Upacara Adat Turun Bantayan di Desa Cikeléng, Kecamatan Japara, Kabupaten Kuningan, adalah salah satu tradisi budaya yang sarat akan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Upacara ini diadakan sebagai bentuk ungkapan rasa syukur masyarakat atas hasil panen yang melimpah serta untuk memohon keberkahan di masa mendatang. Dalam upacara ini, terdapat berbagai prosesi yang penuh dengan makna simbolis, seperti Nincak Endog yang melambangkan kelahiran dan keberlanjutan kehidupan, serta Meuleum Harupat yang mencerminkan ketahanan dan kekuatan dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode hermeneutik untuk mengungkapkan dan menafsirkan makna yang terkandung dalam setiap prosesi upacara. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan para tokoh adat serta masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upacara ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ritus keagamaan dan sosial, tetapi juga sebagai media pelestarian budaya yang memperkuat identitas komunitas. Nilai-nilai seperti kebersamaan, rasa syukur, dan spiritualitas yang terkandung dalam upacara ini memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga harmoni sosial serta menjaga hubungan manusia dengan alam. Pelestarian upacara ini penting untuk mempertahankan warisan budaya yang memiliki relevansi tinggi dalam kehidupan masyarakat modern.

Introduction: Otitis externa, also called swimmer's ear, is a common disease in swimmers and poses a significant public health problem. Frequent exposure to water for long periods is very susceptible to infection. This study aimed to ascertain the level of knowledge regarding the connection between otitis externa and swimming and investigate whether there was a correlation between the frequency of swimming and the occurrence of otitis externa. Methods: Using a questionnaire, the sample comprised 74 Tirta Prima Medan Swimming Association members in 2022. Apart from evaluating descriptive comparisons of pretest and post-test knowledge levels, this study also conducted a Spearman rank correlation test to determine the correlation between knowledge level and frequency of swimming with the incidence of otitis externa. The chosen significance level (p) was 0.05. Variables were considered related if the p-value was < 0.05 and not considered related if the p-value was > 0.05. The International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26.0 for Windows was used for statistical analysis. Results: Of the 74 study participants, pretest knowledge was categorized as follows: good level of knowledge (6.8%) of respondents, sufficient (58.1%), and (35%) poor. In the post-test assessment, respondents showed good (75.7%), sufficient (21.6%), and poor (2.7%) knowledge. The results of the Spearman analysis test showed a significant correlation (p-value = 0.042) between swimming frequency and the incidence of otitis externa. Meanwhile, there was no significant correlation between the level of knowledge about otitis externa and the incidence of otitis externa, with a p-value of 0.785. Conclusion: The level of knowledge for the pretest was sufficient. For the same respondents, the post-test results showed good knowledge. There was a correlation between swimming frequency and the incidence of otitis externa. However, there was no significant correlation between the level of expertise and the incidence of otitis externa at the Tirta Prima Medan Swimming Association.

Demokrasi dan partisipasi publik adalah dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam dunia modern dan terbuka saat ini, negara yang menganut paham demokrasi memiliki kewajiban untuk mengakomodir publik agar ikut serta dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di berbagai bidang salah satunya pembentukan undang-undang. Namun permasalahan di Indonesia menunjukan gejala bahwa partisipasi publik dalam pembentukan undang-undang hanya formalitas, sebagian besar masukan publik tidak dipertimbangkan atau diakomoidir. Melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian bertujuan untuk membandingkan partisipasi publik di lima negara demokratis yaitu Indonesia, Amerika Serikat, Filipina, Afrika Selatan, Korea Selatan, dan Indonesia dengan mengkaji Konstitusi dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang kemudian dijadikan best practice yang dapat diadopsi khususnya oleh Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Indonesia lebih mengatur peran publik secara komprehensif dalam pembentukan undang-undang dalam setiap tahapan, ditambah dengan adanya Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 yang memerintahkan agar peran publik lebih bermakna dalam pembentukan undang-undang, sebab sesungguhnya partisipasi adalah hak konstitusional yang dimiliki oleh warga negara.

