Hem gelişmiş hem de gelişmekte olan ülkelerde KOBİ'ler, sağladıkları istihdam, yarattıkları katma değer ve gerçekleştirdikleri ihracat ve ithalat faaliyetleri ile ekonomik kalkınmanın ve istikrarın temel taşlarını oluşturmaktadır. Türkiye'de de KOBİ'ler, işletme sayısı ve istihdam açısından önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu işletmelerin ekonomiye olan katkılarının ve dinamiklerinin derinlemesine incelenmesi, daha etkin ekonomik politikaların geliştirilmesi ve var olan sistemin iyileştirilmesi açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, seçilen ekonomik göstergeler ile KOBİ'lere verilen kredi tutarı arasındaki yayılımları ve aynı zamanda oluşturulan modeldeki tüm değişkenlerin birbiri arasındaki toplam, ikili, net yayılımları ve ağ bağlantılarını statik ve dinamik süreçler ile ortaya koymaktır. Bağlantılılık yaklaşımı temelinde TVP-VAR modeli kullanılmış olup statik ve dinamik sonuçlar raporlanmıştır. Bulunan sonuçlara göre KOBİ’lere verilen kredi tutarının net toplamda şok alan değişkenlerden biri olduğu, ithalat tutarının ise oluşturulan model içerisinde en fazla şok veren değişken olduğu tespit edilmiştir. KOBİ’lere verilen krediler dışındaki değişkenlerin kendi aralarında da önemli yayılımların gerçekleştiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract Aims Right ventricular (RV) failure is one of the leading causes of death in patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH). Conventional echocardiographic parameters are not included in risk stratification and follow‐up for prognostic assessment due to PH's diverse nature and the RV's complex geometry. RV outflow tract velocity time integral (RVOT VTI) is a simple, non‐invasive estimate of pulmonary flow and an echocardiographic surrogate of RV stroke volume. In this study, we aimed to define the prognostic value of RVOT VTI in PH patients. Methods Sixty‐three subjects with idiopathic PAH (IPAH) (n = 23), connective tissue disease‐associated PAH (CTD‐associated PAH) (n = 19) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) (n = 21) were retrospectively included. A comprehensive two‐dimensional echocardiographic evaluation, including RVOT‐VTI measurement, was performed during the follow‐up and the New York Heart Association functional class (NYHA FC), 6 min walk distance (6MWD) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels were recorded. Results The median age of the whole cohort was 63 years (52–68), and 47 (74.6%) of the patients were women. The median follow‐up period was 20 months (11–33), and 20 (31.7%) patients died in this period. The agricultural sector is one of the crucial sectors in human life. This sector significantly contributes to achieving the second Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), which aims for zero hunger, achieving food security, improving nutrition, and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. This study aims to identify the factors influencing rice imports in Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of time series data spanning 15 years. Based on the study, it was found that the factors significantly influencing rice imports in Indonesia are rice demand, import tariffs, exchange rates, rice production, and domestic rice prices.

Bu çalışma, Erzurum ili Aşkale İlçesindeki süt sığırcılığı işletmelerinde hayvan sağlığı uygulamaları ve sığır yetiştiricilerinin hayvan refahı konusunda görüşleri hakkında bilgi elde etmek üzere yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın materyalini 221 işletmeci ile yüz yüze yapılan anketlerden elde edilen veriler oluşturmuştur. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, yetiştiricilerin %79,8’nin gebe ineklere septisemi aşısı yaptırmadığı saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, işletmelerin sadece %20,7’sinin veterinerlik hizmetlerinden yararlandığı tespit edilmiştir. İşletmelerin %68,6’sında ecza dolabı ve ilkyardım kitleri bulunduğu ve en yüksek oranda bu ekipmanlara sahip işletmelerin 41-50 baş hayvana sahip işletmeler olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yıllık sağlık harcamaları bakımından işletmelerin yarıdan fazlası 1000-5000 ₺ harcamada bulundukları ve 31-40 baş hayvana sahip işletmelerde bu harcamaların en fazla (%46,7) olduğu saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, işletmelerin %44,6’sının yeme vitamin-mineral-tuz takviyesi yaptığı ve söz konusu işletmelerinde vitamin takviyesinin daha yüksek oranda (%66,7) yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra, hayvanlar üzerindeki sıcak ve soğuk stresi gidermek amacıyla genellikle sıcak havalarda su ile serinletme (%92,2) yapıldığı, soğuk havalardan korunmak için ise ahır izolasyonuna (%84,2) önem verdikleri saptanmıştır. Ayrıca, Yetiştiricilerin %95,0’i hayvan refahının gerekliliğini belirtmiş ve hayvan refahında en önemli unsurun ise genellikle hayvanlar için stressiz bir ortamın oluşturulması (%59,4) olduğunu ifade etmişlerdir. Yetiştiricilerin çoğunluğu işletmelerinde hayvan refahını sağladıklarını (%78,1) ve hayvanlarının gayet sağlıklı olduğunu (%89,5) bildirmişlerdir.

This research holds great significance not only for the Albanians of Kosovo in the former Yugoslavia but also for the entire Balkan region during a highly important historical period between 1989 and 1991. It gives a succinct history of Kosovo, detailing Serbia's legal persecution and the nonviolent protests of the Albanians. This research combines a variety of official documents, local and worldwide literature, as well as international actions and judgments, using an analytical approach to the sources to create a thorough comprehension of the events and their causes. During the late 1980s and early 1990s, the Serbian state undertook a series of constitutional and legal changes that resulted in the limitation of Kosovo's autonomy. These restrictive changes caused a series of peaceful civil and political reactions from the Albanian population in Kosovo. Conscious of their position, the Albanians of Kosovo strive to assert their rights and preserve their cultural identity. This research aims to describe the constitutional and legal acts of the Serbian state as well as the political and civic responses of the Albanians in Kosovo. The study examines the cause-and-effect link between the oppressive acts of the Serbian government (cause) and the responses of the Albanian community (effect), illuminating the intricate dynamics that molded the course of the area. The research attempts to provide a nuanced and comprehensive view of the period of political and legal uncertainty by evaluating these changes within the specified timeframe. The methodology used in this research is based on material analysis, employing descriptive, historical, and analytical methods. The expected results of this research emphasize the challenges that Kosovo faces in the context of political and legal insecurity. The research highlights human rights violations, socio-political struggles, and efforts to preserve the identity of the Albanian community. The study also shows the reactions of the international community to these events and the impact of external actors on the situation in Kosovo. In conclusion, this research presents the answers to the research questions or hypotheses. It also explains why the years between 1989-1991 were a period that led to the beginning of an end for the system of the former Yugoslavia. It is evident that these years marked a critical and significant turning point in the disintegration of the former Yugoslavia. The legal repressions and political turmoil experienced by Kosovo during this period were decisive in the dissolution of the so-called Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY). Understanding the events between the years 1989 and 1991 is crucial from a future analytical standpoint to comprehend the larger historical framework of Kosovo and the Balkans since these events had an impact on the neighboring nations as well. By concentrating on this significant time period, which had a significant influence on Kosovo's history and its road to liberation and independence, this research seeks to add to scholarly discourse. Recognizing the struggles and resiliency of the Albanian community over these years might provide important lessons for tackling problems and boosting stability in the area as Kosovo develops and moves forward.

