Today, many organizations have developed their ethical frameworks to include ethical knowledge, skills, and practices. Many professions started to modify their professional map to include ethics as an important dimension of their professions. This study focuses on the Human Resource Management (HRM) graduates and tries to explore their perception of the relationship between ethical knowledge, practices, and skills from one side and their employability from the other side. The total population of this study is 312 graduates from the HRM track, in the school of Business, at King Faisal University. About 176 of HRM graduates have randomly selected to represent the sample for answering the questions of this study. The questionnaire used in this study developed and modified by the researcher from a previous questionnaire designed by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). It contains three main parts that construct the main variables of this study. The ethical knowledge (8 statements), the ethical practices (5 statements), and the ethical skills (5 statements). The findings of this study show a positive correlation between the variables of this study.

For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking to adhere to sustainable standards and gain a sustained competitive edge, green marketing and cleaner production are increasingly imperative. Green marketing has grown a lot in popularity in the present market, which makes it possible to rebrand and repackage existing products. This study looks at how green marketing in Algerian industrial SMEs might help achieve sustainability through cleaner production. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS 4 softwareV.4.1.0.8 and structural equation modeling. With a mediation effect of 47.4%—higher than the direct impact of cleaner production on sustainability—the study's conclusion is that green marketing strongly mediates the relationship between cleaner production and sustainability. This suggests that by combining green marketing with cleaner production methods, SMEs can reap significant profits. In accordance with their financial and environmental goals, SMEs can effectively incorporate cleaner production methods and green marketing with the help of the research's practical recommendations. Purpose: In the setting of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of diabetic nutritional intake on athletes' psychological resistance to return after an injury, sport engagement, and athlete satisfaction. The study's overarching goal is to learn how diabetic athletes' emotional and mental preparedness, level of participation in and enjoyment of their activity, and level of satisfaction with their performance are affected by proper dietary control. Method: The study included 144 Saudi athletes from diverse places. Using scales from previous studies, a constructed questionnaire was used to collect data. ADANCO for Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to assess measurement reliability, validity, and hypothesised construct linkages. Findings: Athletes' psychological resistance, sport engagement, and athlete satisfaction were all found to be highly impacted by diabetic nutritional intake. Researchers discovered that participation in sporting activities mediates the connections between dietary consumption and psychological resistance and satisfaction, while psychological resistance in turn mediated the connection between dietary consumption and athlete satisfaction. Originality/Implications: This study shows how personalised diet can increase athletic performance by reducing psychological barriers and increasing engagement. Purpose: The aim of this research was to investigate the factors which influences the diabetic patient's satisfaction within the healthcare sector. To accomplish this objective this research tests the direct relationship of need for special training and exercise routine with the patient's satisfaction. Moreover, this research further explores the direct relationship of need for special training and patient's satisfaction by using exercise routine as a mediator and attitude toward diabetic patient competence as a moderator. Method: An overall sample of 182 diabetic patients employed in various organizations and undergoing treatment at different hospitals was selected using convenience sampling. Data was collected by using a standardized questionnaires and then Stata's SEM approach was used to assess the relationships of variable. Findings: Findings of this research explores that there is a positive and significant relationship exists among the special training, exercise routine, and patient's satisfaction. Moreover, findings support the proposed moderation and mediation hypotheses by explaining that there is a significant relationship exists among these paths. It verifies that attitude toward diabetic patient competence have a significant moderating effect and exercise routine has a significant mediating effect in the direct relationship. Originality/Implications: Diabetes patient satisfaction in Saudi Arabia's healthcare industry is examined in this study. The statistics demonstrate that specific training, fitness promotion, and supportive provider attitudes boost patient satisfaction. This study aims to fill in a gap by examining how physical activities (PAs), feeling good about oneself physically, and academic performance (ACD_PRF) all work together to influence the overall quality of life (QoL) for vulnerable students. We examined data from 400 vulnerable students studying in various universities and major specializations. We employed the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) data-analysis technique to test the validity and reliability of the outer model and to test the hypotheses used in the inner model. The research findings indicate that physical activities and physical self-esteem (PHS) can directly and indirectly improve vulnerable students' QoL. However, among vulnerable students, ACD_PRF can only strengthen their QoL indirectly through improving their PHS. These findings help us to understand how physical activities, feeling good about one's body, and ACD_PRF all contribute to these students having a better overall QoL. This knowledge can help us to develop better ways to support vulnerable students and to improve their well-being in all aspects of their lives, bodies, and ACD_PRF, which contributes to these students having a better overall QoL. The purpose of this research was to examine the shoe industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and how brand localness and globalness