In limited growing conditions, intercropped field peas and oats can represent a significant source of forage rich in protein. If applied correctly, factors such as nitrogen fertilizer, the mowing phase, and sowing norms can significantly increase the productivity of these mixtures. Field trials were conducted to examine their productivity under different nitrogen levels (0, 40, 80 kg ha-1), different sowing norms/mixtures (field peas: oats—100:15%; 100:30%), and two stages of growth (full flowering, full pod formation). Nitrogen fertilizer and different sowing norms had a significant effect on the biomass, hay, and crude protein yields. On average, the highest hay yields were achieved with 80 kg ha-1 N (4.96 t ha-1), followed by 40 kg ha-1 N (4.27 t ha-1). The highest protein yields were achieved with 40 kg ha-1 ha-1 N (CP—704.1 kg ha-1), followed by 80 kg ha-1 N (CP—637.6 kg ha-1). Sowing norm 100:30% achieved higher hay yields: 100:30%—4.82 t ha-1; 100:15%—4.44 t ha-1, while 100:15% achieved higher crude protein yields: 100:15%—730.4 kg ha-1; 100:30%—692.7 kg ha-1 on average. The costs were not significantly increased with the nitrogen fertilizer, but the net profits were increased by as much as 163%, depending on the nitrogen level and the mixture. Nitrogen fertilizer also achieves higher economic efficiency for the mixture 100:15% compared to the 100:30% mixture. Mixtures of field peas and oats outperform single-grown crops and provide cost-effective feed for a short time. Using optimal seed ratios and nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase the productivity and profitability of the feed with minimal impact on the overall production costs.

Plavi patlidžan (Solanum melongena L.) je drevna biljka karakteristična za istočnjačke zemlje, Indiju i Kinu. Ekonomski značaj ove biljke veoma je veliki, jer predstavlja veoma popularno domaće povrće u Aziji i mediteranskom basenu. Pripada familiji Solanaceae gde spadaju i druge ekonomski važne vrste. Prema podacima FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations) u toku 2012. godine, plavi patlidžan se gajio na oko 1,6 miliona hektara. Cilj rada je bio da se utvrdi stepen fenotipske plastičnosti proučavanih genotipova, zatim da se na osnovu saznanja o svim izvorima variranja u ukupnoj fenotipskoj varijansi formira slika o stabilnosti najvažnijih osobina na različitim lokalitetima i tako izdvoje stabilni genotipovi kao početni selekcioni materijal. Upotreba molekularne genetike ima za cilj očuvanje i korišćenje genetičkih resursa, i da se uz pomoć molekularnih markera odredi varijabilnost i grupisanje srodnih genotipova plavog patlidžana u heterotične grupe. Selekcija uz pomoć makera predstavlja indirektnu selekciju, a sve u cilju stvaranja sorti sa određenim agronomskim poželjnim osobinama. Sva ispitivanja su sprovedena u toku vegetacione sezone (2015) i to na tri lokaliteta: Smederevska Palanka (ogledno polje Instituta za povrtarstvo), Kusadak i Vranovo. Odabrano je 20 perspektivnih genotipova plavog patlidžana koji pripadaju kolekciji Instituta za povrtarstvo i koji predstavljaju divergentan genetički materijal..., Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) is an ancient plant, common in East countries, India and China. Economic importance of this plant is big since it is a very popular vegetable in Asia and in countries of Mediterranean basin. It belongs to Solanaceae family, together with other economically important varieties. According to FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations) during 2012, eggplant was grown on 1.6 million hectares. The aim of this research was to determine the degree of phenotype plasticity of studied genotypes, and then, on the basis of the results regarding all sources of variation in total phenotype variance, to extract the stabile genotypes with stabile most important traits in different environments, as an initial selection material. The usage of molecular genetics aims to preserve and utilize genetic resources and to determine variability and grouping of related genotypes of eggplant in heterotic groups by using molecular markers. Marker selection is an indirect selection with the aim of creating varieties with certain desirable traits in agronomical context. All researches have been conducted during vegetation season 2015 in three environments: Smederevska Palanka (trial field of the Institute for Vegetable Crops), Kusadak and Vranovo. Divergent genetic materials, i.e. 20 perspective genotypes from Institute for Vegetable Crops collection have been chosen for this research. Countries in transition are the best example of the impact of market changes on the economy, most of these countries possessed different ownership system based on which the legal and economic system. The so-called. dual ownership system where they were represented by