Hüseyin Vâiz-i Kâşifî'nin 897-899/1492-1494 yılları arasında Farsça olarak kaleme aldığı muhtasar tefsiri Mevâhibü'l-Aliyye, Osmanlı ulemasının çok erken dönemlerde dikkatini çeken ve barındırdığı tasavvufî görüşler sebebiyle halk arasında çok sevilen ve güvenilen bir eser konumundadır. Bu sebeple de Osmanlı Türkçesine telif tarihinden çok kısa bir süre sonra pek çok kere tercüme edilmiş ve daha geniş kitlelerin istifadesine sunulmuştur. Bunların ilki ise Alî b. Velî es-Selanikî tarafından 952/1545 yılında Tercüme-i Mevâhib-i Aliyye adıyla yapılan tercümedir. Bu tercüme Mevâhibü'l-Aliyye'nin Osmanlı Türkçesine yapılan ilk çevirisi olması hasebiyle oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışma Alî b. Velî es-Selanikî tarafından yapılan bu mühim tercümeyi ele almakta ve çeşitli alt başlıklar altında incelemektedir. Ayrıca bu çalışma müellif Hüseyin Vâiz-i Kâşifî'nin ve mütercim Alî b. Velî es-Selanikî'nin hayatları ve eserleri üzerinde durmakta Mevâhib-i Aliyye'nin Osmanlı Türkçesine tercümelerine değinmekte; yazma halindeki nüshasından hareketle Bakara sûresi sonuna kadar olan Arap harfli metni Latin harflerine aktarmakta ve oluşturulan metni Kuran ilimleri açısından değerlendirmektedir. The concise commentary Mevâhibül-Aliyye, written by Hüseyin Vâiz-i Kâşifî between 897-899 / 1492-1494 in Persian, is a very popular and trusted work among the people because of the mystical views that attracted the attention of the Ottoman people at a very early period. For this reason, it has been translated into Ottoman Turkish many times shortly after the royalty date and made available to the wider masses. The first of these was translated by Alî b. Velî es-Selanikî in 952/1545 under the name Tercüme-i Mevâhib-i Aliyye. This translation is very important since it is the first translation of Mevâhibü'l-Aliyye into Ottoman Turkish. This study deals with this important translation of Mevâhibü'l-Aliyye by Alî b. Velî es-Selanikî and examines it under various headings. This work also focuses on the lives and works of the author Hüseyin Vâiz-i Kâşifî and the translator Alî b. Velî es-Selanikî, referring to the translation of Mevâhibü'l-Aliyye into Ottoman Turkish; In the light of the manuscript, he translates the Arabic text to the end of Surat al-Baqara in Latin letters and evaluates the text in terms of the Qur'anic sciences. 202

Osmanlı Tefsir birikimi kimi zaman şerh-haşiye türü ürünlerin ötesine geçemediği kimi zaman da özgün eserlerin vücuda getirilmediği iddiası ile haksız eleştirilere maruz kalmaktadır. Bu tür eleştirilerin, Osmanlı'nın ilmi müktesebatını asgari düzeyde de olsa tanımamak, bilhassa Tefsir müellefatına yeterince vakıf olmamaktan ileri geldiği anlaşılmaktadır. Bu tür iddiaların hesabı verilmemiş ithamlardan öteye geçmediği ve Osmanlı kitabiyatına karşı toptancı bir yaklaşımı temsil ettiği izahtan varestedir. Dolayısıyla Osmanlı'nın ilim ve kültür havzalarında yetişen âlimlerin tanıtılması için ortaya koydukları eserlerin yayımlanması ve akademik çalışmalara konu edilmesi büyük bir ehemmiyet arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada Osmanlı dönemi müfessirlerinden Sun'ullah Hâlidî'nin Fâtiha ve İhlas sûresi tefsir risalelerinin tefsir disiplini çerçevesinde incelenmesi ve muhtevalarının değerlendirmesi konu edilmektedir. Söz konusu eserler bugüne kadar basılmadıkları için tenkitli neşirlerinin yapılarak araştırmacıların dikkatine ve istifadesine sunulması amaçlanmaktadır. Neticede Osmanlı ulemasının Hz. Peygamber ve Raşid Halifelerden bu yana, diğer tüm ilmi alanlarda olduğu gibi tefsir disiplini açısından da büyük bir ilmi geleneğe varis olduğu; aldığı bu mirası tüketerek değil özgün katkılarla geliştirerek geleceğe taşıma vazifesi gördüğü ve bu hususiyetlerin küçük risalelerde bile bariz bir şekilde temaşa edileceği sonucuna ulaşılmaktadır. The tradition of Quranic exegesis of the Ottoman period has been the subject of harsh criticism either because it had produced such works only in the form of commentary (sharh and khashiya) or the works without any original contribution to the field. It is seen that the source of such criticisms is not being familiar enough with the scientific tradition of Ottoman period in general and the lack of sufficient knowledge about the science of tafsir in particular. It is not necessary to respond to such claims since they are some unwarranted accusations and representations of the wholesale approach to the Ottoman scientific literature. Therefore, it is extremely important to publish and study scientifically the works produced by the scholars who lived and flourished in the scientific and cultural environment of the Ottoman world.In this study, the tafsir scholar of Ottoman period Sun'ullah Khalidi's treatises of tafsir of al-Fatiha and al-Ikhlas are examined within the context of the science of tafsir and their content is evaluated accordingly. Since these treatises have not been published yet, the study also aims to bring them to the attention and the benefit of the scholars by providing their critical editions. This study concludes that besides all the other areas of sciences that the Ottomans inherited from the time of the prophet and the righteous caliphs onwards, they inherited a significant tradition of works in the science of tafsir as well. They did not consume what they inherited from the previous generations but transferred it to the next generations with original contributions, and the characteristics of these original contributions are still visible even in the small treatises examined in this study. 157