Cyclophosphamide (CP) is an alkylating anticancer drug with broad clinical application that is highly effective in the treatment of cancer and non-malignant diseases. However, the main limiting effect of CP is multi-organ toxicity due to damage to normal tissues. The aim of this study is to compare the hepatoprotective potential of selenium (Se) and boron (B) in CP-induced liver injury in experimental rats. The rats were randomly divided into six equal groups: Control (saline), 200 mg/kg CP (administered once on the fourth day of the experiment), 1.5 mg/kg Se (administered once/time daily for 6 days), 20 mg/kg B (administered once/time daily for 6 days), Se + CP and B + CP administered intraperitoneally (i.p.). Administration of CP leads to an increase in the levels of apoptotic markers (Bax, caspase-3), the apoptotic signaling pathway (Nrf2), oxidative stress indicators (TOS, OSI), lipid peroxidation markers (MPO, MDA), inflammation levels (NF-kB, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL -6), liver function markers (ALT, AST, ALP), while apoptosis markers (Bcl-2), apoptosis pathway (Keap-1), oxidative stress indicator (TAS), inflammation (IL -10) and intracellular antioxidant defense system (SOD, CAT, GPx and GSH) decreased. In addition, degeneration of hepatocytes and congestion in the central veins were observed. In contrast, in the groups administered Se and B with CP, the changes that occurred were reversed. However, it was found that Se protects the liver slightly better against CP damage than B. The protective effect of Se and B against the toxic effects of CP on the antioxidant markers SOD, CAT and GPx1 was also investigated in silico. The in silico results were consistent with the in vivo results for SOD and CAT, but not for GPx1.

In this study, the effectiveness of commercial essential oil mixture application in preventing calf losses due to diarrhea and on the growth, development and health parameters of calves was investigated. For this purpose, 24 newborn Simmental calves were used. Following birth, 20 ml of essential oil mixture was given orally via syringe to the calves in the treatment group after drinking milk in the morning for 5 days. The average birth weight of calves was 39.0 ± 0.72 kg. Birth weight of male and female calves were 42.3 ± 1.01 and 38.6 ± 0.96 kg respectively, the difference between groups were found significant. First month weight was 45.7 ± 1.67, 42.4 ± 1.65 kg in the control and treatment groups, respectively. There was no difference between the control and treatment groups in terms of body measurements taken at birth, but a significant difference was observed in chest circumference in favor of the control group in terms of measurements obtained at the 1st month. There was no difference between the treatment and control groups in terms of hematological parameters detected in the blood taken on the 10th day and in the 1-month period. No differences were observed between groups in terms of immunoglobulin levels (IgM and IgG). There was no effect of the commercial essential oil mixture on the fecal score of the calves included in the trial. It was revealed that the essential oil mixture does not make any difference in the growth, development and health of Simmental calves in a one-month period. In future studies on the subject, it is recommended that higher doses of the essential oil mixture be investigated.

In the Algerian desert, individuals often enjoy a soothing cup of herbal tea made from Ephedra alata Decne before bedtime; this aids in their relaxation. Our previous and earlier investigations demonstrated the richness of the shrub in terms of polyphenols and flavonoids and their effective medicinal properties. In the light of that fact, our interest has been aroused to check for other types of metabolites and for the protective ability of the shrub crude extract (SCE) regarding chemically induced edema and subacute toxicity (following a formalin-induced paw edema model and using a carbamate pesticide “pirimicarb” as a toxic agent, in Wistar male rats, respectively). Evidently, the SCE was used as a preventive agent. Swelling of formalin-injected foot was measured, and the anti-edematous ability was expressed as a percent of paw edema. At the end of induced subacute toxicity procedure, many investigations were carried, namely, checking for biochemical several parameters (hepatic, renal), hematological parameters, oxidative stress status (OSS), and histological examining of liver, spleen, and kidney tissues. The results revealed a remarkable anti-edematous effect. Furthermore, the association of the SCE effect has clearly minimized the OSS, the tissue aberrations, and the disturbance of the other metabolic parameters, along with a reduced immunodepression that was provoked under the effect of pirimicarb. In conclusion, pirimicarb has an important deleterious impact on metabolic and immune functions, and the studied shrub has exhibited an amazing protective potential against chemically induced inflammation and toxicity.

Potato has been determined as the food of future on global extent. Within this study factors affecting potato consumption were evaluated in the scope of domestic market. The main reasons behind the choice of potato consumption were its reference as future’s product as well as today’s, and the possibility to consume potato both as fresh and processed forms. In order to underline the detailed reasons, 3.072 consumers were surveyed between August and September 2020. Due to the findings, factors affecting potato consumption in the domestic market were detected as consumer awareness, consumer value and consumer convenience. These factors reflect the health awareness developed among the society within the pandemic process. This finding put forward that there is a need for public promotion of potato with reference to its food content and positive health impact. On the other hand, due to partial and complete shut-down implementations processed potato consumption has reduced and home-made fresh potato consumption has risen. This has been acknowledged as a social progress with respect to direction to healthy consumption. A declination in potato consumption was detected among two-thirds of the households due to rising prices. These findings indicated factors that affect purchases or consumption of a specific product or services under normal and extraordinary conditions need to be known. This is important for sustainability of social health and quantitative and qualitative estimation and management of both national and international market demand.

