Amac: Bu calismamizda, kontrasepsiyon yontemlerinin kadin cinsel fonksiyonuna ve yasam kalitesine etkisinin, Kadin Cinsel Fonksiyon Olcegi (KCFO) ve Yasam Kalitesi Olcegi (SF-12) dogrultusunda olculmesi amaclandi. Yontemler: Bu prospektif gozlemsel arastirmaya, Agustos-Ekim 2020 tarihleri arasinda Kadin hastaliklari ve dogum poliklinigimize basvuran hastalar dahil edildi. KCFO ve alt gruplari skorlari (arzu, uyarilma, lubrikasyon, orgasm, memnuniyet ve agri ) ile SF-12 skorlari korunma yontemleri (Mirena, Bakir RIA, tup ligasyonu, kondom, ve oral kontraseptif hap) kullananlar ile kullanmayanlarin cinsel islevleri ve yasam kaliteleri acisindan farklilik olup olmadigini arastirmak amaciyla kullanildi. Hastalarin demografik ozellikleri, KCFO ve SF-12 skorlari arastirmacilar tarafindan yuz yuze toplandi. Amaç: Emziren annelerin doğum sonrası doğurganlığın düzenlenmesine yönelik uygulamalarını, tutumlarını ve etkileyen faktörleri belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Analitik ve kesitsel tipte olan bu çalışma, 15/12/2019-15/03/2020 tarihleri arasında Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kadın ve Çocuk Sağlığı Ek Binası’nda, kadın doğum servislerinde, doğum yapan, araştırmaya dahil olma kriterlerine uyan, çalışmaya katılmayı gönüllü olarak kabul eden 306 anne ile yürütülmüştür. Veri toplamada Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Aile Planlaması Tutum Ölçeği (APTÖ) kullanılmıştır. Veriler yüz yüze görüşme tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Veri analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler (sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma), Shapiro-Wilk testi, Cronbach’s Alfa testi, MannWhitney U testi, Kruskal Wallis testi, Ki kare, Varyans, Spearman Korelasyon Analizleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Annelerin yaş ortalaması 30±5.33, eşlerinin yaş ortalaması 33±5.46, evlilik süre ortalaması 9±5.01 yıldır. Annelerin %56.9’u, eşlerinin %48.7’si ilköğretim/ortaokul mezunu olup, ilk gebelik yaşı ortalama 22±3.37, gebelik sayısı ortalama 3±1.14, %80.1’i 3 ve altı çocuğa sahiptir. Annelerin %73.0’ünün en az bir kez planlamadan/istemeden gebe kaldığı, %25.8’inin herhangi bir yöntem kullanırken gebe kaldığı ve bu annelerin geri çekme (%57.0) ve kondom (%30.4) kullanırken istenmeyen gebelik yaşadığı saptanmıştır. Annelerin önceki emzirme döneminde en çok LAM (%66.0) ve geri çekme (%40.8) yöntemlerini kullandıkları, şuanki emzirme döneminde sırasıyla geri çekme (%31.0), kondom (%27.8), RİA (%14.1) kullanmayı düşündükleri bulunmuştur. Emziren annelerin AP’ye ilişkin tutum puan ortalaması 54.19±9.54, AP yöntemlerine ilişkin tutum puan ortalaması 36.29±8.58, gebeliğe ilişkin tutum puan ortalaması 26.27±5.93 ve APTÖ toplam puan ortalaması 116.78±21.446 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışan, çekirdek aile tipine sahip olan, kendisinin ve eşinin eğitim düzeyi yüksek olan, isteyerek gebe kalan, yaşan çocuk sayısı üç ve altı olan, emzirme döneminde doğurganlığın düzenlenmesine yönelik yöntem kullanılabileceğini düşünen annelerin APTÖ toplam puan ortalaması istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı olarak yüksek bulunmuştur (p, Aim: The aim of the study is to determine the practices and attitudes of breastfeeding mothers towards the regulation of postpartum fertility and the factors affecting it. Materials and Methods: This analytical and cross-sectional study was conducted in Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital Women's and Child Health Annex Building between 15/12/2019-15/03/2020 with people who gave birth in the obstetrics service and met the inclusion criteria of the study. The study was carried out with 306 mothers who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study. Personal Information Form and Family Planning Attitude Scale (APTS) were used to collect data. The data were collected by face-to-face interview technique. Descriptive statistics (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation), Shapiro-Wilk test, Cronbach's Alpha test, MannWhitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test, Chi-square, analysis of variance, Spearman correlation analysis were used in the analysis of the data. Results: The mean age of the mothers was 30±5.33, the mean age of their spouses was 33±5.46 years, and the mean duration of marriage was 9±5.01 years. 