Many college students have difficulty in understanding the diversity and morphology of plants at the species level. The research aims to analyze the potential of species-level plant diversity in Montel Muria Kudus Waterfall, develop e-modules integrating local potential, and preserve the local potential of Montel Muria Kudus Waterfall. The research and development study design with the 4D model was implemented in this study to produce the e-module. E-module was tested on 30 Tadris Biology college students who assigned with random sampling technique. Data were collected with expert validations and trial. In Montel Muria Kudus Waterfall, various plant species groups were found, including ferns, epiphytes, shrubs, herbs, and trees. Instructional media expert validation obtained score of 95% which in the “very valid” category. Moreover, material experts scored of 91.66%, means in the “very valid” category. Practical feasibility analysis obtained score of 95.83%, represents the “very practical” category. The results of the college students’ N-Gain value of 56.7338, represents the category of “moderately effective” in improving science literacy. This research findings show that the e-module produced can potentially be widely implemented in biology instruction for improving college students’ science literacy skill as well as preserving local potential.

Nasopharyngeal angiofibroma (NA) is a relatively rare, noncancerous, extremely vascular tumor, and it is only found in males. NA receives blood supply from various sources and can lead to major blood loss after surgical excision. Nowadays, endovascular embolization has the potential to reduce intraoperative bleeding and lower the recurrence rate. This case series aimed to describe the preoperative endovascular embolization of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. In this study, we reported 3 cases of adolescents with NA diagnosed using CT angiography. All subjects had a successful embolization, which led to minimal postoperative bleeding and good outcome.

Beef is considered a high-value commodity because it is an important food source of protein. Interest in beef is increasing along with increasing people's incomes and awareness of the importance of fulfilling nutrition. Demand for beef is expected to continue to increase. According to the Central Statistics Agency (CSA), beef production in Jakarta shows an increasing trend every year. In the last 10 years, beef production has increased significantly, but in 2020 there was a decrease in production of 7,240.68 tons due to the lockdown due to the corona virus outbreak. After that, in 2021, production reached 16,381.81 tons and will continue to increase in 2022 and 2023. Based on the above phenomenon, the aim of this research is to support the success and sustainability of the beef industry by ensuring that supply matches demand, resources are used optimally, and risks can be managed well. To predict beef production, an accurate method, model or approach is needed. One way to predict beef production in Jakarta is to use the Linear Regression and Double Moving Average (DMA) methodsThe way the Linear Regression and DMA methods work is to forecast based on concepts and properties. The concepts and properties of Linear Regression are models, functions, estimates and forecasting results, while DMA performs time series analysis based on moving averages. After analysis using MAPE, it was found that the algorithm that had the smallest error value was the linear regression algorithm with a percentage for the monthly period of 15% while for the year period it was 17% compared to DMA. So in this case it would be very appropriate to use the Linear Regression method from the error values obtained.

There are many kinds of community efforts in preserving their local culture, one of which is to carry out routine activities that are integrated with the village celebration agenda so that they become a medium for demonstrating the performance of their local cultural arts potential. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to package cultural preservation efforts through the formation of an educational tourism village (eduwisata). The location is in the village of Mentaraman, Pagelaran Village, Malang Regency, East Java. The stages used were identification of potential and problems, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), program preparation, socialisation, and trial visits. Analysis of the results used the 6P simultaneous stage. The results of the community service programme are in the form of a tourism package document supported by an increase in skills and a variety of performing arts as well as the involvement of local communities in management. Recommendations include the need to increase the capacity of local tour guides, the participation of artists, and the use of information technology to support digital-based promotions.

Background: Cervical cancer is a severe concern for women throughout the world. This percentage of cancer incidence causes sufferers to die at a high rate. It is believed that the bark of the Pinus merkusii tree contains anti-cancer compounds that inhibit cervical cancer cell growth. Aim: This present study aims to examine the cytotoxic ability of P. merkusii tree bark ethanol extract (PMBE) by inducing apoptosis in HeLa cells. Methods: We administered the PMBE at concentrations of 50, 100, 200, and 400 µg/mL to HeLa cell cultures. We then conducted the MTT cytotoxicity assay, detected apoptosis via Annexin V binding, and observed caspase 9 expression via immunocytochemistry. Results: PMBE showed cytotoxic activity on HeLa cells with an IC50 of 226.6 µg/mL for 24 hours of treatment. PMBE caused early apoptosis in up to 81.31% of HeLa cells, as well as increased caspase-9 expression. Conclusion: Based on this study, PMBE is predicted to have dose-dependent antiproliferative or cytotoxicity effects on the HeLa cell line through the intrinsic pathway apoptosis mechanism. E-worksheets are needed to support learning of SDG-13 material on climate change material, but analysis related to this has not attracted much attention from researchers. The purpose of this study was to determine the needs of students related to digital-based teaching materials that they want to apply in the classroom in biology learning, especially on climate change material to show the phenomenon of global warming with the application of the Merdeka Curriculum. The use of digital-based media is still very suboptimal in utilization, especially in the material of climate change in biology subjects. This quantitative research was conducted using questionnaire techniques, namely giving questionnaires to X-grade students in two schools, namely SMAN in Yogyakarta and SMAN in South Sulawesi Regency, and descriptive techniques were used for analysis tools. The results of student respondents show that 100% want to use electronic worksheets as a learning medium on climate change material. The implication of this research is expected to increase the potential use of digital-based teaching materials and realize the 21st-century era that relies on technology.

The purpose of the study was to examine the understanding of tax regulations, the quality of fiscal services, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance, as well as risk preferences that act as moderating variables, will be examined in this study. Primary data was used in this study through a survey using a questionnaire. Primary data consists of respondents' responses from external sources through filling out questionnaires. This study aims to comprehed tax regulation, the quality of service provided by tax authorities, tax penalties, and risk preferences at the Ciayumajakuning Tax Office. The population for this study consists of 1,054,320. The sample size calculation method used in this study is the total number of samples by using the sample size calculator function available on the www.raosoft.com website, yielding a total of 271 individuals. The partial least square (PLS) data analysis technique uses the software smartPLS version 4 to apply the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on component or variation data. Abstract Objective Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmic disorders worldwide. This study aims to describe the prevalence of AF in various cities in Indonesia using single‐lead hand held electrocardiography linked to a smartphone‐based application. Methods This is a cross‐sectional epidemiological study conducted at tertiary hospital of major cities in Indonesia, between January 2018 and July 2019. The AliveCor Kardia™ Mobile system device was used as a screening tool for AF and confirmed its finding with clinical diagnoses made by cardiologists. Results A total of 9773 subjects were enrolled in this study. The prevalence of AF reported by the device and cardiologist was 3.2% and 3.5%, respectively. AF prevalences are equal in men than women. The majority of subjects (56%) are having low risk for stroke or systemic thromboembolism. Prevalence of risk factors such as heart failure, hypertension, diabetes, and history of stroke among AF patients were 50%, 22.9%, 31.9%, 13.5%, and 5.8%, respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of AF at referral hospitals visitors based on smartphone diagnosis in Indonesia is 3.2%.

