Pendahuluan: Anestesi umum merupakan teknik yang banyak ditemukan pada pembedahan, yaitu lebih dari 80%, dan ditemukan 2,5% pasien mengalami komplikasi setelah menjalani anestesi, dan pasien pasca anestesi hampir 80% mengalami kejadian hipotermia.Tujuan:Identifikasi faktor penyebab hipotermia pasca anestesi umum pada RSUD IBS Banten. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian observasional analitik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 56 responden pascaoperasi dengan anestesi umum dengan teknik consecutive sampling, pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square.Hasil: Teridentifikasinya karakteristik responden berdasarkan faktor usia pascaoperasi hipotermia dengan anestesi umum yaitu hampir separuh pada rentang usia 46-55 tahun yaitu 40%. Dan mengidentifikasi karakteristik responden berdasarkan faktor jenis kelamin dengan hipotermia pasca operasi dengan anestesi umum yaitu lebih dari separuh responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu 55%. Ada hubungan antara faktor IMT (p = 0,032) dengan hipotermia, ada hubungan antara lama pembedahan (p = 0,001) dengan hipotermia, ada hubungan antara jenis pembedahan (p = 0,012), ada hubungan ada hubungan antara suhu kamar (p = 0,015) dengan hipotermia pasca anestesi umum, ada hubungan yang teridentifikasi antara faktor penyebab hipotermia pasca operasi (IMT, durasi operasi, jenis operasi, suhu kamar) dengan hipotermia (p = 0,020) . Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan faktor usia, IMT, jenis kelamin, lama pembedahan, jenis pembedahan dan suhu ruangan dengan hipotermia post anestesi umum di RSUD IBS Banten. Saran : Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan Penelitian ini dengan meneliti lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan hipotermia pada klien post operasi dengan anestesi umum, terutama cairan infus yang akan digunakan dan obat anestesi.

Kajian ini bertujuan guna merancang hipotesis pengaruh antarvariabel untuk dipergunakan pada kajian berikutnya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was the entire family head of Majlis Panyairan Village, Palabuhanratu Village, amounting to 339 people, with a total sample of 102 people and carried out using proportionate simple random sampling technique and taken 30% of the total population. The calculation results show that the average item variable for policy socialization on environmental hygiene in Majlis Panyairan Village, Palabuhanratu Village, Sukabumi Regency is 3.48 or 69.60% of the ideal value and is included in the good category, while the average score of the community awareness variable in Majlis Village Panyairan Palabuhanratu Village in realizing environmental cleanliness is 3.36 or 67.20% of the ideal value and is included in the sufficient category. The results of statistical analysis obtained that the price of rXY = 0.534 is included in the fairly strong category. With a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 ttable = 1.984, so it can be concluded that the socialization of policies on environmental cleanliness (X) on public awareness in realizing environmental cleanliness (Y) in Majlis Panyairan Village, Palabuhanratu Village . The coefficient of determination (KD) of 28.52% the value of the community awareness variable in realizing environmental cleanliness (Y) in Majlis Panyairan Village, Palabuhanratu Village can be explained by the variable of policy socialization on environmental cleanliness (X), and the remaining 71.48% is determined by other factors . While the linear regression equation model obtained is Y = 19.650 + 0.525X. Therefore, to increase public awareness in realizing environmental cleanliness, it is recommended that the Palabuhanratu Sub-district Government, Sukabumi Regency, be more active in disseminating policies on environmental hygiene.

Belajar melalui bermain adalah prinsip yang penting dalam pengelolaan media pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Dengan bermain seluruh aspek perkembangan anak dapat terstimulasi. Oleh karena itu, bermain untuk anak usia dini membutuhkan perencanaan yang matang. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan tentang: 1) pembelajaran yang sesuai untuk pendidikan anak usia dini, 2) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan media pembelajaran. Proses pendampingan menggunakan metode pengamatan, Pendekatan Kualitatif, Wawancara dan Focus Group Discation (FGD), Workshop. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka dilakukan beberapa kegiatan meliputi 1) pengamatan awal pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan membuat alat permainan edukatif, 2) melaksanakan pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di TK Mutiara AIDA yang berada di Kelurahan Baruga, Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan pedoman pembelajaran anak usia dini dengan tersedianya alat media edukatif pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini.