Thiosemicarbazones and their analogues are of significant interest due to their antiviral, antibacterial and anticancer properties. Recent advancements in nanoparticle-based therapeutics have enabled targeted cancer cell treatment while minimizing harm to healthy cells. This study focused on encapsulating patented N(1)-R1-salicylidene-N(4)-R2-salicylidene-S-methylisothiosemicarbazone complexes into albumin nanocarriers, creating albumin-bound Fe(III)-S-methyl-thiosemicarbazone (ALB-FeTc) nanoparticles via a novel UV-C lamp-assisted method. The nanoparticles were characterized using FTIR, UV-Vis, DLS and EDX-SEM. Cytotoxicity was evaluated in MCF-7 breast cancer cells and HUVEC cells using an MTT assay. Fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry were employed to investigate the mechanism of cell death. The study demonstrated strong cytotoxicity of FeTcs against cancer cells, with enhanced effects observed for ALB-FeTcs. The ALB-FeTcs induced apoptosis selectively in cancer cells while sparing normal cells. These results suggest that ALB-FeTcs are promising candidates for breast cancer treatment.

Abstract Background Patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) in countries with limited resources have, to date, been poorly represented in registries. Objective This work assesses the epidemiology, diagnosis, hemodynamic and functional parameters, and treatment of CTEPH in Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia. Methods A prospective, cohort, phase IV, observational registry with 3-year follow-up (n = 212) in patients aged ≥ 18 years diagnosed with CTEPH was created. Clinical, hemodynamic, and functional parameters were obtained at an initial visit, follow-up visits, and a final visit at the end of 3 years’ observation or end of follow-up. Data were recorded on electronic case report forms. Parameters evaluated included 6-minute walking distance (6MWD), use of pulmonary endarterectomy (PEA), balloon pulmonary angioplasty (BPA), pulmonary hypertension (PH)-targeted therapy, and survival. All statistical analyses were exploratory and descriptive, and were performed in the overall population. Results The most common symptoms were typical of those expected for CTEPH. Almost 90% of patients underwent right heart catheterization at diagnosis or initial study visit. In total, 66 patients (31%) underwent PEA before the initial visit; 95 patients (45%) were considered operable, 115 (54%) were inoperable, and two (1%) had no operability data. Only 26 patients (12%) had been assessed for BPA at their initial visit. PH-targeted therapy was documented at diagnosis for 77 patients (36%), most commonly a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (23%). Use of PH-targeted therapy increased to 142 patients (67%) at the initial visit, remaining similar after 3 years. Use of riociguat increased from 6% of patients at diagnosis to 38% at 3 years. Between baseline and end of observation, results for patients with paired data showed an increase in 6MWD. Survival at the end of observation was 88%. Conclusions These data highlight the current diagnosis and management of CTEPH in the participating countries. They show that early CTEPH diagnosis remains challenging, and use of off-label PH-targeted therapy is common. ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT02637050; registered December 2015. Graphical Abstract

A transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) is one of the most challenging procedures in interventional radiology. Hepatic and portal venous anatomy can be highly variable, and access to the portal vein, which can be quite difficult even for experienced surgeons, is the most critical step in a TIPS. Although there are multiple techniques to achieve a portal venous puncture, each access technique carries a unique set of risks and benefits. Thus, knowledge of these assistive techniques will add to the resources available to the surgeon when planning and subsequently performing a TIPS and, ultimately, increase the likelihood of a safe and successful procedure.

Giriş ve Amaç: Tiroid fonksiyon bozukluğu, Hashimoto tiroiditi (HT) hastalarında kardiyovasküler hastalık (KVH) riskini artırdığı bilinmektedir. Ancak henüz tiroid fonksiyon bozukluğu gelişmemiş ötiroid HT hastalarında KVH riski ile ilgili veriler yetersizdir. Biz çalışmamızda asimetrik dimetilarjinin (ADMA), simetrik dimetil arjinin (SDMA), N-monometil-L-arjinin (L-NMMA), Arginine and Citrulline düzeylerinin bu riskin erken belirteçleri olarak kullanılıp kullanılamayacağını araştırmayı amaçladık. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tiroid antikor pozitifliği ve ultrasonografik bulgularla HT tanısı alan, tiroid fonksiyon bozukluğu olmayan 65 pubertal kadın hasta ve 70 sağlıklı kontrol çalışmamıza dahil edildi. Gruplar arasında kan basıncı düzeyleri, tiroid fonksiyon testi verileri, tiroid antikor düzeyleri ve inflamatuar parametreler ile ADMA, SDMA, L-NMMA, Arjinin ve Sitrüllin düzeyleri karşılaştırıldı ve ADMA, SDMA, L-NMMA, Arjinin ve Sitrüllin düzeylerinin diğer KVH belirteçleriyle ilişkileri belirlendi. Bulgular : Hasta grubunda TSH, anti-TPO, anti-Tg ve ADMA değerleri yüksek saptanırken; sitrülin, arjinin ve arjinin/ADMA değerleri düşük olarak saptandı. Hasta grubunda ADMA ile SDMA, L-NMMA, sT3, total kolesterol, LDL, trigliserit, bel çevresi/kalça çevresi ve VKİ SSS değerleri arasında anlamlı pozitif korelasyon gözlenirken, arjinin/ADMA değerleri ile anlamlı negatif korelasyon saptandı. Sonuç: Çalışmamızda ötiroid Hashimoto tiroiditli hastalarda; erken dönemde, ADMA düzeylerinde artış saptandı. ADMA’nın antropometrik ölçümler, metabolik parametreler, SDMA ve L-NMMA ile olan ilişkileri nedeni ile ötiroid HT’li hastalarda KVH risk belirteci olarak kullanılabilir. Ancak daha büyük örneklem büyüklüğüne sahip ileri çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır.