Abstract Biodiversity offsets are a popular policy tool for mitigating the impact of development on biodiversity, but the ecological success of offsets arise from complex interactions among socio‐economic, ecological and policy processes, making outcomes challenging to assess. Many offset policies use habitat surrogates to determine offset requirements, rather than using direct measures of impacted biota, and this can lead to poor outcomes for species. One potential solution to this is for offsets to be delivered by a public agency (agency‐led) rather than by developers (developer‐led). This is because agencies may be able to strategically choose offset sites that maximise outcomes for species (e.g. abundance), while there may be little reason for developers to act strategically in this way when offset requirements are based purely on habitat surrogates. Yet, the success of a strategic agency‐led approach is likely to depend on patterns of development and offset site availability. To examine this, we developed a novel integrated spatially explicit model of land‐use change, habitat, species abundance and offset regulation. We apply the model to the Queensland Government's Environmental Offsets Policy for koalas Phascolarctos cinereus in South East Queensland, Australia, and test how patterns of development and offset site availability influence the performance of agency‐led versus developer‐led offsets. When potential offset sites were plentiful, agency‐led offsets tended to outperform developer‐led offset delivery for maximising koala abundance while achieving similar or better outcomes for habitat area. Yet, when potential offset sites were rare, the relative performance of agency‐led offset was often poor, and offset requirements for habitat area were less likely to be met. Different spatial patterns of development had little effect on the relative performance of agency‐led versus developer‐led offsets. Our analysis shows that agency‐led offsets with strategic choices of offset sites can improve species' outcomes for habitat‐based offsets but can also risk failing to meet habitat area requirements when the availability of offset sites is low. Importantly, our integrated spatial model provides a holistic approach to assessing policy options for biodiversity offsets in dynamic human‐modified landscapes. Artisanal and small-scale gold mining has commonly used the mercury amalgamation method for gold ore extraction. The processing waste or tailings often contain gold and other metals. This study examined the effects of cow manure amendment and the ratio of gold mine tailings on sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) gold phytomining. The pot experiment was conducted in the Faculty of Agriculture greenhouse at Padjadjaran University in Indonesia. The sweet potato MZ119 clone (an orange-fleshed sweet potato) was planted on a polybag (40 x 40 cm) consisting of 10 kg of planting media, which was a mixture of gold mine tailing and soil. The design used was a completely randomized design factorial with three replications. The first factor was ratios of gold mine tailing consisting of three levels, namely 30%, 50%, 70%, and 100% (w/w). The second factor was doses of organic manure, namely without cow manure, 250 g pot-1, 500 g pot-1, and 750 g pot-1. The results demonstrated that the application of cow dung and the gold mine tailings ratio (w/w) had a significant (p = 0.05) effect on plants' dry weight biomass, gold accumulation, and gold phytomining by sweet potato. The highest gold mass yield of 0.066 mg gold plant-1 was achieved by a 50% (w/w) gold mine tailing ratio and 750 g pot-1 cow manure treatment.

Objectives. The application of technology in sports, including combat sports, is increasing rapidly. This study aimed to determine the validity and reliability of digital punch-measuring tools in young combat athletes. Materials and methods. A total of 28 participants, consisting of 9 males (age 15.88 ± 1.6 years, height 162.56 ± 6.8 cm, weight 55.2 ± 10.2 kg, BMI 20.7 ± 2.5, PBF 14.57 ± 4.5%) and 19 females (age 14.5 ± 1.5 years, height 154.3 ± 5.4 cm, weight 48.6 ± 8.5 kg, BMI 20.4 ± 3.2, PBF 27.4 ± 6.5 %) from the martial arts branch involved in the study and were included in data collection. The method used in this study was the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, analyzed using Minitab version 21. All research subjects engaged in a warm-up routine before performing three punches with both their right and left arms. Results. The findings of this study indicate positive validity (right 0.856, left 0.875) and reliability (right 0.8037, left 0.8209) in measuring both right and left punches. Conclusions. Thus, digital punch measuring tools can be used for training to improve punches and as an initial test tool for implementing effective training programs and monitoring the development of combat athletes.

The re-examination of the Job Creation Law in 2023 highlights a serious issue in the national legislative system, specifically the follow-up to the Constitutional Court’s (MK) decisions in judicial review cases (PUU) concerning the Omnibus Law. The urgency of this research stems from the high demand among lawmakers for drafting laws in the omnibus format and the potential for judicial review of such laws. This research contributes to addressing the follow-up to the Constitutional Court’s decisions by focusing on the choice of legislative forms as a response to these rulings. The research employs normative legal methods with conceptual, legislative, and case-based approaches. The findings emphasize the need to standardise the type of regulation to ensure the executability of the Constitutional Court’s decisions. The ideal regulatory form for implementing the Court’s rulings on the Omnibus Law is a law. Therefore, it is necessary to legitimise the use of laws as the standard form of follow-up to the Constitutional Court’s decisions on the Omnibus Law to maximise the executability of these rulings.

Men doubles badminton has been growing rapidly, requiring a study on match characteristics and physiological responses. To arrange an effective training program design and periodization, understanding the athlete physiological responses and match characteristics are necessary. This study examined the traits of male doubles badminton players according to their court positions (front and back). Laboratory tests and on-court simulations were administered in the study. Participants were athletes from an Indonesian elite badminton club aged 17-19 years. Measurements included anthropometrics, VO2max, blood lactic acid, heart rate, energy expenditure, and match statistics. Standardized equipment was used to measure the anthropometry, while treadmill test with gas analysis was used to measure VO2max. A portable analyser measured blood lactate during simulated matches, while Polar RC 3 GPS devices tracked heart rate and energy expenditure. Video analysis with Go Pro Hero 3+ cameras collected match statistics. The average VO2max was 56.4±5.7 ml/kg/min for both front and back players. Physical responses during gameplay showed significant differences (P0.005), with back players showing higher %HR max, calorie expenditure, and lactic acid levels than front players. Match statistics showed that back players had higher smashes (4.2±1.8) and unforced errors (6.3±7.3) (P0.005), while front players had higher drives (4.4±1.3) and net shots (4.2±1.2) (P0.005). Front and back players had different activity loads, as shown by maximum heart rate and stroke distributions, affecting lactic acid levels. Back players had higher maximum heart rates and more smashes than front players, indicating higher metabolic demands. These findings help tailor men doubles badminton position-specific trainings. The unique demands of each court position can be considered when designing more targeted and effective training programs using physiological adaptation and match data.