Pada bulan Januari para peneliti berhasil mengidentifiksi penyebab pneumonia ini yakni jenis novel coronavirus. Secara resmi WHO menamakan penyakit ini Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019) dan nama virus tersebut adalah SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acite Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2). Menurut Permenkes RI No. 84 Tahun 2020 dilakukan vaksin secara bertahap dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi transmisi/penularan COVID-19, menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat COVID-19, mencapai kekebalan kelompok di masyarakat dan melindungi masyarakat dari COVID-19 agar tetap produktif secara sosial dan ekonomi. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Kecemasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pemberian Vaksinasi Covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskemas Kecamatan Parung Bogor pada Tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian : Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan studi cross sectional. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Hasil Penelitian: Menunjukan Lebih dari setengah responden berjenis kelamin adalah laki-laki yaitu 53%, Hampir setengah responden dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir SD sebesar 32%, Hampir setengah responden berusia 46-55 tahun sebesar 29%, Sebagian besar responden yang bersedia untuk melakukan vaksinasi covid-19 sebesar 91%, Sebagian besar responden dengan tingkat pengetahuan baik sebesar 79%, Lebih dari setengah responden dengan tingkat kecemasan normal sebesar 54%. Kesimpulan : dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak yang artinya Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap pemberian vaksinasi covid-19 dengan p-value = 0,004, Juga Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kecemasan masyarakat terhadap pemberian vaksinasi covid-19 dengan p-value = 0,000. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani seseorang bisa dilihat dari aktivitas seperti, mahasiswa yang mengikuti aktivitas perkuliahan membutuhkan kebugaran jasmani untuk mendukung peroses belajar mengajar dikampus secara optimal. Pemeriksaan fisik yang meliputi tekanan darah, berat badan, tinggi badan, lingkar pinggang dapat menjadi indikator untuk mengetahui kebugaran jasmani. Anemia juga berpengaruh pada status gizi seseorang. Angka kejadian anemia di Indonesia terbilang masih cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan Riskesdas tahun 2018 menyatakan bahwa prevalensi umur 15-24 tahun di Indonesia mengalami anemia sebesar 32%, artinya 3-4 dari 10 remaja menderita anemia. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat oleh dosen dan mahasiswa di STIKes Widya Dharma Husada Tangerang dengan sasaran sebanyak 100 mahasiswa/mahasiswi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode sebagai berikut: Pemeriksaan tekanan darah, penimbangan berat badan, pengukuran tinggi badan, lingkar pinggang, konseling kesehatan dan pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) secara gratis kepada mahasiswa-mahasiswi. Sebagian besar peserta pengabdian tidak mengetahui bahwa anemia dapat terjadi pada remaja karena asupan gizi yang tidak optimal dan kurangnya aktivitas fisik sehingga peserta diberikan konseling kesehatan untuk mendapatkan edukasi terkait pengetahuan pentingnya menjaga kebugaran jasmani untuk kesehatan dan pengetahuan untuk mencegah anemia. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memicu kesadaran mahasiswa-mahasiswi untuk lebih peduli terhadap kesehatan, rutin memeriksakan kesehatan dan membantu program pemerintah dalam menurunkan angka kejadian anemia di masyarakat. Tindak lanjut dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu dapat dilakukannya pemeriksaan kesehatan, konseling kesehatan dan pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) di tempat yang berbeda agar semakin banyak mahasiswa-mahasiswi yang paham tentang pentingnya kesehatan dan dapat menurunkan angka kejadian anemia. This article aims to analyze the teacher's efforts in increasing students' motivation to learn Arabic. The background of the research is at the Al-Kinana Modern Islamic Boarding School, Jambi City, to be precise in class VIII students. The focus of this research is not only discussing the teacher's efforts in increasing students' learning motivation, but also analyzing the various obstacles or obstacles experienced by students during the Arabic learning process. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study method. The research data collection instrument used interview and observation techniques. Then the data were analyzed through data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study conclude that the efforts of Arabic language teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in Arabic subjects for class VIII Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Kinanah Jambi City are quite good, this can be seen from the various efforts made by teachers, such as: using the Lecture Method, Questions and Answers and Discussion while teaching Arabic learning. Then, give assignments to students individually, give praise (appreciation) to students who answer questions correctly, and give marks to each Arabic learning exercise. The obstacle faced by the teacher is the unpreparedness of the students in receiving the subject matter, and there are some students who pay less attention to the learning material when the teacher explains the material, and some are sleeping while the learning is taking place. Efforts made by teachers in overcoming these problems are by activating the classroom atmosphere by giving assignments and direct questions about Arabic learning materials.

