The article explores the influence of the Environmental Integration Principle on the transformation of the EU Industrial Policy in the context of achieving sustainability goals, particularly after the adoption of the EU Green Deal. It also examines the Draft Regulation for a Net-Zero Industry Act as an example of the reorientation of the EU Industrial Policy.