Land conversion is the change of the original land function into another function. The conversion of laham affects the socio-economic conditions of farmers, especially in Setia Mulya Village. Socioeconomic conditions are a person's position in a community group that is determined by the type of economic activity, education, and income. The conversion of agricultural land can have an impact on the social and economic conditions of farmers. What is observed in this study is social conditions, economic conditions and their impact on farmers. The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in the socio-economic conditions of farmers due to land conversion and their impact on farmers' lives. The method used was a qualitative method with data sources obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation with farmers as respondents totaling 15 farmers, with sampling techniques using snowball sampling techniques. The results of the study showed changes in the socio-economic conditions of farmers due to land conversion that occurred in Setia Mulya Village. Changes in socio-economic conditions related to the age of farmers, changes in social status, changes in farmers' income, and farmers' household consumption. Farmers in Setia Mulya Village are cultivators so they have to pay rent to the landowner so that farming activities can continue. Although the area of agricultural land in Setia Mulya Village is very large, the high rental prices and the difficulty of irrigation flows make farmers have to look for decent agricultural land that can be used properly.

The porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) virus (PRRSV) belonging to the Arteriviridae family is the cause of PRRS disease. After being discovered for the first time in the United States in 1987, this illness quickly expanded to Canada. The disease was initially discovered in late 1990 in Germany, from where it quickly spread throughout Europe. The consequences of PRRSV lead to a number of epidemiological issues, including a sickness with a delayed immune response that permits extended viremia, which facilitates viral transmission. The virus penetrates the nasal epithelium, tonsils, lung macrophages, and uterine endometrium through the oronasal and genital pathways. Abortions performed late in pregnancy and premature or delayed deliveries resulting in dead and mummified fetuses, stillborn pigs, and weakly born piglets are indicative of reproductive syndrome. In the meanwhile, dyspnea, fever, anorexia, and lethargic behavior are signs of respiratory syndrome. The virus can be isolated from the tissue or serum of animals that have been infected to confirm the diagnosis. Pig movements and potential airborne dissemination are two ways that the virus can enter new herds and propagate through nose-to-nose contact or aerosols. Various supportive therapies may enhance infant survival, and antibiotics may or may not lessen the impact of secondary bacterial infections. The absence of simple diagnostic tests, the virus's airborne transmission, the occurrence of subclinical infections, and the virus's persistence in infected populations have all contributed to the failure of control efforts for PRRS. The purpose of research this that is for describe about effectiveness of the bar model for finish math narrative text for school base. Type of research used in study that is descriptive qualitative, with 22 of students in third grade as a research subject. Moreover, this research was conducted in State Elementary School 01 of Beji Junrejo Disctrict, Batu – East Java. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and tests. Furthermore from the data obtained analyzed in a way qualitative with use stage: data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal data conclusions. The research results show that the bar model is very effective help student in finish math narrative text this elementary school student capable draw a bar model for represent mark in mathematics. This is can help they in answer question with more easy and doable develop number sense ability.

Heat stress and drought are combination of stresses that have the potential to occur simultaneously in extreme temperature changes. Rice is the main food crop in Indonesia and includes plants that are sensitive to stress. Indonesian local rice is believed to have high adaptability to Indonesian's geographical conditions, however there is lack of updated data to explain this information. This study attempts to determine the level of adaptability or resistance of Indonesian local rice to a combination of heat stress and drought. The results showed that the 24 Indonesian local rice accessions were divided into 3 resistance classes. The high resistance class is Sintha, the resistance classes are Gajah Mungkur, Kalimutu, Kapuas, Sukamandi, Seratus Malam, Cabacu, Bengawan Solo and Cisokan, as well as the medium resistance classes Jatiluhur, Batang Ombilin, Mahakam, Nona Bokra, Pucuk, Bengawan, Rojolele, IR64, Barumun, Cisadane, Memberamo, Cibodas, Gilirang, Fatmawati and Ciherang.

The black ant (Dolichoderus thoracicus) is known as a natural enemy of Hypothenemus hampei Ferr., the Coffee Berry Borer (CBB). The conservation efforts for this natural enemy can be carried out by using ant nest technology with artificial feed. This research explored artificial nesting and feeding methods for black ant colonies in coffee plantations in Jember District, Indonesia, to combat the CBB. Utilizing a Randomized Block Design, the study examines different nest materials and shapes, various artificial feeds, and the influence of environmental factors on ant colony growth. Cocoa leaves are the most effective nesting material, significantly increasing ant populations (11,532 individuals on average) compared to coconut leaves (4,645.83 individuals); no significant impact of nest shape on ant attraction; granulated sugar is the preferred artificial feed. A notable increase in ant populations was observed with a longer nest placement duration of four weeks. Environmental factors, especially humidity and temperature, significantly influence nests' and feed interactions. The study highlights the importance of specific nesting materials and environmental considerations in effective pest management strategies in tropical agriculture, offering a sustainable approach to enhancing coffee plantation productivity.

Prolonged exposure to high‐intensity UVB induces the formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in skin tissue, triggering an increase in matrix metalloproteinase‐3 (MMP‐3) enzyme production and leading to collagen degradation. Moringa oleifera (MO) contains bioactive compounds known for ROS‐scavenging and anti‐inflammatory properties. However, the precise molecular mechanism of action remains unclear, requiring the inhibition of MMP‐3 activation and regulation of collagen deposition. This study aims to elucidate the potential effect of MO leaf extract‐based gel in restoring collagen deposition by reducing MMP‐3 activation in UVB irradiate‐induced collagen loss in rats. This study employed a completely randomized design, comprising four groups: a healthy group without UVB radiation, a negative control group subjected to UVB radiation and receiving a placebo, and two treatment groups exposed to UVB radiation with 5% or 10% moringa leaf extract‐based gel (MO‐5% or MO‐10%), respectively. Results showed that MO‐5% and MO‐10% significantly reduced MMP‐3 gene expression and increased collagen density compared to the negative control group (p < 0.05). Moringa oleifera leaf extract ameliorates collagen degradation by inhibiting MMP‐3 expression in UVB‐induced rats, suggesting its potential as a pharmacological and cosmetic agent for UVB‐induced skin damage.

Heart disease is a major cause of death in the world, including in Indonesia, with increasing rates and death rates that carry a huge burden on health and society. Lack of awareness of early signs contributes significantly to this challenge. This study aims to prevent heart disease through early diagnosis using K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) and Logistic Regression algorithms. The database, obtained from Kaggle.com, includes 15 clinical units for cardiac diagnosis. The test shows that the K-NN method with k = 3 achieves the highest performance on the experimental data (30%), with 90% precision, 93% precision, 87% recall, and 90% f1 - score. In comparison, Logistic Regression and sigmoid achieved 86% precision, 83% precision, 90% recall, and 86% f1-score on the same experimental data. These results show that K-Nearest Neighbor is better than Logistic Regression as a classification algorithm for heart disease database. Applying these findings to the web-based Streamlit system is expected to improve the efficiency and timeliness of heart disease screening.