This study was carried out to determine the procedure followed by teachers in the implementation of distance learning in elementary schools in the year 2020/2021, as well as the role of teachers in the implementation of distance learning in elementary schools in the year 2020/2021. The qualitative descriptive research model is used in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained from respondents' responses through questionnaires and secondary data as reference material sourced from journals, articles, and books. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are ShopeeFood customers. Samples were taken based on the purposive sampling method. Data analysis using the SPSS tool. To test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the interaction test of moderating variables. The results show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, and brand image plays a role in strengthening the drive for loyalty. These results provide managerial implications for ShopeeFood to improve new strategies in promoting its products and strengthening its brand image so as to encourage customer loyalty. Thus, ShopeeFood is expected to be able to plan the right strategy, and attract and provide good service in order to create a positive brand image in the minds of consumers so that consumers have the potential to become loyal customers.

Introduction: Prevent the perception of negative self-image in people lived with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and increase positive self-image. The method used is by providing education through the Telenursing method. The final result achieved in this community service is to prevent the perception of negative self-image in PLWHA. Objective: Implementation of spiritual care for PLWHA to prevent the perception of negative self-image. Method: This community service uses an educational method that is carried out by telenursing. Researchers used observation sheets as a pre-implementation evaluation in the form of a scale of knowledge, perceptions, beliefs, moral views, beliefs, and attitudes. Telenursing is the use of technology as a method of providing long-distance health services so that patients and nurses do not need to meet face-to-face. This community service research is divided into 4 stages. Namely Environmental surveys and targets, Preparation of facilities and infrastructure, Implementation of community service education, and Evaluation. This activity was attended by 10 respondents under the auspices of the association of HIV/AIDS prevention activities in Ciamis Regency. Result: The results of spiritual care for PLWHA to prevent the perception of negative self-image as a form of implementing community service for 10 PLHAs in the Ciamis district show that it does not provide significant results because there are other inhibiting factors such as support and negative community stigma in the community. people living with HIV. Conclussion: Spiritual care has a positive impact on various parties, especially people with HIV/AIDS. Improved self-image is not only created from internal factors but must also be supported by various parties. Community service activities held regarding spiritual care for people with HIV/AIDS to prevent the perception of a negative self-image received a good response from PLWHA.

Efforts to improve the quality of education by conducting curriculum development are a necessity, because the curriculum is the pillar as well as the direction of the implementation of education in schools. In accordance with global demands when the implementation of AFTA (Asean Free Trade Area) and AFLA (Asean Free Labor Area) the demands of the world of education are increasingly complex. The world of education is required to be able to produce skilled workers who are able to exist and survive in these global developments. because to meet the demands of these developments, improvement and renewal of various components of education, especially the education curriculum, is an urgent thing to do, because in reality the 1994 curriculum is no longer relevant to deliver students to be able to compete with the global development of society, for that the government through the Ministry of National Education in the 2004/2005 academic year introduced a new curriculum called the Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK) with various studies and careful planning. This research aimed at looking at the linkage or relationship between learning independence, learning creativity, and English achievement; and finding out a significant effect of learning independence and learning creativity towards English achievement of the eighth-grade students of SMPN 1 Lumbis. Acorrelational research was employed at the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Lumbis. 118 out of 168 students from five classes were the sample of this research by using the random sampling technique, where the Slovin formula was used to determine the students’ representation from each class. The data were gathered by utilizing questionnaires, interview, and document. The results of the analysis showed that: first, there was a simultaneous linkage or relationship between learningindependence, learningcreativity, and Englishachievement. It was proved by the value of probability from eithermultiple correlation or Pearson product moment correlation (0.000) was smaller than the level of significance (0.05). Second, learning independence and learning creativity simultaneously had a positive effect towards English achievement, in which the value of probability was smaller than the level of significance (0.000 0.05). However, there were differences in the direction of effect among the variables, where learning independence had a positive effect towards English achievement in which the value of probability was smaller than the level of significance (0.000 0.05), while learning creativity had an inconstant effect towards English achievement in which the value of probability was greater than the level of significance (0.141 0.05). The result of the determination coefficient was 30.50%, which means that learning independence and learning creativity during the covid-19 pandemic affected students’ English learning achievement by 30.50%. Other factors which influenced 69.50% were not investigated in this present study. One of these factors was the lack of online learning facilities such as unstable internet connection and internet data package.