This research aims to describe the evaluation implementation of industrial field practices in the informatics engineering education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang. This research used an evaluation method with the Tyler Evaluation Model (Goal Oriented Model). Based on this method, data was collected through the following steps: 1). Identify the objectives of industrial field practice; 2) formulate indicators for the achievement goals that have been set; 3) formulate the data obtained with indicators. The main objective is divided into sub-component objectives, namely: sub-component of program objectives, sub-component of attitudes, and sub-component of achieving program objectives. All indicators included in the sub-components were analyzed using the mixed method technique (quantitative and qualitative) and obtained an average score of 84.4 %. It means that the implementation of industrial field practice in the informatics engineering education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang, is in a good category. The impact of the implementation of industrial field practices can run smoothly in accordance with the program objectives.

Based on the initial observation, there are several underlying issues that form the basis of this research. The teaching performance evaluation at Padang State University has limitations regarding the courses to be evaluated. Each student can only evaluate 5 (five) courses per semester, where these five courses are randomly selected by the system, allowing each student to evaluate different courses even in the same class. The evaluation of teaching performance at Padang State University is not specific to individual lecturers but to the courses. One course can be taught by several lecturers, so students evaluating the learning cannot provide assessments for each lecturer. This results in each lecturer not having their own performance results. Furthermore, the teaching performance evaluation at Padang State University does not have a classification for the filled evaluations, thus requiring a long time to calculate the final results. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4-D development model consisting of four stages: definition, design, development, and dissemination. The type of data used is primary data obtained from 3 media validators, the evaluation administration of Padang State University, and 46 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis to describe the validity and practicality of the developed lecturer performance evaluation application. The results of this development study produced a lecturer performance evaluation with 202 training data, 47 test data, resulting in an accurate system with a precision value of 88.76%, a recall value of 89.93%, and a program accuracy value of 94.04%. The validity results of the web-based learning evaluation conducted by media experts obtained a score of 0.864 with a valid category. The practicality value of using web-based lecturer performance evaluation by students obtained a score of 87.42 with a practical category. Meanwhile, the practicality value obtained by the evaluation administration of Padang State University is 89.33 with a practical category.

In the 3rd century H, the traditions of the Prophet have been collected. In the sixth book (al-Kutub as-Sittah) only the traditions of the Prophet are prioritized. Before Asy-Syāfi‘ī (d. 204 H), in the ancient schools of law, the traditions of the Prophet received little attention. Based on this problem, the author tries to explore further how the hadith in ancient schools of law actually was according to Schacht. From two of Schacht's works: An Introduction to Islamic Law and The Origins of Muhammadan Jurisprudence, the author focuses on: 1). The ancient school of law according to Joseph Schacht; and 2). Hadith in ancient schools of law according to Joseph Schacht. The purpose of this discussion is to describe how Schacht's ideas about ancient schools of law and how hadiths are used by ancient schools of law. In this article the author uses a qualitative descriptive approach with documentary methods and historical analysis. The results of the study show that in the history of the development of legal doctrine, ancient schools of law were born from the activities of qādī (Islamic judges) and specialists who were concerned with legal issues. Their distinctive feature is geographical differences: Hijaz (Makkah and Medina), Iraq (Kufah and Basra), Syiria and Egypt. Their response to the popular practice and administrative regulations of the Umayyad dynasty (collapsed 132 H) gave birth to what is known as Islamic law. During the Abbasid dynasty, the ancient school of law changed into a new school of law based on loyalty to a teacher, which in turn formed groups such as the followers of Abū Ḥanīfah (d. 150 H), Mālik (d. 179 H), Sufyān aṡ-Ṡaurī ( d. 161 H), al-Auzā’ī (d. 157 H), and so on. The ancient legal schools had the same attitude towards hadith. They prioritize the traditions of the Companions rather than the traditions of the Prophet. This can be seen from Asy-Syāfi‘ī's polemic against the Medina and Iraqi schools. Other evidence is the distribution of the use of hadiths of the Prophet and traditions other than the Prophet in the book al-Muwaṭṭa’, Ᾱṡār Abū Yusūf and Ᾱṡār ash-Syaibānī.

