Anak dengan stunting memiliki kemampuan verbal dan IQ rendah, disabilitas kognitif, penurunan kemampuan motorik dan gangguan fungsi imunitas. Perlu pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) sebagai pendamping program suplementasi pemerintah pada ibu hamil untuk meningkatkan status gizi ibu hamil dan mencegah stunting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas SDM bagi pertahanan negara. Mendapatkan formulasi fortifikasi cookies yang sesuai kebutuhan ibu hamil untuk mencegah stunting. Formulasi cookies berawal dari pembuatan tepung (tempe, kacang hijau, ikan tuna, pisang), dilanjutkan dengan formulasi tepung komposit. Rancangan metode optimasi tepung komposit RSM mixture design D-optimal, menggunakan software Design Expert 7.0 trial (DX 7 trial). Kandungan zat gizi bahan pangan yang digunakan lalu dibandingkan dengan jumlah zat gizi yang ingin ditambahkan. Formula tepung komposit dipilih berdasarkan kandungan gizi dan rasa. Substitusi tepung beras dengan tepung komposit terpilih pada resep standar. Cookies berbentuk bulat, aroma, rasa, warna, kenampakan sesuai SNI01-2891-1992, BUTIR1.2. Kandungan protein, energi, vitamin A, B12, calsium, pospor, iodium, asam folat memenuhi AKG ibu hamil trimester II dan persyaratan BPOM. 70% ibu hamil trimester II menyukai cookies. Cookies ikan tuna dapat digunakan sebagai PMT ibu hamil pendamping program suplementasi pemerintah untuk mencegah stunting 180 HPK.

TikTok merupakan aplikasi sosial media yang diluncurkan oleh perusahaan asal Tiongkok. TikTok memungkinkan penggunanya membuat video berdurasi 15 detik yang disertai dengan musik, filter, dan beberapa fitur kreatif lainnya. Di Indonesia terdapat 30,7 juta pengguna yang aktif sehingga menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara dengan pengguna TikTok terbesar di dunia. Maraknya jumlah pengguna TikTok yang aktif di Indonesia tentu dapat memberikan peluang bagi brand untuk menjadikan platform TikTok sebagai platform social media marketing. Adapun 5 vendor smartphone di Indonesia yang memanfaatkan TikTok sebagai platform marketing, yaitu : Oppo Indonesia, Samsung Indonesia, Vivo Indonesia, Xiaomi Indonesia, dan Realme Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghitung kredibilitas dari performa akun TikTok Top 5 Vendor Smartphone di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu metode eksploratif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa vendor smartphone Oppo Indonesia mendapatkan peringkat pertama dan memiliki kredibilitas performa akun yang baik.

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terus menyebar dengan cepat telah menimbulkan krisis ekonomi. Masyarakat perlu memiliki skill tambahan yang dapat meningkatkan potensi wirausaha mandiri masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi wirausaha mandiri ibu-ibu PKK Desa Tangkil melalui pelatihan pembuatan sabun cuci tangan dan hand sanitizer dan memberikan penyuluhan penyimpanan masker yang benar serta pentingnya melaksanakan 3M (mencuci tangan, memakai masker, dan menjaga jarak) untuk membatasi penularan Covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan yang diawali dan diakhiri dengan survey, serta tahap evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan secara umum menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan yang signifikan dalam pembuatan sabun cuci tangan dan hand sanitizer. Serta terjadi peningkatan kesadaran pentingnya penyimpanan masker dengan benar dan tetap melaksanakan 3M (mencuci tangan, memakai masker, dan menjaga jarak) untuk membatasi penularan Covid-19.

The synthesis of C-heptylcalix[4]resorcinarene octabenzoate and octacinnamate had been conducted. The activity test as sunscreen compound has also been carried out. The first step of synthesis of C-heptylcalix[4]resorcinarene was the reaction between resorcinol with octanal using HCl catalyst in ethanol at 78 °C for 24 hours to yield C-heptylcalix[4]resorcinarene (CHCR, 96%). The second step was the esterification of CHCR with benzoyl chloride in pyridine at 60 °C for 8 hours, yielded C-heptylcalix[4]resorcinarene octabenzoate (CHCROB, 40%). Synthesis of C-heptylcalix[4]resorcinarene octacinnamate (CHCROC) was also carried out using similar method with cinnamoyl chloride to yield CHCROC, 65%. The structure of products was elucidated by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and LC-MS spectrometers. Furthermore, the determination of the value of SPF of synthesized compounds was carried using UV-Vis spectrophotometer and photostability test employing a UV lamp (intensity of 0.27 mW/cm2) with variation of time of 15, 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes. The result of activity test of the synthesized compounds as sunscreen showed that SPF value of CHCR, CHCROB, and CHCROC were 8.32; 4.17 and 190 at 50 ppm, respectively. Therefore, based on the result of SPF, it is indicated that CHCROC could be used as sunscreen compounds especially for UV-B region.

Electrochemical biosensor based on Bacillus licheniformis whole-cell can detect urea level in a urea solution. The level was indirectly monitored through the ammonia oxidation reaction using B. licheniformis microorganism on an electrode surface. The working electrode was a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE). B. licheniformis pellet was placed on the operated electrode carbon and was added with various urea concentrations in the synthetic urine, and tested using a cyclic voltammetry technique. The biosensor system results in a limit of detection of 0.05 M urea, 0.0974 µA/M sensitivity, and linearity in the range of 0.05−1.00 M urea concentration with R2 0.994. We conclude that the developed system performs needs to be improved of analytic performance again.

The purpose of this study was to determine social problems in the Muhammadiyah branch of Gedangan and its remedies, and to find out the history of the establishment of the Muhammadiyah branch in Gedangan. This research is a descriptive qualitative research through interviews and direct observations on the head of the Muhammadiyah branch of Gedangan. Based on the results of research on social problems in the Muhammadiyah Gedangan branch along with the history of the establishment of the Muhammadiyah Gedangan branch, it was founded in 1990 until now. The social problem in the Muhammadiyah Gedangan branch is that it only has one business charity in the field of education, on the side of life the education sector stands out among minority communities, as a result there are various kinds of social problems, namely experiencing a lack of students and the impact from the economic side, and from the side the life of the minority community is very influential, because many residents do not want to enroll their children in the school. As a result of the impact of social minority problems, many people think that the school is only for Muhammadiyah people and the cost is expensive.

An eco-friendly phenol biosensor from Bacillus biofilm was prepared and investigated. The biofilm, which produced tyrosinase enzyme, was successfully immobilized on a screen-printed carbon electrode surface. A total of 72 Bacillus isolates were utilized because of their capability to produce tyrosinase enzyme in tyrosine media. Among them, Bacillus isolate code 100 was selected because it produced an adequate amount of tyrosinase enzyme and a high potentiostat current. The response surface methodology was also used to optimize the phenol sensing condition through an electrochemical method. Results showed that the optimum condition was achieved after 6 days on a phosphate buffer solution (pH of 8), with an optical density of 0.33. Furthermore, the limits of detection and quantification were 3.0 and 13 ng/L, respectively. The measurements of precision yielded a relative standard deviation of < 5%, which is remarkable. Although the biosensor material was used for 35 days, the current throughout was still maintained at 90%, indicating that the evaluated biosensor material has the potential to be used for phenol monitoring on environmental samples in the near future.