A core aspect of morality concerns behavior towards others. To better understand this issue, we investigated the values-behavior relationship. In a cross-sectional study design, 165 team sport athletes rated the importance of Lee's sport values and Schwartz's basic personal values and reported their frequency of antisocial behavior in sport. With sport values, antisocial behavior was negatively correlated with moral values but positively correlated with status values. With personal values, antisocial behavior was negatively correlated with self-transcendence and conservation values but positively correlated with self-enhancement values. In terms of the relative importance of values, competence and moral were more important than status sport values, whereas self-transcendence and openness to change were more important than conservation and self-enhancement personal values. In terms of the conceptual link across contexts, comparisons of sport and personal values confirmed strong overlap between status and self-enhancement values, competence and openness to change values, and moral and self-transcendence values. In conclusion, antisocial behavior was related to both sport and personal values, and, in line with theory and evidence, the relationship between values and antisocial behavior resembled an unethicality profile.

Noises in marine seismic data are one of the biggest obstacles in seismic imaging. The most significant step in seismic data processing is the removal of seismic noise, which can be classified as instrument and background noise. Noise attenuation usually results in improved seismic interpretation by increasing the signal-to-noise ratio. In this study, we will focus on attenuating these seismic noises with several data processing techniques. A number of denoising examples describing swell, strumming/tugging, and cavitation, which are background-type noises, and streamer-mounted device noise (Nautilus), which is an instrument-type noise, were illustrated by analysing a marine 3D seismic dataset recorded by Oruç Reis Research Vessel in Black Sea project of Mineral Research and Exploration (MTA). This study was achieved by implementing an f-x prediction filter (SPARC, DENOISE3D) and f-k filter (DWATT) in the t-x domain, and radon filter (RADATT) in Tau-P domain by the use of Geovation 2.0 software.

Introduction: Magelang District received a malaria elimination certificate in 2014. No cases found at Borobudur Health Center since 2009 but in October 2021, there was a spike in the number of patients, with 38 instances spread across Giripurno Village, Giritengah Village, and Majaksingi Village. Therefore, it is necessary to study the dynamics of malaria transmission so that the methods of malaria transmission are known to prevent extraordinary malaria cases. Methods: This is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This study was conducted in 2023 by reviewing cases from 2021–2022. The respondents in this study included 38 people with malaria. This research uses descriptive analysis assisted by GIS applications to determine the distribution of malaria cases. Results and Discussion: Data processing results for 38 respondents in three villages revealed 23 index cases. Of the 23 cases, nine were within a radius of no more than 400 m and occurred within three days, thus including cluster classification. Theoretically, the same vector transmits it and has a high vectorial capacity. The other 15 patients were suspected to have secondary cases, with two transferred from the first case. The results of the breeding place survey or the potential breeding place after rearing revealed the species Anopheles balabacensis. Other predictors of malaria transmission are optimal temperature and humidity, environment, livestock places to rest mosquitoes, and patient behavior that causes a high frequency of mosquitoes biting humans. Conclusion: In this case, the transmission model was a cluster, and 100% of the cases were indigenous.

The questionnaire measured the demographics, diagnosis with dyslipidemia, and distribution of dyslipidemia determinants among the sample, including dietary habits and lifestyle practices. A chi-square test was used to examine the statistical difference between the characteristics of individuals who had reported checking their lipid profile to those who reported never performing a lipid profile check-up among participants not diagnosed with dyslipidemia.Results: The current study included a total of 244 participants. The median age of the participants was 27 years, most participants were female (66.8%), and about 59% had a university education or above. Approximately 40% of the participants had ever had their lipid profile checked, 20.1% of the participants had been diagnosed with dyslipidemia, and 20.9% had family history of dyslipidemia. Most of the undiagnosed participants (79.9%) had more than one risk factor for developing dyslipidemia. All the participants without a dyslipidemia diagnosis had not been meeting the recommended levels of physical activity, and more than half consumed a high-fat diet. The results of the inferential analysis indicate that among those who had not been diagnosed with dyslipidemia, participants who were older than 27 years, male, unemployed, married, had a university education or above, and a minimum monthly income of 5000 Saudi Arabia Riyals were more likely to check their lipid profile compared to other groups (p-values < 0.05).Conclusion: The findings suggest that most of the participants who had not been diagnosed with dyslipidemia are at high risk of developing dyslipidemia. About 60% of the participants had never checked their lipid profile, suggesting a need to promote routine lipid profile check-ups among individuals at high-risk for dyslipidemia.Keywords: dyslipidemia, check-up, determinants, lipid, adult population, Saudi Arabia

Background and Aim:We aim to demonstrate the periprocedural and long-term results of alcohol septal ablation (ASA) treatment in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and specify the differences between female and male patients.Materials and Methods:We enrolled 53 consecutive patients with HCM who underwent ASA treatment. Preprocedural demographic data, pre-and postprocedural characteristics and complications, echocardiographic data, and long-term results, including all-cause mortality and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), were recorded. MACE was defined as sudden cardiac death due to ventricular arrhythmias or heart failure (HF) and rehospitalizations due to HF or atrial fibrillation after the procedure.Results:The mean age was 56.4 ± 12.1 years and 29 (54.7%) of the patients were female. Age at the time of ablation was higher (P = 0.04), and the presentation New York Heart Association functional class (P = 0.03) was worse in female patients. The median volume of ethanol usage was higher in male patients (P = 0.03) and the median duration of intensive care unit stay was higher in female patients (P = 0.02). The overall survival rates after ASA at 1, 5, 10, and 12 years were 96%, 87%, 76%, and 76%, respectively. There was no difference in the overall survival rates between genders (log-rank P = 0.4) and MACE was significantly higher in women patients (log-rank P = 0.03).Conclusion:Women patients with HCM were older and had a worse functional capacity during the ASA procedure. Despite the similar mortality rates between genders, MACE was higher in women after the procedure. Earlier evaluation and treatment in female patients might decrease MACE during follow-up after ASA treatment.

