Customers who bought different models of cars after some test drives during the purchase were interviewed to determine whether they were satisfied with the car's performance after 3 months of their purchase. The results were satisfying for cars such as Daihatsu Charade, which was given a clean chit with no complaints found, Audi A3, Mazda 2 and VW Touran.

A survey was conducted of the Mini car owners who had bought a new car where the car should have driven more than 10,000 miles .The results show that the car owners were influenced by the handling, exterior styling, performance/acceleration, engineering, and good value to buy the car, also the fuel efficiency, safety features and resale value was good.
