The availability of engineering models to estimate the risk from space debris is essential for space missions. According to current research, cumulative flux calculation is mostly carried out based on the equal-width interval discretization. The method discretizes the volume around the Earth into cells defined in earth centered inertial coordinates. The resulting debris flux onto a target object is shown to depend on the chosen size of the cells. To avoid a discretization error, this must be accounted for. In order to present reliable flux predictions for space mission, the algorithm improvement is an ongoing topic for the related research field. The aim of this study was to examine the discretization error during the cumulative flux determination process. Both the effect of interval step length and the orbital boundary are under investigation. Several typical orbits are selected as examples here and the 2018/01/03 TLE (Two Line Element) data published by the US Space Surveillance Network is used as the debris background in this paper. Furthermore, the Interval Distance-Based method for Discretization (IDD) is adopted in this paper. A position-centered flux determination method is introduced based on the IDD method. According to the example analysis, the IDD used in the flux calculation process provides results which are less affected by the interval step-size setup; and the orbital boundary has no effect on the calculation process. In other words, the discretization error is significantly reduced. The position-centered method provided a possible suggestion for the improvement of space debris environment models.

EHD (Electrohydrodynamic) printing is a promising technique for alternative fabrication of highresolution micro- and nanostructures without employment of any molds or photo-masks However, the printing precision can be easily influenced by the printing conditions, such as applied voltage, printing distance (the distance between the nozzle tip and the substrate), and flow rate. Unfortunately, up to now there was no work which analyzed those influencing factors in-depth and systematically by theory and numerical simulation. In this paper, the theory of EHD printing was presented and the effect of applied voltage, printing distance, and flow rate on the width of printed line was analyzed by numerical simulation. The simulation results showed that the width of printed lines is proportional to printing distance, nozzle size, and flow rate. However, it is inversely proportional to the applied voltage.

Cold storage is the vital infrastructure of cold chain logistics. In this study, we analyzed the spatial pattern evolution characteristics, spatial autocorrelation and influencing factors of cold storage in China by using kernel density estimation (KDE), spatial autocorrelation analysis (SAA), and spatial error model (SEM). Results showed that: 1) the spatial distribution of cold storage in China is unbalanced, and has evolved from ‘one core’ to ‘one core and many spots’, that is, ‘one core’ refers to the Bohai Rim region mainly including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong and Liaoning regions, and ‘many spots’ mainly include the high-density areas such as Shanghai, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Hefei, Wuhan, Urumqi. 2) The distribution of cold storage has significant global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation, and the ‘High-High’ cluster area is the most stable, mainly concentrated in the Bohai Rim; the ‘Low-Low’ cluster area is grouped in the southern China. 3) Economic developmenficit.

The space debris environment is one of the major threats against payloads. Space debris orbital distribution is of great importance for space debris environment modeling. Due to perturbation factors, the Right Ascension of Ascending Node (RAAN) of space objects changes consistently, causing regular rotation of the orbit plane around Earth’s axis. Based on the investigation of the RAAN perturbation rate of concerned objects, this paper proposes a RAAN discretization method in order to present the space debris longitude-dependent distribution. Combined with two line element (TLE) data provided by the US Space Surveillance Network, the estimated value from RAAN discretization method is compared with the real case. The results suggest that using only the initial orbital data at the beginning of the time interval of interest, the RAAN discretization method is able to provide reliable longitude distribution of concerned targets in the next following period. Furthermore, spacecraft cumulative flux against space debris is calculated in this paper. The results suggest that the relevance between spacecraft RAAN setup and flux output is much smaller for LEO targets than MEO targets, which corresponds with the theory analysis. Since the nonspherical perturbation is the major factor for RAAN variation, the RAAN perturbation rate has little connection with the size of orbital objects. In other words, the RAAN discretization method introduced in this paper also applies to space debris of different size range, proposing a possible suggestion for the improvement of space debris environment engineering models.