Abstract Background Household food waste significantly contributes to overall food waste. While the relationship between food security and food waste has been extensively studied at the macro level, there is a need for research focusing on the quantitative association between food security and food waste at the household level in developing countries, particularly in Southeast Asia. This study aims to estimate the prevalence of household food insecurity and household food waste and to examine the association between household food security and food waste using direct measurements. Subjects and methods A total of 215 households in Bogor Regency, Indonesia, participated in this cross-sectional study. Food waste was measured using waste composition analysis and a 7-day diary. The Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES) questionnaire was used to assess household food security, while household income and the proportion of food expenditure were considered confounding factors. The association between food security and food waste was examined using Kendall tau-b and ordinal logistic regression. Results The prevalence of household food insecurity was 18.6%, and the average household food waste was 77 kg/cap/year. Cereals, tubers, and their derivatives (especially rice) and vegetables were major contributors to edible waste, while fruits dominated inedible waste. A negative association was observed between food waste and household food security (edible FW: p = 0.044, r = -0.110; total FW: p = 0.038, r = -0.114), suggesting that household food waste decreases as the severity of food insecurity increases. However, after adjusting for household income, the proportion of food expenditure, and the education levels of spouses, this association became statistically insignificant (p > 0.05). Conclusion There was no significant association between household food security status and food waste. Household income plays a significant role in determining the quantity of household food waste, as higher income is associated with increased food waste. Strategies to prevent and reduce food waste should focus on major contributors such as rice and vegetables, especially among families with higher food accessibility.

Background: Lymphatic filariasis (LF) drug treatment compliance remains a challenge in Eastern Indonesia. Aims: The study sought to determine which aspects of Eastern Indonesia's LF drug treatment compliance policies were most pertinent. Methods: The 2018 Indonesian Basic Health Survey data was employed. The analysis units were adults (≥ 15 years) who had received LF drug treatment. LF drug treatment compliance was analyzed based on respondent characteristics (age, gender, marital status, education, occupation, wealth and comorbidities) using binary logistic regression. Results: The proportion of adherence to LF treatment in Eastern Indonesia was 73.1%. Respondent characteristics that influenced LF treatment compliance were age group > 24 (aOR = 1.374, 95% CI: 1.305-1.447), female (aOR = 1.307, 95% CI: 1.263-1.353), all educated respondent status (aOR = 2.152, 95% CI: 2.043-2.268), and all employed respondents (aOR = 1.437, 95% CI: 1.365 - 1.512). Married respondents and those with all levels of wealth status were less likely to take LF drug treatment. Conclusion: Policy focus on improving LF treatment compliance among the younger male, the less educated, the unemployed, and those with lower social economic status. Craniopharyngiomas are rare, slow growing tumors arising along the craniopharyngeal duct. The incidence of craniopharyngioma was 0.13 per 100,000 persons per year. Intratumoral hemorrhage is a serious complication that can mimic pituitary tumor apoplexy, a life-threatening condition. In this report, We presented a case of a 20-year-old male with 3 days of decreased consciousness, with a history of worsening headaches, vomiting, blurry vision, bitemporal hemianopia, and right-sided limb weakness. MRI findings revealed a mixed cystic and solid suprasellar mass with blooming artifacts and fluid-fluid levels on SWI strongly suggest craniopharyngiomas with intratumoral hemorrhage. Trans-petrosal surgery was performed, the lesion appeared intraoperatively as a firm, elastic mass with a hemorrhagic component. Further histopathological testing confirmed the diagnosis of craniopharyngioma with adamantinomatous subtype, which typically occurs in children and adults over 45. While in this patient's diagnosis at age 20 falls outside the usual range. This study highlights the possibility of adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma occurring in young adulthood and the role of imaging in diagnosing craniopharyngioma, including its detailed characteristics and the presence of intratumoral hemorrhage for early management and better patient outcome.

Background. In competitive sports, especially basketball, physical attributes such as agility, speed, strength, and power are crucial for performance. Objectives. This study aimed to examine the correlation between fat-free mass (FFM), countermovement jump (CMJ) power, and maximum hamstring force in female basketball athletes, providing insights that could enhance performance and reduce injury risk. Materials and methods. This observational cross-sectional study investigates the relationship between fat-free mass (FFM), power, and maximum hamstring force in 45 female basketball athletes. The Anderson-Darling test for assessing normality and Spearman’s correlation for non-normally distributed data were used to conduct the study. Results. Significant correlations were found between FFM and maximum hamstring force in the both right (r = 0.585, p < 0.001) and left legs (r = 0.522, p < 0.001), as well as between (CMJ) power and maximum hamstring force for both legs (right: r = 0.467, p = 0.001; left: r = 0.434, p = 0.003). Additionally, power was significantly correlated with jump height (r = 0.604, p < 0.001). Conclusions. These findings suggest that FFM and power are critical determinants of hamstring strength and explosive performance in female basketball athletes.

Background: The outbreak of foot and mouth disease (FMD) in Indonesia induces reproductive disorders in dairy cows that lead to economic losses to smallholder dairy farms. Aim: The study was to assess the influence of FMD on reproductive traits and evaluate the effect of gonadotropin hormone-releasing hormone (GnRH) administrations on the reproductive performance in FMD-infected dairy cows. Methods: The study was conducted in Jemowo village, Taman Sari sub-district, Boyolali district, Central Java, Indonesia. A total of 155 cows were used to identify the reproductive disorders on FMD-infected dairy cows aged 2 to 10 years old. Cows were raised in similar conditions and fed diets. A single dose of 2 ml GnRH was injected intramuscularly into 96 ovarian disorder cows. Reproductive performance was measured by service per conception (S/C), conception rate (CR), and pregnancy rate (PR). A descriptive study was conducted to demonstrate the results. Results: The study showed that FMD-infected cows had reproductive disorders (61.9%), whereby 53.5% ovarian hypofunction, 4.52% silent heat, 1.94% repeat breeder, 1.29% ovarian atrophy, and 0.65% endometritis. FMD-infected cows injected with GnRH had a 98% reproductive recovery rate. Moreover, the S/C, CR, and PR of cows injected with GnRH were 2.02, 51%, and 85%. Conclusion: GnRH administrations enhanced the reproductive traits of FMD-infected dairy cows indicated by the improvement of CR and PR. [Open Vet J 2024; 14(8.000): 2079-2084]

This paper examines the potential of nighttime light (NTL) data as an alternative data source to predict the number of money laundering events. The study is based on the assumption that money laundering as one of financial crime categories is linked to economic development, and previous research has explored the relationship between NTL and both economic data and crime. Panel regression analysis with random effects was used to investigate the potential of NTL data to estimate money laundering activity, which was measured using Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) data as a proxy variable. The results suggest that NTL data can be a promising tool for estimating money laundering activity, providing new insights into the use of alternative data sources in predicting this illegal activity. The findings of this research could also contribute to the development of more effective anti-money laundering strategies by law enforcement and policymakers.

