Currently, special attention is paid to the development of digital technologies. In the context of the pandemic, the remote, distance, digital format of work has become top requested. Those events coincided with the general trend towards total digitalization of all spheres of life, including education. New concepts have emerged and taken hold - digital education and digital university. However, a mechanism for the development of a digital university has not yet been proposed. In the present study, an institutional approach was used to analyze the problems of the development of a digital university. The research scheme was used: institutions - motivation - control. The results of the empirical study (questionnaire and survey of university entries and its partners) made it possible to identify the existing contradictions between the participants in university activities and the external environment in terms of assessing aspects of the digital development of the university, to highlight the most effective institutions, conditions of positive motivation and control mechanisms for successful digital transformation of a university. The authors propose their own version of the concept for the development of a digital university, introducing as the core of it a new scientific concept - infrastructure logic. They lay a foundation for the principles of infrastructure logic, formation mechanisms and approaches to the use of indicators of digital development based on infrastructure logic, directions for improving the strategy of digital development of the university 4.0. The conclusions and recommendations formulated in this study can be used by other educational systems and universities.

The article deals with the main aspects of the digital technology impact on education. The aim of the research is to collect and analyze most of digital technologies that have been implemented into educational system of Uzbekistan recently and to find out how they have influenced upon the development of the modern educational methods. The paper presents an assessment of the quality of education on the basis of system performance indicators, which makes it possible to evaluate education in the framework of management criteria based on the results of the participants' preparedness for practical activities. Analysing the foreign and domestic experience, the solution was found out to manage the educational system of the higher education organizations. At the same time, the work stipulates that such an approach should not violate the existing academic traditions and prevent commercial orientation of university management.

The purpose of the research is to analyse the use of active learning technologies in training students and to assess the effectiveness of their use in the teaching process in secondary vocational education. In order to verify the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical methods, methods of experimental work and analysis of the obtained data were applied. The authors also used survey and testing methods among students of an educational organization for professional motivation, obtaining a significant amount of data. In order to identify the resulting changes, testing of students was repeated at the final stage of the study. The authors have substantiated the use of active learning technologies in the formation of career motivation of students of secondary vocational education. The essence of technology is in enhancement of the student's position as a subject in the educational process. The effectiveness of pedagogical environment for active learning technologies in the formation of career motivation in secondary vocational education students has been experimentally substantiated.

Digitalization and transition to a new technological structure bring humanity to another level of development. The changing technological structures, industry and society progress, enhance the importance of improving the university development model. The existing management system and infrastructure in universities are often outdated and unable to ensure their competitive and adequate functioning. Hence, the need to improve the processes of using the university infrastructure through digital technology. The composition and range of the resources should also be reviewed and supplemented with new components. The purpose of this work is to reveal the principles and requirements for improving the university infrastructure using digital technology. The methodology is based on modeling the university management system, with the concept of infrastructure logic as a core, meant to include new elements in the university management infrastructure: university stakeholders, cultural values, investments and translation. The management model transformation implies a transition from structural to infrastructural approach, from infrastructure management to managing the infrastructure logic. The digital network platform incorporating the information on all the infrastructure facilities, their status, will provide effective user access management to each university resource. The recommendations formulated to improve the university infrastructure using digital technology will make higher education more effective.

Orphans and children left without parental care remain a pressing challenge for many countries. This paper deals with the topical subject which needs thorough consideration: peculiarities of psychological development of orphans and children left without parental care and training orphanage inmates for social interaction. The 7-months study was conducted on 15-16-year-old orphans at Elabuga, the Republic of Tatarstan, and Russian Federation. Data were collected with a designed questionnaire based on the Temperament and Character Inventory for personality traits devised by Robert Cloninger. 20 apparently healthy orphans and children left without parental care were selected using simple random sampling technique and allocated into two groups. Within the experiment the two groups of orphan children had separate Physical education classes in subgroups.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to analyze how the audiovisual teaching aids are applied in the modern educational environment and to assess their application efficiency in the context of the secondary-level vocational education establishments. Design/methodology/approach: A pedagogical experiment was conducted to confirm this hypothesis. At the preparatory stage, the authors have analyzed the teaching and learning process, as well as students learning at the secondary-level vocational education establishment. Statistical sample was 300 people. Findings: Based on the research results, main mistakes made while applying the audiovisual teaching aids were identified, formulated and investigated. These mistakes were related to the insufficient methodological preparation. As these mistakes were eliminated, student achievements and learning skills have increased by 15-20 percent (experiment data). The average marks, obtained by students before and after eliminating the methodological mistakes, were taken in points (from 2 to 5) as achievement and learning skill criteria. Research conclusion is that audiovisual aids application quality can be improved only through the research on students' educational and creative potential, their perception of various learning materials, and their preferences in the information structure, composition, types and forms. Originality/value: Applying audiovisual teaching aids in the learning process is a challenge. This paper is driven by the need of new unique methods for applying audiovisual aids related to identifying the optimal temporal lesson structure, as well as the composition and the amount of auxiliary teaching materials, interactive communication level and ways to stimulate the emotional and creative activity of students.

The relevance of the present research is conditioned by the increased role of small business in the rapidly changing world. Providing a significant contribution to the country’s gross domestic product and employment indicators, small business is highly flexible and adaptive to changes. World experience shows that a government is able to increase the multiplier effect of private entrepreneurship in the country through a system of measures and strategic programs aimed at its support and development. Such actions of the government should take into account the peculiarities of the territory and unique national advantages. This paper considers the effectiveness of reforms implemented to create a favorable environment for business entities of different levels in Uzbekistan, including small business and private entrepreneurship, based on various economic mechanisms. The study assesses the impact of reforms implemented in different periods on the activity rate and survival rate of business entities. These indicators were calculated on the basis of official statistical information. The methods of mathematical statistics were used to calculate these indicators. The results were evaluated using the methods of comparative and system analysis. In addition, changes in the activity rate and survival rate of small businesses due to economic fluctuations caused by the coronavirus pandemic were investigated.

The article identifies the goals and objectives of digitalization in education, and presents the forms of implementation of educational processes. It investigates the methods of ensuring information security in educational institutions, and identifying 4 basic types of risk to build a threat model. Investigations into the invasion of our institution were carried out, vulnerabilities were identified for 4 types of risk, the results in the form of successful attacks were shown and recommendations for their elimination were developed. After the recommendations had been implemented, repeated testing was carried out. The results showed a significant decline in the number of successful attacks. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The purpose of the present work is summarizing the areas of economic activity of an enterprise that need to be controlled and offering the most optimal set of factors to ensure effective control in the enterprise management. The article uses general scientific research methods, such as analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, the connection of logical and historical processes, the search for causal relationships, the laws of dialectics. In addition, in the present study, based on a multi-level approach, four major management functions are considered that would make control more effective. To improve the internal control system, management functions such as risk management, quality management, innovation management, and personnel management are identified.
