COVID 19 viral disease and affect the lungs.Research Approach:- The quantitative approach was used to determine the effectiveness of self-instructional module on knowledge and attitude regarding covid-19 vaccination on among mothers of 12 to 18 year children. Research Design:- The research design used in this study was quasi experimental one group pre test post test design is used to determine the effectiveness of self-instructional module on knowledge and attitude regarding covid-19 vaccination before and after the self-instructional module among mothers of 12 to 18 year children. Setting: The study was conducted selected rural area Bavliya Khurd. It is situated 3 km away from Index Nursing College, Indore. Sample Size: Sample size of this study consists of 100 mothers of 12 to 18 year children living in selected community area at bavliya khurd. Sampling Technique: Purposive sampling technique was used to select the sample. Sample were collected, who fulfill the sampling criteria are included in this study.The frequency and percentage distribution of samples according to the pre test knowledge score of mothers regarding covid-19 vaccination. It revealed that 40(40%) mothers had Poor knowledge, and 59(59%) mothers had Average knowledge and 01(01%) mother had Good knowledge about covid-19 vaccination. The frequency and percentage distribution of samples according to the post test knowledge scores of mothers regarding covid-19 vaccination. It revealed that 00 (00%) mothers had Poor knowledge, 80(80.%) mothers had Average knowledge,20(20%) mothers had Good knowledge about covid-19 vaccination. the frequency and percentage distribution of samples according to the pre test attitude score of mothers regarding covid-19 vaccination. It revealed that 21(21%) mothers had Very poor attitude, and 55(55%) mothers had Poor attitude about covid-19 vaccination, 21(21%) mothers had Faire attitude and 03(03%) mothers had Good attitude about covid-19 vaccination, 00(00%) mothers had Excellent attitude. The table-III shows that the frequency and percentage distribution of samples according to the pre test attitude score of mothers regarding covid-19 vaccination. It revealed that 02 (02%) mothers had Very poor attitude, and 44 (44%) mothers had Poor attitude about covid-19 vaccination, 40 (40%) mothers had Faire attitude and 13 (13%) mothers had Good attitude about covid-19 vaccination, 01 (01%) mothers had excellent attitude.The self-instructional module through booklet found to be very effective in improving the knowledge and attitude among mothers who have 12 to 18 yrs children on covid-19 vaccination. The knowledge and attitude regarding covid-19 vaccination was improved by health teaching through booklet. Being as a nurses, our main responsibility is try to make our India, free from communicable disease by providing covid-19 vaccination for all 12 to 18 year children.

Adhesive capsulitis, is an idiopathic condition characterized by stiffness and pain in shoulder joint. Signs and symptoms typically begin gradually, worsen over time and then resolve, usually within one to three years. The prevalence found to be 3.06%. It is condition of painful shoulder with insidious onset with difficulty in sleeping on the affected side and in daily routine activities. In this study we evaluate the efficacy of single intra-articular steroid injection in the patients with adhesive capsulitis. The study was conducted in twenty patients having established adhesive capsulitis of shoulder joint allocated for intra-articular injection of steroid in the shoulder through anterior approach.All the concerned patients assessed pre-operative and post-operative period by using DASH, VAS and ROM at regular intervals. The study resulted in gross, constant, risk free and statistically significant improvement in pain in terms of DASH, VAS and functional ROM in patients with Adhesive Capsulitis.

Background: The study was conducted to evaluate Roll of Acute Phase Reactants in evaluation and management of Acute Bone and Joint infection in Paediatrics Patients.Material and Methods: Prospective Observational and interventional study of 30 patients at our centre Government Medical College and District Hospital, between age of 3 month to 14 yrs with suspected acute infection of bone or joint.Results: Staphylococcus aureus was the most common pathogen causing osteomyelitis/septic arthritis. In this study Conservative treatment with use of antibiotics remains the backbone of treatment supplemented by arthotomy. On day of admission mean CRP in both septic arthritis and acute osteomyelitis patients was significantly high compared to mean ESR. We have found an elevated CRP is a strong independent indicator of septic arthritis and acute osteomyelitis, and we have demonstrated its utility in simplifying diagnostic predictive models.Discussion and Conclusion: In present study of 30 patients with acute osteomyelitis or septic arthritis, the sensitivity of elevated ESR on admission to detect an osteoarticular infection was 93%. Using CRP alone gave only a slightly better sensitivity of 96%. But combining these two markers gave a sensitivity of 100%.

Cloud computing plays a significant role in executing, storing, and managing data as a third-party group. The key concern is data security and privacy with the defined classes of data before actually saving it to cloud storage. Issues related to medical data security and privacy require more studies to overcome the problems related to it. Medical records are maintained in medical organizations and research center’s databases. So due to security and privacy considerations, it is difficult to perform execution on the electronic health records (EHRs). Blockchain technology and the cloud system have independently proved their usability for handling the security issues of EHR. Also, the two technologies, namely, blockchain and machine learning, can be merged to improve analytical operations with security of various applications in healthcare industry. Blockchain is a highly secure and decentralized multi-computer networking platform, called nodes. Although machine learning algorithms perform better even with very less or no feature engineering, high risk factors are associated with EHR tasks. Blockchain also changes traditional healthcare practices to make them more reliable, allowing faster diagnosis and treatment by data exchange in a safe and secure way. In machine learning, expert systems are studied with a long background and performance in many fields. In this paper, the aim is to review various techniques for EHR security and privacy concerns on exchanging cloud medical data. This analysis offers an overview of new healthcare innovations and related applications focusing on blockchain, and highlights the potential of blockchain technology to revolutionize the healthcare sector.

We report synthesis of pure and rare earth ion Er3+ /Yb3+ co-doped barium stannate (BaSnO3) nano-crystallites by facile wet chemical route. The nano-crystallites at the Ba2+ lattice site substitution of 0.1 and Er/Yb ratio of 0.00, 0.11, 0.18 and 0.25 exhibited band gap of 3.64, 3.66, 3.67 and 3.68 eV, respectively. The electrical conductivity of the nano-crystallites was found to increase with increase in Er/ Yb content ratio. All samples revealed a broad emission peak between 380 and 400 nm at the excitation wavelength of 350 nm. The up-conversion emission intensity has been found to increase with Er3+ /Yb3+ content for the excitation wavelength of 980 nm. Further, the influence of the up-conversion behavior on the photovoltaic performance of dye-sensitized solar cell has been investigated. The highest photon conversion efficiency of 4.2% was observed for the composition of Ba(Er/Yb: 0.25)SnO3 with JSC = 9.69 mA/cm2, Voc = 0.63 V, FF = 0.690, which was about 40% increase in efficiency in comparison to pristine BaSnO3 (3.0%).

Background: The study was conducted to evaluate the outcome of orthogonal plating system in distal humerus intraarticular fracture. Material and Methods: 15 patients of age between 18 to 60 yrs with fracture distal end of humerus with intraarticular extension were evaluated, with the mean age group of 37 to find the functional outcome of Orthogonal plating using olecranon osteotomy approach. Results: The mean union time was 9.53 weeks. The arc of flexion was 99.66o. Average mayo elbow performance score (MEPS) was 83. There were 2 case of infection. One case of implant failure noted secondary to infection leading to implant removal. Discussion and Conclusion: The following results were assessed: operating time, arc of flexion and extension, time to fracture union, functional recovery, and complications. By using proper principles of stable fracture fixation and appropriate exposure in intraarticular fracture (with transolecrenon approach) a good reduction can be achieved which leads to good union, which helps in early mobilization and restoring elbow functions with early intensive physiotherapy.