56.9% of mothers and 48.7% of their spouses were primary school/secondary school graduates, mean first gestational age was 22±3.37, mean number of pregnancies was 3±1.14, and 80.1% had 3 or less children. It was determined that 73.0% of the mothers got pregnant at least once without planning/unintentionally, 25.8% of them got pregnant while using any method, and these mothers experienced unwanted pregnancy while using withdrawal (57.0%) and condom (30.4%). It was found that the mothers mostly used LAM (66.0%) and withdrawal (40.8%) methods during the previous breastfeeding period, and they thought of using withdrawal (31.0%), condom (27.8%) and IUD (14.1%) respectively during the current breastfeeding period. The mean attitude score of breastfeeding mothers towards FP was determined as 54.19±9.54, the mean score of attitude towards FP methods was 36.29±8.58, the mean of attitude towards pregnancy was 26.27±5.93, and the mean total score of APTS was 116.78±21.446. The mean APTS total score of the mothers who were working, had a nuclear family type, had a high education level of themselves and their spouses, became pregnant voluntarily, had three or less children, and thought that a method for the regulation of fertility during breastfeeding could be used was found to be statistically significantly higher (p< 0.05). Conclusion: It was found that the mean family planning attitude score of the breastfeeding mothers was high and they had a positive FP attitude. It was determined that the education level of the mothers and their spouses, the working status of the mothers, socio-economic level, family type and the number of living children affected the FP attitude.

The aim of this study was to determine contraceptive method use in perimenopausal women. This cross-sectional study was carried out in XXXXXXXXXXX Hospital between 6 June and 7 September in 2016. The study sample included 243 women selected through random sampling, a non-probability sampling. Data were collected with a questionnaire created by the researchers in light of the literature. The analysis of the data obtained from the research was carried out in the SPSS 20.0 package program. Percentage ratios, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, chi square test have been used in analysis of data. The mean age of the women was 47.7±3.4 years. At the time of the study, 77.4% of the women were using a contraceptive method, but 22.6% of the women were not using any contraceptive methods. The most frequent method was intrauterine device at the rate of 25.1%. Twenty-three-point nine percent of the women had tubal ligation and 14.8% of the women were using withdrawal. Formerly, the most frequently used modern contraceptive method had been contraceptive pills at the rate of 53.8%. The second most frequent former method had been male condom at the rate of 46.5% and the third most frequent former method had been copper intrauterine device at the rate of 32.9%. Nine-point nine percent of the women had not used any contraceptive methods previously. Fifty-four-point three percent of the women did not know how long they should use a contraceptive method after their periods ended due to menopause. The decreased rate of contraceptive use and not knowing how long contraceptives should be used in perimenopausal women reveal an unfulfilled need for counseling in these women. Özet Bu araştırmanın amacı perimenopozal dönemdeki kadınların kontraseptif yöntem kullanım durumlarını belirlemektir. Kesitsel tipteki bu çalışma XXXXXXXXXXX Hastanesi’nde 06/06/2016 ile 07/09/2016 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 243 kadın oluşturmuş ve örnekleme alınacak kadınları belirlemede olasılıksız örnekleme yöntemlerinden gelişigüzel örnekleme yöntemi seçilmiştir. Araştırma verileri, araştırmacılar tarafından literatüre uygun elde edilen soru formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 20,0 paket programında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde, yüzdelik oranlar, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, ve Ki kare testi kullanılmıştır. Kadınların yaş ortalamaları 47,7±3,4’dir. Kadınların %77,4’ü halen gebelikten korunmak için bir yöntem kullanırken %22,6’sı hiçbir yöntem kullanmamaktadır. Şuanda kullanılan kontraseptif yöntemin en yüksek oranda (%25,1) rahim içi araç (RİA) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kadınlar %23,9 oranında tüp ligasyon ve %14,8 oranında ise geri çekme yöntemi ile gebelikten korunmaktadırlar. Araştırmaya katılan kadınların yarıdan fazlası (%53,8) geçmişte gebelikten korunmak için modern yöntem olarak hap kullanmıştır. Erkek kondomu %46,5 oranı ile ikinci sırada yer alırken, %32,9 oranı ile bakırlı RİA üçüncü sırada kullanılmıştır. Yöntem kullanmayan kadın oranı ise %9,9’dur. Kadınların %54,3’ü menopoz nedeni ile adetten kesildikten sonra ne kadar süre daha gebelikten korunmaları gerektiğini bilmemektedir. Perimenopozal dönemde yöntem kullanımının azalması ve bu dönemde ne kadar süre gebelikten korunması gerektiğinin bilinmemesi kadınların karşılanamayan danışmanlık gereksinimlerinin olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu danışmanlığın kadının yaşına ve ihtiyacına uygun verilmesi önerilebilir.