There are several types of photovoltaic system configurations, one of which is the on-grid PV system. This system is simple compared to other systems. Because there are two different energy sources that can supply the load either together or separately, an analysis of how the irradiation affects the electrical parameters on the load side or the grid itself is required. The goal of this research is to examine the performance of on-grid PV under various irradiation variation, type, and load power to power factor, grid frequency, and load conditions. To measure the performance of on-grid PV, parameter calculations are carried out in the form of PV efficiency, final yield, reference yield, and performance ratio, and the results of measurements of power factor, grid frequency, and load are observed due to variations in irradiation, type, and load power. The results show that the performance of on-grid PV is good; low irradiation can result in a decrease in the grid power factor, while the grid and load frequencies are in normal conditions for various variations of irradiation, type, and load power.

MSSC (Mobile Swab Sampling Chamber) car should have a fulfilling requirement as a protective isolation room or positive pressure room. A positive pressure room is needed so the virus or bacteria that is carried by the patient outside the car could not enter and contaminate the medical officer inside the car. Based on that need, the MSSC car is designed so that it can be used as a swab test sampling and having a positive pressure. The designing process was started by assembling each part of the car cabin that was used as an examination tool and positive pressure maker. This design was then simulated using the CFD method to find out whether the car cabin design produces positive pressure. The velocity of the AC blower and the percentage of exhaust openings were varied so that suitable air pressure was obtained. Based on the analysis of the simulation results, it was known that the design of the car cabin that had been done could produce positive air pressure. This positive air pressure was obtained when the blower speed was low and the exhaust opening was 100%. The value of air pressure under these conditions was 101019 Pa or +19 Pa from the ambient air that have 101000 Pa in Yogyakarta.

This paper focuses on the discourse of local religious traditions and its implication for the shifting religious authority among young Muslims in Banten and Yogyakarta dealing with their activity in social media (clicktivism). The existence of freedom of opinion and expression since the fall of the New Order and the widespread use of new media has had a significant influence on youth’s Muslimness, including the local Islamic tradition issues. In collecting data, this study utilized visual ethnography, observation, interview, and focus group discussion. While analyzing the collected data, we use Talal Asad’s Discursive Tradition. The research finds that the dissemination of information through social media was able to have a significant influence on the change in religious practices, especially in dealing with local religious (Islamic) traditions. This change is inseparable from the dynamic process of the discursive tradition of young Muslims on social media. Another implication of the process is a shift in religious authority from personal to impersonal.

Constitutional Court Decision No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 affects Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. More than that, the Constitutional Court’s decision seems to portray the fundamental problems of the law-making process that must be corrected immediately. These problems are, first, the Omnibus method in Law no. 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation. Second, procedural error and a change in the text after the mutual agreement. Third, ignoring meaningful public participation in the formation of laws. This research will focus on correcting the Constitutional Court to the process of law formation to prioritize meaningful participation, not just a mere formality. The legislators then followed up the Constitutional Court’s notes by revising Law no. 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation for the second time become Law no. 13 of 2022, one of the substances of which is to change the provisions of Article 96, which contains the regulation of public participation in the formation of laws. The formulations of the problem raised in this study are: what is the meaning of meaningful public participation in the construction of rules based on the Constitutional Court Decision No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, and what is the ideal arrangement in Law no. 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislations to accommodate meaningful participation in the formation of laws. This study found that Law no. 13 of 2022 cannot accommodate meaningful participation because it is still a right and not an obligation. Then legislators must create information technology-based tools that help increase meaningful participation in law-making.

