İnsan kaynakları yönetimi (İKY), öncelikle organizasyonların hedeflerine ulaşma çabalarına bağlı olarak verimliliğin ve etkililiğin artırılması, büyüme, hizmetlerin iyileştirilmesi ve karşılaşılması muhtemel olan krizlerle baş edilebilmesi noktasında kullanılan kilit bir yönetim aracıdır. Ancak, organizasyonların yoğun rekabet ortamı ve çevresel zorluklara maruz kalması ve beşerî sermayenin üretimdeki öneminin ve organizasyonel verimlilik üzerindeki temel rolünün anlaşılması, hemen her organizasyon için insan kaynaklarının stratejik olarak yönetilmesini gerekli kılmıştır. Bu nedenle çalışma, yoğun rekabet ortamıyla birlikte değişen iş dünyasına uyum gösterebilmek amacıyla insan sermayesinin, geleneksel insan kaynakları yönetimi yaklaşımının aksine stratejik insan kaynakları yönetimi (stratejik İKY) çerçevesinde yönetilmesinin kritik öneme sahip olduğunu ileri sürmektedir. Buradan hareketle, ilgili literatürde stratejik İKY üzerine birçok nicel çalışmanın bulunması, nitel çalışmaların ise kısıtlı sayıda olması sebebiyle bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden fenomonoloji deseni kullanılmıştır. Bununla birlikte çalışmada, ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kapsamında belirlenmiş İK profesyoneli ile derinlemesine görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşme sonucunda elde edilen verilerin “NVivo 12” nitel analiz programı aracılığıyla içerik ve betimsel analizi gerçekleştirilerek temalar belirlenmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, İK profesyonelinin sırasıyla stratejik İKY, güven ve bağlılık, kurum içi iletişim ve nöro İKY temalarına vurgu yaptığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın, Türkçe literatürde stratejik İKY uygulamalarına ilişkin gerçekleştirilen nitel çalışmaların kısıtlı sayıda olması ve İK profesyonelinin deneyim ve görüşlerini aktarması nedeniyle literatüre ve uygulayıcılara katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir., Human resource management (HRM) is a key management tool used primarily to increase efficiency and effectiveness, grow, improve services and cope with possible crises depending on the efforts of organizations to reach their goals. However, the fact that organizations are exposed to intense competition and environmental challenges, and the understanding of the importance of human capital in production and its fundamental role in organizational efficiency has necessitated the strategic management of human resources for almost every organization. Therefore, the current study suggests that it has a critical significance to manage human capital within the framework of strategic human resources management (strategic HRM), in contrast to the traditional human resources management (HRM) approach, to adapt to the changing business world caused by the intensely competitive environment. In this sense, since there are many quantitative studies on strategic HRM in the related literature and the limited number of qualitative studies, it was used the phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research methods, in this study. In addition to that, an in-depth interview was held with an HR professional determined by the criterion sampling method. The data obtained from the interview were analyzed through the “NVivo 12” qualitative analysis program and the themes were determined via the content and descriptive analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was seen that the HR professional emphasized the themes of strategic HRM, trust and engagement, internal communication, and neuro HRM, respectively. It was expected that the current study contributes to the literature and practitioners due to the limited number of qualitative studies on strategic HRM practices in the Turkish literature and sharing experiences and opinions of HR professionals.

Değişim bir yandan sorunlara çözüm getirirken, diğer yandan da yeni sorunların çıkmasına neden olmaktadır. Ekonomik krizler bu sorunlardan bazılarıdır ve Türkiye’nin de çok sık karşı karşıya kaldığı durumlardır. Bu durumlar, tüm sektörler gibi turizm sektörünü de olumsuz etkilemiştir. Ulusal boyutta yaşanan krizlerin yanında içinde bulunduğumuz dönemde yaşanan global kriz de turizmi önemli derecede etkilemektedir. Turizm sektörünün krizden etkilenme derecesini incelemek için konaklama işletmeleri iyi bir gösterge oluşturacaktır. Bu çalışmada, konaklama işletmelerinin krizin etkilerini minimize etmek için uyguladıkları krizle mücadele stratejilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Although changes find solutions to the problems, on the other hand it causes problems, such as economical crisis and Turkey has also met with them rather frequently. This situations affected negatively to tourism like all other sectors. Besides national economical crisis, global crisis -that has been experienced nowadays- has influenced importantly to tourism. Investigation of accomodation firms, It will be a suitable indicator for he purpose of learning bad effects of crisis. This study aims to find out which strategies are conducted by accommodation administrationss in their struggle with crisis.

