This article describes the development of a business plan by using production-based learning approach. In addition, this development also aims to maximize learning outcomes in vocational education. Preliminary analysis of curriculum and learning and the needs of the market and society become the basic for business plan development. To produce a business plan by production-based learning approach, valid trials were conducted by experts, to evaluate the business plan design in stages. Validation process was done by three experts on the business plan content, content quality, and suitability to the material. The results of the draft business plan has been said to be valid for use on learning in vocational education after it is being revised and improved in accordance with experts' advice. Through the business plan by using production-based learning approach, it becomes one of the bridges that can help students to learn entrepreneurship and growing interest in it. In addition, the learning outcomes in vocational education is not merely capable of producing the products but could think of innovation products. The resulting product is analyzed and clearly described in the business plan. Thus, by the end of the business plan produced by students can be more serious in learning, because students know the resulting product must be qualified and able to compete in the marketplace. Business plan of production-based learning approach has the power to encourage students to become more serious in the classroom.

Augmented reality (AR) is currently becoming educational trend by offering visualization of learning and making abstract concepts more concrete. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate the effect of AR technology based on mobile application on self-competence of electronics engineering students. It also considered the role of self-regulated learning, intrinsic learning motivation, and perceived usefulness as moderating factors. A cross-sectional survey with quantitative method was conducted on 848 electronics engineering education students at Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia. The data were obtained through questionnaires, and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3. Furthermore, a fuzzy C-means clustering analysis was carried out using JASP software. The results showed that perceived usefulness had a significant positive effect on students' self-competence and moderated the significant positive relationship between self-regulated learning and self-competence. Vocational high schools in Indonesia face challenges in producing graduates who meet the needs of the job market. The link and match policy along with the Job Matching system are proposed to enhance curriculum relevance to the workforce. The intelligent job matching model, which integrates machine learning technology, is expected to provide job recommendations aligned with graduates' competencies. Data analysis techniques used include qualitative and quantitative statistical analysis, encompassing Validity Analysis, Practicality Analysis, and Effectiveness Analysis. The intelligent job matching model has proven effective in assisting in matching vocational high school students' competencies with workforce demands in the industry. In the 2023 job fair, the success ratio of students invited for interviews until the employment process reached 53.13%, exceeding the Ministry of education and culture's target of 40%. This indicates that the model can provide job recommendations accurately enough, aiding in improving the direct employment rate of vocational high school students. Research indicates that the intelligent job matching model is effective in facilitating students' transition to the workforce. The purpose of this study is to discover: 1) how students respond to online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, 2) what are the most popular online learning applications by students, and 3) the challenges and problems faced by students during the implementation of online learning. The research method used is a combination research method (mixed methods) is a research method between quantitative methods and qualitative methods to be used together in a research activity, to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. This study population comprised 1503 students from the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang (FT-UNP). However, it turned out that many students stated that they did not like online learning because it was considered less fun, and the lecturer gave more assignments than usual. Although online learning has many advantages, online learning also has many challenges, including internet connection, lecturers' poor performance, students' poor independent study skills, technical issues with the use of technology, heavy tasks, low motivation, and an unsupportive environment.