Jenis catu daya yang sering digunakan untuk praktikum elektronika dasar adalah adjustable power supply karena membutuhkan arus relative rendah dengan tegangan bervariasi. Sistem keamanan yang umum digunakan untuk power supply biasanya berupa sekring. Jika terjadi arus berlebih dari sekring yang telah terpasang akibat kesalahan rangkaian atau pengkabelan akan membuat sistem proteksi ini aktif maka akan diperlukan pergantian sekring. Untuk memberi peringatan bagi mahasiswa saat terjadi arus berlebih di Laboratorium Elektronika Dasar Politeknik Negeri Malang, dirangkailah sebuah catu daya yang dapat diatur dengan menggunakan proteksi arus memanfaatkan IC LM 723 untuk level operasi catu daya 2 Ampere. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 2 sistem proteksi yang diterapkan pada catu daya yaitu menggunakan buzzer sebagai sistem peringatan dan sekring sebagai pemutus arus. Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan tahapan pembuatan dan pengujian sistem. Sistem membatasi arus kerja maksimum 2.5 Ampere untuk beberapa variasi tahanan beban ABSTRACT The type of power supply that is often used for basic electronics practicum is adjustable power supply because it requires relatively low current with varying voltage. The security system commonly used for power supply is usually a fuse. If there is an overcurrent from the fuse that has been installed due to a circuit or wiring error will make this protection system active, a fuse replacement will be required. To give a warning to students when an overcurrent occurs at the Basic Electronics Laboratory of the State Polytechnic of Malang, a power supply that can be adjusted using current protection utilizes IC LM 723 for a power supply operating level of 2 Ampere. In this study, two protection systems were applied to the power supply, namely using a buzzer as a warning system and a fuse as a circuit breaker. This research will explain the stages of making and testing the system. The system limits a maximum working current of 2.5 Ampere for several variations of load resistance.

Purpose: This study investigates the effect of corporate governance on financial performance by taking into account the mediating effect of earnings management. Design: By using a structural equation modeling and partial least squares approach and a sample of listed banks in Indonesia observed between 2010 and 2015, this research proves that good corporate governance has a significant effect on earnings management and, in turn, that earnings management has an adverse impact on a company's financial performance. Findings: An increase in managerial and institutional ownership leads to a decrease in earnings management, which can improve a company's financial performance. Originality: This research shows that by applying good corporate governance mechanisms, a company can avoid agency conflicts, minimize earnings manipulation by managers, and obtain reliable company performance valuations.

The purpose of this research is to find out the problems of learning Sundanese in linguistic and non-linguistic dimensions. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. Sources of data in this study were the deputy head of curriculum, Sundanese language teachers, and class X students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used were stationery, interview guides, cell phones, and questionnaires. Data analysis using content analysis. The results of this study are 1) Problems of learning Sundanese language linguistic dimensions phonological errors in 72 cases with a percentage of 53.33%, syntactic errors in 75 cases with a percentage of 55.5%, syntactic errors in 80 cases with a percentage of 59.2, lexical errors -Semantic 20 cases with a percentage of 15%.; 2) The problems of learning Sundanese in the non-linguistic dimension have several obstacles in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the teacher's learning model is still monotonous, the teacher's understanding of IT is still lacking, the learning media is still limited, and there is still a lack of student interest and motivation in learning languages. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui problematika pembelajaran bahasa Sunda dimensi linguistik dan nonlinguistik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian yaitu wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, guru bahasa Sunda, dan siswa kelas X. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu alat tulis, pedoman wawancara, handphone, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Problematika pembelajaran bahasa Sunda dimensi linguistik terdiri dari kesalahan fonologi sebanyak 72 kasus dengan persentase 53,33%, kesalahan morfologi sebanyak 75 kasus dengan persentase 55,5%, kesalahan sintaksis 80 kasus dengan persentase 59,2%, dan kesalahan leksiko-semantis 20 kasus dengan persentase 15%; 2) Problematika pembelajaran bahasa Sunda dimensi nonlinguistik terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapan kurikulum 2013, model pembelajaran guru yang masih monoton, pemahaman guru terhadap IT masih kurang, media pembelajaran masih terbatas, dan masih kurangnya minat dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar kebahasaan.