Türkiye'de yağlı tohum üretimine elverişli yeterli tarım alanları olmasına rağmen ihtiyaç duyulan bitkisel yağ miktarı yerli üretimle karşılanamadığından, her yıl önemli miktarlarda yağlı tohum ve ham yağ ithal edilmektedir. Bu durum, döviz kaybına neden olmakta ve gelişmekte olan ülkemiz ekonomisi için büyük bir ekonomik yük oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada öncelikle Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de yağlı tohumlar üretimi ve bitkisel yağ sanayiinin durumu incelenmiştir. Türkiye'de yağlı tohumlara uygulanan destekleme politikaları, ham yağ, rafine yağ ve margarin sanayiinde kurulu kapasite, üretim, tüketim, ithalat ve ihracat konulan üzerinde durulmuş ve sorunlar saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın ikinci kısmında, Çukurova Bölgesindeki bitkisel yağ işletmeleri incelenmiştir. Bölgede araştırma esnasında aktif durumda olan 7 ham yağ, 5 rafine yağ, 2 rafine ve margarin ve I margarin olmak üzere toplam 1 5 bitkisel yağ işletmesinin çeşitli kademedeki yöneticileriyle anket çalışması yapılmıştır. İşletmelerin kapasiteleri, teknolojik durumları, çalışma sistemleri, üretim miktarları, hammadde temini, fınansal durumları, pazarlama ile ilgili konular ile yönetim ve personel politikaları incelenmiş ve sorunları tespit edilerek çözüm önerileri sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Belirlenen sorunlar işletmeden işletmeye farklılık göstermekle birlikte, hammadde yetersizliği ve fiyatlarındaki istikrarsızlık, atıl kapasite, finansman yetersizliği ve haksız rekabetin hemen hemen bütün işletmelerin ortak sorunları olduğu belirlenmiştir. Although, Turkey has suitable agricultural land to produce oil seeds, a great deal of oil seed and crude oil are imported every year, since the amount of the required vegetable oil hasn't been met with domestic production. This causes the loss of foreign currency in the country. In this research, firstly, the production of oil seeds and the situation of vegetable oil industry in the world and in Turkey were investigated. The support policies which were applied to oil seeds in Turkey, the capacities of crude oil, liquid oil and margarine sectors, production, consumption, import, export affairs were discussed and the problems were brought out. In the second part of the research, vegetable oil firms in Çukurova Region were analysed. Investigation data was collected by questionnaire from the managers of 1 5 active firms -7 crude oil, 5 liquid oil, 2 liquid and margarine and 1 margarine- The capacities of the firms, technological levels, operation systems, the amount of production, the supply of raw material, financal states, marketing, management and personnal affairs were examined and problems and solutions were discussed. Determined problems are changing from firm to firm, but the lack of raw materials and instability of their prices, inactive capacity, the lack of the financing and unfair competition are defined as the common promlems nearly for all of the firms. ÖZ Bu araştırmada, Ceyhan İlçesindeki tekstil sanayii işletmelerinin; yasal yapıları, üretim durumları, teknolojik düzeyleri, kurulu ve fiili kapasiteleri, yöneticilerin özellikleri, personel durumu, faaliyet süreleri, sermaye durumları, hammadde temin kaynakları, stoklama kapasiteleri, çalışma sistemleri, pazarlama ve finansman durumları araştırılmıştır. Bu konulardaki bilgiler işletmelerden anket yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Anket bilgileri 1993 yılını kapsamaktadır ve bu sanayi kesimindeki işletmelerin tamamı anket kapsamına alınmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular arasında, bu işletmelerin, uyguladıkları teknolojilerin çok eski, atıl kapasite sorununun çok yüksek, yönetimlerinin ise bilimsel yöntemlere göre yapılmadığı belirlenmiştir. IV ABSTRACT In this study, the legal structures, production conditions, technological levels, locational and working capacity, the characteristics of administrators, personnel affairs, working periods, capital states, the source of raw material, the capacity of storage, working systems and marketing and financing of the textile industry administrations at Ceyhan were investigated. The information related to these situations has been obtained by questionnaire in the year 1993 and all the firms in this field have been interviewed. ît has been found that the technology they use is very old, and inactive capacity problem is too big and also that their administrations are not run by scientific methods. 73

Bilim ve teknolojideki yeniliklerin, eğitim sistemine ve iş süreçlerine kolayca adapte edilmesi ve benimsenmesi, bireylerin tutumlarına bağlıdır. Çalışmada, meslek yüksekokullarının sosyal programlarına kayıtlı öğrencilerin sınıf, üniversite, bölüm, cinsiyet, bilgisayar kullanma ve internet erişim olanakları gibi bağımsız değişkenler ile öğrencilerin bilgi teknolojisine yönelik tutumları arasında ilişki olup olmadığının tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veriler, Çukurova, Mersin, Kırıkkale ve Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversite’lerine bağlı işletme, lojistik, pazarlama, turizm, muhasebe, büro yönetimi ve yönetici asistanlığı programlarına kayıtlı 884 öğrenciye anket uygulanarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, sosyal bilimler bölümlerinde okuyan öğrencilerin cinsiyetleri, okumakta oldukları program ve üniversite ile öğrencilerin bilgi teknolojilerine yönelik tutumları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişkiler saptanmıştır, Adaptation and internalization of innovations in science and technology, business processes and education system in an easy way depend on the attitudes of individuals. In the study, it is intended to determine whether there is a relationship between the arguments such as the subject, college, department, gender, computer usage, internet access facilities of the students’ enrolled in social programs of vocational high school and their attitudes towards information technology, or not. The data were obtained by applying questionnaires to 884 students studying in business administration, logistics, marketing, tourism, accounting, Office management and executive assistance programs at Çukurova, Mersin, Kırıkkale and Abant İzzet Baysal Universities.
