In work it is provided that early and productive detection of АRDS at patients is justified to carry out on the basis of the following data having diagnostic value which are rational for using in the following sequence: emergence time (the acute beginning within the first 72 hours), a disturbing factor, IO and also results of a computer tomography of bodies of a thorax. It is revealed that the radiographic research of lungs can be used in diagnostics of АRDS at patients as an auxiliary method, in combination with abovementioned criteria.

In work it is presented that application of infusional therapy for patients with heavy traumatic shock at a prehospital stage is not only pathogenetic expedient, but also authentically reasonable component of antishock treatment. It is revealed that the most effective option of volemichesky compensation at patients with heavy traumatic shock at pre-hospital and hospital stages of treatment is application sterofundin isotonic and 4% the modified gelatin.

The study objective is to examine the structure and characteristics of secondary employment of medical university students. The authors carry out a survey of students of Omsk State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia by continuous questionnaire survey technique. The questions of the questionnaire were aimed at socio-demographic identification of students. 2 330 (59,6 %) respondents participated in the survey of 3 906 students studying in the organization. According to the survey results 24,7 % (576) of students of OSMU work in their free time, while 12,6 % (294) work in medical sphere. Employed students are more common among married respondents compared to unmarried ones (55,9 and 29,1 % respectively, χ2 = 55.53, p < 0.001, Pearson). There is a growing trend in the proportion of employed students from the 1st year to 5th year (11,9 and 41,8 %, respectively). The same dynamics is revealed in the proportion of employed respondents in medicine (4,4 and 28,8 %, respectively). Respondents studying at the Preventive Medicine Department are employed in the medical field significantly less likely than other departments (χ2 = 30,04, p < 0.001, Pearson). The share of employed OSMU students increases while moving up the educational ladder. At the same time, employed students are 2 times more common among married students. The proportion of employed students of the Faculty of Dentistry of the 3rd and 5th yersis much higher compared to other faculties. Medical and Preventive Faculty students show the lowest rates with respect to employment in the medical field in their free time.

Based on the methodological practice of oral history, as well as the method of in-depth interviews, the article reveals factors, content and results of the development of the socio-cultural and professional identity within the academic and teacher community consisting of the post-war generation born in 1943–1953. It establishes that markers of the identity of the generation include joint historical experience, models, and programs of socialization cultivated during the Soviet era, general life experience in the process of professional communication. When reconstructing the socio-cultural identity of baby boomers, the authors take into account the thesis, according to which the differentiation of generations is due to the experience of significant historical events, perceived as historical caesura. It also establishes that crises, scientific revolutions, socio-political innovations that influence many age groups are experienced differently in the certain phase of a certain generation. This study identifies the stages of the development of the communicative consent of the representatives of the baby boomer generation, the ethical principles of community contacts in the context of the socio-cultural background of the 2nd half of the 20th century. The authors pay particular attention to intergenerational communication, which defined the system of moral and ethical ideas of baby boomers, influenced the choice of strategies and practices of social behavior in the conditions of generally accepted norms of the USSR.

The paper presents that the correlation analysis revealed reliable links between the following predictors associated with death in patients with severe traumatic shock: lactate/ACTV, lactate/pH venous blood, body temperature/pH venous blood, вody temperature/lactate, ACTV/Ca ionized. No significant links were found between body temperature and ACTV.

A series of silica mesoporous molecular sieves SBA-15 with a 7.7 ± 0.8 nm pore diameter, the surface of which is hydrophobized with methylsilyl groups, and polymethylsiloxane derivatives with a 1.6 ± 0.8 nm pore diameter were obtained. These sieves are characterized by X-ray phase analysis, adsorption of nitrogen at 77 K and water at 293 K, as well as IR spectroscopy. It is established that there is a significant resistance to water intrusion (absorption) only in the case of substances characterized by the nitrogen adsorption potential value ∆μ0 ≤ 6.4 kJ/mol. The studied systems can be used as “molecular springs” in shock load damping devices due to their functional properties.

The article examines the influence of family upbrining on the socialization of the post-war generation in the context of generational discourse. Based on the theory of generations, such an impact concerns, first, the value-semantic sphere: moral ideals, attitudes, civic and individual values. The authors of the article use the materials of an in-depth unstructured interview based on the methodology of oral history and build their conclusions about the importance of the family for the formation of a social generation on a wide range of sources.