The initial geometry effect on forward-backward multiplicity correlations $C(N_{f},N_{b})$ is studied in relativistic collisions between light nuclei by using a multiphase transport model (AMPT). It is found that tetrahedron $^{16}$O + $^{16}$O gives a more uniform and symmetrical fireball which produces a more isotropic distribution of final particles after the expansion and evolution, and leads to a small $C(N_{f},N_{b})$. Forward-backward multiplicity correlation could be taken as a useful probe to distinguish the pattern of $\alpha$-clustered $^{16}$O in experiments by comparing the neighboring colliding nuclear systems like $^{14}$N + $^{14}$N and $^{19}$F + $^{19}$F., Comment: 7 pages, 6 figures; accepted by Phys. In three-dimensional measurement of large-scale parts, such as car bodies and aircraft wings, massive points (up to hundreds of millions) are collected. If all point cloud data is processed, a large amount of computing resources and storage space will be consumed. It is an important task to reduce the burden of processing while maintaining the feature of the point cloud as much as possible. This paper proposes a novel point cloud simplification method using local conditional information that is utilized to evaluate the features of each point in point clouds.The proposed method can reduce the size of point clouds while reserving significant features. Firstly, the original information of each point is evaluated by calculating the curvature of the original point cloud. Secondly, the point with the maximal information is selected and reserved in the target point cloud that will be updated as the alternative point cloud after simplification. The conditional information of each rest point is evaluated by the neighborhood and updated to the information of the current point, which attenuates with the distance from the other reserved points. Finally, the point with the maximal information is reserved iteratively until the number of points reserved satisfies the requirements of simplification according to enterprise needs. Experiments verify the effectiveness and performance of the proposed method. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method performs much better on feature retention than Voxel simplification and Curvature simplification.

Background Although some psychological processes, such as stigma and self-efficacy, affect the complicated relationship between social support and depressive symptoms, few studies explored a similar psychological mechanism among individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs). Hence, this research investigates the mediating effects of stigma and the moderating effects of self-efficacy among the psychological mechanism that social support affects depressive symptoms. Methods The study included 1040 Chinese participants with SUDs and completed a series of self-report questionnaires. R software was used to organize and clean up data sets and analyze mediation and moderation effects. Results The result showed that stigma partially mediated depressive symptoms, while self-efficacy moderated this relationship. More specifically, less social support increased depression symptoms by bringing about higher stigma. Besides, subjects with higher self-efficacy are less susceptible to stigma and therefore have mild depressive symptoms. Furthermore, clinical and theoretical implications are discussed in our study. Conclusions Chinese SUDs patients’ depressive symptoms were indirectly affected by perceived social support via stigma and less affected by stigma with improved self-efficacy. The theoretical and practical implications of these results are discussed.

Cyber physical fusion enhances the coupling effect and influence of primary and secondary equipment in distribution network. In order to reflect the overall operating state of pole-mounted switch, this paper proposes the secondary equipment state indexes and other indexes, based on the current on-line monitoring index system. Then with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and bidirectional weighing method, the result of condition assessment can be obtained. When determining weight, the deterioration of data taken from a certain single equipment in a certain period of time is analyzed by the entropy weight method, which highlights the index with obvious deterioration of specific equipment at specific stages. Moreover, the data deterioration weights are combined with the index importance weights. Finally, the accuracy of the condition assessment method is verified in the calculation of a specific example

A system size scan program was recently proposed for the STAR experiments at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider(RHIC). In this study, we employ a multiphase transport (AMPT) model for considering the bulk properties at the freeze-out stage for $\mathrm{^{10}B+^{10}B}$, $\mathrm{^{12}C+^{12}C}$, $\mathrm{^{16}O+^{16}O}$, $\mathrm{^{20}Ne+^{20}Ne}$, $\mathrm{^{40}Ca+^{40}Ca}$, $\mathrm{^{96}Zr+^{96}Zr}$, and $\mathrm{^{197}Au+^{197}Au}$ collisions at RHIC energies $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ of 200, 20, and 7.7 GeV. The results for $\mathrm{^{197}Au+^{197}Au}$ collisions are comparable with those of previous experimental STAR data. The transverse momentum $p_{T}$ spectra of charged particles ($\pi^{\pm}$, $K^{\pm}$, $p$, and $\bar{p}$) at the kinetic freeze-out stage, based on a blast-wave model, are also discussed. In addition, we use a statistical thermal model to extract the parameters at the chemical freeze-out stage, which agree with those from other thermal model calculations. It was found that there is a competitive relationship between the kinetic freeze-out parameter $T_{kin}$ and the radial expansion velocity $\beta_{T}$, which also agrees with the STAR or ALICE results. We found that the chemical freeze-out strangeness potential $\mu_{s}$ remains constant in all collision systems and that the fireball radius $R$ is dominated by $\left\langle \mathrm{N_{Part}}\right\rangle$, which can be well fitted by a function of $a \left\langle \mathrm{N_{Part}}\right\rangle^{b}$ with $b \approx 1/3$. In addition, we calculated the nuclear modification factors for different collision systems with respect to the $ \mathrm{{}^{10}B} + \mathrm{{}^{10}B}$ system, and found that they present a gradual suppression within a higher $p_{T}$ range from small to large systems., Comment: 10 pages, 8 figures, 3 tables

