This study aims to determine predictors of crowd effect in five major football leagues in Europe. Literature review shows that crowd effect can be determined as size, proximity or density for the analysis. In this study, density was selected among them. Therefore, stadium occupancy rates were used as the crowd effect indicator. As the predictors of crowd effect; total transfer expenditure, total market value, average goals scored per match, UEFA coefficients of each league were utilized as variables of the research. In addition, gross domestic product of each country were included in the analysis as the predictor. Because supporters’ economic conditions are also important to afford ticket prices. In this context, data regarding the variables includes from the season of 2005-2006 to 2019-2020 for English Premier League, French Ligue 1, German Bundesliga, Italian Serie A, Spanish La Liga. In this study, panel data analysis was used among quantitative research methods. Stationary of data was determined at the level of I(1). It was indicated through cointegration test that there was a cointegration relationship in the panel. Hence, stadium occupancy rate would move together with other variables in the long term except total market value. According to panel causality analysis results; total transfer expenditure, average goals scored per match, and UEFA coefficients, and gross domestic product are predictors of stadium occupancy rate.

Günümüzde hızla gelişen bilişim teknolojileri ve bunun paralelinde ortaya çıkan küreselleşme olgusu pazardaki rekabet ortamını daha şiddetli hale getirerek işletmelerin varlığını tehdit etmeye başlamıştır. Bu tehdide karşı firmalar da çeşitli stratejiler geliştirerek rakiplerine karşı avantaj sağlamaya çalışmaktadırlar. İçsel pazarlama ve pazar odaklı yaklaşımlar da bu kapsamda geliştirilen önemli stratejiler arasındadır. Bu çalışmada, bankaların içsel pazarlama uygulamaları ve pazar yönlü yaklaşımlarının işletme performansı üzerindeki etkisini tespit etmek amaçlanmaktadır. Ayrıca içsel pazarlama uygulamalarının pazar odaklı yaklaşımlar üzerinde etki edip etmediği de ayrıca incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda bankaların içsel pazarlama uygulamalarının ve pazar odaklı yaklaşımlarının işletme performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca içsel pazarlamanın uygulamalarının, bankaların pazar odaklı yaklaşımlarını da önemli oranda etkilediği görülmüştür., Information technologies are developing rapidly nowadays and globalization concept which shows up in parellel to IT has started to threaten the existence of firms by making competitive environment more intensive. Counter to this threat, businesses are trying to provide an advantage against their competitors by developing various of strategies. Internal marketing and market oriented approach are among the significant strategies which are developed within this scope. In the study, it is aimed to determine the effects of internal marketing practices and market oriented approach on performance in banks. Besides, it is examined whether internal marketing practices have an effect on market oriented approach or not. As a result of the study, it is determined that internal marketing practices and market oriented approach of banks affect their performance positively. Moreover, it is found that internal marketing practices affect market oriented approach substantially.

The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between academic procrastination, academic self-efficacy, and academic achievement. In this context, the data was obtained from 86 senior undergraduates studying at Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences - Atatürk University in 2020 and was subjected to reqired analyses. The results of the analyses show that there is a negative and significant relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic procrastination; positive and significant realtionship between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement. Morever, the results of the regression analysis show that academic self-efficacy is a predictor factor for academic procrastination and academic achievement. There is not any significant relationship between academic procrastination and academic achievement., Çalışmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencileri arasında akademik erteleme, akademik öz-yeterlik ve akademik başarı değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektedir. Bu bağlamda, 2020 yılında Atatürk Üniversitesi Oltu Beşeri ve Sosyal Bilimler Fakültesi’nde öğrenim görmekte olan 86 son sınıf lisans öğrencisinden internet yoluyla veri toplanmış ve gerekli analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonuçları akademik öz-yeterlik ile akademik erteleme arasında negatif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu, akademik öz-yeterlik ile akademik başarı arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca regresyon analizi sonuçları akademik öz-yeterliğin, akademik erteleme ve akademik başarı için yordayıcı bir faktör olduğunu göstermektedir. Akademik erteleme ile akademik başarı arasında ise anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır.

Çağımızın en önemli buluşlarından biri olan `İnternet` bir yandan işletmelerin, kurum ve kuruluşların verimliliklerini arttırması için önemli fırsatlar yaratırken, diğer yandan bu birimlerle ilgili birtakım riskler ve dezavantajları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu dezavantajlardan birisi de çalışanların mesai saatleri içerisinde iş dışı amaçlarla internet kullanımı davranışını tasvir eden sanal kaytarma kavramıdır. Bu çalışmada, çalışanların sanal kaytarma düzeyleri ve algılanan performansları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Sanal kaytarma bağımsız değişken olarak belirlenirken, çalışan performansı bağımlı değişken olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın ana hedefi sanal kaytarmanın çalışan performansı üzerine etkisini tespit etmektir. Bu bağlamda, çalışmanın örneklemi Polonya'dan 101, Türkiye'den 108 akademisyen olmak üzere toplamda 209 akademisyenden oluşmaktadır. Örneklemi iki farklı ülkeden seçmek bu iki ülke arasında karşılaştırma yapma fırsatı yaratmıştır. Bu sayede iki ülkenin değişkenlere göre yeterli ve eksik yönleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda sanal kaytarmanın çalışan performansı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi olmadığı görülmüştür. Ancak çalışma bu hipotezle birlikte toplamda 22 hipotez içermektedir ve bu hipotezlerden 9 tanesi desteklenmiştir. Özellikle ülke değişkeni 3. bir değişken olarak analizlere eklendiğinde iki ülke arasında birçok anlamlı farklılıklar elde edilmiştir. One hand Internet which is one of the most important invention of our era creates important opportunuties for businesses, institutions and organizations to increase their efficiencies, on the other hand it brings some risks and disadvantages for these units. One of these disadvantages is cyberloafing which means usage of internet in working hours for non-work purposes. In this study level of cyberloafing and perceived performance of employees has been tried to determine. Cyberloafing has been determined as a independent variable while employee performance has been determined as a dependent variable. The main purpose of the study is to determine the effect of cyberloafing on employee performance. In this context, the sample of the study is 209 in total and consists of 101 Polish and 108 Turkish academicians. Choosing the sample from two different countries has created an opportunity to make comparisons. Thus sufficient and weak sides of two countries has been tried to determine. In the results of analysis, it has been seen that cyberloafing doesn't have any significant effect on employee performance. But the study includes 22 hypothesis in total and 9 of them are supported. Especially, several significant differences has been found when country is added to analysis as a 3rd variable. 105