private and public property, with a predominance of social ownership. After the transition from a socialist economy to a capitalist mode of production vision, market changes have caused major changes in the economy, hence the noticeable changes occurred within the legal system. The lack of regulation in the given field, resulting in the adoption of adoption or foreign legislation. While there were legal provisions that regulate a given area could not be fully applied to new changes. Competition law has a role to provide a legal scope of the market changes that lead to the creation of a monopoly, oligopoly and unfair competition. To this end there is a big number of legislation in both the continental and the Anglo-Saxon legal system. What what is the common feature of these regulations is that they occur under the influence of practice, in this case market practice. This paper will be presented the legal framework of international regulations in the area of competition law and their impact on the regulation of the transitional countries., Zemlјe u tranziciji su najbolјi primjer uticaja tržišnih promjena na ekonomiju, većina ovih zemalјa je posjedovala različit svojinski sistem na kojem je bazirani pravni i ekonomski sistem. Tzv . dualni svojinski sitem gdje su bila zastuplјena privatna i društvena svojina, sa prevagom društvene svojine. Nakon prelaska sa socijalističkog načina privređivanja na kapitalistički vid proizvodnje, tržišne promjene su izazvalae velike promjene u ekonomiji, samim tim su osjetne promjene nastale i unutar pravnog sistema. Nepostojanje regulative iz date oblasti, je rezultiralo adopcijom odnosno usvajanjem stranih zakonskih rješenja. Iako su postojali zakonski propisi koji su regulisali datu oblast nisu mogli biti u potpunosti primjenjeni na novonastale promjene. Pravo konkurencije ima ulogu da zakonski obuhvati tržišne promjene koje dovode do stvaranja monopola, oligopola i nelojalne konkurencije. U tu svrhu su donijeti monogobrojni zakonski propisi kako u kontinentalnom tako i u anglosaksonskom pravnom sistemu. Ono što je zajednička osobina tih zakonskih propisa je da su nastali pod uticajem prakse, u ovom slučaju tržišne prakse. U ovom radu će biti prikazan zakonski okvir međunarodnih propisa iz oblasti prava konkurencije i njihov uticaj na regulativu zemalјa u tranziciji.

The aim of this study was to determine which of six inbreeds that were investigated could be the donor of the favorable alleles for grain yield and its components ear diameter and number of kernels in a row. The trial including the F1 hybrid progeny and the inbreeds investigated was set in 1998 in RCB design at four locations: Zemun Polje, Srbobran, Pančevo and Inđija, in four replications. The modified method after Dudley (1987) was used to establish the donors of favorable alleles. All inbreeds expressed positive values of the UG parameter and the L545-93 inbred line was chosen to improve the grain yield of the ZPE25-10-1 x B84 elite hybrid on the basis of the largest value of its UG parameter (0.95*). Positive UG values were determined for other investigated traits, e. g. the ear diameter (0.26*) and the number of grains in a row (2.54*), also. On the basis of the relative relatedness of the L545-93 inbred and the parents of the elite hybrid it was concluded that the parallel improvement of the ear diameter and the kernel number in a row could be achieved by backcrossing the ZPE25-10-1 x L545-93 F1 hybrid progeny and the donor line. The improvement of the grain yield of the elite hybrid should be carried out by backcrossing the B84 x L545-93 F1 progeny and the B84 parental inbred., Cilj ovog rada bio je da se utvrdi koja od šest inbred linija kukuruza može da bude donor poželjnih dominantnih alela za prinos i njegove komponente prečnik klipa i broj zrna u redu. Ogled sa F1 hibridima i inbred linijama postavljen je 1998. godine po potpunom slučajnom blok sistemu na četiri lokacije (Zemun Polju, Srbobranu, Pančevu i Indiji) u četiri ponavljanja. Za izbor donora korišćen je modifikovani metod po Dudley-u (1987). Sve ispitivane inbred linije imale su pozitivne urednosti parametra mG, pri čemu je, na osnovu najveće vrednosti ovog parametra linija 1.545-93 odabrana kao donor poželjnih alela za popravku prinosa elitnog hibrida ZPE25-10-1 xB84 (0,95*). Pozitivne vrednosti parametra UG za ovu liniju utvrđene su i u slučaju prečnika klipa (0,26), kao i broja zrna u redu (2,54). Na osnovu relativne srodnosti linije L545-93 i roditelja elitnog hibrida ZPE25-10-1 X B84, zaključeno je da paralelna popravka prečnika klipa i broja zrna u redu može da se postigne povratnim ukrštanjem hibridnog potomstva ZPE25-10-1 X L545-93 sa linijom donorom. Popravka prinosa elitnog hibrida postići će se povratnim ukrštanjem F1 potomstva BS4 X L545-93 sa roditeljskom komponentom hibrida koji se popravlja B84.