A systematic study on forward–backward (FB) multiplicity correlations from large systems to small ones through a multi-phase transport model (AMPT) has been performed and the phenomenon that correlation strength increases with centrality can be explained by taking the distribution of events as the superposition of a series of Gaussian distributions. It is also found that correlations in the plane can imply the shape of the event. Furthermore, long-range correlations originate from the fluctuations associated with the source information. FB correlations allow us to decouple long-range correlations from short-range correlations, and may provide a chance to investigate the α-clustering structure in initial colliding light nuclei as well. It seems the tetrahedron 16O + 16O collision gives a more uniform and symmetrical fireball, that emits the final particles more isotropically or independently in the longitudinal direction, indicating that the forward–backward multiplicity correlation could be used to identify the pattern of α-clustered 16O in future experiments.

In order to evaluate the environmental risk caused by land application of sewage sludge, leaching characteristics of heavy metals and plant nutrients in the sewage sludge immobilized by composite phosphorus-bearing materials were investigated. Their cumulative release characteristics were confirmed. Furthermore, the first-order kinetics equation, modified Elovich equation, double-constant equation, and parabolic equation were used to explore dynamic models of release. Results showed that sewage sludge addition significantly increased electricity conductivity (EC) in leachates, and the concentrations of heavy metals (Cu, Cr, Zn) and plant nutrients (N, P, K) were also obviously increased. The highest concentrations of Cu, Cr, and Zn in the leachates were all below the limit values of the fourth level in the Chinese national standard for groundwater quality (GB/T14848-2017). The immobilization of composite phosphorus-bearing materials reduced the release of Cu and Cr, while increased that of Zn. The fitting results of modified Elovich model and double-constant model were in good agreement with the leaching process of heavy metals and plant nutrients, indicating their release process in soil under simulated leaching conditions was not a simple first-order reaction, but a complex heterogeneous diffusion process controlled by multifactor.

This meta-analysis aimed to estimate the association between folate level and schizophrenia in order to provide the evidence for the treatment of schizophrenia. Data were extracted from all the studies meeting our inclusion and exclusion criteria. The association between the folate level and schizophrenia was evaluated by the standardized mean difference (SMD) and 95% confidence interval (CI). The 20 published articles of our meta-analysis included 1463 (53.4%) cases and 1276 (46.6%) controls. The folate level was significantly lower in schizophrenia cases than in healthy controls. Subgroup analysis showed the folate level was lower in cases from Asia subgroup than in healthy controls. Sensitivity analysis showed that the current results were credible and reliable and the funnel plots indicated no publication bias in our meta-analysis. Our study indicates that schizophrenia patients may have lower folate levels. More epidemiological and laboratory studies are still needed to confirm whether it is necessary to supplement folate in schizophrenia patients.