This study investigated the effects of microclimate conditions on the activity of Tetragonula laeviceps, Tetragonula biroi, and Tetragonula drescheri cultivated in Modular Tetragonula Hives for producing crude propolis. The hives were equipped with sensors that recorded microclimate data within the hive as well as the total activity of bees entering and leaving the hives. This study also investigated the effects of cultivating T. laeviceps, T. drescheri, and T. biroi with P. merkusii resin towards the productivity of crude propolis and the effects of different extraction methods on the yield, total phenolic content, total flavonoid content, and antibacterial activity of propolis extract produced by the Tetragonula spp. Based on the statistical analysis, there is a significant positive correlation between temperature and light intensity towards the activity Tetragonula spp. entering and leaving the beehives. The productivity of crude propolis lies in the range of 1.22–5.88 g/colony/week whereas the yield of propolis extract varies from 15.12 to 24.17%. The total phenolic and flavonoid content of the propolis extract lies in the range of 123.81–343.93 mg GAE/g and 5.48–35.77 mg QE/g, respectively. The highest propolis yield (32.45 ± 0.90%) was obtained from the crude propolis produced by T. drescheri followed by Soxhlet extraction method. Propolis extract with the highest phenolic content (343.93 ± 44.32 mg GAE/g) and flavonoid content (35.77 ± 9.94 mg QE/g) was obtained from the propolis produced by T. laeviceps followed by maceration method. All the propolis extracts inhibited the growth of Staphylococcus aureus with the inhibition diameter varies from 6.58 ± 0.04 mm to 9.70 ± 0.7 mm which be considered as moderate antimicrobial activity.

Background. The incidence of CM-I is estimated to be 1/1,000 births. In rare cases, CM-I is complicated by associations with other malformations of the craniocervical junction, including mainly Basilar invagination (BI). Chiari malformation (CM) is characterized by a congenital malformation of the posterior cranial fossa with cerebellar tonsils herniation through the foramen magnum, probably due to the underdevelopment of the posterior bony skeleton (exo-occipital and supraoccipital bones). CM may be complicated by a variety of other malformations, including platybasia, basilar invagination and occipitalization, although syringomyelia (SM) is the most commonly observed Case Report. A girl, 14 years old came with a chief complaint of headache, which is exacerbated whenever the patient coughed or sneezed. The patient also complained about neck pain and a tingling sensation in her hand. A history of vomiting or seizure has not been found. A history of muscle weakness was not found. On physical examination, the patient has a GCS score of 15 on admission, with normal muscle tone and normal reflexes. The patient has a sensory deficit, on the level below C4. The patient underwent CT Scan and MRI whole spine, Chiari 1 malformation and platybasia were diagnosed. The patient underwent posterior fossa decompression, and postoperatively symptoms of Chiari and sensory deficit gradually improved. Discussion. As an association with this syndrome, there is also basilar invagination as shown by flat basioccipt (platybasia) and upward odontoid projection. hydrocephalus [3]. Virchow coined the term ‘platybasia’ to describe an abnormal flattening of the skull base, a defect which he attributed to abnormal bone development. In addition to the flattening of the base of the skull, there was upward displacement (impression) of the basilar and condylar portions of the occipital bone, which caused infolding, or impression of the foramen magnum, reduction of the posterior fossa, and consequent protrusion of the upper cervical spine into the anterior brainstem, with neurological signs. The symptomatology presented by CM-1 patients is diverse, and its severity does not correlate with the degree of TH, with some asymptomatic cases presenting with prominent TH. The onset of symptoms generally develops gradually, however, trauma, coughing/sneezing or pregnancy can also precipitate the event. The most common treatment for these patients is surgical PCF decompression (alone or with duraplasty), although cerebellar tonsillectomy, cervical laminectomy, and suboccipital cranioplasty are also applied. The goal of these surgical procedures is to decompress the foramen magnum and increase the subarachnoid space in order to avoid the impaction of the cerebellar tonsils, reestablish the CSF flow and reverse the symptoms Conclusion. This patient was diagnosed with Chiari 1 malformation and platybasia, as suggested in the literature, posterior fossa decompression was done and the patient improved clinically

