The objective of this paper is to emphasize, branding as one of the possible ways to take concrete steps towards reaffirming the local values and traditional knowledge of rural populations in Serbia. Based on information gathered in the field, as well as from existing literature sources, the main goal of this study is to promote products from the Visok microregion. Due to very alarming demographic data, this may be the last chance for revitalizing this region. In this study, we highlighted the following products: Pirot kilim (Pirot rug), Pirot/Stara Planina lamb, Pirot Kachkaval cheese, Stara Planina honey, and Stara Planina potato. Besides agriculture, micr oregion Visok also has exceptional tourist potential. The conclusion of this paper emphasizes that the only viable path to revitalization is through planned investment. Such investment would facilitate the development of local infrastructure and help restore the population, thus enabling the creation of sustainable development.

The research topic in the first part of the paper is the regulation on foreign ownership of agricultural land in XIX and XX century, while the second part focuses on analysing foreign ownership regulation in XXI century. The paper aims to provide an overview of the rights of foreign citizens to acquire real estate,with an emphasis on their right to acquire agricultural land in the Republic of Serbia through a methodological-theoretical framework. The legislation which has regulated the said legal concept in our region in different ways throughout history will be viewed through the prism of history by using the historical method. The current regulations which regulate the said subject matter in the Republic of Serbia will be analysed by the normative method, in addition to the use of content analysis that will complete this research through the systematic anlysis of literature. The conclusion will sum up the results of the research which point to the fact that even though in certain periods foreign citizens were entitled to acquire agricultural land, their right was never complete as it implied meeting certain requirements.

While many in the tourism industry see the key of the world economic development seems that in Serbia, tourism has not given enough attention.It is somewhat justified if we considermany problems that are directed to Serbia's tourist offer. Unrecognizability of Serbia as a tourist destination in the international tourism market, the lack of qualified human resources in tourism professions and facilities, limited access to interesting destinations in Serbia, poor infrastructure are just some of the problems that Serbia faces.The aim of this paper is to highlight the problems in the field of tourism and in the defining of tourist offers in Serbia.

The general objective of this study was to establish the relation between general and special education teachers within teamwork and to define socio-demographic factors that affect teamwork. The sample encompassed 223 general and special education teacher of both genders, age 25 to 60, who are employed in regular elementary schools in Serbia. The general and special education teachers approach data, according to the six dimensions of teamwork, were obtained by means of a standardized questionnaire for teamwork supervision, which contains 60 assertions (Cronbach's a = 0.907). Our research results indicate that there is no significant difference between general and special education teachers in their perception of the four out of six dimensions of teamwork. They are aware of the environment in which teamwork operates, they have similar behaviour and abilities, and they respect similar teamwork values. However, the transition, from traditional to inclusive education, brings the problem of general education teachers' professional identity (p = 0.043) and the meaning of interrelations with special education teachers, the significance of teamwork in broader social sense, and the benefits of teamwork outside the institution (p = 0.049).

The new society could be reffered to as learning society, and being so it demands different types of knowledge that lead to getting employment. Industry development is in a high degree influenced by education which is to develop a worker skillfulness which further increases his/her mobility and job security. It is of utmost importance for companies to have employees who are able to respond to rapid and enormous changes thus strengthening their competence and development. Educational results are not reflected on individuals only, but on a society as a whole. There are numerous reasons influencing changes in education, e.g. a constant development and introduction of new technologies as well as globalization conditions which impose the cognition of cultural diversity.
