Within the scope of the investigated issues, it can be noted that the main goal of the present work is to carry out a theoretical analysis of the author's views related to the factors influencing the profit of the commercial enterprise and, on the thus formed pedestal, to carry out an empirical study of the net income from sales of items from the "Milk and milk products" product group in two actually functioning commercial enterprises on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