Optimum process condition for the production of Carbon Nanofibers (CNFs) to remove lead ion (Pb) from aqueous solution is reported here. The CNFs were produced on the catalyst (Ni2+) impregnated palm oil-based cheap Powder Activated Carbon (PAC). Locally fabricated Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) system was used while acetylene (C2H2) was the carbon source. The porous nano-composite product is named "PAC-CNFs", which was synthesized through a process using impregnated oil palm shell based PAC as a solid substrate. Design Expert 6.0.8 software was used to design the experimental plan and to determine the optimized process parameters for the growth of CNFs by using sorption capacity for Pb2+ by the PAC-CNFs adsorbent, as a response. The effect of different factors on the growth of CNFs including the temperature of CNFs growth (550 to 750 °C), time of growth (30 to 60 min), and the ratio of input C2H2/H2 gases (0.25 to 1.0) was evaluated. The predicted values for the sorption capacity of Pb2+ by the PAC-CNFs were in close agreement with the experimental data (R² = 0.99). The optimal process condition: temperature for the growth of CNFs, time, and C2H2/H2 ratio was determined as 637 °C, 30 min, and 1.0, respectively. The CNFs grown under the optimized condition exhibited sorption capacity of 77 mg/g in removing Pb2+ from synthetic wastewater containing lead (Pb2+) ion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Criticism of Joseph Schacht's hadith thought does not automatically undermine his theories. Even if examined further, these criticisms can be countered with a detailed and complete reading of Schacht's work. Therefore, in this article, the author tries to reveal further Schacht's theory about the arbitrarily backwards isnad which has implications for the emergence of alternative names. The unit of analysis of this article is the work of Schacht: The Origins of Muhammadan Jurisprudence. The aspects studied are: 1). arbitrarily backward isnād projection; and 2). Alternative names in isnād. In this article the author uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the documentary method. The data collected was then analyzed using the historical and critical isnad methods. The result of this study is that in the history of the development of legal doctrine, the starting point of Islamic jurisprudence was from the late period of the Umayyad dynasty (132 H.). At this time isnād began to be used. The ancient schools of law made living traditions the source of their laws. Each generation in the Islamic region (Iraq, Hijaz, and Syria) has an agreed legal doctrine. Initially this doctrine was general in nature, only representing the opinion of the group (anonymous). But since the decades of the second century, the legal doctrines of the living tradition have been projected onto the great figures of the past who can be chosen at random. This projection then generates alternative names that can be used interchangeably. In this section, in particular, the quality of criticism of Schacht's hadith thinking can be seen.

PURPOSEIn 2016, there were 1,308,061 cases of cancer being treated in Indonesia, with 2.2 trillion rupiahs spent, amounting to $486,960,633 in US dollars (purchasing power parity 2016). The high burden of cancers in Indonesia requires a valid data collection to inform future cancer-related policies. The purpose of this study is to report cancer epidemiological data from 2008 to 2012 based on Hospital-Based Cancer Registry (HBCR) data from Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Indonesia.METHODSThis was a descriptive study with cross-sectional design. Data were collected from Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital HBCR 2008-2012. Demographical, diagnostic, stages of cancer, and histopathological types of cancer data were extracted.RESULTSAfter screening, 18,216 cases were included. A total of 12,438 patients were older than 39 years of age (68.3%), with a female-to-male ratio of 9:5. Most patients have cancers at advanced stages (stages III and IV, 10.2%). The most common sites of cancer were cervix uteri (2,878 cases, 15.8%), breast (2,459 cases, 13.5%), hematopoietic and reticuloendothelial systems (1,422 cases, 7.8%), nasopharynx (1,338 cases, 7.4%), and lymph nodes (1,104 cases, 6.1%).CONCLUSIONFrom this HBCR, cancer incidence in female was almost twice the incidence in male, largely because of the burden of cervical and breast cancers. The cervix uteri as one of the top five cancer sites based on this HBCR, 2008-2012, are still approximately consistent with Global Cancer Incidence, Mortality and Prevalence 2018, which portrayed that Indonesia has been severely afflicted by cervical cancer cases more than any other Association of Southeast Asian Nations countries. The HBCR could serve as a robust database of epidemiological data for cancer cases in Indonesia.