Facing is a common process in machining. Facing process error could be the result of a three-pin error in 3-2-1 principle. Measuring pin error is difficult to carry out periodically. This study discusses how to identify pin errors based on the objects deviation after facing using neural network and supporting vector regression. The facing process is carried out on two surfaces. The two processes separately modelled. First case is pin error value prediction based on object deviation at fifteen measuring points. Second case is pin error value prediction based on the deviation of the object at sixteen measuring points and the surface error represented by the pin error in the first case. The performance neural network model for case 1 and case 2 based on R2 score reaches 0.960 and 0.986. The support vector regression model for case 1 and case 2 reaches 0.9485 and 0.9921 of R2 score.

This study investigated the enhancement of cellulose content in Java grass (Cyperus rotundus) through microwave-assisted sulfuric acid pretreatment. The research involved soaking Java grass in varying concentrations of H2SO4 (1.5%, 3%, and 4.5%) and subjecting it to microwave irradiation at 2450 MHz for different durations (25, 35, and 45 minutes). The results showed that the highest cellulose content of 43.61% was achieved with a 1.5% H2SO4 solution for 45 minutes, representing a 90.3% increase from the pre-treatment level of 22.91%. The microwave-assisted pretreatment effectively disrupted the lignocellulosic structure, reduced cellulose crystallinity, and increased biomass surface area, thereby enhancing enzymatic hydrolysis. However, an anomaly was observed in the lignin content, which increased from 14.3% to 36.65% post-treatment, likely due to errors in lignin determination and the formation of pseudo-lignin.

Background: Bacterial meningoencephalitis presents significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges with high morbidity and mortality in pediatric populations worldwide. The early and precise identification of the etiology of these infections is essential for effective treatment and better patient results. Traditional diagnostic methods, while effective, can be time-consuming. This manuscript aims to evaluate the accuracy of serum procalcitonin (PCT), cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), and CSF lactate as biomarkers in pediatric bacterial meningoencephalitis. Methods: From March 2021 to November 2023, a cross-sectional study was conducted at Dr. Sardjito General Hospital, a tertiary referral hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. One hundred ninety-seven patients underwent complete clinical and laboratory examinations before being divided into bacterial and non-bacterial groups based on CSF culture results and cytochemical profiles. The diagnostic accuracy was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic curve using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Results: Serum PCT, CSF NLR, and CSF lactate levels showed a notable increase in the bacterial meningoencephalitis group (mean = 4.63 ± 5.52 ng/ml, 4.39 ± 6.68, and 3.59 ± 2.38 mmol/l, respectively) compared to the viral/aseptic group (mean = 0.51 ± 0.88 ng/ml, 0.33 ± 0.95, and 2.25 ± 2.33 mmol/l, respectively) (P < 0.001). Serum PCT and CSF NLR combined measurement had high sensitivity (86.4%) and specificity (88.6%), with an area under the curve of 0.929 (95% confidence interval, 0.873–0.985), surpassing other tested biomarkers. Conclusion: The findings suggest that combining serum PCT and CSF NLR could be beneficial for early diagnosis, potentially allowing timely, targeted treatment and differentiating between bacterial and non-bacterial infections, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Perencanaan fire alarm dan pemadam kebakaran pada Gedung Dekanat 7 lantai Universitas Tidar Mertoyudan dilakukan karena terdapat risiko kebakaran yang upaya penanggulangannya sulit dilakukan. Dalam menyelesaikan perencanaan ini memerlukan beberapa tahapan yang mencakup studi literatur, pengumpulan data dan pengolahan data. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sesuai SNI 03-3985-2000 membutuhkan detektor asap 82 unit, sesuai SNI 03-3989-2000 membutuhkan sprinkler 129 unit, volume air yang dibutuhkan 232 m3, Ground Water Tank (GWT) berkapasitas 300 m3, daya pompa yang dibutuhkan yaitu daya pompa elektrik 36 kW, pompa jockey 3,6 kW, dan pompa diesel 140 HP. Perhitungan perencanaan fire alarm dan pemadam kebakaran ini telah sesuai dengan peraturan dan standar diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keselamatan penghuni serta melindungi aset-aset berharga.

Ovarian follicle dinamycs and estrogen concentration interrelated to cow reproduction traits. Some previous studies said that preovulatory follicle directly related to estrogen concentration which induce estrous quality, and increasing pregnancy rate when artificial insemination happened. Another important factor to optimizing reproduction performance is altitude. Here in Indonesia these factors has not been studied further in PO cows. A total of 24 Peranakan Ongole (PO) cows, 12 cows from highlands or mountains of Kalibawang, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta, Indonesia and 12 cows from lowlands or lowland of Galur District, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta, Indonesia selected based on criterias; these cows ever had calves, not pregnant, 3-8 years old, have a Body Condition Score (BCS) of 2.5-3.5, in the peak phase of estrus and not experienced reproductive problems. The diameter of the cow ovarian follicles were examined using ultrasound and sera were taken to calculated the estrogen concentration using ELISA, meanwhile the NSPC taken from recording and farmer interview. Objectives. The study aimed to use a literature review methodology to ascertain the effect of regular exercise on cardiovascular health. Materials and methods. This review inquiry adhered to PRISMA guidelines for systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Studies had to be published between June 2022 and June 2024. The following search terms were used: (1) regular exercise; (2) cardiovascular health. This study’s data source was the Scopus search engine. Results. A total of six articles were identified from the 229 search results in the database that were modified to meet the specified requirements According to the results of this systematic review, regular exercise has a positive impact on cardiovascular health, reducing the incidence of morbidity and mortality, improving prognosis, and lowering the risk of heart disease. Conclusions. The findings indicate that the practice of regular exercise has been proven to have a beneficial effect on cardiovascular health. Thus, engaging in regular exercise can significantly enhance physical well-being and improve the cardiovascular condition.

