The key performance parameters of spinning frame are difficult to be indentified and the performance degradation model is difficult to be established. To solve the problem, a reliability evaluation method for multiple performance degradation process of spinning frame is proposed. The relationship between the performance parameters of the spinning frame was analyzed, and the subjective and objective comprehensive weight identification method was used to screen the monitored performance parameters. The parameters with comprehensive weight greater than 0.5 were selected as the characterization parameters of the performance degradation of the spinning frame. The Wiener process was used to fit the multiple parameter degradation failure track. The Copula function was used to analyze the correlation of multiple parameter degradation failure process, and the Gibbs algorithm was used to estimate the parameters. The application results show that the proposed reliability evaluation method is in line with the actual production, and has high accuracy, which is helpful to improve the reliability level of spinning frame performance.

Public health crises can significantly impact the emotional well‐being of healthcare workers. Network analysis is a novel approach to exploring interactions between mental disorders at the symptom level. This study aimed to elucidate the characteristics of post‐traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and insomnia symptoms network among frontline nurses under sudden public health crisis. A cross‐sectional survey was conducted online among 556 frontline nurses through convenience sampling in Hubei Province, China, from 21 February 2020, to 10 March 2020. Symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and insomnia were assessed by the Post‐Traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist (PCL‐5), Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale (GAD‐7), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ‐9) and Insomnia Severity Index, respectively. Central symptoms (the most important symptoms, activation has the strongest influence the other nodes) and bridge symptoms (nodes where deactivation can prevent activation from spreading from one disorder to another) were identified via centrality and bridge centrality indices, respectively. Network stability was examined using the case‐dropping procedure. We found that the correlation between PHQ‐9 item 9 'suicidal thoughts' and PCL‐5 item 16 'reckless or self‐destructive behaviour' was the strongest. Moreover, 'reckless or self‐destructive behaviour' was the strongest central symptom, and PHQ‐9 item 3 'sleep problems' was the most important bridge symptom. Other major symptoms included GAD‐7 item 6 'uncontrollable anxiety' and PHQ‐9 item 2 'depressed or sad mood'. Timely, systemic targeting interventions on central symptoms and bridge symptoms may effectively alleviate co‐occurring experiences of psychopathological symptoms among frontline nurses. Shaker potassium channel proteins are a class of voltage-gated ion channels responsible for K+ uptake and translocation, playing a crucial role in plant growth and salt tolerance. In this study, bioinformatic analysis was performed to identify the members within the Shaker gene family. Moreover, the expression patterns of rice Shaker(OsShaker) K+ channel genes were analyzed in different tissues and salt treatment by RT–qPCR. The results revealed that there were eight OsShaker K+ channel genes distributed on chromosomes 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 in rice, and their promoters contained a variety of cis-regulatory elements, including hormone-responsive, light-responsive, and stress-responsive elements, etc. Most of the OsShaker K+ channel genes were expressed in all tissues of rice, but at different levels in different tissues. In addition, the expression of OsShaker K+ channel genes differed in the timing, organization and intensity of response to salt and chilling stress. In conclusion, our findings provide a reference for the understanding of OsShaker K+ channel genes, as well as their potential functions in response to salt and chilling stress in rice. One of the most important factors in fostering the sustainable growth of the world economy is the global green low-carbon transition. With its effective use of resources, its high technological requirements, and its high added value, the new energy vehicle industry exemplifies the potential for sustainability. Its growth satisfies the requirements of China's transition to an economic growth mode. This study performs an empirical analysis, using panel data from 154 new energy vehicle companies for the years 2015 to 2020. It examines the role of research and development (R&D) intensity in the impact relationship between government subsidies, R&D intensity, and innovation performance. The study's results reveal that government subsidies have a significant positive influence on the innovation performance of enterprises, with this effect being more pronounced in non-state-owned and large-scale enterprises. Moreover, the mechanism analysis indicates that R&D intensity serves as a mediator between government subsidies and innovation performance. Based on this, this paper proposes that the government should refine the subsidy policy and should scientifically classify the enterprise standards and that enterprises should enhance their R&D capability and should develop innovation mechanisms. Objective: The aims of this study were to investigate the current state of psychological resilience and identify its associated factors in bladder cancer (BC) patients undergoing radical cystectomy (RC). Methods: A cross‐sectional study, using convenience sampling was conducted among 248 patients recruited from urology department of a tertiary hospital in Shenyang, China. According to the resilience in illness model, participants were invited to finish a questionnaire included demographic and disease‐related information, Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale, Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale, Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale, Family adaptation, partnership, growth, affection, and resolve Index and Herth Hope Index. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to explore the predictors of resilience. Results: The average resilience score of 53.45 ± 6.22 among BC patients undergoing RC. Multiple regression showed that the associated factors of resilience of postoperative BC patients were gender (β = −0.142, p = 0.002), living in town (β = −0.103, p = 0.052), living alone (β = 0.118, p = 0.026), almost need to be taken care of (β = 0.094, p = 0.064), illness uncertainty (β = −0.249, p < 0.001), confrontation (β = 0.091, p = 0.077), acceptance‐resignation (β = −0.205, p < 0.001), social support (β = 0.122, p = 0.029) and hope (β = 0.350, p < 0.001). These predictors accounted for 56.9% of the total variance in resilience (F = 14.964, p < 0.001). Conclusions: Resilience among BC patients undergoing RC needs to be further improved. Hope was the most important variable influencing resilience in BC patients undergoing RC. In the future, we need to pay more attention to the psychological status of patients and encourage them to face the disease with positive emotion and positive coping style to enhance the hope and resilience of patients, so as to improve the quality of life of patients with BC undergoing RC. Objectives: This study explored the bidirectional relationship between job burnout and empathy among Chinese nurses., Methods: A nurse cohort was assessed longitudinally in 2020 (T1) and 2022 (T2). Participants completed the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)-Human Services Survey and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professionals., Results: Out of the 1090 nurses who participated in both assessments, 551 (50.6 %) exhibited job burnout. Nurses with no burnout, discontinued burnout, and newly developed burnout groups had higher levels of empathy than the persistent burnout group. There is a bidirectional negative association between empathy and job burnout, particularly in the depersonalization and low personal accomplishment. Notably, empathy did not predict the emotional exhaustion from burnout, but heightened emotional exhaustion predicted diminished empathy., Conclusion: The findings suggest a significant bidirectional negative association between empathy and job burnout, especially in depersonalization and low personal accomplishment. Notably, nurses without burnout, discontinued burnout, and newly developed burnout exhibited higher levels of empathy, emphasizing the potential impact of addressing and mitigating burnout on fostering empathetic behavior., Practice Implications: Interventions targeting both burnout and empathy are vital for nurses.