Tez; giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde yeni bir yaklaşım olarak ortaya koyduğumuz kültürel antropolojik okuma açıklanmıştır. Kültürel antropolojik okumaya katkı sağlaması için Râzî ve tefsirine değinilmiştir.İkinci bölümde kültürel antropolojik okuma yaklaşımı ile Râzî tefsiri incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme Fatiha ve Bakara sûreleri tefsiri çerçevesinde yapılmıştır. Râzî'nin ayetlerle bağlantılı olarak hayatını ve kültürünü tefsirine yansıttığı görülmüştür.Sonuç bölümünde kültürel antropolojik okumanın Kur'ân-tefsir-müfessir arasındaki bağı anlamaya katkı sağladığı kanaatine varılmıştır. Thesis consists of introduction, two chapters and results. The first chapter describes the cultural anthropological reading that we have put forth as a new approach. To contribute to cultural anthropological reading, Râzî and his tafsir were mentioned.In the second chapter, the tafsir of Râzî were studied by the cultural anthropological reading approach. This study was carried out within the framework of tafsir of Surat al-Fatiha and al-Baqara. Râzî has been shown to reflect his life and culture in connection with the verses.In the conclusion chapter, it was concluded that cultural anthropological reading contributed to understanding the link between the Qur'an-tafsir-mufassir. Giriş ve iki bölümden oluşan bu çalışmada, çalışmanın konusu, önemi, amacı zikredildikten sonra ilk bölümde; kırâat ilminin tarifi, konusu, gayesi ve faydası üzerinde durulmuştur. Kur'ân öğretim tarihi, kırâat çeşitleri ve kırâat imamları ile ravilerinin ve tariklerinin terceme-i hali sunulmuştur. Bu bölümde, kırâat-i aşere olarak takyid edilen kırâatlerin mütevatir kırâatler olduğu ve mütevatir olan bu kırâatler arasında ayrıma gidilemeyeceği, bilakis böyle bir ayrımın Kur'an, sünnet ve icmâ' gibi herhangi bir şer'î dayanağı olmayan yanlış bir ayrım olduğu tezde vurgulanan hususlardan biridir. Mütevatir kırâatların tamamı vahiyle sabittir ve kırâatin yaygınlığı esas alınarak asıl ya da tâlî gibi bir sınıflandırma yapmanın doğru olmadığı aşikârdır. Âsım kırâatinin ilk dönemlerde yaygın olmadığı halde sonraki zamanlarda çoğunluğun okuduğu kırâat haline gelmiş olması kırâatlerin yaygınlığa göre tasnifinin yanlışlığını teyid etmektedir. Bir kırâatin, belli bir imama nisbet edilmesi, sadece o imam tarafından okunduğu anlamını da taşımamaktadır. Kırâatin bir imamla meşhur olması; o imamın ilgili kırâati okuyup okutarak zamanla etrafında geniş halkaların oluşması, halkın rağbet etmesi vb. sebeplerle iştihar etmesiyle alakalıdır, yoksa bu kırâatlerin, nakil ve edâ keyfiyetleri itibariyle mütevâtir oldukları ve pek çok kârî tarafından okundukları izahtan varestedir. Bu bölümde üzerinde durulan bir diğer önemli husus, yedi harf meselesidir. Konuyla ilgili verilen bilgilerde; Kur'an'ın yedi harf üzere inzal edildiği, yedi harfin vahiyle sabit olduğu, tamamının muhafaza edildiği, mütevatir kırâatlerin de yedi harf kapsamında bulunduğu ve her birinin farklı bir manâ ve hikmete delalet ettiği ifade edilmiştir. Sahâbenin, Kur'an'ı cem ve istinsahta son derece titiz davrandığı ve Kur'an'ın yedi harfi ihtiva edecek şekilde yazıya geçirildiği ve bunun üzerine icma bulunduğu beyan edilmişti. İkinci bölümde Âsım kırâatinin usûlü ve genel kaideleri ile kırâat ıstılahlarına dair kapsamlı bilgiler verilmiştir. Fatiha sûresi ile Bakara Sûresi 2/1-141. âyetleri, başta Âsım kırâati olmak üzere diğer mütevatir kırâat imamlarının aşere ve takrib vücûhatları şablonlarlarla mukayeseli olarak izah edilmiştir. Çalışma, genel bir değerlendirme yapılan sonuç bölümü ve kaynakça ile sona ermektedir. This study which have an introduction section and two chapters, focused on study's subject, importance, goal, and then science of qirâ'a' s definition, aims and benefits in the first chapter. History of Qur'anic instruction, types of qirâ'a' s imams, ravis and tariqs translated forms has been presented.In this chapter, as a qirâ'a which has been limited in mutawatir is qirâ'atul ashara. On the contrary between this mutawatir qirâ'as a distinction is not possible, this wrong distinction which has not