- Abstract
The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the concept of diversity, justice and inclusion in modern intercultural communication and to trace its influence on the trends of business etiquette of the beginning of the third decade of the 21st century. Research methodology. The method of theoretical analysis, analysis and synthesis, systemic and typological method (to consider the concept of diversity, justice and inclusion in the context of the new universality of modern culture) was applied; the method of cultural analysis (to study business etiquette as part of communicative culture); and the method of systemic analysis and synthesis. Scientific novelty. The concept of diversity, justice and inclusion was studied as a factor in the transformation processes of modern business etiquette; the features of inclusive etiquette were considered through the prism of intercultural communication. Conclusions. The study revealed that the concept of equality, justice and inclusion was formed in the context of the emergence of a new universal of modern culture, which stimulates attention to the values of humanism, aimed to strengthen the imperative of social justice and solidarity. The main trends of modern business etiquette are directly related to the transformation of worldview imperatives traditional for many countries, the recognition of differences between people, the value of each person, the fight against discrimination and the promotion of inclusiveness. At the present stage, the transformational trends of business etiquette can be understood as a special system of relations of all subjects of the business communication process, which functions on the basis of values and principles of inclusion, which are accepted by all and allow for effective interaction in conditions of diversity. Inclusion in the context of etiquette is, first of all, an understanding of the need to include all people without exception in society and a system of society's attitude towards them, which ensures the creation of an equal position and a barrier-free environment. Thus, diversity, fairness, and inclusion are fundamental values of modern business etiquette, the development of which is aimed to value all communicators, motivating them, and creating an inclusive communication environment.