The set of compositions with Fe2+ in the system NaxFex/2Ti2–x/2O4 has been prepared by solid-state reactions in the inert atmosphere at 1050 °С. The oxidation state of iron was confirmed using the XANES method. Na0.88Fe0.44Ti1.56O4 is the new four-element compound in Na2O–“FeO”–TiO2 system. According to the X-ray powder data, it is orthorhombic, Pnma, a = 9.3624(1), b = 2.96718(4), c = 11.3435(1) A and has the same structure as Na0.9Fe0.9Ti1.1O4 with Fe3+. The structure was refined by the Rietveld method. The 3D-framework of (Fe, Ti)O6 octahedra contains quadruple rutile-like chains and sodium ions in double tunnels. Fe/Ti partial ordering in the framework and sodium distribution in the tunnels were studied additionally using the method of bond valence sums and Voronoi tessellation. The structure and composition of Na0.88Fe0.44Ti1.56O4 make it a promising material for cathode application.

The influence of the W-doping on the martensitic transformation, magnetic properties and exchange bias (EB) effect in the Ni

В работе рассмотрены вопросы разработки и анализа математической модели динамики круглой сэндвич-пластины, установленной на инерционном упругом основании. Пластина является стенкой канала, в котором находится тонкий слой вязкой жидкости. Давление в слое жидкости изменяется за счет заданной пульсации давления на контуре канала и ее сдавливания колеблющейся сэндвич-пластиной. Сформулирована и решена задача гидроупругости, состоящая из уравнений Навье-Стокса, уравнения неразрывности, динамических уравнений круговой сэндвич-пластины, дополненных граничными условиями. В рамках предложенной модели движение вязкой жидкости изучалось как ползучее. Модель разработана для стационарных осесимметричных изгибных и продольных колебаний сэндвич пластины в условиях гармонического изменения давления жидкости по времени. Для описания кинематика сэндвич-пластин использована гипотеза ломаной нормали, предложенная в работах Э.И. Старовойтова и Д.В. Леоненко. Найдены гидродинамические параметры слоя жидкости, в том числе его напряжения. Разработанная математическая модель представляет собой систему уравнений дляисследования радиальных и изгибных колебаний трехслойной пластины. Ее решение осуществлено методом Фурье в виде рядов. Исследованы гидроупругие колебания пластины на основной моде. В частности, построены и исследованы амплитудно-частотные характеристики круглой сэндвич-пластины.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of modern special education – history of the development of education of children with children orthopedic impairments in Ukraine. Historical and pedagogical studies of the formation and development of the education system of children with children orthopedic impairments are an important source for reforming the system of special education in the realities of the New Ukrainian School, can help determine the prospects of providing quality education to children of the specified nosology, the development of the science of orthopedics. The purpose of the article is to highlight the process of the formation of a system of education of children with children orthopedic impairments in Ukraine in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. The author analyzes the ways of providing education to children with children orthopedic impairments during the specified period. The problems of the activity of medical and pedagogical offices are considered and their main tasks are defined. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, conclusions were drawn about the main directions of activity of the medical-pedagogical offices in the issues of diagnostics, study, differentiation, and assistance to children with life-limiting activities. The end of the nineteenth and the beginning of the twentieth century, rich in historical events, the years of revolutions, national liberation competitions in Ukraine, new pedagogical searches have sharpened the attention of the society to the problems of caring, education, training, and rehabilitation of children with disorders of the musculoskeletal system. This period is marked by a change in attitude towards children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. In the nineteenth century, not only learning but also the right to education became more aware. There is an involvement of persons with impaired functions of the musculoskeletal system to work in enterprises (the impact of the industrial revolution, the end of the industrial revolution, bourgeois reforms in Russia). Issues of education, education of children of this category in the early twentieth century were actively studied and discussed. Only some attempts were made to organize the education of children with children orthopedic impairments, but no differentiated state system of their education was issued. In the course of scientific research, the following methods were used: the method of studying the scientific literature; method of theoretical analysis (generalization and systematization) in order to reveal the content of the study; comparative-historical method.

This article is devoted to the problem of determining the severity of the sagittal curvature in people with dolichognatic, mesognathic and brachygnathic structure of the jaws. Determination of sagittal curve is an important element of diagnosis and treatment planning in orthodontic and orthopedic dental clinics. It is given by measuring the distance between the occlusal surface of the teeth and the aesthetic plane in people with different types of jaw structure. As a result of the study it was revealed that each stoma type has a different degree of the severity of sagittal curvature. For a dolichognathic structure of jaws the sagittal curve has the highest degree, for people with a mesognathic structure of jaws-average degree, for people with brachygnathic type of a structure of jaws the sagittal curve has the smallest degree of expressiveness in difference from previous. In the present study, it is aimed to investigate the severity of the sagittal curve in people with dolichognathic, mesognathic, and brachygnatic types of jaw structure based on the survey conducted among 80 people.