Background Metabolic disturbances have been correlated with suicidality, but little is known about the association between suicide risk and metabolic disturbances among individuals with depression. This study was to evaluate the prevalence and clinical correlations, especially cardio-metabolic associated factors of recent suicide attempts in Chinese patients with major depressive disorder (MDD). Methods A total of 288 MDD inpatients were recruited. Their clinical and demographic data together with plasma glucose, lipid and thyroid function parameters were collected. Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were rated for most of the patients. Results Of these MDD inpatients, 20.14% had attempted suicide during the past 1 month. Compared to those who had not attempted suicide, the suicide attempters had a significantly longer duration of illness, lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, lower total cholesterol, and more psychotic symptoms. However, all these significant results did not survive after the bonferroni correction (all p > 0.05). A logistic regression analysis indicated that suicide attempts were associated with the lower total cholesterol and more psychotic symptoms. Conclusions Our findings support the hypothesis of the association of low plasma cholesterol level and recent suicidal attempts in patients with MDD.

Large amounts of fly ash and sewage sludge are produced annually in China. The treatment and disposal of such byproducts have become urgent problems that need to be solved. In order to achieve the possibility of realizing land applications for sewage sludge, fly ash and trimercapto-s-triazine trisodium salt (TMT) were used as immobilizing agents, and their passivation effects on four kinds of heavy metals (Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn) were evaluated. The results showed that the resulting sewage sludge met Chinese standard GB/T23486-2009. When the addition was 10&ndash, 20% fly ash or 0.4&ndash, 0.6% TMT, the optimum immobilization effect was obtained. The synergistic passivation of 20% fly ash +0.5% TMT was superior to that of either fly ash or TMT alone. The addition of sewage sludge during the ryegrass growth process significantly increased the plant height, the number of tillers, the chlorophyll content, and the biomass of the ryegrass over the brown soil. The adverse effect of the heavy metals on the ryegrass growth could be alleviated by the passivation effect of fly ash and TMT. The immobilization performance of the fly ash was mainly due to the formation of precipitation and the ion exchange, while that of TMT was due to chelate precipitation.

The objective is to use orthogonal experiment to optimize the pretreatment on the determination of serum cholesterol and its markers by GC-MS. And then the method is evaluated in a methodological perspective. The methodis to Use L16(211) orthogonal experiment design to observe the influence of three key steps，althogether seven factors of pretreatment, which are saponification (KOH ethanol solution concentration, temperature and time), extraction (dose) and derivatization (temperature , time and dose). As for the results，the conditions of optimal pretreatment are as follows：the ethanol solution is 1 mol·L-1 KOH, the saponification temperature is 70 ℃;the saponification time is 60 min;the Solvent quantity is 2 mL;the derivatization temperature is 70 ℃;the derivatization time is 60 min，and the derivatization agent is 100 μL. Through the optimization by orthogonal design and methodological evaluation, the determination of serum cholesterol and its markers by GC-MS is excellent in terms of accuracy and precision, and methodological evaluation indexes are better than those reported in other papers.

Economic globalization promotes industrial division and forms a large stream of products between countries all over the world, which leads to serious environmental problems. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between green logistics and international trade. Heckman&rsquo, s two-stage procedure is employed to estimate an augmented gravity model that specifically includes green logistics variables with the data of 113 countries and regions over the period between 2007&ndash, 2014. The findings show that the logistics performance index (LPI) of exporting and importing countries are positively correlated with trade volume, and that the LPI of exporting countries positively affects trade probability. Taking the entire sample into account, the green logistics performance of exporting countries positively affects export probability and volume. For trade flows between developing&ndash, developing countries, developed&ndash, developed countries, and developed&ndash, developing countries, the green logistics performance of importing countries has a negative impact on the export volume of exporting countries. In terms of trade flow between developing&ndash, developed countries, the green logistics performance of importing countries has a negative impact on export probability and a positive impact on export volume. The present research results will assist governments and exporters in understanding the relationship between green logistics and international trade, and help improve their policies and green operations toward sustainable development.

The Wiener index of a connected graph $$G$$ is equal to the sum of distances between all vertex pairs, one of its extensions is the hyper-Wiener index. The Harary index is defined as the sum of reciprocals of distances between all vertex pairs in $$G.$$ In this paper, the smallest and largest Wiener and hyper-Wiener indices, sharp upper bound for the Harary index among tricyclic graphs are determined. The corresponding extremal graphs are completely characterized, too.

