7. Effect of spray drying on the functional properties of egg yolk powder

Abstract

Objective: This study aimed to develop the application of egg yolk powder in the field of feed, functional food and biopharmaceuticals. Methods: Using fresh eggs as raw materials, yolk powder was prepared by spray drying, and the effects of different parameters on the content of yolk antibody (IgY), protein structure and functional properties of egg yolk powder were analyzed. Results: Considering the antibody content, physicochemical properties and functional properties of egg yolk powder comprehensively, when the inlet air temperature was 140 ℃ and the feed flow rate was 600 mL/h, the IgY content of egg yolk powder was 17.71 mg/g, and the solubility was 61.97% respectively. The powdery rate and water content was 36.46% and 3.8% respectively, and the surface hydrophobicity, water holding capacity and oil holding capacity was 106.67 μg, 3.63 g/g and 3.03 g/g respectively. The emulsifying property was 27.15%, and the emulsifying stability was 24.48%. The overall quality isoptimum. Conclusion: Changing the spray drying parameters can keep the structure of egg yolk powder intact and improve the physicochemical and functional properties of egg yolk powder, as well as ensure the high IgY content.

Abstract

Thermoplastic composite materials are widely used in automobile, aerospace and military fields due to their advantages of high impact toughness, recyclability and excellent environmental adaptability. However, the high viscosity of the thermoplastic resin after melting makes it difficult to impregnate the fiber adequately. As the intermediate material of composite materials, the preparation of prepreg has been relatively mature. The fibers in the prepreg have been impregnated with resin, so the composite material prepared by the prepreg has fewer voids. The preparation method of thermoplastic prepreg and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods were introduced in this paper, including solution impregnation, melt impregnation, powder impregnation, film stacking lamination, commingled yarns and reactive of chain growth impregnation. The impregnation mechanism of melt infiltrated fibers was described and some research results of impregnation mechanism were summarized. The effects of parameters such as immersion temperature, immersion pressure and traction speed on the properties of prepreg were discussed. Finally, the main problems and the development direction in the production of prepreg were summarized. In the future, methods such as multidisciplinary integration, fiber and resin modification and computer simulation of the impregnation process can be used to promote the industrial development of thermoplastic prepreg.

Lonicera japonica Thunb. mainly contains phenolic acids, flavonoids, polysaccharides, saponins, iridoid and other active components, which have the functions of antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidant, liver protection and immune regulation. In the paper, the active components and biological functions of Lonicera japonica Thunb. are introduced, and the regulation of the active components of Lonicera japonica Thunb. on the biological barrier, immune barrier, chemical barrier and physical barrier of animal intestinal tract are reviewed, so as to provide a reference for accurate and effective use of Lonicera japonica Thunb. in animal breeding. 18. The role of law in promoting reproductive autonomy : English and Chinese regulatory models of abortion

Abstract

This thesis provides a normative exploration of abortion law in England and China from a feminist, ethical and comparative standpoint. It proceeds from the assumption that legal regulation of abortion should take account of the principle of respect for autonomy. While I accept that the value of embryos and putative fathers' interests should be accorded recognition, I argue that legally women's autonomy should be given priority in abortion decisions. Following my discussion of traditional ethical accounts of the concept of 'autonomy', I argue that women's exercise of autonomy over abortion decisions is essential to satisfy their basic needs for health and for control over their lives. I expand upon the traditional account of the principle of respect for autonomy by employing a broadly liberal feminist approach. I argue that this approach to empowering women in abortion decisions is more constructive because it not only requires law makers to protect women's decision-making from controlling influences, but also advocates law's commitment to a female-friendly environment where medical and state support are accessible. While the concept of 'autonomy' is close to liberalism, I also draw upon the radical, global and multi-cultural schools of feminist thought. Following my investigation of the English and Chinese regulatory models of abortion, I argue that the main reason for women's lack of control over their autonomously held abortion decisions is that these two models have produced the power imbalance in the two key relationships: one between women who need abortion and health professionals and the other between female citizens and the state. I also suggest that the differences between the English and Chinese politico-legal systems do not rule out the possibility that their law makers can learn from each other's regulatory experiences. Thus, this comparative study provides a basis for drawing up proposals for the reform of the two models.

29. Two Ln2NIT3Complexes Based on 1-Methyl-5-benzotriazole Nitronyl Nitroxide Radical with Slow Magnetic Relaxation Behavior

Abstract

Two heterospin complexes, namely, [Ln2(hfac)6(1-Me-5-BetrzNIT)3] (Ln = Tb(1), Dy(2); hfac=hexafluoroacetylacetone; 1-Me-5-BetrzNIT=2-{5-(1-methyl)-benzotriazolyl}-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide), have been successfully obtained based on a benzotriazole nitronyl nitroxide radical. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the two complexes are isomorphous and both of them exhibit as binuclear units through the bridging ligand 1-Me-5-BetrzNIT with the μ2–η1:η1coordination mode. The static and dynamic magnetic properties of the two complexes were characterized. Dynamic magnetic performance shows that complex 1has no obvious frequency dependence. For complex 2, the frequency-dependent out-of-phase signals as well as the slow relaxation of magnetization under a zero dcfield confirm the single-molecule magnet behavior.

Abstract

In this study, multivariate adaptive regression splines (MARS) model with order two and three were developed for predicting the California bearing capacity (CBR) value of pond ash stabilized with lime and lime sludge. To this aim, the model had five variables named maximum dry density, optimum moisture content, lime percentage, lime sludge percentage, and curing period as inputs, and CBR as output variable. MARS-O3 has the best results, which its R2 stood at 0.9565 and 0.9312, and PI 0.0709 and 0.1061 for the training and testing phases, respectively. In both developed models, the estimated CBR values in training and testing stages specify acceptable agreement with experimental results, representing the workability of proposed equations for predicting the CBR values with high accuracy. Comparison of two developed equations supplied that MARS-O3 has a better result than MARS-O2. Based on error curves, the MARS-O3 model results in the lowest error percentage in the CBR predicting process, providing roughly accurate prediction than those of the rest developed methods specified. Therefore, MARS-O3 could be recognized as the proposed model.

Abstract

To overcomes the disadvantages of computing the attributes' weight method in multi-attribute decision problem. In this paper, a weighted averaging method based on Dempster-shafer evidential theory and grey fixed weight cluster has been used. Firstly, by using the Dempster-shafer evidential theory can integrate the subjective and objective weights to get the weight coefficients, and then avoid the shortcomings of single weighting method. Secondly, after the fusion of weights which come from Dempster-shafer evidential theory, ones could apply information of grey classification of each clustering object fully. Finally, an example of design scheme selection is presented to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the method mentioned in this paper.

Abstract

The circuit of DSTATCOM is analyzed. The dynamic model of DSTATCOM based on three-level voltage inverter is established by way of lead-in switch function. Control method of DSTATCOM is focal point of this research. The dissertation determines the detection means based on instantaneous reactive power. PWM control by tracking the current technology achieve to direct control. The simulating results prove the DSTATCOM put forward in the dissertation can realize dynamic var compensation effectively.
