This Master's Thesis presents as an object of study the process of professional training of the Social Worker, materialized in the Political Pedagogical Projects of the on-site courses of Bachelor of Social Work in private Teaching Units in the city of João Pessoa / PB. Objective analyzes comparatively the existing trends in academic-professional training given in on-site courses of Bachelor of Service in Private Teaching Units in the city of João Pessoa. The analysis process of this object of study is based on the crisis situation of capitalism from the 1970s onwards and its coping strategies that focused on the increase of the State's counter-reform in 1995, and consequently, changed the logic of Higher Education in Brazil through the approval of the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB), in 1996, for favoring the privatization tendencies of Higher Education and the Neoliberal University Reform, in the FHC and Lula administrations. These mercantilist strategies served as a way of appropriating the public fund for the maintenance and consolidation of capitalism based on the guidelines of international organizations. The marketing perspective of Higher Education, among other aspects, enables the construction of a professional profile adjusted to the new order of capital from the perspective of subjectivity, lightened, presenteeist and pluralism. The inflections for professional training, especially for training in Social Work, reveal the tendency towards a neoconservative direction, therefore, the denial of the critical social direction of the Pedagogical Political Project from the perspective of historical and materialist totality. In terms of method, dialectical historical materialism is adopted; and as for the methodological procedures, it is typified as documental and bibliographical research, of a quantitative-qualitative nature with the use of tables and demonstrative tables of a comparative character. The investigative unit is made up of 5 (five) Private Teaching Units in João Pessoa/PB – from which there was access to 4 (four) Political Pedagogical Projects (PPP) of the Social Work Bachelor Course. In order to proceed with the analysis of knowledge and inventory the current trends in professional training from the PPP of on-site courses of Bachelor of Social Work in private teaching units, the following thematic axes were analyzed: training objectives, graduate profile, skills and professional skills, assumptions and principles of training, profile of the teaching staff, discipline menus and respective references indicated. The results of the PPP's documentary and bibliographic research on social direction in the professional training of Social Workers revealed trends that sometimes come closer and sometimes distance themselves from the Curriculum Guidelines of CONESS (1999), but tending with greater or lesser accuracy to neoconservatism in professional training, reinforcing a pragmatic, immediate and utilitarian professional profile without seeking critical training. In this way, it is possible to identify, in the structure of the analyzed PPP, divergences or ambivalences regarding the social direction of ABESS (1996), reaffirmed by the Commission of Education Specialists in Social Work (MEC/SESu/CCEE,1999), based on training generalist and critical. Objetiva analisar comparativamente as tendências existentes na formação acadêmico-profissional ministrada nos cursos presencias de Bacharelado em Serviço das Unidades de Ensino privadas no Município de João Pessoa. O processo de análise desse objeto de estudo embasa-se na conjuntura de crise do capitalismo a partir dos anos 1970 e suas estratégias de enfrentamento que incidiram no incremento da contrarreforma do Estado em 1995, e consequentemente, alterou a lógica da Educação Superior no Brasil através da aprovação da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDB), em 1996 por favorecer as tendências privatistas da Educação Superior e da Reforma Universitária Neoliberal, nos governos de FHC e Lula. Essas estratégias de cunho mercantilista serviram como forma de apropriação do fundo público para manutenção e consolidação do capitalismo a partir das orientações de organismos internacionais. A perspectiva mercadológica da Educação Superior, dentre outros aspectos, possibilita a construção de um perfil profissional ajustado à nova ordem do capital sob a ótica da subjetividade, aligeirada, presenteísta e pluralista. As inflexões para a formação profissional, sobretudo para a formação em Serviço Social revelam a tendência à direção neoconservadora, portanto, a negação da direção social crítica do Projeto Político Pedagógico na perspectiva da totalidade histórica e materialista. Em termos do método, adota-se o materialismo histórico dialético; e quanto aos procedimentos metodológicos, tipifica-se como pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, de natureza quanti-qualitativa com uso de tabelas e de quadros demonstrativos de caráter comparativo. A unidade investigativa compõese de 5(cinco) Unidades de Ensino privadas de João Pessoa/PB – das quais se teve acesso a 4(quatro) Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos (PPP) do Curso de Bacharelado de Serviço Social. No sentido de proceder à análise do conhecimento e inventariar as tendências atuais da formação profissional a partir dos PPP dos cursos presenciais de Bacharelado em Serviço Social das unidades de ensino privadas, foram analisados os seguintes eixos temáticos: objetivos da formação, perfil do egresso, competências e habilidades profissionais, pressupostos e princípios da formação, perfil do corpo docente, ementas das disciplinas e respectivas referências indicadas. Os resultados de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica dos PPP sobre a direção social na formação profissional do Assistente Social revelaram tendências que ora se aproximam ora se distanciam das Diretrizes Curriculares da CONESS (1999), mas tendendo com maior ou menor acuidade ao neoconservadorismo na formação profissional, reforçando um perfil profissional pragmático, imediatista e utilitarista sem perquirir a formação crítica. Dessa forma, torna-se possível identificar na estrutura dos PPP analisados, divergências ou ambivalências quanto à direção social da ABESS (1996), reafirmada pela Comissão de Especialistas de Ensino em Serviço Social (MEC/SESu/CCEE,1999), pautada na formação generalista e crítica.