Objective: Family planning is one of key responsibilities of family physicians; providing birth control methods, and ensuring its practical application remains important for maternal and child health. The aim of this study is to determine the contraception methods used by the individuals who applied to Family Health Centers (FHC) and to reveal the relationship between family planning methods chosen. Material and Methods: A descriptive research method was adopted for this study using the follow-up records of the FHCs. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Hıristiyanlıkta kürtaj meselesini Katolik Kilisesiörneği baz alınarak incelemek ve konu bağlamındaki yorum ve tartışmalarısunmaktır.İlk bölümde kürtaj kavramı başta olmak üzere çalışma içerisinde konukapsamında yer alan bazı kavramlar tanımlanmış, kürtaj meselesinin genelçerçevede hukuki ve ahlakî boyutları ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca bu bölümde YahudilikHıristiyanlık ve İslam dinleri ile birlikte diğer bazı din ve geleneklerin kürtajkonusundaki genel bakışı ortaya konulmuştur.İkinci bölümde ise çalışmanın asıl konusu olan Katolik Kilisesi öğretisiçerçevesinde kürtaj meselesine bakış, Kutsal Kitap'tan örnekler ve yorumlarıortaya konularak incelenmiştir. The purpose of this study is to analyze the issue of abortion in Christianitybased on the example of the Catholic Church and to present the comments anddiscussions in the context of the subject. In the first chapter, some concepts within the scope of the study havebeen defined and in general, the legal and moral dimensions of the abortion issueare discussed. In addition, in this chapter, an overview of Judaism, Christianityand Islam religions and some other religions and traditions is shown.In the second chapter, the main subject of the study was the view of abortionin the context of Catholic Church teachings, examples and interpretations from theBible. Michel Foucault tarafından ilk kez, 1976 yılında College de France'da kullanılan biyopolitika kavramı, nüfusun ve bedenlerin düzenlenmesini sağlayan bir iktidar mekanizmasını tanımlamaktadır. Bu mekanizma bedeni, toplumsal normların ve siyasi isteklerin gerçekleştirildiği politik bir alana dönüştürmüştür. Fakat burada doğumun kadın bedeninde gerçekleşmesi sebebi ile en çok kontrol altında tutulan `kadın bedeni`dir, Nüfusun istenildiği gibi yönlendirilebilmesi için teşvikler, sınırlandırmalar ve yasaklamalar kadın bedeni üzerindeki denetimin artırılmasına neden olmaktadır. `Üç Çocuk Politikası` sonucunda kadın üzerindeki kontrolün, doğum planlamaları ile yeniden gündeme geldiği görülmektedir. Siyasi aktörlerin bu politikayı kamuoyuna yaymak, bilgilendirmek ve teşvik etmek için kullandıkları söylemler, medyada da yer bulmuştur. Bu kapsamda, `Üç Çocuk Politikası` haberlerinin en yoğun olduğu dönem olarak 2013, 2014 ve 2015 yılları arasında geçen süreçte, farklı medya gruplarına ait Sabah, Hürriyet ve Sözcü gazetelerinin internet sitelerinde yer alan haberler ve görselleri nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri kapsayan içerik analizi ile incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. The biopolitics notion was used by Michel Foucault fort he first time in 1976 at College de France to describe a power mechanism which helps to regulate population and bodies.This mechanism has turned bodies into a political area that social norms and political will com true. However, here `the female body` is controlled by far the most since the birth takes place in the body. In order to direct the population as required, incentives, restriction and prohibitions lead to increase of supervision on the female body. The discourse of control over the woman has brought into agenda again with birth planning talks due to the `Three Children Policy`. The statements were used by political actors in order to spread this policy to public opinion, inform the masses and promote it on a large scale in media. In this context, a content analysis attempt with qualitative and quantative evaluations of news and images on websites of Sabah, Hürriyet and Sözcü newspapers has been carried out during the peak years of `Three Children Policy` news on media: 2013, 2014 and 2015. 110