In this study, we successfully synthesized d-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 2000 succinate (TPGS2k) and prepared TPGS2k-modified poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) nanoparticles (TPGS2k/PLGA NPs) loaded with 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin (SN-38), designated TPGS2k/PLGA/SN-38 NPs. Characterization measurements showed that TPGS2k/PLGA/SN-38 NPs displayed flat and spheroidal particles with diameters of 80-104 nm. SN-38 was encapsulated in TPGS2k emulsified PLGA NPs with the entrapment efficiency and loading rates of SN-38 83.6 and 7.85%, respectively. SN-38 could release constantly from TPGS2k/PLGA/SN-38 NPs in vitro. TPGS2k/PLGA/SN-38 NPs induced significantly higher cytotoxicity on A549 cells and the multidrug resistance (MDR) cell line (A549/DDP cells and A549/Taxol cells) compared with free SN-38. Further studies on the mechanism of the NPs in increasing the death of MDR cells showed that following the SN-38 releasing into cytoplasm the remaining TPGS2k/PLGA NPs could reverse the P-gp mediated MDR via interfering with the structure and function of mitochondria and rather than directly inhibiting the enzymatic activity of P-gp ATPase. Therefore, TPGS2k/PLGA NPs can reduce the generation of ATP and the release of energy for the requisite of P-gp efflux transporters. The results indicated that TPGS2k/PLGA NPs could become the nanopharmaceutical materials with the capability to reversal MDR and improve anticancer effects of some chemotherapy drugs as P-gp substrates.

In this article, we give five graphic transformations that change the Wiener index of graphs, then with them we determine the second to sixth trees in $$\Gamma (2i+1,i)$$ and the third to eighth trees in $$\Gamma (n,i)$$ for $$n\ge 2i+2$$ having the smallest Wiener indices.

A cactus graph is a connected graph in which each block is either an edge or a cycle. In the paper, we characterize the extremal cacti having the largest Wiener and hyper-Wiener indexes among all cacti with \(n\) vertices and \(r\) cycles.

In order to control surface residual stress in milling aviation stainless steel, orthogonal experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of milling parameters on surface residual stress in milling of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV. The empirical formula of surface residual stress was established to analyze the sensitivity of surface residual stress on milling parameters. The milling parameters stability region and instability region were acquired. Using the extreme difference analysis method, the optimum selection of the milling parameters interval was proceeded. The results show that residual stress along X direction is most sensitive to the feed per tooth, residual stress along Y direction is most sensitive to the milling speed. The optimum milling speed ranges from 25m/min to 40m/min, the optimum milling depth ranges from 0.4mm to 0.45mm, and the optimum feed per tooth ranges from 0.06 mm/z to 0.08mm/z, surface residual stress can be effectively controlled.

In this work, graphene nanosheets (GNSs) were prepared by the thermal pyrolysis of graphene oxide (GO) at 900 °C for 3 h, and their electrochemical performances as anode materials for lithium ion batteries (LIBs) were also investigated. TEM and SEM images clearly showed that the as-prepared GNSs had a transparent two-dimensional (2D) structure with 5~10 multilayers. The other experimental results (XRD, Raman, TG and FT-IR) confirmed the successful synthesis of GNSs. Electrochemical measurements revealed that GNSs had an initial discharge capacity of 1276 mAh g-1 and still remained 723 mAh g-1 after 50 cycles, indicating that the as-prepared GNSs shows a great potential as anode materials for LIBs.

The orthogonal experiment is processed for high-speed milling superalloy GH4169 with TiAlN coated carbide inserts. The empirical formula of the surface roughness is acquired by using Genetic Algorithm method. On the basis of this formula, studying the absolute sensitivity and relative sensitivity of surface roughness for milling speed, depth of cut and feed; The results showed that in the process of high-speed milling of high-temperature alloy GH4169, Surface roughness is most sensitive to the change of milling feed; change of milling depth take second place and milling speed is the least sensitive.