any evidence from Qur'an, sunnah or consensus is pointed in our thesis. All of mutawatir qirâ'a is fixed with revelation and it is clear that make a categorization based on currency like main or secondary is not true. Although at first time Âsım's qirâ'a's wasn't common it has become majority's qirâ'a reading and this supports that categorization by currency is not true. A qirâ'a's name that has mentioned by an imam doesn't mean that has been read only by this imam. Qirâ'a's becoming famous by an imam and this is related to imam's reading and teaching qirâ'a and with the time occur wide circles around him, people demand from him etc. Reasons make them famous otherwise this qirâ'as transfers and expressions is mutawatir from plenty of qâri and they has been read by them. Another important subject that we pointed out in this chapter is seven letters issues. İnformation given by this topic ; Qur'an is descend with seven letters, seven letters is fixed with revelation, all of them has been protected, mutawatir qirâ'a's are whitin seven letters and all pieces of them has been different meanings. It is declared that Sahaba's careful behavior about Qur'an's gathering and copying, Qur'an's descending with seven letters and there is a consensus on it. In the second chapter there are informations given about Âsım's qirâ'a's method, general principles and qirâ'a's technical terms. We show the differences of vocables with their names and verse numbers primarily Âsım's qirâ'a's and other mutawatir qirâ'a's imams in Surah Fatiha and Surah Bakara 2/1-140. Bu tefsirin bir kısmını tahkik ettim. Bu da mahtut eserin birinci cildinde yer alan Mukaddime, Fatiha ve ve Bakara suresi 22. Ayete kadar tahkikini içerir.Bu çalışmamda tahkik şartlarına uygun bir şekilde mahtut kısmı tahkik ettim. Tezde elde ettiğimiz eserin yazmalarından yararlandık. Ayetlerin ve surelerin numaralarını verdik. Eserde geçen Hz. Peygamber'in hadislerinin ve heberlerin tahriçelerini yaptık ve tefsirde geçen bilgilerin kaynaklarını verdik. Bunu yaparken güvenilir kaynaklara başvurduk. Okuyucunun Sözlüklere ihtiyaç duyacağı kelime ve kavramların anlamlarını dipnotlarda açıkladık. Bunun dışında bilinmeyen âlimlerin biyorafilerine yer verdik. Bu çalışma, bir mukaddime ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır: Birinci bölümde eldeki mevcut kaynaklara göre müellifin hayatı ve yaşadığı çağı ele aldık ve tefsiri tanıtıp ona nispetine değindik. En kıymetli ilimlerden biri de tefsir ilmidir. Zira tefsir ilmi Allah'ın kelamını açıklar. Bu alanda eser veren âlimlerden biri şeyh Sıbğatullah bin İbrahim el- Haydari'dir. Şeyh Sıbğatullah hem akli hem de nakli ilimlerde derya idi.Bizim tezimiz müellifin kendi el yazması olan Beydavi tefsirinden Fatiha suresinin haşiyesine dayanarak hazırlanmıştır.Bu haşiyenin tahkiki ve değerlendirmesini tez konusu olarak seçmemin birden çok sebebi vardır. Bu sebeplerden en önemlisi geçmiş âlimlerimizin özellikle tefsir dalında bize bıraktıkları ilmi miraslardan istifade etmek ve o mirasın kayıp olmasını önlemektir. Tefsir türleri içerisinde yer alan işari tefsir, tasavvuf erbabından sadır olan, bir takım gizli anlam ve işaret yollarıyla ortaya çıkan ve Kur'ân'ın zahir manası ile bağdaştırılması mümkün olan bir tefsirdir. İşari yorumculuk sadece tasavvuf ehli arasında yaygın bir ilim iken, bu ilmi sistemleştiren ve buna tahkik değeri kazandırıp diğer aslî ilimler içinde yer almasını sağlayan İbn Arabi olmuştur. İbn Arabi'nin eserlerinde görülen ve üzerinde durduğu en önemli konulardan biri de vahdet-i vucud görüşüdür. Bu görüşü ile kendisinden sonra gelen birçok müfessiri etkilemiş ve sonrasında birçok eserde bunun etkileri görülmüştür. İbn Arabî'nin görüşlerini daha yaygınlaştırıp sistemleştiren en önemli isimlerden birisi de Sadreddin Konevî'dir. Sadreddin Konevî'nin işari olarak kaleme alınmış en hacimli kitabı Fatiha sûresi tefsiridir. Bu eser, derin manalar ihtiva eden ve vahdet-i vucud etkisinin kendisinde tamamen ortaya çıktığı kapsamlı bir eserdir. İşari tarzda yazılan tefsirlerinden birisi de, Konevi'nin Fatiha sûresinin şerhi kabul edilen ve Molla Fenârî tarafından kaleme alınan Fatiha sûresi tefsiridir. Molla Fenarî de İbn Arabî'den etkilenen ve görüşlerini benimseyen bir müfessirdir. Sadreddin Konevî Anadolu Selçuklu döneminde, Molla Fenâri ise Osmanlı'nin ilk döneminde yaşamış önemli şahsiyetlerdir. Aralarında dönemsel farklılıklar olmakla beraber her ikisin ortak noktası, İbn Arabi'nin görüşlerini benimsemeleri ve Fenârî'nin eserinin, Konevi'nin eserinin şerhi mesabesinde olmasıdır. The insignial exegesis which has been one of the kinds of the exegesis, is a exegesis that has emanated by İslamic mysticism competent, has occured by some secret meaning and insignia ways and that is possible to be accomodated to the apparent meaning of Qur'an. Whereas, insignial interpretivism was