ÖZETBu çalışma, ülkemizde en fazla oranda kullanılan geleneksel bir aile planlaması yöntemi olan geri çekme (GÇ) yönteminin eşlerin cinsel fonksiyonlarına etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı olarak planlanan çalışma, Afyonkarahisar il merkezindeki bir sağlık ocağına bağlı bölgede gerçekleştirilmiştir. Örneklemi GÇ yöntemi kullanan, çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden ve onam alınan 54 çift oluşturmuştur. Veriler anket formu, kadın cinsel fonksiyon indeksi (FSFI), ereksiyon işlevi uluslararası değerlendirme formu (IIEF) ve prematür ejakülasyon profili (PEP) ile toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulanmasında ev ziyaretleri yapılmış ve formlar yüzyüze görüşme tekniği ile doldurulmuştur. Verilerin analizinde; frekans, ortalama, Spearman korelasyon testi, Mann Whitney U, Wilcoxon ve McNemar ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmamızdaki çiftlerde kadınların yaş ortalamasının 32.67±7.30, erkeklerin 36.54±7.40 olduğu, kadınların %77.8’inin ilkokul, erkeklerin ise %70.3’ünün ortaokul/lise düzeyinde öğrenim gördüğü belirlenmiştir. Çiftlerin GÇ yöntemini ortalama 5.76±5.70/ yıldır kullanmakta oldukları saptanmıştır. Kadınların FSFI total puan ortalamaları 24.52±7.18 olup, %50’sinin cinsel disfonksiyon yaşadıkları belirlenmiştir. Eşlerin ise IIEF total puan ortalamaları 62.65±8.81 olarak bulunmuş, %64.8’inin belirlenenbu puan ortalamasının üzerinde puan aldıkları saptanmıştır. PEP’e göre, kadınların değerlendirmesinde total puan ortalaması 10.74±2.23, eşlerde 10.54±1.48 olarak bulunmuş ve kadınların %57.4, eşlerin %46.3’nün PEP puanları ortalamanın üzerinde bulunmuştur. Çiftlerin GÇ yöntemini kullanım süresi, yöntemi kullanırken gebelik kaygısı yaşama, memnuniyet ve güvenme düzeyleri ile kullanılan ölçekler arasında ve ölçeklerin de kendi aralarında anlamlı ilişkiler gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, çalışma verilerimize göre, GÇ yönteminin özellikle kadınların cinsel fonksiyonlarını olumsuz etkilediği, ancak erkeklerin cinsel fonksiyonları ve prematür ejakülasyon durumları üzerinde negatif bir etkisinin olmadığı söylenebilir.Anahtar kelimeler: Cinsel fonksiyon, geri çekme, FSFI, IIEF, PEP.SUMMARYThe Evaluation of Sexual Functions of the Couples using the WithdrawalContraceptive MethodThis study has been made in order to determine the effects of the withdrawal method -the most common, traditional method of family planning used in our country- on the sexual functions of the spouses. The study was planned descriptively and carried out in the district of a health care center in the city centrum of Afyonkarahisar. The sample consisted of 54 couples who had been using the withdrawal method (WM). They accepted to participate in the study and their consent was taken. Data were collected by survey form, Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF), and Premature Ejaculation Profile (PEP). Home visits were made during the application of the study and forms were filled out by the face-to-face interview method. Data were analyzed by frequency, mean, Spearman correlation test, Mann Whitney U, Wilcoxon, and McNemar chi-square test. It was determined that, the mean age of the women participated in the study was 32.67±7.30 and of men was 36.54±7.40; 77.8% of the women had