In higher education, developing a testing and instrumentation platform for online learning is significant during the Covid-19 era. Methodology: Reserchers make use of the Colton and Covert model. Once the instrument had been developed, it was proved valid through two tests: Second, they asked experts in the field to provide information about the instrument. Third, a three-round Delphi study was done to collect target participants' opinions and feedback on the measuring device. Result: Finally, the developed questionnaire and online learning software were compared to see if they could reproduce each other's functions. Four purposes of the existing tools included: to create online learning courses; to assess the capabilities of institutions; to evaluate their finished products and learning materials. Conclusion: The instruments used in online learning are more extensive in the following six areas: Validation, adaptability, productivity, simplicity, trust, value, form, behavior, dynamism, robustness, and clarity

Objective: This study aims to determine the application of habitual method in building character on learning fiqh at Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School, knowing the factors that influence building character in learning Fiqh in Musthafawiyah Islamic boarding school. Methodology: This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 6 people, consisting of the head of the madrasa, vice chairman of the curriculum, Fiqh subject teachers and 3 students from 26 students in class 4. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, even field data documentation. Results: The results of the research on the application of habitual method in building character on learning fiqh at Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School include learning design, and learning application. Conclusion: At the application stage of learning,the teacher internalizes character values in preliminary, core, and closing activities aimed at developing student character. At the implementation stage of learning the teacher also uses various methods to shape the character of students, namely by usinglecture, discussion, demonstration and question and answer methods to explore the knowledge and abilities possessed by children, and using a scientific approach so that in the learning process more emphasis is placed on student activity so that it is easyto learn

KEY WORDS :Media Track West Towards Upgrading Vocabulary The purpose of this research is to improve vocabulary mastery in Mts Al - Azzam Sei Rakyat Kec. Panai Tengah Kab. Labuhanbatu with the use of Media Track West is expected to achieve the purpose of this research. The research approach used in this thesis is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted Mts Al - Azzam Sei Rakyat Kec. Panai Tengah Kab. Labuhanbatu, in August 2017. The research subjects of class VIII students, amounting to 31 students. Data collection methods used include: documentation, observation and tests. Data analysis techniques used to determine the increase of vocabulary mastery used test that was tested after the action compared the giving of the material before using the song method used likert scale with four choices that is good, enough and less to 12 aspect of teacher, 20 aspect of student vocabulary improvement. Based on the research results can be concluded that with the use of song method (singing) can: improve the mastery of vocabulary grade VIII students Mts Al - Azzam Sei Rakyat Kec. Panai Tengah Kab. Labuhanbatu academic year 2017/2018. Evident from 31 students whose vocabulary is not good at cycle I activity with average score 67,90 increase at the end of cycle II become 83,87 of student of Mts Al - Azzam Sei Rakyat Kec. Panai Tengah Kab. Labuhanbatu academic year 2017/2018. Evidenced by the increase of the percentage of students' learning mastery from 54.84% in the first cycle activity to 90.32% at 90.32% percentage standard that is good qualification at the end of cycle II activity. The effects of the damage of preserve forest will cause flooding in the rainy season, droughts during the dry season and disturbing watersheds within and outside the forest area. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diversity of tree species, regeneration of stands and calculate the potential of forest stands in traditional mining, and preserve areas without mining. The method in this research is line, plot with 100 m length and a width of 20 m. Data analyzed by the Shannon-Winner's diversity index. The results showed that we obtained 18 plant species of traditional mining and had middle tree diversity. In contrest, preserve forest with out mining, we found 29 plant species with high tree diversity ((H '=3.02). The potential stands of the tree level in the former traditional mining preserve forest was 76.28 m3/ha, and in the preserve forest without mining was 925.53 m3/ha. Traditional mining in the preserve forest significantly influenced the density of vegetation according to the result of the Wilcoxon rank test.