Penelitian Perpspektif Perilaku Konsumen dalam Penggunaan Aplikasi Belanja Online Lazada( Studi kasus pada mahasiswa Desa Sungai Perpat). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif karna data penelitian bukan berupa angka-angka metode penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian yang berorientasi pada gejala gejala yang bersifat alamiah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Penyebaran angket, wawancara, observasi serta triangulasi. Sebagai subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Desa Sungai Perpat yang menggunakan aplikasi belanja online Lazada dengan keseluruhan 10 orang responden dari penyebaran angket dan 5 orang informan dari wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari penyebaran angket bahwa yang mempengaruhi responden dalam menggunakan aplikasi belanja online Lazada yaitu kemudahan, kepuasan, motivasi dan keamanan. Surface water is part of the rainfall flowing above the ground to rivers, lakes, or oceans. One of the surface water resources in West Java is the river water from Cihideung sub watershed. People living in the Cihideung river have traditionally benefited water value as environmental services of the river. They use the water for their livelihood, mainly for agriculture, fisheries, and livestock with their level of income up to Rp.512.250.999,00 per year and expenditure of up to Rp.172.079.999,00 per year. Most of them work as farmers with an average age of 47-53 years and the education level is only elementary school level. They put value of water services about Rp. 237.642.578.707,00 for all house hold in Cihideung Sub Watershed for economic value of water utilization. The quality of water tends to be degrading with existing condition is mild to moderate polluted. The water condition have been decreasing people income and need to be restored among other by upland forest conservation using Payment for Environmental Service schema. The value of water could be managed as a source of fund for the conservation program.

Determinants of double lumen catheter reimplantation in patients with chronic kidney disease Background: Double Lumen catheter is a sterile tube that is inserted into a large central vein such as the jugular vein, subclavian vein or femoral vein through a surgical procedure. Failure of hemodialysis due to positional dysfunction and double lumen catheter infection must be reimplanted so that the hemodialysis continues on schedule. Purpose: To determine the relationship of factors that affect reattachment of the double lumen catheter in patients with chronic renal failure in BSD Medika Hospital. Method: A descriptive quantitative analytic with cross sectional design. Subjects were chronic kidney disease patients who performed regular hemodialysis through double lumen hemodialysis catheter access. Risk factor variables (age, sex, hypertension, DM, history of infection, location of insertion, duration of use, history of previous double lumen catheter placement). The research sample was 32 respondents. Results: Bivariat results, age (p = 0.637); gender (p = 1.000); status of hypertension (p = 0.338); status of infection (p = 0.138); status of Diabetes Mellitus (p = 0.053); insertion location (p = 0.052); duration of use (p= 0.004). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between duration of use and reimplantation of double lumen catheter in patients with chronic kidney disease. Tujuan: Mengetahui adanya hubungan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemasangan ulang double lumen catheter pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik di RS Medika BSD. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif analitik kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional . Variabel yang digunakan adalah usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat hipertensi, riwayat DM, riwayat infeksi, lokasi insersi, lama penggunaan, dan riwayat pemasangan double lumen catheter sebelumnya. Subyek penelitian adalah pasien dengan penyakit ginjal kronis yang dilakukan hemodialisis reguler melalui akses vaskular kateter hemodialisis double lumen . Sampel penelitian sebesar 32 responden. Hasil: bivariat analisis menunjukkan hasil: usia (p=0.637); jenis kelamin (p=1.000); riwayat hipertensi (p=0.338); riwayat infeksi (p=0.138); riwayat DM (p=0.053); lokasi insersi (p=0.052); dan lama penggunaan (p=0.004). S impulan: Lama penggunaan berhubungan signitifikan dengan pemasangan ulang catheter double lumen pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik di RS Medika BSD Kota Tangerang Selatan.