affect customer loyalty. The study's overarching goal is to learn, in a culturally varied market, how these brand characteristics influence consumer actions and preferences via the medium of customer perception. In all, 239 Saudi Arabians who bought shoes from different brands took part in the survey. Data were gathered by structured questionnaires using validated scales that were derived from prior research. To examine the connections between brand traits (brand localness, brand globalness), customer perception, and loyalty dimensions, the statistical software ADANCO enabled structural equation modelling (SEM).Brand localness and globalness both have good impacts on customer loyalty, according to the results. Customer perception has a crucial role in influencing consumer attitudes and behaviours towards footwear businesses, as it mediates these interactions. Brands that deliberately use their local identity or global reputation are able to increase consumer loyalty, according to the study, since their customers regard them as genuine, relevant to their culture, and consistently providing high-quality products.This study empirically validates brand qualities' effects on consumer loyalty in a specific cultural environment, advancing theory. Aligning with local cultural values and global norms helps improve brand strategy, strengthening consumer ties and competitive advantage in varied markets. The objective of this research was to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices on environmental sustainability. Additionally, the study investigated the role of green operations practices as a mediator and green transformational leadership as a moderator within the context of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Saudi Arabia. Employing a cross-sectional research design, data were collected through self-administered questionnaires from 340 employees of SMEs in Saudi Arabia using a convenience sampling technique. The quantitative research approach and convenience sampling techniques were utilized for this study. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) results indicated that the dimensions of CSR have a positive and significant impact on both environmental sustainability and green operations practices. Moreover, the analysis of indirect mediating effects demonstrated that green operations practices partially mediate the relationship between CSR dimensions and environmental sustainability. Additionally, green transformational leadership was found to have a positive and significant moderating effect on the relationship between green operations practices and environmental performance. This study, through its mediated-moderated model, makes a significant contribution to the existing literature by being the first to test this extended model in the context of Saudi Arabian SMEs. This research paper explores the intricate interplay between mental health (MH), quality of life (QOL), religiosity, and social connectedness among students with disabilities. In the context of a growing awareness of the multifaceted nature of well-being, this study aims to unravel the moderating effects of religiosity and social connectedness on the relationship between mental health and the overall quality of life experienced by students with disabilities. Utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), this research investigates direct and moderating effects within the proposed conceptual framework. The results indicate that all mental health disorder dimensions (stress, depression, and anxiety) negatively and significantly affect the quality of life of students with disabilities; moreover, the negative impact of stress on QOL is dampened by the moderation effect of social connectedness. Similarly, the negative impact of anxiety on QOL is dampened by the moderation effect of religiosity. However, the findings indicate that social connectedness fails to dampen the negative impact of depression (and anxiety (β = −0.12)) on QOL. Similarly, the findings reveal that religiosity is unable to dampen the negative effect of depression and stress on QOL. These findings' implications extend to the theoretical and practical domains, informing interventions and support systems aimed at enhancing the overall quality of life of people with disabilities. This research empirically examines the influence of green operations on the sustainability of product-service systems, focusing on the mediating role of green innovations within Saudi Arabian manufacturing companies. Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for data analysis, the study gathered data from 361 employees through convenience sampling. The results demonstrated that pollution prevention practices, top management commitment, sustainable human resource management, and product stewardship significantly enhance the sustainability of product-service systems. This study contributes to the literature by revealing a novel connection between green operations and the development of sustainable product-service systems in the Saudi manufacturing sector. Purpose: This study investigates the interconnection between sustainable project management (SPM) and project risk management. Additionally, it explores the correlation between SPM and transformational leadership behaviours, utilizing managers’ transformational leadership as a mediating variable and decision-making quality as a moderating variable in the relationship between SPM and project risk management. Method: This study gathered data from 247 employees in the Saudi Arabian electronics industry. The collected data was analysed using the STATA software and a structural equation modelling (SEM) approach to achieve the research objectives. Findings: The study’s results indicate a significant relationship between sustainable project management, project risk management, and transformational leadership behaviours. Furthermore, the findings support the proposed hypotheses, suggesting that the relationship between sustainable project management and project risk management is moderated by decision-making quality and mediated by managers’ transformational leadership behaviours. Originality/ Implications: This study adds to the existing knowledge on sustainable project management and its relevance to electronics project management. This research intends to investigate the impact of integrating crypto currency on e-commerce websites. Studying the integration of cryptocurrency and its impact on enhancing user experiences will be the focus. Investigating security measures, transaction processing, users' attitudes towards