primary school level of education whereas 70.3% of men had secondary school/high school level of education. It was found that the couples had been using the withdrawal method for an average of 5.76±5.70 years. FSFI total mean score of the women was 24.52±7.18, and 50% of women had experienced sexual dysfunction. On the other hand, IIEF total mean score of their spouses was 62.65±8.81 and 64.8% had a score above this mean. According to PEP, total mean score was found 10.74±2.23 in women’s evaluation while it was 10.54±1.48 for their spouses. The PEP scores of 57.4% of the women and 46.3% of their spouses were found to be above the mean. Significant relation was found between the scales and the duration of using the WM, the anxiety of pregnancy while using the method, and satisfaction and thrust levels. In addition, it was determined that the scales show significant correlation between each other. As a result, our study data suggests that WM negatively affects the sexual functions of the women; however, it does not have a negative impact on the sexual functions and premature ejaculation situations of men.Keywords:Sexual function, withdrawal, FSFI, IIEF, PEP.

Bu araştırmanın amacı Konuralp Kamil Furtun Sağlık Ocağı bölgesinde 15-49 yaş evli kadınlarda, aile planlaması yöntem kullanma oranının ve yöntem kullanmama nedenlerinin belirlenmesidir. Kesitsel - tanımlayıcı tipteki araştırmanın evreni 3740 kadını içermekledir. Örneklem büyüklüğü 158 kadın olarak hesaplandı. Sistematik örnekleme ile oluşturulan örnekleme giren kadınlarla yüz yüze görüşülerek anketler uygulandı. Etkili yöntem kullanma oranı %48,8, etkisiz yöntem %27,8, yöntem kullanmama ise %23,4 olarak bulundu. Yöntem kullanmayan 81 kadının %22,2'si sağlığa zarar verdiği, % 17,2'si eşi istemediği, %17,2 ise gebe olduğu için yöntem kullanmadıklarını belirtti. Yöntem kullanma oranı ülkemizde yapılan diğer bazı çalışmalardan daha yüksek bulundu. Bunun nedeni bölgeyi çok etkileyen 1999 yılında olan iki depremden sonra aile planlaması hizmetlerinin hem sunumuna ağırlık verilmesi hem de halkın bu hizmetleri almaya istekli olması olabilir. Yöntem kullanmama nedenleri olarak 'sağlığa zararlı' olduğunu düşünme ve eşinin istememesinin ilk sıralarda yer alması; çalışmanın yapıldığı yörede halka sağlık eğitimi verilmesi gibi yöntem kullanma oranını arttırmaya yönelik çalışmaların, eşlerin de katılımının sağlanarak devam ettirilmesi gereğini vurgulamaktadır. The aim of this study was to determine the rate of using family planning methods and the reasons of not using any method in 15-49 years old married women living at the district of Konuralp Kamil Furtun Health Center. The universe of this cross-sectional, descriptive research included 3740 women. Sample size was calculated as 157 women. Systematic sampling method was used. Questionnaires were applied to women by face to face interview. The rate of using effective family planning methods was 48,8%, traditional methods 27,8% and not using any method 23,4%. Of 81 women who did not use effective family planning methods, the reasons for that were; thinking that harmful to their health (22.2%), husbands do not want (17,2%) and being pregnant (17,2%). The rate of using family planning methods was found to be higher than some other studies done in Turkey. It may be due to the increased availability and utilization of the family planning services after two big earthquakes at 1999 that effected this region strongly. They stated the reasons of not using family planning methods, "harmful to the health" and "husbands do not want" which emphasizes that the services such as health education intending to increase the rate of practising family planning methods must be continued by involving the participation of the husbands.