Amines and amides are important atmospheric organic-nitrogen compounds but high time resolution, highly sensitive, and simultaneous ambient measurements of these species are rather sparse. Here, we present the development of a high resolution time-of-flight chemical ionization mass spectrometer (HR-ToF-CIMS) method utilizing protonated ethanol as reagent ions to simultaneously detect atmospheric gaseous amines (C1 to C6) and amides (C1 to C6). This method possesses sensitivities of 5.6–19.4 Hz pptv−1 for amines and 3.8–38.0 Hz pptv−1 for amides under total reagent ion signals of ~ 0.32 MHz, and detection limits of 0.10–0.50 pptv for amines and 0.29–1.95 pptv for amides at 3σ of the background signal for a 1-min integration time, respectively. Controlled characterization in the laboratory indicates that relative humidity has significant influences on detection of amines and amides, whereas the presence of organics has no obvious effects. Ambient measurements of amines and amides utilizing this method were conducted from 25 July 2015 to 25 August 2015 in urban Shanghai, China. While the concentrations of amines ranged from a few pptv to hundreds of pptv, concentrations of amides varied from tens of pptv to a few ppbv. Among the C1- to C6-amines, the C2-amines were the dominant species with concentrations up to 130 pptv. For amides, the C3-amides (up to 8.7 ppb) were the most abundant species. The diurnal profiles of amines and amides suggest that in addition to the secondary formation of amides in the atmosphere, industrial emissions could be important sources of amides in urban Shanghai. During the campaign, photo-oxidation of amines and amides might be a main loss pathway for them in day time, and wet deposition was also an important sink.

Self-anchored suspension bridge is a self-balancing system by anchored the main cable at each end of main girder. With complicated configuration and important rule of transferring tension in main cable to main girder, the anchorage region is one of the most critical issues during designing a self-anchored suspension bridge. It is impossible to fully understand the mechanical behavior only by spatial beam and column model but spatial refined model. Because the behavior of anchorage region is greatly influenced by its boundary condition, in this paper, reasonable length of main girder in calculation model is discussed based on the spatial refined model. The mechanical behavior of initial anchorage structure is calculated. A modified anchorage configuration is proposed according to the stresses distribution of anchorage zone. Calculation results show the modified anchorage configuration can make the force transferring smoothly and decrease the stresses of anchorage structure, and it can be referenced to similar bridges.

It is difficult to cool high thermal flux electronics by traditional methods such as air cooling, common liquid cooling and so on. However, vapor compressor refrigeration system is an efficient approach to solve this problem. Heat sink is important equipment in system, so the goal of this paper is to design a heat sink which is similar to an evaporator in vapor compression system with head load 100W. Mathematical model of heat sink is set up. Different heat flux, pressure drop, heat transfer area and weight with different micro-channel width are obtained finally.

In this work, a novel photocatalyst with excellent photocatalytic activities was developed by the combination of TiO2 with graphene oxide (GO). GO was firstly prepared by the chemical oxidation of graphite through Hummers method and the subsequent dispersion and exfoliation in water. Then, GO and P25 nanoparticles (commercial TiO2) were used as raw materials to synthesize TiO2/graphene (TiO2/GE) nanocomposites by using a one-step solvothermal method. TEM images clearly showed that TiO2 nanomaterials (the size of about 15~20 nm) were distributed well onto the two-dimensional (2D) graphene sheets, indicating the formation of TiO2/GE nanocomposites. XRD results indicated that TiO2/GE nanocomposites exhibited TiO2 crystalline phase structure. Meanwhile, it was demonstrated from the methylene blue (MB) photodegradation results that TiO2/GE nanocomposites possessed excellent photocatalytic activities with potential applications.

This article proposed the adaptive harmonic detection based on artificial neural network，and which can test the amplitude and phase of all the harmonics. This paper also proposed the quasi-resonant control ratio strategy of active power filter. This strategy can compensate a specific harmonic of power system in real time, can achieve Static error-free control and with a strong ability of anti-grid frequency fluctuations. The results show that the method is feasible and effective.

The concrete decks in wide box composite girder bridge carrying vehicle load directly are easy to failure. So the decks in approach bridge of Jiubao Bridge are designed to renewable component. Several deck removal plans were put forward based on the structure characteristics of the Jiubao bridge. Spatial finite element model of the bridge was set up and the responses of approach bridge under different removal plan were analyzed. The analysis results show that methods proposed in this paper about deck removal in local position or in whole span are feasible; however different whole span removal method affect the mechanical behavior of the approach bridge heavily.
