Few reports have addressed the change in Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT) management in the ICUs over the years in western countries. This study aims to assess the trend of dialytic practice in a 4.5-million population-based study of the northwest of Italy.A nine-year survey covering all the RRT provided in the ICUs. Consultant nephrologists of the 26 Nephrology and Dialysis centers reported their activities in the years 2007, 2009, 2012, and 2015.From 2007 to 2015 the patients treated increased from 1042 to 1139, and the incidence of RRT from 254 to 263 cases/10^6 inhabitants. The workload for Dialysis Center was higher in the larger hub hospitals. RRT for Acute Kidney Injury (AKI), continuation of treatment in chronically dialyzed patients, or extrarenal indications accounted for about the stable rate of 70, 25 and 5% of all RRT sessions, respectively. Continuous modality days increased from 2731 days (39.5%) in 2007 to 5076 (70.6%) in 2015, when the continuous+prolonged treatment days were 6880/7196 (95.6% of total days). As to RRT timing, in 2015 only the classical clinical criteria, and no K-DIGO stage were adopted by most Centers. As to RRT interruption, in 2015 urine volume was the first criterion. Implementation of citrate anticoagulation (RCA) for RRT patients significantly increased from 2.8% in 2007 to 30.9% in 2015, when it was applied in all 26 Centers.From 2007 to 2015, current practice has changed towards shared protocols, with increasing continuous modality and RCA implementation.

Colombia es un país enfocado en la construcción de los Derechos Laborales a partir de la constituyente de 1991 según lo establecido en Código Sustantivo del Trabajo (CST), el cual busca que se mantenga la justicia en las relaciones que se puedan presentar entre empleadores y trabajadores, manteniendo un equilibrio económico y social, son garantes de los derechos en materia laboral en el país. Recientemente hemos estado frente a una de las peores crisis sanitaria, económica y social que se ha presentado a nivel mundial a causa del Coronavirus o COVID 19, situación que puso a prueba el liderazgo y la capacidad de improvisar de los gobiernos. El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar cuales fueron esas causales por medio de las cuales los empleadores, suspendieron y posteriormente terminaron los contratos de trabajo de muchos de sus empleados, aun cuando debían demostrar estar bajo unas condiciones específicas las cuales debían ser verificadas por el ministerio del trabajo para que pudieran ejecutar las acciones que creían pertinentes. Se analizaron los art 51, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65,66 del código sustantivo del trabajo, en el cual se encuentran estipuladas las normas que regulan las excepciones para que se pueda presentar la suspensión y terminación de los contratos de trabajo y las consecuencias al terminarlos de manera injustificada. También se tuvieron en cuenta los decretos emitidos por el Gobierno Nacional como el decreto 417 del 17 de marzo de 2020, el decreto 637 del 6 de mayo del 2020, en los cuales se declaró la emergencia, económica, social y ecológica, el decreto 457 del 22 de marzo del 2020, el Decreto 531 del 8 de abril de 2020, 593 del 24 de abril del 2020 donde ordenaban el confinamiento obligatorio y el decreto el Decreto 488 del 27 de marzo de 2020, que fue la base para analizar más a fondo por qué se dio la suspensión y terminación de los contratos, recordemos que el gobierno buscaba brindar alternativas para conservar el empleo en Colombia. El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la dinámica familiar estrategias de afrontamiento y proyecto de vida en familias con un integrante privado de libertad, en esta investigación tuvieron lugar familias de la ciudad de Barranquilla. Esta es una investigación cualitativa, diseño fenomenológico hermenéutico, empleando la técnica de la entrevista en profundidad a una muestra de 9 hogares afectados por esta problemática. Los resultados mostraron que factores como, la dependencia económica, la poca comunicación con su familiar y los cambios que se presentan en general a nivel familiar son incidentes con mayor importancia en el sector. Se concluye que estas situaciones se han normalizado por el desconocimiento de los derechos humanos, y el poco interés del gobierno en estas familias afectadas. The objective of the study was to analyze family dynamics, coping strategies and life projects in families with a member deprived of liberty. In this investigation, families from the city of Barranquilla took place. This is a qualitative research, hermeneutic phenomenological design, using the in-depth interview technique with a sample of 9 households affected by this problem. The results showed that factors such as economic dependence, little communication with his family and the changes that occur in general at the family level are more important incidents in the sector. It is concluded that these situations have normalized due to ignorance of human rights, and the little interest of the government in these affected families.

Posteriormente se ha optado por realizar un análisis estadístico de datos textuales y para ello se ha desarrollado el software utilizado realizando a su vez un Análisis de Similitud y un Análisis Factorial de Correspondencias. RESUMEN En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se lleva a cabo una intervención educativa de carácter feminista dedicada especialmente al alumnado de 3-6 años que esté cursando la Educación Infantil en la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria. Cabe destacar que dicha propuesta ha sido puesta en marcha en un aula de cuatro años de un centro educativo de Cantabria. Para ello, en el marco teórico, en primera instancia, se hace un recorrido histórico de las fases que han experimentado las mujeres para conseguir adentrarse en la educación formal. A continuación, se expone la aclaración de los conceptos “feminismo” y “estereotipo de género”. Para finalizar, se exponen experiencias de carácter feminista que se están llevando a cabo en centros educativos del territorio nacional ABSTRACT In this dissertation it is carried out an educational intervention with a feminist role, especially dedicated to students between 3 and 6 years old who are taking the pre-school education in the Region of Cantabria. This proposal has been developed within a four-years-old classroom of an education centre in Cantabria. Firstly, it is made a historical itinerary throughout the different phases that women experienced in order to get to formal education. Following, the concepts “feminism” and “gender stereotype” are explained finishing with feminist experiences that are carried out in education centres within the national territory.