It is because they can access information messages via electronic media such as cell phones so that they can change a person's behavior, especially health behavior. There are many opinions that the health sector has got a significant benefit from this transformation.. Purpose: To identify the effectiveness of DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Short-Course) via a ndroid apps for promoting adherence to tuberculosis management among pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Pamulang Public Health Centre, South Tangerang City. Method: A quantitative research with the design method of quasi-experiment. The population was all patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the Pamulang Public Health Centre, South Tangerang City. The sample taken by an accidental purposive sampling technique, got of 40 participants divided in two groups and comprising 20 participants in the control group and 20 participants in the experimental group R esults : Showing that there was uncorrelated between age, gender, and weight with the level of obedience and recovery in both the control and experimental groups. There was a significant correlation between the patient's medication obedience level and the recovery rate for pulmonary TB patients in 2 groups. Besides, there was a significant difference between obedience in the control group and the experimental group, with a p-value of 0.04. Indonesia menempati posisi terbesar kedua kasus TB setelah India yaitu sebesar 10Prevalensi TB paru di Provinsi Banten sebesar 315/100.000 penduduk dimana wilayah dengan prevalensi paling tinggi adalah Kota tangerang Selatan yakni sebesar 1.691 per100.000 penduduk. Pada era global ini telepon genggam sangat dekat dengan masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan pesan informasi bisa diakses melalui media elektronik seperti telepon genggam sehingga bisa merubah perilaku seseorang khususnya perilaku kesehatan. Ada banyak pendapat bahwa sektor kesehatan sangat diuntungkan oleh transformasi ini. Tujuan : mengidentifikasi efektifitas penggunaan Media Komunikasi Telepon dalam Optimalisasi PMO Terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan dan Kesembuhan Penderita TB Paru Di Wilayah Puskesmas Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Metode : Penelitian ini Quasi Experiment 2 group. Populasi penelitian yaitu Seluruh pasien pasien TB Paru di Wilayah Puskesmas Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan tehnik Sampling Purposive Sampling dan sesuai dengan jumlah pasien yang ada saat itu. Hasil : menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara Umur, Jenis kelamin dan Berat badan dengan tingkat kepatuhan maupun kesembuhan baik pada kelompok kontrol maupun kelompok eksperiment, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepatuhan minum obat pasien dengan tingkat kesembuhan penderita TB paru pada 2 grup. Serta perbedaan yang signifikan antara kepatuhan pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen dengan p value 0.04 serta ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kesembuhan pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen dengan p value 0.019.

