Meteorological support is demanded during major events, sudden meteorological disasters and flood season consultation services. In traditional way, each department reports and displays the products one by one, which limits operational coordination, interaction and the benefits of real-time support. To improve the service, an integrated command platform for meteorology is built by adopting technologies such as hybrid storage, interface service and layer component release. The platform couples standardized processing of multi-source data, integrated construction of functions, layer rendering and other components loosely. It is based on the meteorological big data cloud platform of China Meteorological Administration, releasing meteorological products such as satellite, radar measurements, real-time and intelligent forecasts. A hybrid integrated application framework is developed for traditional structured data storage, geographic information spatial storage, index storage (Elasticsearch) and page cache storage (Redis), and provides efficient retrieval services. At the same time, the transmission component integrates high and low 8-bit compression and concurrent transmission technology of multiple domain name to improve efficiency. In the aspect of page interaction and visualization, based on NPM (package management tool of JavaScript language), Vue components, WebGL visualization and other front-end technologies, a component-based encapsulation and application service mode is constructed, which gives full play to the high collaboration between cloud computing and edge computing of server and client (browser), supports fast data switching and navigation between different meteorological elements at any geographic location, and provides support for unified access, dispatching and command of multi-source data in various meteorological support services. At present, the platform integrates 113 meteorological products and 1106 layer services, effectively supporting major national meteorological support services such as 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games.

In this paper, walnut oil was reviewed from four aspects: nutritional components, extraction technology, efficacy and compounding. The changes of nutritional components of walnut oil with different extraction technology and compounding methods were discussed. The future research direction was prospected. The constraints of emerging technology and the new compounding method of walnut oil were the focus of walnut oil research in the future.

Powder extrusion printing (PEP) is an additive manufacturing (AM) technology based on the combination of traditional metal injection molding and 3D printing, which has the advantages of wide range of printable materials and low cost. The PEP process of WC-13Co cemented carbide was studied, including the development and properties of thermoplastic printing materials, such as the dispersity, rheology and formability. The effects of debinding and sintering process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the final parts were also investigated. The results show that the specialized binder for PEP of cemented carbides has been prepared successfully. EDS analysis demonstrates that the binder is uniformly dispersed in the green body. The binder can be effectively and totally removed from the green body by two-step debinding process. In combination with vacuum sintering at 1450 ℃ for 60 min, high performance of cemented carbide sample with the shrinkage rate of 17.8%, uniform distribution of WC grain size, and Vickers hardness of 1410HV30 is successfully fabricated. The result confirms that the PEP technology can be applied to prepare cemented carbide materials with high performance and controllable print size, which provides an effective technical route for additive manufacturing of cemented carbide.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of the WC‒10TiC‒0.5VC‒0.5Cr2C3‒12Co and WC‒12Co cemented carbides in the functionally graded and uniform structure were systematically investigated by sintering in nitrogen-rich atmosphere. The scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy disperse spectroscope (EDS), and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) were used for the microstructure observation and phase composition analysis, and the hardness and fracture toughness tests were made in both the surface and the center of the cemented carbides. The results show that, different from the WC‒12Co cemented carbides in uniform structure, the surface layer of the WC‒10TiC‒0.5VC‒0.5Cr2C3‒12Co cemented carbides in the gradient structure is rich in TiCN cubic phase, which is about 12 μm in thickness, and there is a cobalt-rich and coarse-grain intermediate layer below the surface layer of the WC‒10TiC‒0.5VC‒0.5Cr2C3‒12Co cemented carbides. Such gradient and ultrafine cemented carbides show the advantage as the high hardness in the surface layer, the high fracture toughness in the core, and the ultrafine and uniform WC grain.

Using the apparent magnitude-limited Main galaxy sample of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 10, we examine the K-band luminosity–density relation at fixed parameters or for different galaxy families. It is found that the limiting or fixing galaxy properties, such as galaxy morphology, stellar mass, and color, exert substantial influence on the environmental dependence of the K-band luminosity of galaxies, which suggests that the K-band luminosity–density relation is likely attributable to the relation between these galaxy properties and density.

In order to reduce the air gap between ingot and mould in the electroslag remelting withdrawal (ESRW) process, the taper of the mould should be consistent with the ingot shrinkage.Athree-dimensional mathematical model was developed to describe the interaction of multiple-physical fields (Joule heat, electromagnetic field, velocity field, and temperature field) and ingot shrinkage during the ESRW process. The variations of material thermal and mechanical properties, as well as the yield function with temperature, were considered. The shrinkage behavior of 9Cr3Mo roller in the ESRW process was simulated using the sequential coupling method. A good agreement between the calculated value and the measured valuewas obtained in the temperature field and stress field. Numerical results showed that maximum values of current density, Joule heat, and electromagnetic forcewere at the electrode corner of the slag bath. The direction of the magnetic flux density was tangential to the slag bath and had a clockwise rotation. There were two pairs of vortices and two high temperature zones in the slag bath. The shrinkage displacement was obtained through thermal-stress analysis. As the distance from the mould outlet decreases, the shrinkage displacement of ingot increases. As for the electroslag remelting withdrawal process for 9Cr3Mo roller, the variation of the shrinkage displacement from the slag/metal interface to the mould outlet was 0.0028 m. The maximum shrinkage displacement is at the mould outlet, and the value was 0.0089 m.