cryptocurrency wallets, and trust in the integration process is one of the factors to be examined. The data collection involved conducting a systematic survey of 231 cryptocurrency wallet owners to ensure a diverse sample for detailed analysis. The research confirmed and assessed the reliability of the constructs through exploratory factor analyses in addition to confirmatory factor analyses, convergent validity, and discriminant validity analyses. According to the findings, incorporating a cryptocurrency wallet can enhance the user experience by offering a simplified payment option, appealing to tech-savvy individuals, and expediting the checkout process, delivering a more favourable user experience. Moreover, implementing more secure blocks of transaction instills a feeling of trust in security and fraud protection, contingent on the implementation of sufficient security measures. Furthermore, the integration of cryptocurrency offers a quick and cost-effective method for transaction processing by lowering fees, streamlining settlement procedures, and eliminating losses from chargebacks. People's inclination to use crypto wallets may be impacted by their confidence in the integration of several key factors, including platform reputation, transparency, and customer support availability. This research endeavours to examine the influence of sustainable operational practices on sustainable operational performance, incorporating the moderating influence of green technology adoption within the Saudi Arabian textile industry. Through the utilization of a self-administered questionnaire, data were acquired from a sample of 250 employees affiliated with textile companies in Saudi Arabia. Employing a cross-sectional study design and quantitative methodology, this investigation employed Partial Least Square (PLS)-Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for statistical analysis. The outcomes of this analysis revealed that internal lean practices, quality management, customer and supplier integration, and internal business processes exerted positive and statistically significant effects on operational performance. Furthermore, the study disclosed that green technology adoption functioned as a substantive moderator, amplifying the impact of sustainable practices on operational performance. The theoretical contributions of this study lie in its emphasis on the pivotal role of technology in advancing sustainability practices within the Saudi Arabian textile industry. Moreover, the practical implications extend to managerial and stakeholder considerations, advocating for the strategic utilization of technology to enhance operational efficiency while mitigating environmental impact. Purpose: This study investigates the impact of digital literacy, citizenship, curation practices, connectedness, and online privacy concerns on cybersecurity behaviour. It specifically examines the moderating role of cybersecurity awareness in these factors. The objective is to examine the relationship between these elements and individuals' cybersecurity behaviours, offering valuable insights to guide training programmes and interventions. Methodology: A survey was conducted on a sample of 235 individuals living in different cities in Saudi Arabia to collect data. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the measuring scales, while regression analysis was employed to analyse the relationships between the variables under investigation. Additionally, a moderation test was performed to evaluate the influence of cybersecurity awareness on the associations between predictor variables and cybersecurity behaviour. Findings: The regression analysis reveals significant correlations between digital literacy (specifically copyright, citizenship, curation, and connectedness), online privacy concerns, and cybersecurity behaviour. The understanding of cybersecurity significantly influenced the level and trajectory of these relationships. A deeper comprehension of cybersecurity enhances the positive effects of digital literacy, including copyright awareness, responsible citizenship, content curation, and connectedness, on cybersecurity behaviour. Implications: This study highlights the importance of tailored educational efforts that consider individuals' levels of expertise and specific concerns. Organisations and governments can utilise these findings to create customised cybersecurity training programmes, improve digital literacy, and tackle issues related to online privacy. The report highlights the significance of integrating cybersecurity knowledge into wider digital literacy initiatives. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of factors such as international student mobility, academic programme, cultural exposure, and socio-cultural adaptation on the innovative behaviour of international students. This study is additionally intended to investigate the mediating role of international student satisfaction. This study aims to provide explanations and is conducted using a crosssectional research design. Data was collected from international students at KSA for this purpose. The data was gathered from a questionnaire that was created based on previous research. A total of 195 responses were received and used for further analysis. The data was analysed using SPSS. The study's findings indicated that factors such as international student mobility, academic programme, cultural exposure, novelty seeking, and socio-cultural adaptation had a significant impact on satisfaction. Furthermore, satisfaction plays a crucial role in influencing innovation behaviour. Furthermore, the confirmation of the mediating role of international student satisfaction is also evident. Purpose It has been observed that teachers face the problems of job satisfaction, self-efficacy and engagement issues. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between self-efficacy, workspace stress and teachers' engagement to improve job satisfaction. Methodology This study adopted quantitative research approach. A cross-sectional research design was selected for data collection. Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) was carried out fordata collection. Findings The study highlights strategies to help teaching professionals improving their job satisfaction through self-efficacy, engagement and reducing stress levels. Implications This study demonstrates that there should be suitable workspace environment for the teachers, to facilitate them with job satisfaction, by providing them logical empowerment to teach in effective method with satisfaction.