Obstructive sleep apnea is common in adults with cardiovascular disease. Accumulating evidence suggests an association between obstructive sleep apnea and cardiovascular disease independent of the traditionally recognized cardiovascular disease risk factors. Observational studies indicate that obstructive sleep apnea is a risk factor for development of cardiovascular disease and that alleviation of obstructive events with positive airway pressure may improve cardiovascular disease outcomes. However, recent randomized controlled trials have not supported the beneficial effect of positive airway pressure in cardiac populations with concomitant obstructive sleep apnea. Some evidence suggests that the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea and traditionally recognized cardiovascular disease risk factors is bidirectional, suggesting that patients with cardiovascular disease may also develop obstructive sleep apnea and that efficient treatment of cardiovascular disease may improve obstructive sleep apnea. Recent data also indicate that the apnea–hypopnea index, which is commonly used as a diagnostic measure of obstructive sleep apnea severity, has limited value as a prognostic measure for cardiovascular disease outcomes. Novel markers of obstructive sleep apnea-associated hypoxic burden and cardiac autonomic response seem to be strong predictors of adverse cardiovascular disease outcomes and response to treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. This narrative review and position paper from the Turkish Collaboration of Sleep Apnea Cardiovascular Trialists aims to update the current evidence about the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea and cardiovascular disease and, consequently, raise awareness for health professionals who deal with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases to improve the ability to direct resources at patients most likely to benefit from treatment of obstructive sleep apnea and optimize treatment of the coexisting cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, the Turkish Collaboration of Sleep Apnea Cardiovascular Trialists aims to contribute to strengthening the efforts of the International Collaboration of Sleep Apnea Cardiovascular Trialists in this context.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is the determination some quality parameters of grape and mulberry pestils (leathers) sold in Elazig. For this purpose, a total of 45 fruit pestil samples, of which 23 were grape pestils and 22 were mulberry pestils, were analyzed for their physical properties, chemical properties, and microbiological characteristics. In grape and mulberry pestils, the average L* (lightness/darkness) values were 42.72 and 44.81, a* (redness) values were 10.29 and 9.07, and b* (yellow) values were 20.90 and 20.90, respectively. In grape and mulberry fruit pestil samples, the thickness values were 1.62 and 1.34, pH values were 3.82 and 4.75, acidity values (as citric acid) were 0.63 and 0.22%, aw values were 0.602 and 0.627, dry matter values were 68.78% and 72.99 %, ash values were 2.25% and 0.64%, insoluble ash values in 10% HCl were 0.20 and 0.29, and Brix values were 18.83 and 19.36, respectively. TMAB, coliform, Staphylococcus-Micrococcus, and yeast-mold counts were found to be 4.72 and 4.48, 1.30 and 1.89, 2.11 and 2.12, and 2.04 and 2.11 log10 cfu/g, respectively, in all samples examined. In 14 of the samples (31.11%), the total number of mesophilic aerobic microorganisms was found to be >5 log10 cfu/g. Escherichia coli and Salmonella spp. were not found in any of the samples. However, the samples were found to contain significant levels of yeast-mold. There was no difference between the groups in microbiological terms in statistical analysis (P > 0.05). According to the current study, there was no standard production and not enough hygiene rules were observed in the pestil production process in family businesses in Elazig. On the other hand, essential information was obtained on some physical, chemical and microbiological quality parameters of grape and blackberry pulps sold in markets and stores in Elazig.

From the post-test results after giving the material, there was a change in the results of 27 people, or 63% "Very Knowing" how to innovate products through changes in packaging materials from Plastic to Eye Catching Pouch Materials, listing brands, names, labels and logos on product packaging, creating Tokopedia, Instagram, and Facebook to increase sales. The changes that have been made impact an increase in sales by 85% after Covid-19.

The SCD gene is a significant component of the leptin signaling pathway. The SCD gene has also been suggested as a candidate essential gene that can change the ratio of saturated to unsaturated fatty acids in milk and increase the amount of conjugated linoleic fatty acid, which is thought to have anti-cancer properties. The current research was carried out on Holstein cows to determine the association between SCD (Stearoyl-Coenzyme A Desaturase) gene polymorphism and total milk yield at 305 days (TMY305) and daily milk yield (DMY). The polymorphism in the SCD gene was identified using the PCR-RFLP technique and the SatI restriction enzyme for genotyping at SNP c.878T>C in the exon 5. The TT, TC, and CC genotype frequencies were 0.21, 0.50, and 0.29 respectively. While the allele frequencies of T and C were 0.46 and 0.54, respectively. The goal of this paper is to examine the strong convergence of the velocity of a non-Newtonian incompressible fluid whose viscosity follows the power law with Coulomb friction. We assume that the fluid coefficients of the thin layer vary with respect to the thin layer parameter $ \varepsilon $. We give in a first step the description of the problem and basic equations. Then, we present the functional framework. The following paragraph is reserved for the main convergence results. Finally, we give the detail of the proofs of these results.

Bu çalışmada besinsel lif ve β-glukan yönünden zengin fonksiyonel bir gıda olan yulaf ezmesi ile fenolik maddelerce zengin, yüksek antioksidan içeren yaban mersini kurusu çikolatada katkı olarak kullanılmıştır. Yaban mersini kurusu ve yulaf ezmesi 1:1 oranında karıştırılarak elde edilen karışım sütlü kuvertür çikolataya %10, 20, 30, 40, 50 oranlarında ilave edilmiş ve kalorisi düşük ve sağlıklı bir ürün elde edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Hazırlanan katkılı çikolata örneklerinin nem, kül, karbonhidrat, yağ, protein, selüloz, şeker ve enerji değerleri saptanmış ve örneklerin genel görünüş ve genel kabul edilebilirlik özellikleri duyusal olarak incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda kuvertür çikolataya eklenen yulaf ezmesi ve yaban mersini kurusu karışımı örneklerinin nem değeri (%0,35-4,90), kül içeriği (%2,24-1,43), karbonhidrat değeri (%55,82-66,57), yağ miktarı (%33,20-20,05), protein miktarı (%8,49-7,09), selüloz miktarı (1,03-1,90), şeker miktarı (%39,30-46,87) ve enerji değerleri (%467,57-550,86) olarak belirlenmiştir. Duyusal analiz sonuçlarına göre ise yulaf ezmesi ve yaban mersini kurusu karışımının çikolatadaki miktarı arttıkça tercih edilme oranının azaldığı görülmüştür.