Terbatasnya pelayanan jiwa dan sifat skizofrenia yang kronis membuat keluarga dengan pasien skizofrenia berperan penting sebagai caregiver informal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui distribusi karakteristik demografi dan pengaruh strategi coping terhadap tingkat stres pada caregiver informal skizofrenia di poli rawat jalan rumah sakit jiwa Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan. Coping stres bervariasi bergantung pada karakteristik individu. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 32 orang caregiver skizofrenia dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian CSI-SF 32 item dan PSS-14 item. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan mayoritas caregiver adalah wanita dan orang tua dengan usia dewasa madya. Sebagian besar caregiver bekerja dan sudah merawat > 4 tahun dengan durasi merawat > 6 jam /hari. Terdapat pengaruh strategi coping terhadap tingkat stres pada caregiver informal skizofrenia (p = 0,006). Strategi coping yang banyak digunakan adalah coping adaptif dengan tingkat stres sedang. Perawatan dalam jangka waktu lama dapat meningkatkan beban kerja caregiver sehingga dapat memicu stres dan dapat menurunkan status kesehatan mental caregiver serta dapat mempengaruhi kualitas perawatan bagi pasien skizofrenia. Penulis merekomendasikan bagi pelayanan kesehatan jiwa untuk memperhatikan psikologis dan melakukan intervensi psikoedukasi manajemen stres pada caregiver.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh media pop up book berbasis cerita terhadap kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini kelompok B (Usia 5-6 tahun) di PAUD Al-huda Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah true Exsperimental Design dengan jenis Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design . Populasi penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di PAUD Al-huda Palembang. Sampel penelitian adalah anak kelas B1 dengan jumlah 15 orang anak kelas eksperimen dan 15 anak kelas kontrol. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dengan menggunakan lembar check -list yang disesuaikan dengan kisi-kisi instrumen yang telah dibuat, serta dokumentasi berupa foto dan video. Berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh bahwa rata-rata nilai untuk pretest kelas eksperimen 42,6. Sedangkan rata-rata nilai posttest 66,2. Ini berarti nilai rata-rata posttest lebih besar dari nilai pretest . dan dengan hasil uji-t yaitu t hitung > t tabel atau 6,0 > 2,48 dengan taraf signifikan (α) 0,05 dan dk = 15 – 1 = 14 maka H 0 ditolak dan H a diterima. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh media pop up book berbasis cerita terhadap kemampuan berbicara pada anak usia dini kelompok B (Usia 5-6 tahun) di PAUD Al-huda Palembang. Penuaan kulit dapat menimbulkan perubahan estetika kulit. Perubahan estetika kulit disebakan oleh beberapa hal seperti xenobiotik, polutan, dan radiasi sinar ultraviolet yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan oksidatif. Buah kupa merupakan buah yang mengandung senyawa antoxianin yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan. Emulgel merupakan sediaan yang menjanjikan untuk digunakan secara topikal. Kelebihan dari sediaan emulgel mampu mencegah oksidasi senyawa aktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memformulasi dan menguji karakteristik fisik sediaan emulgel buah kupa. Serbuk kering buah kupa yang disari dengan larutan HCl mampu menjaga terjadinya perubahan warna dari filtrat. Emulsi primer yang mengandung antoxianin selanjutnya didispersikan kedalam emulsi sekunder yang mengandung gelling agent. Hasil formulasi menghasilkan karakteristik fisik sediaan emulgel yang baik, yakni memiliki daya sebar, daya lekat dan pH yang memenuhi persyaratan.

Dinas Perhubung Kalimantan Barat adalah sebuah otonomi daerah yang terletak di jalan Adi sucipto No. 8a, Sungai Raya, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, dipimpin oleh Drs. Manto, M.S.I sebagai direktur utama. Memiliki 1 sekretaris, 15 kasi, 2 Ka. TU. UPTD dan 153 karyawan. Saat ini dinas perhubungan memiliki 4 golongan karyawan dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 112. Berdasarkan dari hasil observasi, permasalahan yang terjadi di Dinas Perhubungan yaitu, sulitnya dalam melakukan pengaduan perbaikan jalan, perbaikan lampu lalu lintas dan taman kota, masyarakat harus datang langsung ke Dinas Perhubungan dan membuang waktu lama untuk menunggu tanggapan dari pihak kantor, hal ini tentunya dapat membuat pihak masyarakat akan merasa sangat sulit dan terlalu lama untuk menunggu perbaikan jalan. Dengan merancang Rancangan aplikasi Pengaduan umum berbasis website pada Dinas Perhubung Kalimantan Barat. Untuk pengggunaan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak penulis memanfaatkan model prototype. Rancangan ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pengaduan dan pengajuan perbaikan jalan tanpa harus datang langsung ke dinas perhubungan dan rancangan sistem ini diharapkan meningkatkan kinerja dinas perhubungan dalam melakukan pelayanan untuk masyarakat.

