OBJECTIVE Meals are a consistent challenge to glycemic control in type 1 diabetes (T1D). Our objective was to assess the glycemic impact of meal anticipation within a fully automated insulin delivery (AID) system among adults with T1D. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS We report the results of a randomized crossover clinical trial comparing three modalities of AID systems: hybrid closed loop (HCL), full closed loop (FCL), and full closed loop with meal anticipation (FCL+). Modalities were tested during three supervised 24-h admissions, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consumed per participant's home schedule, at a fixed time, and with a 1.5-h delay, respectively. Primary outcome was the percent time in range 70-180 mg/dL (TIR) during the breakfast postprandial period for FCL+ versus FCL. RESULTS Thirty-five adults with T1D (age 44.5 ± 15.4 years; HbA1c 6.7 ± 0.9%; n = 23 women and n = 12 men) were randomly assigned. TIR for the 5-h period after breakfast was 75 ± 23%, 58 ± 21%, and 63 ± 19% for HCL, FCL, and FCL+, respectively, with no significant difference between FCL+ and FCL. For the 2 h before dinner, time below range (TBR) was similar for FCL and FCL+. For the 5-h period after dinner, TIR was similar for FCL+ and FCL (71 ± 34% vs. 72 ± 29%; P = 1.0), whereas TBR was reduced in FCL+ (median 0% [0-0%] vs. 0% [0-0.8%]; P = 0.03). Overall, 24-h control for HCL, FCL, and FCL+ was 86 ± 10%, 77 ± 11%, and 77 ± 12%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Although postprandial control remained optimal with hybrid AID, both fully AID solutions offered overall TIR >70% with similar or lower exposure to hypoglycemia. Anticipation did not significantly improve postprandial control in AID systems but also did not increase hypoglycemic risk when meals were delayed.

El presente trabajo de investigación precisa que tuvo como objetivo general establecer la relación entre la gestión administrativa y la satisfacción laboral de los colaboradores de la subgerencia de fiscalización de la SUTRAN, 2021. En cuanto al método se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental de nivel descriptivo-correlacional y de corte transversal, tipo aplicado, recogiendo información de los colaboradores de la subgerencia de fiscalización de la SUTRAN a través de dos cuestionarios referente a las dos variables, compuesto por 20 preguntas para cada instrumento. Esta investigación estuvo conformada por una población de 100 colaboradores de la subgerencia de fiscalización de la SUTRAN, a quienes se le aplicó las encuestas, los que fueron sometidos al juicio de tres expertos para comprobar su validez del contenido y para la confiabilidad se usó el alfa de Cronbach obteniéndose los coeficientes de 0,904 de la gestión administrativa y 0,866 para la satisfacción laboral, indicando una correlación confiable. Los resultados de correlación moderada y confiable entre las variables de estudio mediante el estadístico de Spearman evidenció un r=0,545 y Sig.=0,000. Cuando los jóvenes se acercan al final de su escolaridad, son enfrentarse a una plétora de decisiones a menudo abrumadoras, incluyendo si ir a la Universidad u otra institución de educación superior, y qué curso de educación superior es más adecuado para ellos. En este artículo, proponemos utilizar datos de resultados obtenidos de los exámenes estatales colombianos Sabre 11 / T & T / Pro como insumo para una educación superior sistema de recomendación de cursos. Comparamos cinco modelos de recomendación diferentes por analizar precisión, recuperación, curvas ROC y error de predicción. Nuestros hallazgos son ese filtrado colaborativo basado en el usuario, y el modelo que más recomienda cursos populares, son los que se desempeñan mejor. Observamos que si bien el contexto de este trabajo es en Colombia, la mayoría de los otros países tienen exámenes estatales similares o equivalentes. Por lo tanto, se puede esperar que los hallazgos de nuestra investigación puedan ser más generales aplicado a otros contextos. Como trabajo adicional, esperamos implementar este recomendador sistema como una aplicación de teléfono móvil para que los jóvenes lo utilicen para ayudarlos elija cursos de educación superior. #RecomendaciónesDeCursos #Universidad #Jóvenes When young people approach the end of their schooling, they are faced with a plethora of often daunting decisions, including whether to go to University or other further education institution, and what further education course is most suitable for them. In this paper, we propose using result data obtained from the Colombian Saber 11/T&T/Pro state exams as input for a higher education course recommender system. We compare five different recommender models by analyzing precision, recall, ROC curves and prediction error. Our findings are that user-based collaborative filtering, and the model that recommends the most popular courses, are the ones that perform best. We note that while the context of this work is in Colombia, most other countries have similar or equivalent state exams. It can therefore be expected that our research findings can be more generally applied to other contexts. As further work, we hope to deploy this recommender system as a mobile telephone application for young people to use to help them choose higher education courses.