This study compares the legal frameworks of Hungary and Indonesia in dealing with the massive influx of refugees in their respective countries. While Hungary has successfully reduced the number of asylum seekers through a " fortress" approach using its Asylum Act of 2007, Indonesia's legal framework, as seen in Presidential Regulation 125/2016, lacks the procedures for converting asylum seekers into refugees. This is compounded by the absence of a refugee status determination process in Indonesia, making it challenging to provide assistance to increasing numbers of asylum seekers entering the state yearly. To address this problem, Indonesia must first make national legal changes that reflect its sociopolitical realities before ratifying the 1951 Refugee Convention and the 1967 Protocols. In contrast, Hungary's legal framework, while effective in reducing the number of asylum seekers, has been criticized for being restrictive and failing to respect human rights.

This study was carried out to examine the perceived service quality of an e-commerce company app users and the measures that may be taken to improve customer satisfaction. The analysis techniques used were opinion mining to analyse reviews on the Google Play Store, e-SERVQUAL and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to assess customer satisfaction, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to identify elements that require improvement. According to the findings of opinion mining, 65.86% of e-commerce company application users were satisfied, while 34.14% were dissatisfied. Customer satisfaction levels were classified as satisfied for the dimensions of efficiency and reliability, and fairly satisfied for the dimensions of fulfilment, compensation, and responsiveness, based on questionnaire distribution. The Importance Performance Analysis method was used to determine the priority for service quality improvement. Findings showed that delivery time, product suitability, refund and return policy, and service time were the top priorities for service improvement.

Efforts that can be made to improve the performance of native chickens are by crossing them with Bangkok chickens. The results of crosses between Kampung chickens and Bangkok chickens are expected to pass down good growth genes. This study used 66 chickens consisting of 33 pure Kampung chickens and 33 chickens from the Kampung x Bangkok cross-reared from DOC until the age of eight weeks. Every week body weights and measurements of body parts are carried out. This study was analyzed using the T-test to compare the performance of chickens from the Kampung x Bangkok cross with native chickens. Body weights between native chickens and Kampung x Bangkok crosses were significantly different at the age of DOC (0 weeks) and the age of 3 to 8 weeks. Body length and height of free-range chickens with Kampung x Bangkok crosses were different at the age of DOC up to 2 weeks. Chest width was different between native chickens and Kampung x Bangkok crosses at DOC to 1 week of age. The Shank length and shank circumference of native chickens with Kampung x Bangkok crosses were different at all ages. The tibia length of free-range chickens with the Kampung x Bangkok cross was different at DOC up to 6 weeks of age. The tibia circumference of free-range chickens with Kampung x Bangkok crosses differed from DOC to 4 weeks of age.

Thyrotropinomas (TSHoma) are rare pituitary adenomas. TSHomas can synthesize other hormones simultaneously. Co-secretion of TSH and GH is rarely reported in the literature. In these patients, signs of hyperthyroidism and acromegaly can be observed together. Its clinic is heterogeneous and in some cases, symptoms of thyrotoxicosis may mask the acromegaly symptoms. Some TSHoma patients may also be mistakenly diagnosed with Graves and experience a delay in diagnosis. We aimed to present a unique case with a diagnosis of TSHoma, who was referred to our center when Euthyroidism was not achieved and was followed up with a pre-diagnosis of Graves and also had GH co-secretion. The Toraja people still maintain their cultural existence in the midst of advances in technology and science, they still carry out traditions from generation to generation called Ma'Nene.However, this culture, over time, has undergone various changes that are no longer original and have even begun to be abandoned by some of its supporting communities. Therefore, this paper seeks to reveal the background of the birth of the Ma'Nene culture, and the factors underlying this cultural change in the Toraja people. This study uses historical research methods, including heuristics (data collection process), criticism/verification (data analysis), interpretation (data interpretation), and historiography (data writing) into a complete story of events.Ma'Nene for the Toraja people is not just a traditional ceremony, but has a deep meaning. Along with the times, various changes have occurred in this Ma'Nene tradition. Various shifts in meaning so that gradually this ceremony is just carrying out the tradition. However, in this way the community continues to maintain the Ma'Nene ceremony because there are still many Toraja tribes who believe that if it is not carried out, it will bring disaster to their lives, for example, failed harvests. The Ma'Nene culture is the ancestral culture of the people who adhere to the Aluk Todolo belief, but the majority of them are already Christian, but some of them still carry out this Ma'Nene culture. Suku Toraja masih mempertahankan eksistensi kebudayaan mereka di tengah kemajuan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan, mereka masih melaksanakan tradisi secara turun temurun yang disebut dengan Ma’nene. Akan tetapi budaya tersebut, seiring perkembangan waktu mengalami berbagai perubahan yang tidak lagi orisinil bahkan sudah mulai ditinggalkan oleh sebagian masyarakat pendukungnya. Olehnya itu, tulisan ini berupaya mengungkap tentang latar belakang lahirnya budaya Ma’Nene, dan faktor yang mendasari terjadinya perubahan budaya tersebut pada Suku Toraja. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah, meliputi heuristik (proses pengumpulan data) kritik/verifikasi (analisa data), interpretasi (penafsiran data), dan historiografi (penulisan data) menjadi suatu cerita peristiwa yang utuh. Ma’Nene bagi masyarakat Toraja bukan hanya sekedar upacara adat, namun memiliki makna yang mendalam. Seiring perkembangan zaman berbagai perubahan yang terjadi pada tradisi Ma’Nene ini. Berbagai pergeseran makna sehingga lambat laun upacara ini hanya sekedar menjalankan tradisi. Namun dengan begitu masyarakat tetap mempertahankan upacara Ma’Nene karena masih banyak dari Sukut Toraja yang percaya bahwa jika tidak dilaksanakan akan membawa mala peTidaka bagi kehidupannya, misalnya saja hasil panen yang gagal. Budaya Ma’Nene merupakan budaya leluhur masyarakat yang menganut kepercayaan Aluk Todolo, namun mayoritas mereka sudah beragama kristen, tetapi masih ada diantara mereka yang tetap melaksanakan tradisi Ma’Nene ini.