The decline in financial performance in a company is often caused due to a weak corporate governance system. Therefore, this research aimed to assess the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance, Profitability and Institutional Ownership on Corporate Financial Performance with Dividend Policy as a Moderating Variable. This research was conducted over a 4-year period, namely 2019-2022. The research population consists of State-Owned Public Enterprise companies that are listed on the IDX during the period of 2019-2022. A sample of State-Owned Enterprises companies listed on the IDX that satisfy all the criteria for this research is selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used uses a panel data regression model to test the effect of each variable on the company's financial performance. The research findings show that, while profitability does influence the financial performance of a company, the presence of an audit committee, an independent board of commissioners, or institutional ownership does not have a significant impact. In addition, when adjusted for dividend policy, the influence of the audit committee, profitability, and institutional ownership on the financial performance of the company is not significant. Conversely, the dividend policy adhered to by the independent board of commissioners impacts the financial performance of the company. The implication of this study for State-Owned Enterprises can utilize this research to be wiser in choosing corporate governance policies that are in accordance with the company so that there is no decline in the company's financial performance.

Context: The chronic diabetes mellitus (DM) condition may lead to diabetic wounds that increase morbidity in patients. Ipomoea reptans Poir leaves have been widely reported to possess anti-diabetic activity due to their flavonoid contents. To enhance drug penetration, a nanoemulgel preparation was formulated. Aims: This study aimed to evaluate the activity of nanoemulgel preparations of Ipomoea reptans Poir leaf extract on diabetic and non-diabetic wound-healing using male Wistar rats. Settings and Design: This research was an experimental study with a post-test only control group design. Materials and Methods: The rats (n = 32) were randomly divided into two groups: diabetic (induced by 40 mg/kg BW STZ) and non-diabetic model. Each model consisted of four groups: normal, positive control, I. reptans leaf extract (IRLE), and nanoemulgel of I. reptans leaf extract (NIRLE). All the animals studied were shaved from the back, and a 2.5 × 0.5 cm full-thickness excision wound was made. IRLE and NIRLE were administered daily and observed for the wound-healing process. Statistical Analysis Used: The one-way analysis of variance with the Tukey post-hoc test was used for the statistical analysis. Results: A NIRLE formulation has been developed to produce a preparation that meets the physical requirements. IRLE and NIRLE possessed wound-healing activity in normal and diabetic rat models. However, the wound-healing process in diabetic rats treated with NIRLE was faster than those with IRLE. Conclusions: NIRLE increased the activity of wound-healing effect of I. reptans leaves on diabetic rats in comparison with the extract form.

Introduction: Acute pancreatitis in pregnancy (APIP) is a rare case. The mortality rate for pregnant women due to pancreatitis is reported at 37 percent and fetal mortality rate is up to 60percent. Hypertriglyceridemia (4percent-10percent) is known as the third most common cause of acute pancreatitis. There is one study reported that hypertriglyceridemia-induced acute pancreatitis (HTGP) reached up to 56percent of APIP cases. CasePresentation: A 33-year-old woman, GIIIP2002 32/33 weeks came with shortness of breath, preceded by severe heartburn, nausea and fever. There was a decrease in consciousness, with high blood pressure, and tachycardia. The patient had no history of high blood pressure during routine ANC. From the laboratory results, leukocytes were 22,670/pL, random blood sugar level 713 mg/dL, severe metabolic acidosis on the results of blood gas analysis, amylase was 1,004.8 U/L, lipase was 899.4 U/L, and triglyceride was 789 mg/dL. From the results of an abdominal CT scan with contrast, were consistent with the description of acute pancreatitis. Discussion: In pregnant patients with severe heartburn, with no previous history of high blood pressure, it may be suspected to be caused by an acute pancreatitis. If there are no risk factors of alcohol abuse, hypertiglyceridemia can be suspected as the cause. Triglycerides normally increase during pregnancy, but their values do not reach a concentration that can cause an acute pancreatitis. Conclusion: Patients with risk factors for increased triglycerides, both in patients and families, require strict monitoring. Purpose: This research aims to prove and test empirically how financial performance and Maqashid Syariah impact a company's reputation with Islamic corporate social responsibility (ICSR) as a moderating variable. This study focuses on Sharia Commercial Bank companies registered in Indonesia from 2019 to 2020. Method: This research used a random sample method and took 28 samples from companies over two years. Data analysis uses the panel data regression testing method and the Eviews10 analysis tool. Results: The results of this research show that financial performance has an effect on corporate reputation, and Maqashid Syariah has no effect. Furthermore, Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility can control the relationship between financial performance and corporate reputation, but cannot control the relationship between Maqashid Syariah and corporate reputation. Implications: This research provides implications for the development of accounting science, especially company performance relating to ICSR, and practical contributions in considering ICSR in creating a company reputation. Novelty: The novelty of this research is testing Maqasid Syariah with ICSR as moderation in determining Corporate Reputation with the consideration that the highest form of human responsibility is being responsible to Allah SWT. Therefore, by including Maqashid Syariah and ICSR it will provide novelty in its implications for science and practice.

Assessment of balaghoh learning in universities is still in the category of low-level thinking skills. The test instruments still ask for understanding, the number of types, and other basic questions. This research aims to provide an innovative test based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for assessing balaghoh learning at the Islamic Religious College (STAI) Masjid Syuhada Yogyakarta. This field research is qualitative, with a case study type. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, focus group discussions, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Balaghoh assessment instrument used has implemented HOTS cognitive level tests. However, there are only 3 test items that are included in the HOTS domain. This shows the limited number of HOTS items used in the assessment. Through this study, the researcher innovated a test instrument containing 14 HOTS items to test students' ability to analyze and evaluate sentence structure from the perspective of balaghoh science and create kalām-kalām (baligh) according to instructions. The innovation of this test instrument is explained with a description of the implementation of each item that contains the HOTS cognitive domain so that it can be understood and used for the development of balaghoh test instruments. Abstrak Penilaian pembelajaran balaghoh di perguruan tinggi masih dalam kategori kemampuan berpikir tingkat rendah. Instrumen tes masih menanyakan pengertian, jumlah jenis dan pertanyaan dasar lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi tes berbasis HOTS dalam menilai pembelajaran balaghoh di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Syuhada (STAI) Masjid Yogyakarta. Penelitian lapangan ini bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, diskusi kelompok terkhusus, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian balaghoh yang digunakan telah menerapkan tes tingkat kognitif HOTS. Namun hanya terdapat 3 butir soal tes yang masuk dalam ranah HOTS. Hal ini menunjukkan terbatasnya butir soal HOTS yang digunakan dalam penilaian. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti membuat inovasi instrumen tes yang memuat 14 butir soal HOTS untuk menguji kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menganalisis dan mengevaluasi struktur kalimat dengan prespektif ilmu balaghoh dan menciptakan kalām-kalām (baligh) sesuai instruksi. Inovasi instrumen tes ini dijelaskan dengan gambaran pelaksanaan setiap butir soal yang memuat ranah kognitif HOTS sehingga dapat dipahami dan digunakan untuk pengembangan instrumen tes balaghoh.

