In the context of vigorous development of big data and 5G technology,information encryption in high-speed communication systems has become a new research hotspot.How to increase data throughput and reduce the difficulty of adapting encryption algorithms to different application scenarios while ensuring high data security has become important research topics.Aiming at the problem that traditional software’s SM4-GCM algorithm has a low throughput rate and is difficult to apply in changing 5G and big data scenarios,this paper analyzes the characteristics of SM4-GCM algorithm based on the reconfigurable characteristics of FPGA,using Mastrovito,Karatsuba and fast remainder algorithms.Two high-performance,CNC-separated and expandable circuit structures are designed.Full-pipeline technology and four-degree parallel technology are used to accelerate the optimization of SM4-GCM algorithm.While ensuring high security,it can achieve a high throughput rate,and can be flexibly transplanted to various application scenarios.Experimental results show that the throughput rates of the proposed two solutions in this paper for a single SM4-GCM module have reach 28.16 Gbps and 28.8 Gbps,respectively,which are superior to similar published designs in terms of performance and scalability.

The Lijiagou pegmatite-type lithium spodumene deposit is one of the typical deposits in the Ke'eryin ore field, located in the central part of the Songpan-Ganzi fold belt in Sichuan Province, China. Through recent explo-ration and assessment, the Lijiagou deposit has been identified as a super-large spodumene deposit, drawing significant attention from domestic and international scholars. The mineral processing characteristics of the Lijiagou deposit vary with elevation, necessitating an accurate evaluation of the industrial value of the ore. Based on detailed microscopic and hand specimen observations, this study employs various methods and techniques, including X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS), chemical element analysis, chemical phase analysis, and the mineral liberation analyzer system (MLA). These methods and techniques are used to determine the composition of the ore, identify the types and occurrence states of beneficial and harmful elements, and clarify the ore's processing properties. The results will provide theoretical and technical support for the comprehensive utilization of rare metal resources in the region. The average grade of lithium ore is 0.94%, with approximately 84. 7% of Li derived from spodumene. The average grade of Rb2O is 0.13%, meeting the industrial-grade requirements for comprehensive recovery of associated elements. The spodumene exhibits a wide range of grain sizes and is highly heterogeneous, requiring multiple stages of grinding. Based on the liberation characteristics, it is recommended to grind the material to -0.075 mm before entering the final flotation process. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Limited effective targets have challenged the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Casein kinase 2 interacting protein 1 (CKIP‐1) is a scaffold protein involved in various diseases. However, the role of CKIP‐1 in OSCC remains unclear. The aim of this study was to explore the regulatory role of CKIP‐1 in OSCC, as well as the involved mechanism. First, higher expression of CKIP‐1 in OSCC tissues and cell lines were found. Series of gain‐ and loss‐of‐function experiments demonstrated suppressed malignant behaviours and enhanced apoptosis of OSCC cells when CKIP‐1 was silenced. Also, inhibited tumour growth in CKIP‐1‐silenced group were proved. Further, mitochondrial transcription factor A (TFAM) downregulation, increased ROS production, decreased mitochondrial membrane potential and cGAS‐STING activation in CKIP‐1‐silenced group were observed. The involvement of mitochondrial homeostasis‐related TFAM/cGAS‐STING axis in CKIP‐1‐silenced OSCC cells was finally demonstrated by tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) that inhibits TFAM degradation. Taken together, our study demonstrated that CKIP‐1 silencing could significantly antagonize OSCC via TFAM/cGAS‐STING axis, which may provide a candidate target for OSCC treatment. Objective: To reduce the toxicity and side effects of arsenic trioxide (ATO) and provide a new approach for the treatment of primary liver cancer, a folic acid-modified calcium arsenite liposomal “target-controlled” drug delivery system (FA-LP-CaAs) was fabricated using the reverse microemulsion method. Methods: A Malvern particle size analyzer and a transmission electron microscope were employed to determine the particle size, distribution, zeta potential and morphology of FA-LP-CaAs. Further, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry was employed to determine the drug loading capacity, entrapment efficiency, and in vitro release behavior of FA-LP-CaAs. To determine its toxicity in human hepatoma cells (HepG2) and human normal hepatocytes (LO2) and its effect on HepG2 cell cycle and apoptosis, the MTT method was used. Laser confocal and flow cytometry were also employed to determine the uptake of FA-LP-CaAs by cells. After establishing a mouse liver cancer model, the in vivo distribution of the drug included in the formulation was investigated using in vivo fluorescence. To evaluate the liver cancer targeting and anti-tumor effects of FA-LP-CaAs in vivo, the distribution of ATO in tissues and changes in tumor volume and body weight after liposomal administration were investigated using hematoxylin-eosin (HE)-stained tumor sections. Results: The particle size, zeta potential and PDI of FA-LP-CaAs were (122.67 ± 2.18) nm, (12.81 ± 0.75) mV and 0.22 ± 0.01, respectively, while its drug loading capacity was 18.49% ± 1.14%. In vitro experimental results revealed that FA-LP-CaAs had a strong killing effect on HepG2 cells. Further, the cell uptake capacity of this formulation was found to improve. Based on in vivo assessments, FA-LP-CaAs could significantly increase the distribution of ATO in tumor sites and inhibit tumor growth. Conclusions: Herein, an FA-LP-CaAs formulation was successfully fabricated. This liposomal drug delivery system had a round appearance, uniform particle size, good polydispersity coeffi-cient, evident “core-shell” structure, high drug loading capacity and pH response, tumor targeted drug delivery and sustained drug release. These findings support further research and the application of ATO as an anti-liver cancer prodrug and provide a new method for the treatment of liver cancer.

Background: Inflammation plays a vital role in the occurrence and progression of atrial fibrillation (AF). The association between pericoronary adipose tissue attenuation (PCATA) and AF recurrence following ablation has not been fully clarified. Hypothesis: We aimed to evaluate the association between PCATA and AF recurrence after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA). Methods: Patients who underwent the first RFCA for AF and performed coronary computed tomography angiography before ablation between 2018 and 2021 were enrolled. The predictive values of PCATA for AF recurrence after ablation were investigated. The area under curve (AUC), relative integrated discrimination improvement (IDI), and categorical free net reclassification improvement (NRI) were used to assess the discrimination ability of different models for AF recurrence. Results: During 1‐year follow‐up, 34.1% patients experienced AF recurrence. The multivariable analysis model revealed that PCATA of the right coronary artery (RCA) was an independent risk factor for AF recurrence. Patients with a high level of RCA‐PCATA had a high risk of recurrence, after adjusting for other risk factors by restricted cubic splines. The performance in predicting AF recurrence was significantly improved by adding the marker of RCA‐PCATA to the clinical model (AUC: 0.724 vs. 0.686, p =.024), with a relative IDI of 0.043 (p =.006) and continuous NRI of 0.521 (p <.001). Conclusions: PCATA of RCA was independently associated with AF recurrence after ablation. PCATA may be helpful for risk classification for AF ablation patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