Hardly decomposable aboveground and underground plant residues are a substrate for the Fusarium graminearum, F. moniliforme and other dangerous infections of subsequent crops in the crop rotation. For the period 2014-2020, an infection of grain with F. moniliforme increased in the Kursk region by 2.3 times; in Volgograd region by 3.7 times; in Rostov region by 8.7 times; and in the Stavropol Territory by 5.4 times. After treatment of plant residues of corn with biological preparation-sanator, a rhizoctonia disappeared from the winter wheat agrophytocenosis, and an occurrence of the F. moniliforme decreased by 2.5 times; a frequency of occurrence of pathogenic fungi F. moniliforme and F. avenaceum on the aerial parts of a plant was 20%, and on the plant residues 10% or less. A microbial colonization of the underground residues of sunflower and corn plants by F. moniliforme after harvesting was up to 30% for three years. Intra-soil pulse continuous-discrete robotic system for application of a biological plant protection product has been developed to increase an impact of biological plant protection product on phytopathogen into the plant residue and topsoil. The method provides priority plant protection from harmful biological objects, improving soil health, increasing plant productivity and product quality.

У статті розглянуто основні цілі ТНК, однією з яких є саме підвищення конкурентоспроможності. Розглянуто основні цілі та переваги транснаціональних корпорацій при їх оцінці. Проаналізовано методичні підходи до оцінки конкурентоспроможності: продуктові, що полягають в оцінці конкурентоспроможності продукції; матричні; операційні (теорія ефективної конкуренції) та методи визначення вартості бізнесу. На основі теорії ефективної конкуренції та одного з методів визначення вартості компанії розроблено вартісно-конкурентний підхід до управління конкурентоспроможністю ТНК. Запропонований підхід включає п’ять складових та чотирнадцять показників, що формують коефіцієнт конкурентоспроможності. Кожній складовій та показникам присвоюється певний коефіцієнт відповідно до пріоритетів компанії. Відокремлені складові коефіцієнту, а саме: виробнича, фінансова, маркетингова, продуктова та вартісна. Випробувано даний підхід при аналізі конкурентоспроможності найбільшого в світі виробника харчових продуктів – ТНК Nestle S.A. To evaluate the actual nutrition of children receiving orthodontic treatment with bracket systems, to develop recommendations for its correction. Nutrition composition was assessed using a software analyzing the frequency of food consumption. Two groups of children were distinguished: the main group (without dentoalveolar anomalies) and the comparison group (with bracket systems). The total sample size was 58 adolescents. It was found that in schoolchildren receiving orthodontic treatment the imbalance in the intake of macro- and micronutrients with diets is much higher than in schoolchildren of the main group. In the daily diet of the main group of children, adequate adequate energy value was noted (94.6% of the physiological requirements), in contrast to schoolchildren in the comparison group (76.7%). Diets in children of the main group are deficient in the content of total protein (90.1%) and carbohydrates (86.4%), and excess in fats (112.2%). In the comparison group, the intake of macronutrients with food averaged 77.7% of the norm. The limited use of certain foods in children with bracket systems has led to a significant deficit in diets of meat (70.0% of the recommended level of consumption), fish and seafood (37.6%), eggs (55.0%), bakery products (44.9%), potatoes (78.7%), vegetables (66.0%), fruits (51.6%). The installation of bracket systems for orthodontic treatment is necessary to eliminate dentoalveolar anomalies in children, but it becomes both a risk factor for the formation of nutritional disorders in patients and a risk factor for tooth enamel demineralization. Therefore, it is necessary to develop recommendations for correcting the nutrition of children during the period of orthodontic treatment.Оценить фактическое питание детей, получающих ортодонтическое лечение брекет-системами, для разработки рекомендаций по его коррекции. Для оценки питания была применена компьютерная тест-программа анализа частоты потребления пищи «Анализ состояния питания человека». Выделены две группы детей: основная (без зубочелюстных аномалии) и группа сравнения (с брекет-системами). Общая численность выборки составила 58 подростков. Установлено, что у школьников, получающих ортодонтическое лечение, дисбаланс поступления макро- и микронутриентов с рационами питания значительно выше, чем у школьников основной группы. В суточном рационе основной группы детей отмечалась достаточная адекватная энергетическая ценность (94,6% от норм физиологической потребности) в отличие от школьников группы сравнения (76,7%). Рационы питания у детей основной группы дефицитны по содержанию общего белка (90,1%) и углеводам (86,4%), избыточны по жирам (112,2%). В группе сравнения поступление макронутриентов с пищей в среднем составило 77,7% от нормы. Ограниченность использования в питании тех или иных продуктов у детей с брекет-системами привела к значительному дефициту в рационах мяса (70,0% от рекомендуемого уровня потребления), рыбы и морепродуктов (37,6%), яиц (55,0%), хлебобулочных изделий (44,9%), картофеля (78,7%), овощей (66,0%), фруктов (51,6%). Установка брекет-систем при ортодонтическом лечении является необходимой для устранения зубочелюстных аномалии у детей, однако становится как фактором риска формирования нарушений нутриентного состава питания у пациентов, так и фактором риска возникновения деминерализации эмали зубов. Следовательно, необходима разработка рекомендаций по коррекции питания детей на период прохождения ортодонтического лечения.