The problem of sexual education is getting less attention from parents. Most parents think that sexual education is the responsibility of the school. Sex education that can be done to children is by using audiovisual media and picture cards. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the use of animated video media and picture cards on the prevention of sexual abuse in school-age children. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with Two Group Design. The sample is students of SDN 5 Megang Sakti, totaling 30 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study uses univariate and bivariate data analysis with dependent t test and independent sample t test. The results showed that the use of animated video media and picture cards had an effect on increasing knowledge of sexual abuse prevention in school-age children with value

This research is motivated by the need for career guidance services that cannot be implemented optimally because the media for the implementation of Career Guidance is not yet available. In addition, students are also less interested in carrying out career guidance so that the provision of motivation and career information to students has not been carried out properly. Career Guidance Services are needed by students who are currently unstable teenagers in determining their own careers. So that BK teachers need interesting and flexible media in their use to be used during the Career Guidance service process. The purpose of this research is to develop android-based media to assist the implementation of Career Guidance to make it more practical, effective and interesting, thereby increasing students' understanding and strengthening in choosing careers independently. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) 4D model. The research was carried out at SMKN 1 Koto Besar with the research subject of class XI Kimia Industri, totaling 40 students. Data collection instruments consist of observations, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique for validity test uses Aikens's V formula, practicality test uses descriptive statistics, and effectiveness test uses level categorization. The results showed that the android-based career guidance media was practical and effective. This can be seen from the practicality test given to teachers and students with the results "Very Practical", 90.67% of student responses and 86.08% of teacher responses. Furthermore, the effectiveness test given to students showed an increase in students' understanding and stability in choosing a career independently after using career guidance media.

This study aims to determine the effect of variations of the current with combining two welding techniques SMAW and FCAW in double v-groove against the hardness and microstructure of the dissimilar material of JIS G3101-SS400 and ASTM A36. JIS G3101 SS400 and ASTM A36 each with a thickness of 10 mm were used as the materials. The combination of SMAW welding with E7018 electrodes and FCAW with E71T-1 were used as the welding techniques. The current used in SMAW welding were 60 A, 75 A, and 90 A. While in FCAW welding the current used were 190 A, 205 A, and 220 A. Hardness and microstructure tests were carried out on each sample. The results of the study showed that the current in welding process affect the hardness value and microstructure of material. The higher the welding current, the value of hardness of the material going to decrease and vice versa. The highest hardness values in SMAW and FCAW welding are at currents of 60 A and 190 A. Then the current in the welding process also affect the microstructure produced in the weld and HAZ. The formed microstructure containing pearlite and ferrite. The higher welding current, the percentage of pearlite produced increase and the percentage of ferrite decrease.

The responsibility to handle the Covid-19 Pandemic is not only carried out by the President as the highest leader of the government, but also the House of Representatives which holds the legislative branch of power, so far the public has questioned the seriousness of Parliament in handle the Pandemic, through its functions should be able to assist and especially to monitoring policy government to work together to handle this pandemic and as an effort to prevent potential abuse of power. The writing of this article uses the Juridical Normative method which will produce recommendations on how the House of Representatives should optimize its function during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