a widespread science among only the İslamic mysticism competent, İbn Arabi has systematized and supplied to be in the other essential sciences by adding investigation value. One of the most important issues that has been seen in the works of İbn Arabi and that İbn Arabi has dwelled on, is the view of unity of existence. By this view, he has effected many glossators after him and also the effects of this view have been seen in many works. One of the most important names, who has been the students of him for many years and systematized and popularized his views morely is, Sadreddin Konevi. The most sizable book of Sadreddin Konevi, which has been penned as insignial, is the exegesis of Surah Al-Fatihah. This work is an overall work in which has inclusive deep meaning and emanated the effect of the unity of existence completely. One of the exegesises that has been written in insignial method is, the exegesis of Surah Al-Fatihah, which has been accepted as the paraphrase of Surah Al-Fatihah of Konevi and has been penned by Molla Fenari. Molla Fenari is a glossator who has been effected from İbn Arabi and has adopted the views of him. Sadreddin Konevi and Molla Fenari are the important individualities that Sadreddin Konevi lived during the period of Anatolian Seljuk, Molla Fenari lived during the first period of Ottoman. Although there is periodic differences between them, the common point of both of them is that, they have expounded the exegesis of Surah Al-Fatihah as insignial in the light of the views of İbn Arabi and they have been accepted as subsidiary of eachother. 115

Kur᾽ândaki ahkam ayetlerini konu edinen birçok tefsir kaleme alınmıştır. Bu alanda telif edilen eserlerden biri de el-Besîlî tarafından yazılan et-Takyîdu'l-Kebîr isimli tefsirdir. Söz konusu eserin özgünlüğü, eserde sadece fıkıhçıların farklı yaklaşımlarının işlenmesi ve eserin Kur᾽ân surelerinin dizimiyle uyumlu olmasında yatmaktadır.Eserde en büyük pay şüphesiz Bakara ve Al-i İmrân᾽a aittir. el-Besîlî, ayetlerden çıkarımlar yapmış; ez-Zemahşerî, İbn Atiyye ve İbn Arabî gibi bu alanın etkin simalardan nakillerde bulunmuştur. Nakilde bulundukları arasında Mâlikî mezhebine mensub İbn Arafe ve Ebû Hayyân da bulunmaktadır.Yazar, alim bir şahsiyet olmanın yanı sıra iyi bir eleştirmendir. Sahip olduğu bilgi sayesinde Bakara ve Âl-i İmran surelerindeki incelikleri kavramış ve önemli tespitlerde bulunmuştur. Ortaya koyduğu genel ilkeler, kendisinden sonraki nesiller için yol gösterici olmuş ve Malikî mezhebine hizmet etmek isteyenlere rehberlik etmiştir.Bu nedenlerle çalışmamıza konu olarak el-Besîlî᾽nin et-Takyîdu'l-Kebîr isimli tefsirini seçtik. Eserde fıkıh usûlu ile ilgili bazı konuları aşağıda belirtildiği üzere ele aldık.Çalışmamız önsöz, giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Önsöz kısmında konunun önemi belirtilerek çerçevesi çizilmiş ve konunun tarafımızdan tercih edilmesinin nedenleri işlenmiştir. Giriş kısmında yazarın hayatı, eserin tanımı ve yazara aidiyeti araştırılmıştır. Birinci bölümde İmam Besîlî᾽nin usûl kuralları hakkındaki görüşleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde İmam Besîlî᾽nin fıkıh usulündeki bazı ihtilaflı görüşlere yaklaşımı aktarılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise lafızların delaletine yönelik görüşlerine yer verilmişir. Araştırma sürecinde elde edilen yeni bulgular sonuç kısmında maddeleler halinde sunulmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: el-Besîlî, Takyîdu'l-kebîr, fıkıh usûlü Basileh's interpretation is considered as the interpretations that concern the laws of Quran like other interpreters of the laws of Quran. But his work is different from others; he collected the differences of the principles by the Islamic scientific scholars and applied them on the Quran surah. Al Baqara and Al Aumran have the greatest share of that. Basileh worked on the principles and the objectives of the laws. He liked some of these verses and he deducted some sometimes. And also he cited from other imams, such as al-Zamakhshari, Ibn Attiyah, Ibn al-Arabi, and most of them were narrated by Ibn 'Arafa al-Maalikiyya and Abu Hayyan. He (May Allah bless his soul) was a perceptive critic and an able scientist and his work was full of remarkable moments during his work on both Al Baqara and Al Aumran surahs. And these views of the principles and other issues of the principles that I have gathered and discussed in my dissertation is to set a clear method for an Imam of the Maalikis who served this doctrine and served the nation, and lightened its future path.It is for these reasons that I have chosen his interpretation as a subject for studying principles titled as (Basileh views of the principles (830BC) in interpreting Al taqeed Al Kabeer from Surat Al-Fatihah to the end of Al-Umran)And studied the issues related to the principles