The Aglaonema type and quality is difficult to identify due to leaf pattern variety. For this reason, a technique is developed to classify Aglaonema types from leaf images. The Aglaonema is identified using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) technique. The LBP recognizes objects in the form of pixel neighbor patterns in binary code, which is sensitive to the radius (R) and the number of neighbors (P) pixels. In this article we will study the appropriate radius and number of neighbors so that the LBP code becomes an accurate abject texture attribute. Experimentally, R is varied from 1 to 5 while P is varied from 4 to 24 pixels. Two types of Aglaonema with two varieties taken from each type were used to test the accuracy of the LBP code. The accuracy of the classification results is carried out with the help of K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). The results show that the greater the number of neighbors in determining the LBP code, the more accurate the classification results. Neighbors with a total of 18 have a stable accuracy reaching a total of 79%. Increasing the number of neighbors does not significantly affect accuracy. The neighbor radius affects the batik type of Aglaonema, the wider the neighbor area, the accuracy increases up to 84%, but for the Lipstick type, the best accuracy is obtained when R=3. By choosing the right R and P, the types of Aglaonema batik and Lipstick can be differentiated well.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik yang dimiliki oleh para atlet yang bertanding di Klub Bola Voli TVRI Medan Putra. Strategi yang digunakan adalah metode survei, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui prosedur tes dan pengukuran. Atlet yang tergabung dalam Klub TVRI Putra Kota Medan didekati dengan menggunakan metode sampel lengkap untuk mengumpulkan data dari mereka. Jumlah sampel yang dikumpulkan untuk investigasi ini terdiri dari dua puluh enam atlet. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi hal-hal berikut ini: tes lari 60 meter, yang digunakan untuk menentukan kecepatan; expanding dynamometer, yang digunakan untuk menentukan kekuatan otot lengan dan bahu; tes sit-up 30 detik, yang digunakan untuk menentukan kekuatan otot perut; leg dynamometer, yang digunakan untuk menentukan kekuatan otot kaki; back dynamometer, yang digunakan untuk menentukan kekuatan otot punggung; tes lompat tegak, yang digunakan untuk menentukan daya ledak otot tungkai; tes sit and reach, yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi fleksibilitas; tes kelincahan halang rintang heksagonal digunakan untuk mengevaluasi ketangkasan; dan tes langkah Harvard digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja daya tahan jantung-paru. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu dalam bentuk persentase, adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil kondisi fisik atlet bola voli putra yang bertanding untuk Klub TVRI Kota Medan terbagi dalam beberapa kategori sebagai berikut: kategori 'sangat kurang' sebanyak 3,8% dari total keseluruhan, kategori 'kurang' sebanyak 34,6% dari total keseluruhan, kategori 'sedang' sebanyak 23,0% dari total keseluruhan, kategori 'baik' sebanyak 34,6% dari total keseluruhan, dan kategori 'sangat baik' sebanyak 3,8% dari total keseluruhan.

Introduction: Ensuring access to clean and safe drinking water is crucial, especially in flood-prone regions where the water quality in dug wells can deteriorate due to various physicochemical factors. This research was aimed to measure the effectiveness of natural materials in improving water quality based on physicochemical parameters and to compare water quality before and after treatment in Astambul Subdistrict of Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Methods: The study involved a survey of 192 private boreholes and dug wells across five villages in the Astambul Subdistrict, with 30 samples selected for detailed analysis. Key physicochemical parameters analyzed included total dissolved solids (TDS), dissolved oxygen (DO), turbidity, and total suspended solids (TSS). TDS, with a standard limit of 50 mg/L, served as a primary water quality indicator. DO, essential for gauging water oxygenation, and was measured as it results from photosynthesis and atmospheric absorption. Turbidity was assessed using a turbidimeter to determine water clarity, and a UV-vis Spectrophotometer 2008 was utilized to measure levels of iron (Fe) and mangasene (Mn). Results and Discussion: The findings demonstrated that coconut shells, husks, and water hyacinths improved water quality across physical and chemical parameters. Statistical analysis using t-tests showed improvements in these parameters after treatment. For example, DO levels increased in multiple villages, with the highest percentage in Kaliukan Village (59.2%) and decreases in turbidity and TSS. Conclusion: The study concluded that coconut shells, husks, and water hyacinths have potential to enhance physicochemical quality of water.

ABSTRACT. The interaction between herbal remedies and drugs is a fascinating phenomenon that might cause therapeutic complications in patients. Warfarin is an anticoagulant drug that provides anti-blood-clotting effects by inhibiting the formation of vitamin K-dependent coagulation factors, and warfarin interacts with the nuclear receptor PXR, subsequently modulating cytochrome P450 during the metabolism process. St. John's wort, an herbal medicine with antidepressant effects, can alter the pharmacokinetics of warfarin. Thymoquinone is one of the active compounds in N. sativa and has pharmacological activities such as anticoagulant, antidiabetic, diuretic, antidepressant, and anti-inflammatory effects. In this study, we investigated the compounds in Nigella sativa (N. sativa) against pregnane X receptor (PXR) and evaluated the impact of thymoquinone (TQ) administration on PXR expression in HepG2 cells. The molecular docking analysis was conducted utilizing the Molecular Operating Environment (MOE) with the PXR (PDB ID: 7AXJ). At the same time, the PXR gene expression was measured using RT-PCR instruments. The RMSD value in docking represents the deviation criteria between the native ligand position and the redocking position result, indicating the capability of MOE and PDB qualification for performing molecular docking. The docking analysis showed that warfarin had the strongest binding energy (7AXJ -6.0507) by forming hydrogen binding type on Arg410. Despite TQ being the major component, it also displayed a high affinity for the two PDB IDs (7AXJ -4.5962). Furthermore, the concurrent administration of warfarin and TQ (19.27 μM) in HepG2 cells showed a significant reduction in the relative mRNA expression of the PXR gene. Given the above-mentioned findings, our study adequately enables us to predict the mechanism behind herb-drug interactions (HDIs) implicating N. sativa, specifically the TQ compound to warfarin metabolism via the activation of the PXR receptor. Rhizospheric fungi can have serve as biological agents against plant pathogens Alternaria alternata, which infects carrot plants. Rhizospheric fungi are more abundant in organic lands. This study aims to isolate fungi from organic carrot’s rhizosphere that are able to suppress A. alternata’s growth and determine isolate rhizospheric fungi ability to inhibit A. alternata to identify potential biological control agents against A. alternata. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Biotechnology and Basic Biology, Diponegoro University, between January–June 2023. Research methods include survey location, soil sampling, rhizospheric fungi isolation, pathogenic fungi isolation, creating growth curve, pathogenicity tests, antagonism tests, and fungi identification. This study used a complete randomized design (CRD) and was analyzed using ANOVA at the 5% level of significance and Duncan's hoc-posttest. Fungi isolation from organic carrot plant’s rhizosphere resulted in 13 isolates consisting of six genera: Penicillium, Aspergillus, Paecilomyces, Myrothecium, Trichoderma, and Simplicillium. The antagonism test showed that eight antagonistic isolates, including the genus Penicillium (WO1, WO6, WO10), Paecilomyces (WO5), Myrothecium (WO7), Trichoderma (WO9), and Aspergillus (WO11, WO13), where WO1, WO6, WO10, and WO11 have a medium percentage of inhibition (44.12-57.84%), while WO5, WO7, WO9, and WO13 have a high percentage of inhibition (64.29-76.06%). The eight isolates showed antagonism mechanisms, including antibiosis (WO1, WO5, WO6, WO7, WO10, and WO11) and parasitism (WO9 and WO13).