Brazil is the scene of “another capital crisis” that caused unemployment and informality to explode, among other damaging consequences. In view of this, it was necessary to adopt strong and urgent solutions, so that the negative impacts arising from this state of affairs could be overcome. In this sense, law 13.467 / 2017 was approved by the Brazilian Parliament with the provision of a new type of employment contract: intermittent. Such contract has an outline that inaugurates a “protective framework” different from that exhibited by the other types of employment contracts hitherto existing, especially with regard to day of work and remuneration, that go on to follow an ultra-flexible pattern. This type of contract, although it appears in a clear moment of attempt to deregulate and relax labor standards, as a result of globalizing capitalism and the weakening of the national regulatory state, falls within a normative framework, which is incompatible with it, which spreads constitutional and social values and of human rights that affirm the dignity of man and the centrality of work as an equalizer of social demands for inclusion in the labor market and equal access to the benefits of the development-fruit of work. In addition, it was intended to undertake a qualitative and quantitative research that would answer the problem question about the extent to which the intermittent employment contract is an effective mechanism in generating decent jobs, as advocated by the Federal Constitution of 1988, Human Rights Treaties in force in Brazil and by the International Labor Organization (ILO). The hypothetical-deductive argument starts from the preliminary data that intermittent hiring lacks requirements that elevate the job created to civilizing levels of dignity and decency that guarantee its validity and conformity as a legitimate instrument to be used to promote full employment. In view of the above, as it could be inferred from the analysis of the data collected, despite generating formal jobs, given that the law categorizes it, the intermittent contract is able to break with the factual-legal requirements of non-eventuality, alterity and onerousness of the employment contract, as well as with the legal-formal requirement of the possible, determined or determinable object, when providing for the possibility of the absence of effective provision of services and payment. So, such a contract distorts the social function of property and its corollary, the social function of contracts, as well as attacks the institutes of freedom to hire and the free expression of autonomy (not of the will, but of the human person), placing the employee intermittent in formal and legal equality with the employer that the former does not boast. In addition, in general, this contract, demonstrates that it does not meet the need to offer and adequately delimit the work of day and remuneration of the worker, hinders access to social security, induces inequalities in the labor market and does not fully respect, nor does it expand spectrum of social protection of the worker. In the intermittent labor relationship there is a disrepute of the social value of work, as it is founded on an economic rationality in which the fundamental rights of workers are pressured below their elementary level. The intermittent employment contract, therefore, is a mechanism that can easily lead the individual to all sorts of deprivation and insecurity, thus not being an effective constitutional and conventional means for generating substantial jobs in Brazil. Nenhuma O Brasil é cenário de “mais uma crise do capital” que fez explodir, dentre outras consequências danosas, o desemprego e a informalidade. Diante disso, necessário se fez a adoção de soluções enérgicas e urgentes, a fim de que os impactos negativos originados a partir desse estado de coisas pudessem ser superados. Nesse sentido é que a lei 13.467/2017 foi aprovada pelo Parlamento brasileiro com a previsão de nova modalidade de contrato de trabalho: o intermitente. Tal contrato possui um delineado que inaugura “marco protetivo” diferente daquele exibido pelas demais modalidades de contratação laboral até então existentes, especialmente, no que pertine à jornada de trabalho e à remuneração, que passam a atender a um padrão ultraflexível. Este tipo de contrato, muito embora surja em claro momento de tentativa de desregulamentação e flexibilização das normas trabalhistas, fruto do capitalismo globalizante e do enfraquecimento do Estado nacional regulador, se insere dentro de um arcabouço normativo, com ele incompatível, que espraia valores constitucionais e de direitos humanos afirmadores da dignidade do homem e da centralidade do trabalho como equalizador das demandas sociais por