of jurisprudence under the following titles that mentioned in the chapters and discussions as follows:The study was divided into an introduction, an abstract, three chapters and the conclusion. The introduction explains the reasons for choosing this subject, its importance, the research outline and the abstract. Also it studies the biography of the author, the identification of his book and its attribution to the author. The first chapter studies Imam Basileh's views of the laws and evidences agreed upon and stated the sayings of scholars. The second chapter studies Basileh's views of the evidence that are disagreed upon. The third chapter deals with the views that are related to the examination of the concepts. Then, the research concludes with the major results including Basileh's significant interpretation among other interpretations and highlighted the scientific value of it. Ahmed b. Mahmud el-Karamani, Hanefi mezhebi alimlerindendir. Hicri VIII. yy civarında Osmanlı Sultanı Sultan III. Murad dönemide bugünkü Karaman ilinde yaşamıştır. İtikatta Mutezili, fıkıhta Hanefi mezhebi ulemasından olan Zemâhşeri'ninel-Keşşâf adlı meşhur tefsirineel-Karamânî haşiye yazıp Haşiyetü'l-Karamânî ale'l-Keşşâf ismini vermiştir.Sözünü ettiğimiz bu haşiyenin günümüze kadar elyazması halinde olması ve Hanefi mezhebinin önemli eserlerinde birinin haşiyesi olması bu eserin edisyon kritiğinin yapılıp değerlendirilmesi gerektiği açıktır. Bu ihtiyacı bir ölçüde gidermek amacıyla bu çalışma yapılmıştır.Çalışmamız bir giriş ve 4 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın planı, amacı, yöntemi ile edisyon kritikte takip edilen yöntem ele alınmıştır.Birinci bölümde müellifin hayatı ve Haşiyesi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ahmed bin Mahmud al-Qaramani, known for his works in the fields of Islamic commentaries, Qur'an exegesis, and Arabic grammar, is a great Muslim scholar who lived in the 9th/15th and 10th/16th centuries. He is considered one of the great scholars in the field of Quranicexegeticalschool. This commentary was composed by drawing on the Qur'anic commentaries that had been produced until then and served as one of the main commentaries on al-Zamakhshari's famous al-Kashshaf which was very important and recommended during the Ottoman State. This present study is meant to meet this need to some extent.This study consists of an introduction and four chapters. In the introduction, I have described the plan, objective and method of the study, depicting the methodology to be followed in the critical edition.In Chapter One, I have provided biographical information on the author and an introduction to his commentary. In Chapter Two there is a historical background about texts, explanations, and commentaries. I have dedicated Chapter Three tothe status of al-Zamakhshari's interpretation during the period of the Ottoman Empire, the resources of al-Qaramani's commentary, and its scientific value.ChapterFour is the text examinational chapter. Bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşan tez çalışmamızın giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, önemi, amacı ve araştırmada takip edilen yöntemler kısaca izah edilmiştir.Birinci bölümde, Fâtiha sûresinin 1-4. ayetleri lügat, sarf, nahiv, belâgat yönünden değerlendirilmîştir. İlkin âyetlerde geçen kelimelerin kökleri, kök anlamları, bu kelimelerle eş anlamlı gibi görünen kelimeler incelenmiş ve aralarındaki farklar izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ardından bu kelimelerin iştikakı, vezinleri değerlendirilmîştir. Sonrasında ise âyetlerin i'rabı, i'rab farklılıkları, i'rab farlılıklarının âyetlere kattığı anlam izah edilmîştir. Son olarak da âyetlerde yer alan belâgat konularına kısaca değinilmîş, âyetler ele alınırken de belâgat yönleri izah edilerek i'caz yönüne işaret edilmîştir.Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise sûrenin 5-7. ayetleri birinci bölümde olduğu gibi lügat, sarf, nahiv, belâgat yönünden tahlil edilmîştir. This study consists of an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction, the subject, the importance and the aim of the research and the methods, which is used in the research, was briefly explained. In the first chapter, the first 4 verses of Fatiha Surah were evaluated in terms of sarf (morphology), lügat (word), nahiv (syntax) and belagat (rhetoric). First, the roots and lexical meanings of the words and some words which are synonyms with these words and their differences were tried to described. Then, the etymology (iştikak) and rhythm (vezin) of these words were evaluated. After that, the i'rab of verses, the differences of these i'rabs and their contribution to understanding of verses were explained. Finally, the subjects of belagat in the verses were shortly mentioned and the aspect of i'caz of verses were indicated by being explained the belagat of verses. In the second chapter, the rest of verses (5-7) of Fatiha Surah were construed in terms of sarf (morphology), lügat (word), nahiv (syntax) and belagat (rhetoric) as it was in the first chapter. 143