Front-rear accident is a type of accident that often occurs in Indonesia. There were 16,045 accidents recorded during the January-October 2021 period. One of the causes of this accident was the driver's lack of awareness regarding safe driving distance. The purpose of this study is to develop a tool that can detect a safe driving distance to minimize accidents by giving a warning to the driver. This type of research is applied research that produces a simple prototype by utilizing a microcontroller, a sensor to detect distance in the form of Lidar, and a sensor to detect vehicle speed in the form of a Neo-6M GPS module. Lidar’s proximity sensors aim to obtain high distance and accuracy. Based on the results of the trials that have been carried out, the results show that this prototype functions well where the error generated for measuring distance is 0% and the speed error is 0%-3.3%. ABSTRAK Kecelakaan depan-belakang merupakan tipe kecelakaan yang sering kali terjadi di Indonesia. Tercatat jumlah kecelakaan yang pernah terjadi sebanyak 16.045 selama periode Januari-Oktober 2021. Salah satu penyebab dari kecelakaan ini adalah kurangnya kesadaran pengemudi mengenai jarak aman berkendara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan suatu alat yang bisa mendeteksi jarak aman berkendara untuk meminimalisir kecelakaan dengan memberi peringatan kepada pengemudi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian terapan (applied research) yang menghasilkan prototype sederhana dengan memanfaatkan microcontroller, sensor untuk mendeteksi jarak berupa Lidar, dan sensor untuk mendeteksi kecepatan kendaraan berupa Modul GPS Neo-6M. Penggunaan Lidar untuk sensor jarak bertujuan agar mendapat jarak dan akurasi yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa prototype ini berfungsi dengan baik dimana error yang dihasilkan untuk mengukur jarak adalah sebesar 0% dan error kecepatan sebesar 0%-3,3%.

Buah-buahan memiliki kontribusi yang penting dalam pemenuhan gizi tubuh salah satunya kulit wajah. Nutrisi pada buah dapat memberikan manfaat pada kesehatan kulit wajah. Buah Kupa atau gowok (Syzgium Polycephalum Merr) , sering digunakan oleh masyarakat sebagai salad. Buah gowok dengan kandungan antosianin yang tinggi menunjukkan aktivitas antioksidan yang disebabkan kandungan flavonoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meng hitung total kandungan flavonoid dari ekstrak etanol bua h gowok , selanjutnya memformulasi sediaan gel peel off ekstrak etanol buah gowok . Formulasi menggunakan variasi konsentrasi dari gelling agent HPMC K100 1%, 1,5% dan 2%. Ketiga sediaan selanjutnya diuji karakteristik fisik meliputi uji homogenitas dan organoleptis, uji viskositas, uji daya sebar, pH, uji daya sebar dan uji waktu mengering. Hasil uji karakteristik fisik sediaan selanjutnya dilakukan uji One way Anava, untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan antara ketiga formula. Hasil skrining fitokimia dan identifikasi total flavov o noid, ekstrak etanol buah gowok mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, dan tanin. Rata-rata kandungan total flavonoid pada ekstrak etanol buah gowok, sebesar 9,6 mg/g. Formulasi sediaan gel peel off ekstrak etanol buah gowok dengan variasi HPMC K100 1%, 1,5% dan 2% , menghasilkan sediaan dengan karaktristik fisik yang baik. This research is descriptive quantitative in which the author tries to explain systematically about aspects that exist in the community in relation to shellfish craftsmen in Batumerah Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City. Thus, the research uses a case study approach to the benefits of shellfish techniques, the subjects in this study are 2 Respondents of Seashell Craft. The results of this study explain that the family welfare of the seashell craftsmen is sufficient for the family's needs.