inclusão no mercado de trabalho e acesso isonômico aos benefícios do desenvolvimento-fruto do trabalho. A par disso, se pretendeu empreender uma pesquisa quali-quantitativa que respondesse à pergunta-problema sobre em que medida o contrato de trabalho intermitente é mecanismo eficaz na geração de empregos decentes, conforme propugnado pela Constituição Federal de 1988, Tratados de Direitos Humanos em vigor no Brasil e pela Organização Internacional do Trabalho (OIT). O argumento hipotético-dedutivo parte do dado preliminar de que a contratação intermitente carece de requisitos que sobrelevem o posto de trabalho criado a patamares civilizatórios de dignidade e decência garantidores de sua validade e conformação como instrumento legítimo a ser utilizado para a promoção do pleno emprego. Face ao exposto, conforme se pôde depreender a partir da análise dos dados coletados, apesar de gerar empregos formais, haja vista que a lei assim o categoriza, o contrato intermitente tem o condão de romper com os requisitos fático-jurídicos da não eventualidade, alteridade e onerosidade do contrato de trabalho, bem como com o requisito jurídico-formal do objeto possível, determinado ou determinável, ao prever a possibilidade de ausência de efetiva prestação de serviços e pagamento. Tal contrato desvirtua, assim, a função social da propriedade e seu corolário, a função social dos contratos, bem como ataca os institutos da liberdade para contratar e da livre manifestação da autonomia (não da vontade, mas da pessoa humana), colocando o empregado intermitente em uma igualdade formal/jurídica com o empregador que o primeiro não ostenta. Ademais, esse contrato, em linhas gerais, demonstra não atender à necessidade de oferta e delimitação adequada da jornada de trabalho e remuneração do obreiro, obstaculariza o acesso à seguridade social, induz a desigualdades no mercado de trabalho e não respeita integralmente, tampouco amplia o espectro de proteção social do trabalhador. Há na relação laboral intermitente o desprestígio do valor social do trabalho, ao se fundar em uma racionalidade econômica na qual os direitos fundamentais dos trabalhadores são pressionados para aquém de seu patamar elementar. O contrato de trabalho intermitente, portanto, configura mecanismo que facilmente pode levar o indivíduo a toda sorte de privações e inseguranças, não sendo, assim, meio constitucional e convencional eficaz para a geração de empregos substanciais no Brasil.

This essay emerges from reflections on the attention given to the working class in the context of a pandemic. The text has as its background the articulation of three categories: the crisis of capitalism accentuated in countries with a late economy, such as Brazil; the visible inefficiency of Brazilian state management; and the return of the Brazilian bourgeoisie to the high ranks of the bureaucratic administration of the national state. This articulation has represented losses for the working class in different areas, such as health, security, the environment and education, deepened in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. Methodologically, a bibliographical review was sought, articulating texts from the human and social sciences that dealt with the current scenario, as well as texts on the notion of biopolitics to deal with differential vulnerability, a notion that will cross our arguments. In this way, we seek to demonstrate that the virus, or the consequences of it, reach the working class with more violence

Antonio Gramsci, having an important place in Marxist thought tradition, made theoretically original and important contributions to the fascism analysis. In this context, Gramsci analyzed the conjuncture, ensuring the development of fascism as a movement and then its accession to power, in Italian political life after the First World War in political and class contexts and also pointed out the crucial role of petit bourgeoisie during that period. Moreover, he made some predicts about the fascist up period in Italy in line with his analyses. According to the dialectical method he used, while he was analyzing the development of fascism in Italy, he competently presented the dichotomies imposed to the society by the Italian capitalism, being in a crisis, dichotomies emerged from the different tendencies in the fascist movement and also the dichotomies arising from the difference of opinion between the communists in their struggle against fascism. The fascism analyses of Gramsci, whose thoughts on fascism maintain their importance even today, are examined in this study., Marksist düşünce geleneği içerisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan Antonio Gramsci, kuramsal açıdan faşizmin çözümlenmesine özgün ve önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur. Bu bağlamda Gramsci, I. Dünya Savaşı sonrası İtalyan siyasal yaşamında, faşizmin bir hareket olarak gelişmesi ve sonrasında iktidara gelmesini sağlayan konjonktürü siyasal ve sınıfsal bağlamda çözümlemiş, bu süreç boyunca küçük burjuvazinin oynadığı kritik role dikkat çekmiştir. Ayrıca yaptığı çözümlemeler doğrultusunda İtalya’daki faşistleşme sürecinin gelişimi hakkında bir takım öngörülerde de bulunmuştur. Gramsci kullandığı diyalektik yöntem doğrultusunda, faşizmin İtalya’daki gelişim sürecini çözümlerken, bunalım yaşayan İtalyan kapitalizminde burjuvazinin topluma dayattığı ikilikleri, faşist hareketin kendi içerisindeki farklı eğilimlerinden doğan ikilikleri ve komünistlerin faşizme karşı mücadelede kendi aralarındaki görüş farklılığından kaynaklanan ikilikleri yetkin biçimde ortaya koymuştur. Bu makale, faşizm üzerine düşünceleri günümüzde dahi önemini koruyan Gramsci’nin, faşizm çözümlemelerini konu edinmektedir.

The present Master's Dissertation, entitled "The Work of Social Workers in NonGovernmental Organizations (NGOs): an analysis based on the crisis situation of contemporary capitalism" is part of the Social Work, Social Work and PPGSS / UFPB. It presents as an object of study the analysis of the main influences of the crisis of contemporary capitalism and the consequent neoliberal offensive in the work of social workers from the work of these professionals in Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs). The context of these organizations is one of the sociooccupational spaces of Brazilian social workers, whose performance is not effective in meeting the social demands from the perspective of the defense of rights. This investigative study was referenced in Marxist critical social theory based on dialectical historical method in the development of field research, bibliographical and documentary research. Field research was conducted in 06 (six) Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) of João Pessoa / PB, being: Association of Disabled and Relatives (ASDEF); Small House David; Cunha Feminist Collective Association; Legion of Good Will (LGW); Institute of the Blind "Adalgisa Cunha" and the Donos do Amanhã Association. The collection of primary data was carried out with 10 (ten) Social Service professionals working in these NGOs in the year 2016. Methodologically, instruments and techniques of a quantitative and qualitative nature were used in the collection and analysis phases of the data. To collect data, we used the semi-structured interview that allowed the direct contact between researcher and research subjects, as well as the use of the field diary to record the non-systematic observations, besides the documentary and bibliographic survey. In the data analysis phase, we applied: a) for the closed questions, the descriptive statistical discussion with the simple and graphic tabular reading, in addition to tables; B) for open questions, the use of content analysis by thematic categorization, among other methodological procedures. The relevance of the research referred to herein lies in the attempt to deepen the debate and contribute to the production of knowledge about the unfolding of the crisis of contemporary capitalism in the scope of social policies, as well as to analyze the impacts on the work of Social Service professionals inserted in NGOs.Conclusively, it is evident that the contribution of this critical research on the work of the Social Worker in NGOs, was based on the professional skills and abilities directly associated to the elaboration, implementation, and evaluation of the social policies, directly or (Law No. 8.662 / 93), with a view to building a corporate project in which the political culture of a more just and egalitarian society predominates. Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES A presente Dissertação de Mestrado Acadêmico, intitulada "O Trabalho dos Assistentes Sociais nas Organizações Não Governamentais (ONGs): uma análise a partir da conjuntura de crise do capitalismo contemporâneo" se insere na linha de pesquisa Serviço Social, Trabalho e Política Social do PPGSS/ UFPB. Apresenta como objeto de estudo a análise dos principais influxos da crise do capitalismo contemporâneo e a decorrente ofensiva neoliberal no trabalho dos assistentes sociais a partir da atuação desses profissionais nas Organizações Não Governamentais (ONGs). O contexto dessas organizações constitui-se em um dos espaços sócio-ocupacionais dos assistentes sociais brasileiros, cuja atuação não se efetiva no atendimento das demandas sociais na perspectiva da defesa de direitos. Este estudo investigativo referenciou-se na teoria social crítica marxista com base no método histórico dialético no desenvolvimento da pesquisa de campo, de pesquisas bibliográfica e documental. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada em 06 (seis) Organizações Não-Governamentais (ONGs) de João Pessoa/PB, sendo elas: Associação de Deficientes e Familiares (ASDEF); Casa ―Pequeno Davi‖; Associação Cunhã Coletivo Feminista;Legião da Boa Vontade (LBV); Instituto dos Cegos ―Adalgisa Cunha‖ e a Associação Donos do Amanhã. A coleta de dados primários ocorreu junto a 10 (dez) profissionais de Serviço Social que atuam nas citadas ONGs, no ano de 2016. Em termos metodológicos, utilizou-se de instrumentos e técnicas de natureza quantitativa e qualitativa nas fases de coleta e análise dos dados. Para coleta de dados, recorreu-se a entrevista semiestruturada que permitiu o contato direto entre pesquisadora e sujeitos da pesquisa, bem como o uso do diário de campo para registro das observações assistemáticas, além do levantamento documental e bibliográfico. Na fase de análise dos dados, foram aplicados: a) para as questões fechadas, a discussão estatística descritiva com a leitura tabular simples e gráfica, além de quadros; b) para as questões abertas, o uso da análise de conteúdo por categorização temática, dentre outros procedimentos metodológicos. A relevância da pesquisa ora referenciada reside na tentativa de aprofundar o debate e contribuir com a produção de conhecimentos acerca dos desdobramentos da crise do capitalismo contemporâneo no âmbito das Políticas Sociais, como também, analisar os impactos no trabalho dos profissionais de Serviço Social inseridos nas ONGs. Conclusivamente, evidencia-se que a contribuição desta investigação crítica acerca do trabalho do Assistente Social nas ONGs, fundamentou-se nas competências e habilidades profissionais diretamente associadas à elaboração, implementação, execução e avaliação das políticas sociais junto a órgãos da administração pública, direta ou indireta, empresas, entidades e organizações populares, contidas na Lei que regulamenta a profissão (Lei n º 8.662/93), com vistas à construção de um projeto societário em que predomine a cultura política de uma sociedade mais justa e igualitária.

This doctoral thesis aims to investigate the institutional arrangements arising from the solidarity economy enterprises that outsource up from the cyclical crises that affect the nuclear capitalist system. In particular seat, the analysis focuses on the joint initiatives resulting from instabilities that sharpen inequality and social exclusion processes, as well as on the description of the political, cultural and economic dimensions that derive from this phenomenon, so as to reach a better understanding of the juridical-jurigenos aspects that exist in this environment. Thus, using the hypothetical-deductive method of approach, methods of historical, functionalist and structuralist procedure, as well as techniques of literature and documentary research, this work aims to explain the immersion of the solidarity economy in the normative universe, highlighting the Law & Economics and Economic Law as reference for the explanation of the institutional designs which are limited therein. As a result, solidarity economy is understood as a socioeconomic phenomenon whose juridical normative complexity is dependent on the trajectory in which it was generated and, thus, related to a juridical pluralism that is circumscribed around the bonds of cooperative sociability, the functioning of the market and the state political order. Nenhuma A presente tese de doutorado tem o objetivo de investigar os arranjos institucionais decorrentes dos empreendimentos de economia solidária que se externalizam a partir das crises cíclicas que afetam o sistema capitalista nuclear. Em sede específica, busca-se analisar as iniciativas solidárias resultantes das instabilidades que agudizam os processos de desigualdade e exclusão sociais, bem como descrever as dimensões política, cultural e econômica que resultam desse fenômeno, a fim de permitir uma melhor compreensão dos aspectos jurídicojurígenos que existem nesse ambiente. Dessa forma, utilizando-se do método de abordagem hipotético-dedutivo, dos métodos de procedimento histórico, funcionalista e estruturalista, e das técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, almeja-se, ao fim, explicar a imersão da economia solidária no universo normativo, destacando os desenhos institucionais que aí se circunscrevem. Como resultado, compreende-se, então, a economia solidária como um fenômeno socioeconômico cuja complexidade normativa jurídica é dependente da trajetória em que foi gerado e, assim, relacionado com um pluralismo jurídico que se circunscreve em torno dos laços de sociabilidade cooperativa, do funcionamento do mercado e da ordem política estatal.