Kerusakan lingkungan tidak bisa lepas dari perbuatan bisnis yang hanya mementingkan keuntungan tanpa memperhatikan etika. Etika lingkungan diperlukan agar pelaku bisnis lebih cermat dalam menjaga keselamatan lingkungan. Etika lingkungan bisnis menuntun pelaku bisnis untuk terus menjaga kesehatan dan keberlangsungan alam semesta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) menemukan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung green product, green marketing, etika lingkungan bisnis terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (2) untuk mengetahui peran etika lingkungan bisnis sebagai variabel mediasi. Teknik sampling memakai metode sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 37 orang. Alat uji data memakai regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan path analysis. Hasil riset mengungkapkan secara langsung green product serta green marketing memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, sebaliknya etika lingkungan bisnis mempengaruhi keunggulan bersaing secara negatif. Selanjutnya green product dan green marketing mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap etika lingkungan bisnis. Hasil pengujian mengungkapkan green product dan green marketing melalui etika lingkungan bisnis tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Background and Aim: Histopathological examination of liver tissue is often performed with percutaneous liver biopsy. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the causes and results of liver biopsy performed for various reasons in our clinic between years 2016 and 2019. Materials and Methods: 554 of 750 liver biopsies performed between July 2016 and January 2019 were included in the study. Pathology results of liver biopsies, the clinical information of the same patients were obtained from the patient files. Biopsy indications and results of the patients were evaluated retrospectively. Results: 554 liver biopsy results (M:323, 58.4%; mean age: 45±14.3) were included in the study. The most common liver biopsy indication in our hospital, was determined as the biopsies of patients with chronic hepatitis B. This indication was followed by liver biopsies performed to examine non-viral liver enzyme elevations.The pathology results were listed as; chronic hepatitis B (65%), NAFLD/NASH (16%), AIH (3%), Hepatitis C (3%) respectively. Discussion: The diversity in liver biopsy results shows the importance of histopathological evaluation. In order to reach healthy data, multi-centered prospective randomized controlled studies with larger populations are needed.

Aims:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transepithelial diluted alcohol and iontophoresis-assisted corneal cross-linking (DAI-CXL) and compare 24-month visual and topographic outcomes with accelerated CXL using hypo-osmolar riboflavin (A-CXL) in keratoconus patients with thin corneas (below 400 μm with epithelium).Methods:This retrospective study included keratoconus patients who underwent DAI-CXL or A-CXL. Uncorrected and corrected distance visual acuity (UDVA and CDVA) and data obtained from corneal topography were analyzed at baseline and 12 and 24 months of follow-up. Corneal demarcation line depth (DLD) at 1 month and corneal endothelial cell density (ECD) at 24 months were also evaluated.Results:The study included 25 eyes of 25 keratoconus patients (mean age: 25.48±6.69 years, male: 52%). Sebagaimana kita ketahui bahwa di Indonesia menganut system Self Asssesment System, dimana wajib pajak diharapkan mampu menghitung, membayar dan menyampaikan SPT sendiri sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu sangat peran dari berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendukung sukses pemungutan pajak yang berlaku di Indonesia tersebut. Salah satu pihak yang tidak kalah pentingnya mensukseskan pelaksanaan perpajakan di Indonesia adalah dari pihak generasi muda khususnya dari dunia pendidikan. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 1 DukuhturiTegal mempunyai jurusan Akuntansi yang cukup banyak yaitu ada 6 (enam ) kelas. Dalam jurusan Akuntansi ada mata pelajaran perpajakan namun belum dibahas secara mendalam, hanya seputar pengetahuan umum tentang pajak. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul peningkatan kemampuan perpajakan melalui pelatihan pengisian SPT Masa PPN pada siswa siswi SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi Tegal menjadikan siswa-siswi SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi Tegal sebagai generasi muda milenial dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan dan kemampuan pengisian SPT Masa PPN dengan menggunakan komputer. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini adalah praktik pengisian SPT Masa PPN secara tutorial menggunakan komputer melalui e-form resmi dari DJP (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak). Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh bahwa antusiasme dari peserta sangat tinggi, hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya jumlah peserta yang hadir. Dari hasil pengamatan, diskusi dan tanya jawab selama kegiatan PKM ini berlangsung dapat diketahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan siswa-siswi SMKN 1 Dukuhturi Tegal dalam pengisian SPT Masa PPN.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan konsep kaizen dalam peningkatan brand awareness di Universitas Megarezky. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara, dan observasi di ruang lingkup Universitas Megarezky. Subjek penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mewawancarai Pembina Yayasan, beberapa para Pimpinan, Dosen dan juga Mahasiswi, di mana dari data hasil wawancara untuk memastikan keakuratan dan keandalan data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep kaizen di ruang lingkup Universitas Megarezky sudah berjalan dengan baik, bisa dilihat dari segi pengembangan sarana dan prasarana, serta SDM sudah semakin meningkat dari sebelumnya. Upaya peningkatan brand awareness juga berjalan cukup baik di Universitas Megarezky sebab banyak stakeholder yang mengajak koloborasi penelitian maupun kolaborasi untuk peningkatan SDM. Penerapan Konsep Kaizen harus diadopsi dalam level pendidikan karena sesuatu yang cepat berubah. Peran Stakeholder dalam Universitas Megarezky sangat penting. Semua stakeholder memiliki peran krusial dalam menerapkan konsep Kaizen. Kolaborasi dan komitmen dari semua pihak akan membantu menciptakan budaya perbaikan terus-menerus yang berdampak positif pada keseluruhan kinerja dan keberlanjutan Universitas.

