This paper studies an LSTM-based adaptive transmission method for a 360-degree video and proposes a non-uniform encoding transmission strategy based on LSTM. Our goal is to maximize the user's video experience by dynamically dividing the 360-degree video into tiles of different numbers and sizes, and selecting different bitrates for each tile. This aims to reduce buffering events and video jitter. To determine the optimal number and size of tiles at the current moment, we constructed a dual-layer stacked LSTM network model. This model predicts, in real-time, the number, size, and bitrate of the tiles needed for the next moment of the 360-degree video based on the distance between the user's eyes and the screen. In our experiments, we used an exhaustive algorithm to calculate the optimal tile division and bitrate selection scheme for a 360-degree video under different network conditions, and used this dataset to train our prediction model. A 360° video offers a more immersive experience, gaining increasing popularity among users. However, enhancing the transmission efficiency of 360° videos under limited bandwidth conditions remains a significant challenge. This paper segments the video into three areas: the attention area, the edge area, and the viewpoint-switching transition area. Based on the segmentation of these three distinct video areas, a novel non-uniform coding transmission method for 360° videos is presented, along with mathematical modeling to define the optimization problem. A heuristic algorithm is subsequently introduced, which adaptively determines the optimal number of tiles and allocates the bitrate for each tile in real time to enhance the user's quality of experience (QoE). In order to extract the line-spectrum features of underwater acoustic targets in complex environments, an auditory convolutional neural network (ACNN) with the ability of frequency component perception, timbre perception and critical information perception is proposed in this paper inspired by the human auditory perception mechanism. This model first uses a gammatone filter bank that mimics the cochlear basilar membrane excitation response to decompose the input time-domain signal into a number of sub-bands, which guides the network to perceive the line-spectrum frequency information of the underwater acoustic target. A sequence of convolution layers is then used to filter out interfering noise and enhance the line-spectrum components of each sub-band by simulating the process of calculating the energy distribution features, after which the improved channel attention module is connected to select line spectra that are more critical for recognition, and in this module, a new global pooling method is proposed and applied in order to better extract the intrinsic properties. Finally, the sub-band information is fused using a combination layer and a single-channel convolution layer to generate a vector with the same dimensions as the input signal at the output layer. A decision module with a Softmax classifier is added behind the auditory neural network and used to recognize the five classes of vessel targets in the ShipsEar dataset, achieving a recognition accuracy of 99.8%, which is improved by 2.7% compared to the last proposed DRACNN method, and there are different degrees of improvement over the other eight compared methods. The visualization results show that the model can significantly suppress the interfering noise intensity and selectively enhance the radiated noise line-spectrum energy of underwater acoustic targets. Building operations account for a large amount of energy use and CO2 emissions, and the morphology of buildings in residential clusters strongly impacts energy efficiency performance. However, little research has focused on the morphology and energy electricity usage of high-rise residential clusters in hot summer and cold winter (HSCW) regions. We investigated 96 residential clusters in Hangzhou, China, and established a corresponding morphology database. Additionally, we obtained annual electricity consumption for 16 of these residential clusters. With this database, we performed optimization of morphological parameters upon energy use intensity (EUI) using a genetic algorithm (GA). Specifically, the cooling, heating, and lighting EUIs of high-rise residential clusters were studied. After implementing the optimized morphological parameters, there was a reduction of up to 7.73% in EUI. According to regression analysis, the average aspect ratio was the most significant factor influencing EUI (r = −0.907), followed by floor area ratio (r = −0.755), average orientation (r = 0.502), and average number of floors (r = −0.453). These results indicate that a higher intensity of land development with a greater floor area ratio, average aspect ratio, and average number of floors can reduce total energy consumption. Additionally, we found that an average building orientation of southwest 15° (with respect to south) is optimal. In addition to considering the functional performance characteristics requirements of the product, reliability requirements should be also considered in the current product design. However, the reliability requirements of products have not been fully considered in the assessment method of TRL. This may lead the result of TRL assessment distortion and cannot help developers identify project technology risks accurately. Aiming at this, this paper improves the traditional TRL assessment method, and proposes a new TRL assessment method that considers reliability requirements. First of all, we expound the method of CTE recognition. Secondly, the TRL definition which incorporated with the reliability requirements has been proposed. Thirdly, the criteria of TRL has been put forward. Then the assessment method of the TRL has been given. Finally, the influence of reliability requirements on TRL has been described.

Modern product needs to meet the reliability requirements during the development process. The reliability in this paper refers to an integral view of a product’s reliability, maintainability, supportability, testability, safety and environmental adaptability. However, during the product development process, the two problems are how to evaluate the implementation and how to determine the work input costs of reliability. This paper proposes a method to evaluate the degree of reliability implementation. And it researches the schemes and targets decision-making method based on trade-off analysis. Through establishing and solving trade-off optimization model, the results can help decision makers find the optimal parameters program and cost goals.