`Şeyh Mustafa bin Şeyh Yusuf'un Fetih Sûresi Tefsiri (Metin-Günümüz Türkçesine Çeviri-İnceleme-Sözlük)` başlıklı bu çalışma, XVIII. yüzyılda yazılmış olan bu tefsir çalışmasını bilim dünyasının istifadesine sunmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Osmanlı Türkçe tefsir kültürünün bir halkası olan bu tefsir, Klasik Devir Osmanlı Türkçesi döneminde kaleme alınmıştır ve gerek imla, gerekse dil özellikleri açısından söz konusu dönemin özelliklerini taşımaktadır. Çalışmada Millet Yazma Eserler Kütüphanesi, Ali Emiri Efendi Şeriye Bölümü 40 numarada `Tefsîr-i Sûre-i Fetih` başlığıyla kayıtlı olan nüsha esas alınarak Türkiye Türkolojisinde yaygın olan çeviri yazı alfabesine binaen metin hazırlanmıştır. As a part of Ottoman Quranic Comment Culture written in Turkish language, this tefsir is written during period of Classic Ottoman Turkish language and, hence, incorporates the main characteristics of that time when it comes to grammatical rules and lingual specificities.The text is made according to the most used transcription alphabet taking as an example the writings under number 40 in the Department of Islamic law at the Ali Emiri Efendi, Millet Manuscript Library titled `Tefsîr-i Sûre-i Fetih`. Bu çalışmamızda Begavî'nin Meâlimü't-Tenzîl adlı eserinin Fatiha ve Bakara sûrelerindeki hadislerin tahrîç ve değerlendirmesini yaparak tefsirin hadis ilmi yönünden güvenilirliğini ortaya koymaya çalıştık.Muhaddis, müfessir ve aynı zamanda iyi bir şafii fakihî olan Begavî (516/1122), Fatiha ve Bakara sûrelerinin tefsirinde toplam 333 hadis nakletmiştir. Bu hadislerin sıhhatiyle ilgili olarak münekkit muhaddislerin kanaatlerinden hareketle şunları söyleyebiliriz: 252'si sahîh, 5'i hasen, 33'ü zayıf, 1'i ise mevzû'dur. Hadislerden 35'inin sıhhati hakkında ise ihtilaf edilmiştir. Görüldüğü gibi o, kullandığı hadislerin büyük bölümünü (% 78) sahîh rivâyetlerden seçmiştir. Zayıf hadislerin oranı ise ancak % 10'dur.Kullanılan rivayetlerin 280'i Kutub-i Tis'a diye bilinen temel hadis kaynaklarında, 12 tanesi diğer hadis kaynaklarında geçmektedir. 28 tanesi ise hadis eserleri dışındaki kaynaklarda geçmektedir. 6 rivâyetin de kaynağı tespit edilememiştir. Buna göre, Kutub-i Tis'a'da geçen hadislerin tüm hadislere oranı % 86; diğer kaynaklarımızda geçen hadislerin oranı % 12.5'tir. In this study we tried to make citation and evaluate of hadiths in the Begavi's Mealimü't-Tenzil commentary and tried to expose reliability of the commentary from the point of hadith. Begavi (516/1122) is a muhaddis (traditionist), exegete and also a good jurists (faqih) of Shafii related 333 hadiths in his Fatiha and Bakara surahs commentary of Qoran. As regards these hadiths authenticities, we can say from the opinions of the critics traditionists that 252 of them are authentic (saheeh), 5 of them are good (hasen), 33 of them are weak, and 1 of them is fabricated (mevzuu) hadith. On the authenticities od 35 hadiths are conflict. As seen he has used authentic hadiths (%78) from the large part of the authentic rumors. Percentage of weak hadiths is %10. 280 rumors which are used in the commentary are in the basic hadith sources which is named Kutub-i Tis'a and 12 of them is in the other hadith sources. Also 28 of them are in the other sources which are not hadiths resources. Source of 6 rumors could not be detected. Accordingly all hadith of the Kutub-i Tis'a hadith book ratio is %86, and the others is %12,5. The rate of hadiths that sources could not be detected is %1,5. Tam Metin / Full Text, The first part of the thesis, which analyses Gazzîzâdeh Abdullateef Effendy?s exegesis of the Fâtiha Surah named Futuhatu Kanze?l-Qur?an, deals with Gazzîzâdeh Abdullateef?s life, books, his scientific personality, his overview of the science of Qur?anic interpretation, and his location in Islamic thought. In the second part of the thesis, information on the general features and content of Futuhatu Kanze'l-Qur?an (Surah Al-Fâtiha) has been provided. In the third part of the thesis, more information about the resources has been given about Gazzîzadah Abdullateef Effendy?s Qur?an commentary, from the point of revayah, derayah and the Qur?anic sciences. Edisyon kritik çalışması olarak ele aldığımız eser, sûrelerin başlangıç ve bitişleri arasındaki münasebet ile Fâtiha ve Nâs sûreleri arasındaki münasebeti konu etmektedir. ÖZETİftâ ve telif alanındaki hizmetleri ve yetiştirdiği kıymetli talebeleriyle yaşadığı asra damgasını vuran İbn Kemâl Paşa’ya ait Fatiha Sûresi Tefsiri isimli eserin tahkikli neşrinde öncelikle kütüphane katalogları taranmış ve eserin yirmi küsur nüshasına ulaşılmıştır. Tespit edebildiğimiz nüshalar tek tek gözden geçirilmiş ve müellifin vefat tarihi merkezinde üçe indirilmiştir. Çalışmamızda, eserin tahkikli neşrine geçmeden önce, tefsir ilmiyle alakalı muhtasar bir takım bilgiler vermekte fayda gördük. Bu kısa ve özlü bilgileri tefsir ilminde yeni diyebileceğimiz Konulu Tefsir bölümü takip etti. Kütüphanelerimizde yer alan muhtelif sûre tefsirlerinden örneklerle giriş bölümü sona erdi.Giriş bölümünün ardından eserin müellifi İbn Kemâl Paşa ile alâkalı doyurucu bilgiler verilmeye gayret gösterildi. Müellifin, hayatı, ilmî şahsiyeti ve tefsire dair eserlerine ait teferruatlı malûmat verildi. Diğer ilim dallarındaki eserlerinden birkaçına değinildi. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise Fatiha Sûresi hakkında tanıtıcı bilgilere yer verildi. İsimleri, Mekkî-Medenîliği ve faziletleri hususunda malûmatın yer aldığı kısmı neşrine çalıştığımız İbn Kemâl Paşa’nın Fatiha Sûresi Tefsiri takip etti. Kaynakları ve muhtevası itibariyle tanıtılan eserin neşrindeki metoda da yer verildi.Çalışmamızı tefsirin tahkikli neşri ile nihayete erdirdik. ABSTRACTThe edition critique of the tafsir of Fatiha sura, written by Ibn Kemal, one of the leading figures in the sixteen century in the Ottoman State with his profession as a şeyhülislam, his works and his students is the aim of this master thesis. As a result of the investigation of his work, more than 20 copies were found in the catalogues of Turkish libraries. For the purpose of this thesis, three of them were chosen on the basis of the author’s death date.This thesis is made up of introduction and three chapters. The introduction is the overview of the science of tafsir, specifically the topical tafsir. Furthermore, we give some examples from different sura tafsir’s which are available in our libraries.The first chapter deals with the summary of the life story of Ibn Kemal, his career in the path of science, and his works, particularly about tafsir. The second chapter deals with the Fatiha sura: its names, its excellences and the place where it was revealed, Mecca or Medina. The edition critique of the tafsir of Fatiha sura constitutes the third chapter. In this part, the methodology in the determination and preparation of the appropriate copies is also explained.

ÖZET Anlama ve yorumlama metodu, kişiler hakkında bir yargıya varmada son derece önemli bir unsurdur. Bu çalışma, Endülüs'te tasavvufi düşüncenin yerleşmesi ve yayılmasında önemli bir katkısı olan İbn Berrecan'm Kur'anı anlama ve yorumlama metodunu araştırmaya yönelik hazırlanmıştır. Bu açıdan, dönemin ilmî düşünce yapısını belirlemede bu çalışma önemli bir boşluğu doldurmayı amaç edinmiştir. Araştırma esnasında birinci derecede müellifin eserlerine müracaat edilmiş ve ayrıca dil, tarih, fikıh, kelam, ve tefsir gibi bir çok farklı kaynaktan istifade edilmiştir. Araştırma bir giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş'te genel olarak tefsir tarihi verildikten sonra birinci bölümde, müellifin hayatı, siyasi ve ilmî düşünce yapısı üzerinde duruldu. İkinci bölümde, müellifin tefsirdeki metodu araştırıldı. Üçüncü bölümde, müellifin eseri tanıtılarak, eserden üç surenin tefsir tahkiki yapıldı. Sonuçta ise, eserin ilmî değeri ortaya konularak tefsir tarihindeki yerine işaret edildi. SUMMARY Understanding and commentary method is in the extreme, an important element to judge a person.This study is directed to investigate about the method undestanding and explaining the Koran, belonging to lbn Barrajhan who contributed in Andalusia to establish and spread the sufi (mystical) thought. In this basis, this study is prepared with the target of filling an important vacancy determinating the building ofscientific thought period In the course of the research, the author' s works are, in the first place, consulted, in addition other references such as language, history, Fiqih (Islamic law), kalam (study of theology), and the Koran exegesis (tefsir) are in use. This study is made up of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, the process of the explanation of the Koran in general is given. The first chapter dwelt upon the author's biography, the political and scientific thinking building. In the second one, his method of interpretation of the Koran is researched. However in the third one, on acquainting with his work, three surahs are ascertained. At the end, in ^^- the conclusion, his work scientific value is exposed, and its place in the lean's exegesis history is mentioned. Bâyezîd Halife ( er- Rûmî ) ve Fatiha Tefsiri `Secencelü'l- Ervah ve Nukûşu'l- Elvâh` isimli tezimizde, Bâyezîd Halife ve Fatiha Sûresine yazdığı tefsiri üzerinde durmaktayız. Giriş Bölümünde, araştırma hakkında genel bilgi, Sûre, Sûre tefsirleri, Fatiha Sûresi ve tefsirleri gibi konular yer almaktadır. Birinci Bölümde ise Bâyezîd Halife'nin yaşadığı dönem, hayatı, şahsiyeti, hocaları, halifeleri, ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci Bölüme gelince burada, Bâyezîd Halife'nin Fatiha Tefsiri'nin tanıtım ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Bu bölümden sonra ise, Fatiha Tefsirinin hamladığımız Arapça metin kısmı gelmektedir. 122