One of the conditions that can change a person's physiological state is experienced by pregnant women, during the pregnancy process the body of pregnant women is more susceptible to infection. There were 5,564 Covid-19 cases in Indonesia until February 28, 2022. 448 cases. This condition can certainly cause an increase in stress and anxiety, especially in pregnant women, which can have an impact on their pregnancy status. The level of anxiety is certainly influenced by knowledge in each individual. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and anxiety of pregnant women in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic at the titin cimangir midwife clinic, Bogor Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a cross sectional approach, the goal is to find out how independent variables and dependent variables are related, data are collected by distributing questionnaires. Samples were obtained by as many as 40 pregnant women at the midwife clinic in Cimangir, Bogor Regency. The results obtained were the age characteristics of the respondents obtained by the majority of pregnant women aged 25-35 years totaling 31 people (77.5%). More than half of pregnant women are at a low education level of 26 people (65%). The gestational age of respondents was mostly in the second trimester of 23 people (57.5%). A total of 28 respondents (70%) were out of work. 28 respondents (70%) with a low level of knowledge about Covid-19 and as many as 19 respondents experienced severe anxiety once (47.5%). Dual-characters hand puppet is the result of combining more than one ordinary hand puppet into a new-designed hand puppet. Dual-characters hand puppet is an innovative learning aid which can be used by teachers or adults with storytelling method which has many benefits especially in stimulating children's expressive language. Expressive language is the ability to ask questions, answer questions, communicate orally, retell what is known, learn pragmatic language, express feelings, ideas, and desires in the form of scribbles. The lack of variety of hand puppet design in stimulating children's expressive language is the basis of this research. This study aims to determine the feasibility of dual-characters hand puppet in stimulating children's expressive language development and to determine children's responses to the use of the media. This study uses an adapted research design from the Borg and Gall Research and Development (R&D) with six (6) stages of research. The results of this study indicate the media feasibility as of 94.5% and content feasibility is 93.7%, both of which are in the “very eligible” category to use. The results of testing the media to measure the child's response received the results as of 87.5% and 85% with the “eligible” category for use.

This study aims to develop teaching materials gamification-based problem solving on the material in terms of four. This research use type research of research and development with a research model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Stage of development (development) involving 9 validator (three validator matter experts, three media experts and three language experts) to assess the feasibility of the material, the media and the Indonesian language good and right. Stage of Implementation (field trials) involving 80 students ( 20 students trial of small group and 60 students test a large group). The assessment of the attractiveness of the teaching materials gamification-based problem solving on the material in terms of four using the questionnaire i.e. a questionnaire the validator and questionnaires of learners. Data analysis using descriptive analysis using Microsoft Office Excel 2010. The results of the validation matter experts from the 3 validator shows that the overall product to obtain an average value of 3.7 and the Results of the validation media experts obtained an average value of 3.3 while the results of the validation of language experts to obtain an average value of 3.4. While the results of the trials of a small group of 10 students of MTs N 1 Bandar Lampung obtained the results of the attractiveness of the teaching materials with an average value of 3.4. while the test is a large group that was conducted in SMP 30 Bandar Lampung to obtain an average value of 3.5. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of teaching materials gamification-based problem solving on the criteria of very worthy and interesting.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di desa wisata Pentingsari, (2) faktor penghambat pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di desa wisata Pentingsari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di desa wisata Pentingsari mencakup: (a) rekrutmen pengurus dengan menggunakan sistem pemilihan umum, (b) pemberian motivasi menggunakan dua cara yaitu secara lisan dan tindakan, (c) sistem penggajian menggunakan sistem honor, (d) pengembangan karir dan pelatihan berasal dari masyarakat luar atau lembaga, (e) bentuk relasi antara pengurus dengan masyarakat desa, dan bentuk relasi antara pengurus dengan masyarakat luar/lembaga. (2) faktor penghambat pengelolaan sumber daya manusia meliputi: (a) ada dua pengurus yang tidak aktif dalam kepengelolaan desa wisata, karena sibuk bekerja (b) ada perbedaan kepengelolaan karena masa jabatan pengurus dibatasi selama dua tahun dan maksimal dua periode, (c) proses pembayaran gaji tidak diberikan langsung setelah tamu selesai menginap atau event selesai, (d) honor pengurus lebih kecil dari honor anggota. (e) belum semua masyarakat ikut terlibat, (f) belum semua masyarakat Dusun Pentingsari yang menjadikan rumahnya homestay, dan masih ada pemilik homestay yang protes ketika tidak mendapatkan tamu. Berdasarkan temuan yang telah disebutkan, maka diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di desa wisata.
