Abstract
- Aim: The occlusion myocardial infarction (OMI) and non-OMI (NOMI) paradigms aim to improve the quality to ensure effective diagnosis and treatment. Due to the lack of universally accepted diagnostic criteria, the study aimed to investigate the correlation between laboratory parameters commonly analyzed in the emergency department in patients with and non-segment elevation myocardial infarction and OMI/NOMI definitions. Materials and Methods: Demographic characteristics, mortality status, laboratory parameters and thrombolysis in MI (TIMI) scores of patients were recorded.