La libéralisation et la standardisation des marchés ont rendu les économies nationales instables. Les changements paradigmatiques causés par cette situation mènent au remodelage de la définition et du rôle de l’économie politique, affectant des institutions étatiques, dont l’état social et le marché du travail. Ce travail fait ressortir les différences d’interprétation et d’analyses selon les traditions en pensée économique. Le cas de l’Allemagne devient intéressant, puisqu’il y a une tradition de pensée économique particulière avec ses courants de pensée plus sociaux et, selon la théorie de variétés de capitalisme, un capitalisme différent du modèle américain. L’économiste social allemand Wolfgang Streeck soutient d’ailleurs que le capitalisme se dissocie tranquillement de son aspect démocratique alors que d’autres chercheurs n’arrivent pas à cette conclusion. Dans un contexte de libéralisation et de standardisation, ne devrait-il pas y avoir une standardisation des analyses et des courants de pensées économiques, eux-mêmes déterminés selon leur contexte politique et social ? Peut-on conclure que les conclusions de Streeck sont définies par les pensées économiques allemandes traditionnelles ? La recherche lie deux approches : celle économique (comment produire davantage) et celle politique (comment répartir). Cette discipline qu’est l’économie politique vient prendre en compte l’aspect social de l’économie. La méthodologie consiste à faire un portrait de la pensée économique de Streeck et le situer historiquement, nationalement et internationalement afin de démontrer que, malgré la mondialisation, les économies et pensées économiques nationales sont encore pertinentes., Market liberalisation and standardisation have rendered national economies unstable. The paradigmatic changes caused by the situation have remodeled the definition and role of political economy. They have also affected state institutions, may it be the welfare state and the labour market. This research paper brings forward interpretation and analyses differences according to different traditions of economic thought. Germany’s case becomes interesting since it has a specific tradition of economic thought with its more social perspectives and, according to the varieties of capitalism theory, a very distinct capitalist model compared to the usually more preferred Anglo-Saxon model. The German social economist Wolfgang Streeck arguments that capitalism is slowly separating itself from its democratic aspect whereas other researchers come to other conclusions. In this context of liberalisation and standardisation, should there not be a standardisation of analyses and economic school of thoughts, themselves defined by their political and social context? Is it possible to conclude that Streeck’s conclusions are defined by traditional German economic thought? The research paper links two approaches: the economic approach (how to produce more) and the political one (how to distribute). The discipline of political economy takes the social aspect of economy into consideration. The methodology consists of sketching a portrait of Streeck’s economic thought and situating him historically, nationally and internationally, in order to demonstrate that, even with globalisation, national economies and national economic thought are still highly relevant.

Em uma de suas crises mais recentes, entre 2007 e 2008, os problemas decorrentes da atual dinâmica do sistema capitalista evidenciam rastros marcantes nas economias de diversos países. Nesse contexto, o conceito de desenvolvimento sustentável desponta como alternativa de modelo econômico que busca vincular a dinâmica econômica às variações que podem estar relacionadas com perspectivas sociais e preocupações ambientais. Entretanto, apesar de bastante difundidas, as definições de desenvolvimento sustentável podem ser consideradas vagas e ambíguas. Assim, este estudo objetiva identificar como a temática do desenvolvimento sustentável vem sendo abordada em meio ao contexto atual de crise do capitalismo. Para tanto, utiliza-se de uma perspectiva crítica sobre o que foi publicado sobre a temática em quatro anos do evento Encontro Nacional de Gestão Empresarial e Meio Ambiente (ENGEMA), de 2008 a 2012. Como resultados, no contexto acadêmico brasileiro, identificou-se uma tendência à adequação das questões socioambientais para a manutenção do capitalismo, com a utilização muitas vezes equivocada da temática estudada. No entanto, em alguns casos, pesquisas conseguem discutir a temática de forma mais profunda e realizam questionamentos acerca do tema mais claramente numa perspectiva de mudança.
