and that the conversion is facilitated by the photobleaching of the red chromophore form.

Graphical abstract, For the whole GFP family, a few cases, when a single mutation in the chromophore environment strongly inhibits maturation, were described. Here we study EYFP-F165G – a variant of the enhanced yellow fluorescent protein – obtained by a single F165G replacement, and demonstrated multiple fluorescent states represented by the minor emission peaks in blue and yellow ranges (~470 and ~530 nm), and the major peak at ~330 nm. The latter has been assigned to tryptophan fluorescence, quenched due to excitation energy transfer to the mature chromophore in the parental EYFP protein. EYFP-F165G crystal structure revealed two general independent routes of post-translational chemistry, resulting in two main states of the polypeptide chain with the intact chromophore forming triad (~85%) and mature chromophore (~15%). Our experiments thus highlighted important stereochemical role of the 165th position strongly affecting spectral characteristics of the protein. On the basis of the determined EYFP-F165G three-dimensional structure, new variants with ~ 2-fold improved brightness were engineered.

Taking advantage of engineering an OCP variant carrying the Y201W mutation, which shows superior spectroscopic and structural properties, it is shown that the presence of Trp201 augments the impact of one critical H-bond between the ketocarotenoid and the protein. This confers an unprecedented homogeneity of the dark-adapted OCP state and substantially increases the yield of the excited photoproduct S*, which is important for the productive photocycle to proceed. Found in many organisms, soluble carotenoproteins are considered as antioxidant nanocarriers for biomedical applications, although the structural basis for their carotenoid transfer function, a prerequisite for rational bioengineering, is largely unknown. We report crystal structures of the Carotenoid-Binding Protein from Bombyx mori (BmCBP) in apo- and zeaxanthin (ZEA)-bound forms. We use spectroscopy and calorimetry to characterize how ZEA and BmCBP mutually affect each other in the complex, identify key carotenoid-binding residues, confirm their roles by crystallography and carotenoid-binding capacity of BmCBP mutants and reconstitute BmCBP complexes with biomedically-relevant xanthophylls lutein, zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin and astaxanthin. By cost-effectively and scalably solubilizing xanthophylls from various crude herbal extracts, His-tagged BmCBP remains monomeric and forms a dynamic nanocontainer delivering carotenoids to liposomes and to other carotenoid-binding proteins, which in particular makes the Orange Carotenoid Protein, a promising optogenetic tool, photoactive. Furthermore, BmCBP(ZEA) administration stimulates fibroblast growth, which paves the way for its biomedical applications.

Monomeric GlOCPX quenches Synechocystis phycobilisomes but displays drastically accelerated, less temperature-dependent recovery after photoactivation, evades regulation by FRP from other species and reveals numerous structural features reflecting its functional peculiarities. Our detailed description of a primordial OCPX sheds light on the evolution of the OCP-dependent photoprotection mechanism, rationalizing subdivision of the OCPX clade into subclades.

The paper investigates the construction of a joint graph as a global structure of network based on its primary structure, one of the problems arising in machine learning of bases of knowledge patterns with uncertainty, presented in the form of algebraic Bayesian networks. The aim of the research is to propose methods for solving the inverse problem. As the results, algorithms for checking a graph for belonging to a family of joint graphs and a family of minimal joint graphs are proposed, and estimates of their computational complexity are made. An improved version for the special case and an improvement for the general case on average are also proposed for the algorithm for checking membership in a family of joint graphs. The problem of recognition of joint graphs has not been previously researched; issue is being addressed for the first time as currently drafted. The theoretical significance lies in the possibilities for applying the results in further researches of graph-theoretic invariants in the global structures of algebraic Bayesian networks.

The article considers the results of the study of the uneven distribution of the strength properties of a rigid high-temperature fibrous heat-protective material over the volume of the block. The article presents a comparative study of the uneven strength of two materials that differ in the method of introducing the binder. A conclusion is proposed about the mechanism of the occurrence of unevenness of the strength properties of a rigid fibrous thermal insulation material when a soluble binder is introduced into the material by the strait method. The absence of such a mechanism is shown for materials obtained using a solid-phase binder introduced into the molding hydraulic mass.
