It is shown that in conditions of the crisis phenomena in world and domestic economy it is necessary to search for new forms and instruments of functioning of trade enterprises. Bu çalışmada müşteri tatmininin sağlanmasında kilit rolü bulunan ve önemli bir bilgi kaynağı olan müşteri e-şikayetlerinin dijital seyahat aracıları tarafından nasıl değerlendirildiğinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. With the update and development of technologies such as IoT, the smart city revolution is boosting construction. Several excellent CBD construction projects designed in smart city construction models have emerged around the world. Exploring the construction model of the CBD through the establishment of an evaluation index system of construction effect is of great significance for CBD’s future development. The main objective of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of the construction of the CBD by using the Delphi method and AHP and to provide a systematic method to establish an index evaluation system for the construction effect of the smart CBD, which reflects the influencing factors of the construction effect in the CBD district from six perspectives: construction, management, service, innovation, strategy, and users. This paper also introduces the construction and development of CBD in the Jiangbei New District in Nanjing, China, and uses the indicator system established in this study to evaluate its construction effect. This paper establishes a four-level indicator system, from general to specific, and discusses the degree of impact of each indicator on the effectiveness of smart CBD construction. In order to obtain the initial evaluation data more accurately, this study classified the survey subjects into three categories, which are managers, commercial enterprise users, and ordinary residents. Finally, through the analysis of the evaluation results, the effectiveness of the construction of the Jiangbei New District CBD was evaluated, and the focus of the future smart CBD construction was pointed out. The evaluation index system for the construction effect of the smart CBD established is considered to supply a good foundation for the CBD-related study.

The article describes the successful experience of using the GLONASS system at the commercial enterprise «UMIT» LLC (the SCATM (SCAUT) system «Satellite control, analytics and Transport Management»). The technical and technological features of the GLONASS system are noted, the principles of its operation and functionality are studied. The difference between GPS and GLONASS systems is demonstrated.

The paper incorporates the elaborated scheme for re-engineering of accounting and analytical support for inventory management according to the intended purposes. It is determined that forecasting of the prospects of the enterprise development based upon conducting re-engineering of the accounting and analytical system serves to establish the best possible directions for its activity, to evaluate new possibilities and alternatives that are employed in drafting the balance statements in the process of predictive assessment and promotes the rational use of resources. The re-engineering is based upon the use of the latest information technologies. Therefore, quite frequently re-engineering becomes compared to the notions of computerization of business processes, automation and reorganization of the enterprise. The processes must be conceived with the use of modern communication technologies, use of the Internet, objective multi-level models for development of computing systems, achievements in the domain of databases. Information technologies are intended to facilitate the management of large amounts of data. Implementation of the principles of re-engineering within the practical activity of enterprises requires continuous stimulation of the personnel towards their professional growth. Introduction of the computer-mediated system of accounting at the enterprise must be preceded by the re-engineering of business processes, i.e. re-thinking and re-designing the enterprise activities for the purpose of achieving sizeable improvements in such key indicators of modern business management as the profit, the quality, the level of service and the prompt responsiveness. The success of re-engineering is bound with fast transformations in the enterprise while namely the radical nature of measures applied serves as the key indicator. It is imperative that enterprise employees would be committed to radical and swift changes in their work, with the corresponding absence of conflicts. Another point of success would be managing every employee of the company to form a common and specific understanding of the future of enterprise.

The article presents the systematization of approaches to assess the enterprises' level of competitiveness. The advantages and disadvantages of the most famous models for assessing the competitiveness of business entities are considered. The identified shortcomings made it possible to form a hypothesis for studying the enterprises' competitiveness, taking into account the industry factor, financial criteria and quality indicators of the enterprise. For the formation of an objective adaptation model for assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise, taking into account its industry specificity, the author's approach to assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise, taking into account industry specifics, based on the relative and qualitative indicators of the enterprise's activities, selected by the expert assessment method, is considered. For trade enterprises, groups of the most significant indicators have been formed that characterize the competitiveness in the areas of observation of the sales of a trade enterprise, its costs, financial position and financial results, for the market share of the trade enterprise, the level of prices for goods, for the level of service of the trade enterprise. The indicators characterizing the level of competitiveness of a trading enterprise are divided into relative critical indicators and a group of qualitative critical indicators, which are included in the calculation of the complex coefficient of enterprise competitiveness model based on the theory of effective competition according to the weighted average arithmetic formula. The article presents the results of approbation of the proposed methodology on the example of the “PAO Magnit” trading enterprise and its trade competitors operating in Voronezh. The obtained results of the author's methodology for assessing the competitiveness of a trading enterprise have practical significance; the proposed model can be adapted according to the criteria for selecting indicators and their quantitative indicator, which contributes to the use of this toolkit in future studies of the competitiveness of trading enterprises.

This paper discusses the outcome of a study on the transition of cyanobacterial biofertilizer technology from laboratory to small-scale production to large-scale commercial use. The nitrogen-fixing ability of cyanobacteria helps to reduce the dose of chemical nitrogen fertilizer (urea) needed, so they are immensely important for paddy crops, especially in Southeast Asian nations, where soil quality is deteriorating and where large groups of farmers cannot afford the use of more costly chemical fertilizers. Inundated water is required for this technology to be effective in paddy crops and is also imperative for good paddy crop; fortunately, this is exactly how paddy is grown on the Indian subcontinent. This study elaborates the whole cyanobacterial biofertilizer technology chain and its development process, the triggering role played by industry partners, and industry’s dissemination of the technology to farmers’ doorsteps.

I argue that the recognition and social connections that people obtain through their online practices provide satisfactions that positively impact their offline activities and daily lives. This is how they turn their collaboration into a worthy exchange, challenging positions that underestimate people’s digital engagement as a form of alternative economic activity producing nonmonetary gains.