ABSTRACT Objective: To compare the functional outcomes between floating knee injuries with open femur and tibia fractures and closed floating knee injuries. Methods: Floating knee injuries (followed up and treated in our clinic) were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups: floating knee injuries with open femur and tibia fractures (Group 1) and floating knee injuries with closed femur and tibia fractures (Group 2). Patients were compared according to their demographic characteristics and clinical and functional outcomes. Results: Of 52 study patients, 28 had Group 1 injuries and 24, Group 2 injuries. We found a statistically significant difference in length of hospital stay between the two groups (p = 0.01) and a statistically significant difference in Karlström-Olerud functional scores between the groups (p = 0.02). We found osteomyelitis in five (17%) patients in Group 1 and in one (4%) patient in Group 2. Conclusion: Patients with floating knee injuries and open fractures showed poorer outcomes than those with closed fractures. Perilaku Buang Air Besar Sembarangan (BABS) masih banyak ditemukan di Desa Rempoah Kecamatan Baturraden Kabupaten Banyumas. Faktor yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut adalah kepemilikan jamban dan pengetahuan yang masih rendah. Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Rempoh untuk stop BABS dalam mendukung verifikasi Kabupaten Banyumas Open Defecation Free (ODF). Penyuluhan dilaksanakan secara langsung (tatap muka), dan tidak langsung (pemasangan media promosi kesehatan). Penyuluhan langsung dilaksanakan melalui kunjungan rumah dan penyuluhan keliling (mobile). Penyuluhan tidak langsung dilaksanakan melalui pemasangan poster tema “Stop BABS” di tempat yang digunakan masyarakat untuk BABS (seperti sungai, kolam dan parit). Penyuluhan stop BABS melibatkan Dinkes Banyumas, Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang, TNI/Polri/Satpol PP, Puskesmas Baturraden II, Kecamatan Baturraden, Pemerintah Desa, Bidan dan Kader. Hasil verifikasi Dinkes Provinsi Jawa Tengah diketahui dari 30 Kepala Keluarga yang diobservasi di Desa Rempoah, tidak ditemukan BABS (0%). Jamban yang digunakan sebesar 25 KK (83,3%) jamban sehat dan 5 KK (6,7%) jamban sharing. Rekomendasi bagi Puskesmas Baturraden II adalah melakukan monitoring berkelanjutan untuk melihat perubahan perilaku masyarakat stop BABS dan mengusulkan Desa Rempoah ODF.

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, İBBS 3 sınıflaması itibarıyla illerin 2015-2019 yıllarına ait beş yıllık panel verisi kullanılarak Türkiye coğrafi bölgelerinin tarımsal etkinlikleri tahmin edilmiş ve karşılaştırılmıştır. Yöntem: Bölgesel teknik etkinlikler ve metafrontier teknik etkinlikler veri zarflama analizi (VZA) ile hesaplanmış, buradan hareketle metateknoloji oranları belirlenmiştir. Bulgular: Girdi odaklı ölçeğe göre değişen getiri varsayımı altında veri zarflama metafrontier yaklaşımı ile belirlenen etkinliklerin bölgesel olarak farklılaştığı belirlenmiştir. En yüksek teknik etkinlik %91,6 ile Akdeniz Bölgesi’nde, en düşük ise %73,0 ile Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde belirlenmiştir. Metateknoloji oranı açısından değerlendirildiğinde Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi en yüksek orana (%77,9) sahip olmuştur. Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi’ni %73,3 ile Karadeniz, %72,9 ile Güneydoğu Anadolu, %64,0 ile Akdeniz, %51,5 ile Ege Bölgeleri takip etmiştir. En düşük metateknoloji oranı %46,7 ile İç Anadolu Bölgesi’nde tespit edilmiştir. Özgünlük: Bu çalışmanın literatüre iki açıdan önemli katkı yapacağı düşünülmektedir. Birincisi coğrafi bölgeler düzeyinde tarımsal üretim değerinin değerlendirildiği ilk çalışma olması, ikincisi ise tarımsal teknolojik farklılığı dikkate alan ve daha pratik yorumlanmasını sağlayan metafrontier yöntemini kullanıyor olmasıdır.

In this study, poppy seed, which is rich in vegetable oil and protein, was added to the traditional Beyşehir tarhana instead of wheat batter. It was aimed to develop a new product and to open a new field for the use poppy seeds. The physical, chemical and sensory features of Beyşehir tarhana that was made with poppy seeds, were analysed. Results of the study; humidity is 6.75% to 7.94%; as his %2.75 to %3.66; salt 1.66% to 1.44%; protein 16.92% to 25.71%; oil 11.99% to 24.03%; pH 4.56 to 5.56; acidity 16.43% to 14.59%; energy 423.13 kcal/100g to 480.36 kcal/100g; carbohydrates 61.9% to 40.3%; were found in these amounts, and they are important. Generally, we see that, most of the people liked the taste of the tarhana sample made with 10% poppy seeds so it has the most points. However, the least liked one was the tarhana sample made with %20 poppy seeds and it has the least points. End of the study, it was observed that the addition of poppy seeds to Beyşehir tarhana affected the chemical, physical and sensory qualities of tarhana positively and it was okay with the standards. (Anonymous, 2004) It was determined that the percentage of poppy seeds suitable for tarhana production was 5% and 10%.

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia is still ongoing to this day causing the performance and health level of banking profitability to decline and the financial condition of the country disrupted. Banking profitability can be seen in the value of Return On Asset (ROA) to see the effectiveness of banking in making profits by utilizing total assets. The study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios consisting of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Expenditures to Operating Income (BOPO), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on Return On Asset (ROA) on banking going public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study was 40 banks with 160 data. Data analysis methods use descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, f-tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the study proved that partially the variables CAR, LDR, and BOPO had a negative and significant effect on ROA. NIM has a positive and significant influence on ROA. While NPL has no influence and is not significant to ROA in banks registered with IDX in 2020. Simultaneously car, NPL, LDR, BOPO, and NIM variables have a significant effect on ROA. The implications of the results of the study prove that in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, the condition of banks registered with the IDX is still healthy and meeting the minimum CAR ratio below 8%, meaning that banks still earn profits from the results of credit capital management to customers. The level of insecurity of the number of bad loans is still low and can still overcome. The value of the operating expense ratio of banking operating.

The implementation method uses Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) by involving the local community. The stage of implementation is through the stage of preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation, and assessment stages. The achievement of this activity is that group members know how to build an entrepreneur mindset in the Covid-19 pandemic by staying positive and creative. This study aims to review the effect of discount framing, brand reputation, purchase intention, and actual behavior based on online food delivery applications during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population, in this study are users of online food delivery applications throughout Indonesia, with the unit of analysis being the individual. Sampling in this study used the purposive method, namely respondents who filled out online questionnaires with total of 119. The data analysis technique in this study used SEM-AMOS version 23. The results showed that discount framing had a positive effect on brand reputation and purchase intention, brand reputation has a positive effect on purchase intention, and purchase intention has a positive effect on actual behavior. The implications of the results of this study for application owners are to know the effect of discount framing, brand reputation, and purchase intention so that they can take strategies and policies related to these matters. For application, users are to be able to use applications that provide discount framing according to their needs.