International audience; The manufacturing industry is shifting towards smart manufacturing, in which both energy efficiency and flexibility are some of the main objectives of this transformation. In this regard, the control strategies for manufacturing systems should be able to support the requirements of this transformation with a low computational burden towards their implementation in real time. To this end, in this paper, a dual-mode control strategy based on two control approaches is proposed to minimize the energy consumption of manufacturing systems without affecting their productivity, even when scenarios of flexible manufacturing are considered. The first control model is based on Model Predictive Control to determine the optimal and constrained behaviour of the system. Then, the second mode starts from the assumption that the system exhibits a periodic behaviour to switch to an autonomous control mode that not solve an optimisation problem online. The proposed control strategy is tested in a manufacturing process line in which changes in the production programs are considered with the aim to test the performance in flexible manufacturing scenarios. The obtained results show that the computational burden could be significantly reduced while reducing global energy consumption without affecting the system productivity.

La tesis de grado plantea como objetivo de investigación realizar la caracterización del conocimiento didáctico del contenido de educación ambiental presente en profesores de diferentes áreas del conocimiento. Este proceso se desarrolló desde una perspectiva metodológica de tipo cualitativa, en la que, para caracterizar el CDC en educación ambiental, se realizó el análisis de las prácticas de profesores y el estudio de sus declaraciones respecto al desarrollo de los procesos ambientales que lideran. Además, estos hallazgos se relacionaron con el análisis de las representaciones de ambiente y educación ambiental de los profesores. Los resultados de esta investigación muestran la importancia de abordar el campo ambiental tanto en la formación inicial en las diferentes licenciaturas como en la formación continua en profesores de diversas áreas. Además de identificar como elementos potenciadores a su enseñanza: el trabajo por proyectos no vinculados al currículo de una asignatura en particular; la necesidad de lograr una interdisciplinaridad. Doctor en Educación Doctorado The undergraduate thesis proposes as a research objective to characterize the didactic knowledge of the environmental education content present in teachers from different areas of knowledge. This process was developed from a qualitative methodological perspective, in which, to characterize the CDC in environmental education, the analysis of the teachers' practices and the study of their statements regarding the development of the environmental processes they lead were carried out. Furthermore, these findings were related to the analysis of the representations of environment and environmental education of teachers. The results of this research show the importance of addressing the environmental field both in initial training in the different degrees and in continuous training for teachers in various areas. In addition to identifying as enhancement elements to their teaching: work for projects not linked to the curriculum of a particular subject; the need to achieve interdisciplinarity.

In order to cany out this study in a preliminaq phase, a bibliometric review was carried out on the innovation capacities in the services sector whch allowed to establish the state of the art and the most relevant research carried out on th~sar ea of study in the last years, th~sin qui~ya llowed to recognize that the year in which more studes have been carried out regardng th~sar ea has been the year 201 3 and that the most cited and referenced researchers are Bessant and Ackeman. In addtion, it was possible to identify that the country that more related publicatiom has had has been the USA. Together with this investigation, we performed an analysis of the most used words and most citedreserachers to know the networks of bibliographical information that are most comulted. Ths was done through the visual bibliometric analyzer VosViewer in which the networks of reserachers where the most cited are Bernede and Garrido, Perez and Suri who are evidenced as the center of the information network and the most used terms are: innovation in service, improvement, development, education and competitive advantage for the development of th~rse search.