The tiny spaces of sentry boxes in cities, such as mobile security guards, highway toll booths, etc., are mostly located beside roads with harsh outdoor environments. Due to office demands, work windows often need to be kept or frequently opened. The intrusion of outdoor pollutants through the windows leads to the deterioration of the indoor air quality, and threatens the health of employees. This paper takes the gaseous pollutant NO2 as the representative and discusses the effective ventilation design scheme for improving the air quality in the sentry box with openings using two attached ventilation modes as the carrier. Taking the vertical wall-attached ventilation as an example, the formation of the air curtain at the window hole and its barrier performance to outdoor pollutants were studied. The conclusion is that when the air supply velocity is sufficient to form a complete air curtain at the window hole, it can effectively block the pollutants. The horizontal wall-attached ventilation shows that clean air is delivered to the space with openings, and the indoor air quality can also be well improved due to the dilution effect, but the effect of positive pressure control is not obvious due to the large opening. The conclusions can provide guidance for the ventilation design of sentry boxes with openings.

In the process of designing lightweight of the steering knuckle,because of too many random variables and various factors,it is easy to result in poor optimization results. We consider the effect of the random parameter variable on stress and total volume and put forward the concept of comprehensive sensitivity. Through the dynamic simulation we get the steering knuckle bearing under three typical working conditions. By the finite element analysis,we obtain extreme load condition data and the initial static and reliability indicators. We use comprehensive sensitivity analysis theory to get the final design variables. Finally,we complete the lightweight design by establishing mathematical model. The results show that the lightweight design method based on comprehensive sensitivity can reduce steering knuckle weight and maintain good static and fatigue reliability effectively and can be applied in the engineering field.

The purpose of this study is to explore how MathCityMap training for teachers can be designed and implemented in a hybrid setting. Design research has been carried out involving teachers from 34 provinces in Indonesia. A four-day model training program for indoor and outdoor activities in a hybrid setting has been designed. The core concept of designing modeling tasks and math trails, as well as the introduction to MathCityMap, were delivered in a hybrid mode between Indonesia and Germany. The activity continued with the development of MathCityMap Trails in city parks. Post-training activities were conducted in their respective places of origin, in schools, and in city parks. Participants have successfully designed trails in both their schools and the city parks where they live supported using Learning Management System. The findings of the MathCityMap team's review indicate that most of the trails fulfilled the requirements. The trainee teachers then disseminate their knowledge and experience to their colleagues. They also used MathCityMap Trails for classroom learning as well as other activities such as MathCityMap competitions and public educational activities. The hybrid environment helps to accelerate the attainment of training objectives while also broadening the program's reach and network.

In this work, we examine the environmental dependence of the u-, g-, r-, i- and z-band luminosities in the LOWZ sample of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey Data Release 10 (SDSS DR10). To decrease the radial selection effect, we divide the LOWZ sample into subsamples with a redshift bin size of Δz = 0.01 and analyze the environmental dependence of luminosities for these subsamples in each redshift bin. It is found that all five band luminosities of the LOWZ galaxy sample in the redshift region z=0.16–0.23 show substantial correlation with the local environment, especially in the redshift bins 0.19–0.20 and 0.20–0.21. The environmental dependence of all five band luminosities in the LOWZ galaxy sample becomes weak with increasing redshift, like the one in the apparent-magnitude limited Main galaxy sample.

In this study, four unique groups of nano-cemented carbides with 8 wt.% Co and trace amount of Mo and VC have been successfully synthesized. The effect of Mo and VC has been investigated comprehensively on both the microstructure and mechanical behavior of nano-cemented carbide. The results show that Mo significantly increases hardness but decreases the fracture toughnesses and VC slightly increases hardness and strongly increases fracture toughness of nano-cemented carbide. It is found that the optimum Mo and VC contents are both 0.5 wt.%. The average WC grain size is about 370 nm. The hardness is about 2350 HV30 and the fracture toughness is about 11.2 MPam-1/2.

How to select the appropriate target spectrum for iterative test is a key point to vehicle indoor road simulation testing,The conventional selecting method is to select the median fatigue damage spectrum as the target spectrum. Therefore,the method of selecting the minimum standard deviation spectrum as the target spectrum is introduced in this paper based on the load spectrum measured in proving ground. To verify the validness of this methodology,analyses and comparison between the two methods are conducted from numerical statistical analysis,rain-flow cycle damage distribution,shock response spectrum and fatigue damage spectrum. The results indicate that the minimum standard deviation spectrum is better than the median fatigue damage spectrum. Finally,the result of vehicle indoor road simulation test shows the methodology is right.

Based on the torsion beam rear axle,the parameters of entire vehicle are analyzed by ADAMS.The result show that the rear axle load is the most significant factor for vertical force amplitude at wheel center.The relationship between vertical force amplitude and displacement amplitude at wheel center are analyzed by Hyper Works.The result show that that the rear axle load is the most significant factor for displacement amplitude at wheel center.By summarizing the existed fatigue test examples for torsion beam rear axle,the relationship is established mathematically between rear axle load and the displacement of torsion beam rear axle.According to the above analysis,the general fatigue test specification for torsion beam rear axles is established.The effectiveness of the new test specification is verified by comparing with old test specification.