Digital transformation has become essential for all organizations as innovation and digital technology continue to evolve. This research focuses on the impact of organizational agility on digital transformation in the government sector, as well as the role of Collaborative Knowledge Creation (CKC), innovation, and Digital Transformational Leadership (DTL) as antecedents and factors that influence organizational agility. Quantitative research using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method began in 2023. The unit of analysis involved 103 work units in government organizations that focus on the development of science and technology (S&T). The results of this study show that the role of organizational agility can improve digital transformation in the government sector, and the role of innovation and DTL as antecedents and factors, can affect organizational agility. This shows that in driving change towards digital transformation in organizations, the role of organizational agility is very important. This research has managerial implications for government organizations, especially organizational leaders and work unit leaders in building digital transformation. Organizational leaders must realize that implementing sound management strategies fostering organizational agility, including designing adaptive policies, cultivating a responsive organizational culture, and establishing structures that promote collaboration and innovation can facilitate government organizations digital transformation.

The consumption of fluoride below the safe limit can result in dental caries, while high concentrations can lead to fluorosis, which can potentially impair the body's systems. One geological factor that influences the concentration of fluoride in water is the type of rock through which the water passes, including granite and its weathering products. The area is located within the Tandjungbuku Formation, which is predominantly composed of granite rock and contains several areas with Mining Business Permits (IUP) for commodities such as silica sand. This research serves as a form of mitigation in response to mining activities, post-mining, and the development of an industrial area. One anticipated impact is an increase in fluoride concentration in the research area, originating from both natural geological processes and human activities. The investigation involved geological mapping, petrographic analysis, XRD, and XRF analysis. Water sampling was conducted for both surface water and groundwater from wells in Resang Tandjungbuku Village. The research area consists of two rock units: granite, which acts as a non-aquifer layer, and colluvial deposits, which function as a free aquifer. Petrographic analysis identified minerals associated with fluoride, such as plagioclase, amphibole, and biotite. This was supported by XRD analysis with the presence of biotite, muscovite and kaoline minerals. XRF results revealed fluoride values in granite rock at 0.23% or 2300 ppm, further confirming granite as a source of fluoride. Analysis of fluoride in surface water showed values ranging from 0.01 to 4.24 mg/L, while groundwater consistently had a value of 0.01 mg/L.

The unsustainable use of wildlife increases the risk of species extinction. In biodiversity-rich Indonesia, information on the scale of wildlife use is limited and requires further study. To address this, we explored the potential of text messaging (short message service; SMS) surveys to investigate levels and spatial patterns of domestic wildlife use, using songbird keeping and shark consumption as case studies because of their widespread occurrence in all 34 Indonesian provinces. We sent 340,000 messages for each survey during October–November 2018 and incentivized responses with a mobile data package as reward. We obtained survey response rates of 1.4% (songbird ownership) and 1.5% (shark consumption). Our results revealed an estimated 175.7 million songbirds being kept by 35% (80.4–86.6 million) of the Indonesian population and 33.5 million people (14% of the Indonesian population) to have consumed shark products in their lifetime. We identified hotspots of songbird ownership in several provinces in Java, corroborating previous findings, and new ones in the North Sumatra province, for example. The provinces of Maluku, Aceh and East Nusa Tenggara had the highest numbers of reported shark consumers per 1,000 people. Responses indicated a wide variety of shark products being consumed, highlighting the need for in-depth research to understand the explanatory factors behind these practices. These findings demonstrate the potential of SMS surveys to be a cost-effective approach for conducting large-scale studies on wildlife consumption patterns over a short period of time.

This research aims to find out how technology adoption factors mediate information compatibility, organizational and environmental factors, and their influence on employee digital skills for MSMEs to advance to class. This research uses a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. Where primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google forms with a sample of 45 respondents from the total permanent employees at Naruna Keramik Salatiga. This research uses outer relation data analysis techniques or measurement models. The results of this research show that the technology adoption factor mediates the significant influence of information compatibility and organization on digital skills. Technology adoption cannot mediate the significant influence of the environment on digital skills. Information compatibility and organization have a direct influence on digital skills. The environment does not have a direct influence on digital skills.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of menu diversity, prices and Islamic business ethics on consumer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using primary data. Data collection uses direct methods, such as data obtained from the field or sources. The object of this research is at BPK's young goat satay restaurant. H. Masyhudi Blotongan, Salatiga. The population in this study were all buyers at the Mashhudi young goat satay restaurant. And the number of samples used is part of the population using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is a regression analysis technique which is processed using SPSS. The results of this research based on the t test show that menu diversity has an insignificant negative effect on satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Islamic business ethics has a significant positive effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on loyalty. Menu diversity has an insignificant negative effect on loyalty. Price has an insignificant negative effect on consumer loyalty. Islamic business ethics has an insignificant negative effect on consumer loyalty. Menu diversity has an insignificant negative effect on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Price has a significant positive effect on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. Islamic business ethics has a significant positive effect on loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

This research explores the interconnected relationship between e-service quality, customer trust, and loyalty in the context of Indonesian e-commerce, focusing specifically on the Shopee platform. Analyzing data from 279 Shopee users, the study examines the influence of website design, customer service, security, and fulfillment on e-service quality and their subsequent impact on trust and loyalty. Employing a purposive sampling approach and SEM-PLS inferential analysis, the findings reveal the significant impact of website design on shaping e-service quality. At the same time, customer service and security do not show significant effects. Interestingly, efficient fulfillment emerges as a critical determinant in boosting e-service quality. The study further emphasizes the significant role of e-service quality in fostering customer loyalty, both directly and indirectly, through the mediation of e-customer trust. These insights provide actionable takeaways for e-commerce players, paving the way for strategic maneuvers and sustained success in Indonesia's competitive e-commerce market.
