Waste management is still a major topic in environmental issues because the growth in waste production is much higher than its utilization. Moreover, population growth in Indonesia continues and causes the amount of waste increasing continues. One of the very large amounts of waste is organic waste which is the remains of vegetables or fruits. Organic waste can be processed into several useful products, such as eco-enzyme, bath soap, fertilizer, and others. This service activity aims to improve participants' abilities in processing organic waste. The activities consists of two stages, namely counselling about awareness of shorting waste and training in processing organic waste into eco enzymes. The training participants were members of the Dasawisma XI, Banyuraden Village, totaling 24 people. After the activity, the participants are motivated to can start processing their own organic waste and produce eco enzyme. This activity is also expected to be an initial activity for the initiation of a waste bank.

The Winongo River originates in the Opak River and has many potential hazards such as flooding, cold lava floods and riverbank landslides, so a disaster risk analysis is necessary. The research area is located in the headwaters of the river which passes through the villages of Sendangadi, Sinduadi, Trihango, Bener, Tegalrejo and Pakuncen. The method used is semi-quantitative and qualitative, using tabular data and numerical assessment of land use, population and river hydrology. With the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method which determines the best choice from several supporting data. The method of determining disaster risk by weighting follows the Regulation of the Director General of BNPB Year 2012. A disaster risk assessment using the AHP method obtained a score of 1.1 in Sendangadi Village, 1.6 in Sinduadi Village. Trihanggo has a value of 1.1, Bener has a value of 1.3, Tegalrejo has a value of 1.4, and Pakuncen has a value of 1.5. Sendangadi and Trihango villages have the lowest risk level with the same value of 1.1. From the results of the disaster risk analysis it has been found that in all sub-districts that are flowed by the upstream Winongo River, they have a low level of risk., Sungai Winongo berhulu di Sungai Opak dan memiliki banyak potensi bahaya seperti banjir, banjir lahar dingin, dan longsor tebing sungai sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis risiko bencana. Daerah penelitian terletak pada hulu sungai yang melewati Kelurahan Sendangadi, Sinduadi, Trihango, Bener, Tegalrejo dan Pakuncen. Metode yang digunakan adalah semi kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan data tabular dan penilaian numerik penggunaan lahan, populasi dan hidrologi sungai. Dengan metode (Analytical Hierarchy Process) AHP yang menentukan pilihan terbaik dari beberapa data pendukung. Metode penentuan risiko bencana dengan pembobotan mengikuti Peraturan Dirjen BNPB Tahun 2012. Kajian risiko bencana dengan metode AHP didapatkan skor 1,1 di Desa Sendangadi, 1,6 di Desa Sinduadi,. Trihanggo memiliki nilai 1,1, Bener memiliki nilai 1,3, Tegalrejo memiliki nilai 1,4, dan Pakuncen memiliki nilai 1,5. Desa Sendangadi dan Trihango memiliki tingkat resiko terendah dengan nilai yang sama yaitu 1,1. Dari hasil analisis risiko bencana yang telah didapatkan bahwa di semua kelurahan yang dialiri Sungai Winongo bagian hulu mendapatkan tingkat risiko rendah.

Waste has become a problem for all of us and the environment in which we live. Every day, garbage is produced as a result of various human activities. Natural waste production is increasing in lockstep with population and industry growth but has yet to be proportional to final landfill capacity. This causes issues with waste management. This service aims to increase public awareness of waste management methods and processing waste on a household scale. This service uses the socialization of waste sorting and training in processing organic waste from households. This service program benefits the community in the following ways: the community is aware of the various types of waste that exist, the community has increased waste management awareness, and the community is aware of proper waste management and processing.

The Indonesian government has determined a new seismic code for structural design of buildings and non-buildings, namely SNI 1726:2019. This new code is a revision of the previous code of 2012. The fundamental difference between the two seismic codes of 2012 and 2019 is in the earthquake hazard map (EHM) that was used.  2012 seismic code uses the EHM-2010, while 2019 seismic code uses the EHM-2017. The EHM-2017 has been updated by revising a data of subduction parameters and updating the number of active faults from 81 to 251. This revision has an impact on increasing the spectral value of SS and S1 which is a parameter that must be reviewed in structural planning. This study investigated the seismicity status of 34 cities in Indonesia by comparing the values of the spectra response parameters (SDS and SD1) according to seismic code of 2012 and 2019. This study found that the SDS and SD1 value from 2012 to 2019 increased in 15 cities but decreased or remained in 19 other cities. The cities that experienced an increase of SDS and SD1 values were Bandar Lampung, Banjarmasin, Bengkulu, Gorontalo, Jayapura, Manokrawi, Medan, Palembang, Palu, Pangkal Pinang, Pontianak, Serang, Surabaya, Tanjung Selor, and Yogyakarta. It seems that the vulnerability assessment of the existing building in the 15 cities must be done to estimate their capacity under earthquake load designed by 2019 Seismic Code. Overall, Jayapura city has the highest of SDS and SD1 values in 2019 compared to the other cities.

Concrete or mortar is the common material for earthquake resistant buildings in earthquake-prone areas. One of the crucial requirements of the earthquake resisting structure is the ability to reduce the earthquake energy as indicated by the damping ratio which can be upgraded by high damping materials. Currently, there are many researchers conducting damping properties investigation on several materials to improve the damping capacity of structures, but they are lack of literatures about the methodology of damping experiments. Therefore, this research aims to present a simple laboratory test to measure damping properties of mortar or concrete elements. It also presents the application of this method for a 100 x 100 x 500 mm3 mortar beam by two load variations (10 and 15 N) and five times loading for each variation. The result shows that the damping ratio of the mortar beam is 2.27% and 2.37% for 10 and 15 N load. Besides, it is known that the magnitude of the external forces also influences the damping ratio. This provides further research opportunities to improve the quality of testing methods. The experiment with more various loads and number of specimens to get the broader analysis is suggested.