Bu mütevazi çalışma ile Fatiha sûresinin tefsiri hakkında günümüze kadar yazılan eserler belli bir plan dahilinde incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bununla -Fatiha Sûresi hakkında yapılan çalışmaların tarihi seyri de dikkate alınarak- müfessirlerin üzerinde görüş birliğine vardıkları konular, bir birinden ayrıldıkları noktalar, birbirlerine olan etkileri tesbit edilmeye gayret edildi. Bu sahadaki malzemenin bolluğu bizim için hem avantaj hem de bir dezavantaj olarak karşımıza çıktı. Zira tefsir sahasında meydana getirilen biınlerce eseri incelemeye tabi tutmak elbetteki mümkün değildi. Rivayet, dirayet, lügat, kıraat, i'rab, münasebet, ahkam, belagat v.b. konularında söz sahibi, sahasında temayüz etmiş, muhtelif devirlere ait tefsirler seçildi. Tesbit edilen ana başlıklar esas alınmak kaydıyla seçilen tefsirler bütünüyle gözden geçirildi, kronolojik olarak değerlendirmeye tabi tutuldu. Çalışmamızın sonunda bizde oluşan kanaat; Kur'ânın bir nevi özeti olan Fatiha Sûresi'nin Allah'ın (c.c.) mü'mın kullarına olan merhametinin son derece veciz bir ifadesi olmasıdır. Yaratan (Allah), yaratılan (insan) ve ikisi arasındaki münasebet (hidayet veya sırât-ı müstakim) Fâtiha'dakı üç temel unsurdur. Her günkü beş vakit namazda en az onyedi defa okunması gerekli olan bu sure, manası hissedilerek okunduğunda insanın aklını, kalbim ve ruhunu doyuracak özelliğe sahiptir. Sure ilk ayetinden son ayetine kadar tam bir anlam bütünlüğü içerisinde bir birine bağlanmış, Kur'anın i'câzını gösteren eşsiz bir kelamdır. Sanki `Ancak Sana ibadet ederiz, yalnız Senden yardım dileriz,, ayetiyle sure özetlenmiş, bütün bir sure ile baştaki `Elhamdülillah,, cümlesi açıklanmıştır. Fatiha suresi'nin bir diğer önemli özelliği ise ben değil biz demesini öğreterek, ferdi değil toplumu ön plana alıp mü'minler arasındaki kardeşliği te'sis etmesidir. Fatiha Suresi hakkındaki son sözümüz İbn Kesîr'in seleften naklettiği şu sözdür. `Fatiha Kur'anın simdir. I have chosen and studied them within a certain plan. I have taken care of the commantaries abouth the opening chapter of the Quran (Fatiha Surah) in a chronological manner; and I have tried to point it out, in what points the commantators on the Quran were agreed, or have had different point of views and in what points they have been effecting to each other. The richness of material we have faced in this subject, sometimes have been an advantage and sometimes a disadvantage. Because of the richness of the material; we could not being able to study thorugh the whole of the material. We have choosen commentaries of the Quran which have been written in different periods, excelled in their own fields, and eloquent on the subject like a variant reading of a word of the Quran, sublety of intellect, language, special method of pronunciating each word of the Quran, pronunciation of the case endings, relation, inferences from omens, and rhetoric. We have established the main headlines of the interpretations and went thorugh all of them, which we thought that according to our point of view, they were interesting. And we have arranged them in a chronolojical serie. IXThe opinion we have got after our study is: that, the surah Fatiha is a kind of summary of the Quran and it is very mercifull, terse expression of Allah (c.c) to his believer men in Islam.The creator (The God, Allah), and the created (man kind) and the relations in between (the right way, straight path) are the three necessary elements in the Opening. During the five times daily worshipping, we repeat it at least seventeen times, and if this surah (the Opening) being repeated with the understanding in its holy meaning and if we totaly feel it; than it fullfils the mans mind,heart and the soul. That is why it is a special.The verses of the Surah are connected to each other in a total meaning, from the beginning to the end. It is a unique word of the Qurans terseness. It seems that the Surah has summed upp in the verse ` Thee (alone) we worship;Thee (alone) we ask for help` and all the surah have been explained by the sentence `Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds`, att the beginning of the Surah. Another importance of Surah is saying, not `I` but `we` and so doing this, thus the society comes to the first plan but not the individual. Doing so, it aims to create brotherhood between the belivers in islam. Our last statement abouth the Surah the Opening will be a statement from the ancestor of Ibn Kesir. And it is: `the Surah Fatiha is the secret of the Quran.