This paper dwells upon the basic models of switching equipment failures, namely on those of switches, as switches fail the most. It proves the necessity to consider the impact of such failures if the electric power transmission is to be assessed accurately. The author hereof have developed an cutset classification algorithm that takes into account the switch failures. The algorithm serves as the basis of an engineering method for finding how reliable the existing power transmission is so as to assess its structural reliability at minimum computational intensity. The paper further dwells upon how the cutset classification algorithm works in the context of switching equipment failures on a variety of test cases.

Martensitic transformation (MT), magnetic properties, and magnetocaloric effect (MCE) in Heusler-type Ni47Mn40Sn13−x Cd x (x= 0, 0.75, 1, 1.25 at. %) metamagnetic shape memory alloys (MetaMSMAs) are investigated, both experimentally and theoretically, as a function of doping with Cd. Ab-initio computations reveal that the ferromagnetic (FM) configuration is energetically more favorable in the cubic phase than the antiferromagnetic (AFM) state in undoped and doped alloys as well. Moreover, it is revealed that the alloys in the ground state exhibit a tetragonal structure confirming the existence of MT, in agreement with the experiments. It was indicated, both in theory and practice, that a reduction of the unit cell volume and an increase of the MT temperature as a function of the Cd doping. Indirect estimations of MCE in the vicinity of MT were carried out by using thermomagnetization curves measured under different magnetic fields up to 5 T. The results demonstrated that the doped alloys exhibit enhanced values of the inverse MCE comparable with those of Ni-Mn-based MetaMSMAs. Maximum magnetic entropy change in a field change of 2 T increases from 3.0 J .k g − 1 K − 1 for the undoped alloy to 3.4 and 5.0 J .k g − 1 K − 1 for the alloys doped with 0.75 and 1 at.% of Cd, respectively. The inverse and conventional MCE were explored by direct measurements of the adiabatic temperature change under the magnetic field change of 1.96 T. The Cd doping increased the maximum of inverse MCE by nearly 78% from 0.9 K to 1.6 K for the undoped and doped alloys, respectively. The results depicted that Cd doping can effectively tailor the structural, magnetic, and MCE properties of the Ni–Mn–Sn MetaMSMAs.

The influence of the W-doping on the martensitic transformation, magnetic properties and exchange bias (EB) effect in the Ni47Mn40Sn13−x W x (x = 0, 0.5, 1, 1.25 at.%) magnetic shape memory alloys has been investigated. It is found that the W-doping causes a simultaneous reduction of both the ferromagnetic (FM) exchange coupling and enhancement of the magnetic anisotropy, leading to a decrease of the magnetic moment of the low-temperature phase and to a higher attainable EB. The magnetic memory measurements reveal the presence of a glassy magnetic ground state, which can significantly impact the reduction of magnetization and enhancement of EB in the studied bulk alloys. It is argued that the glassy magnetic ground state originates from the partial magnetic disorder resulting from the correlation between the antiferromagnetic and FM states. The results demonstrate that the doping by W instead of Sn is an efficient tool to tailor the EB effect in the Ni–Mn–Sn-based Heusler alloys, whereby they are promising for spintronic applications.

The calculation of the fluid flow in the interscapular channel of a centrifugal impeller with a finite number of blades, the construction of the energy characteristics of the impeller and its optimization by the number of vanes are considered. The calculation consists of two parts: firstly, the determination of the theoretical pump head taking into account the effect of a finite number of vanes based on the analysis of the force interaction, and, secondly, the determination of hydraulic losses in the impeller by integrating the friction stresses over the limiting surfaces. The results from both parts are used to optimize the number of vanes in the pump impeller.

Realization of R&D projects is one of the factors of the enterprise’s competitiveness. Under the policy of import substitution in the domestic market, enterprises should pay great attention to planning R&D projects, assessing possible risks and minimizing development costs. A detailed development plan for R&D allows you to achieve the main criteria for the effectiveness of the R&D project: cost, timing, quality. To increase the efficiency of planning R&D projects, it was proposed to introduce new aspects of planning. The first aspect is the formation of the project portfolio, and not the consideration of each project separately, regardless of other projects. The second aspect is the development and implementation of its own automated project management system for research and development projects for the implementation of projects within the established budget and timeframe, prompt receipt of reporting information on projects, transparency of each work performed and the workload of each department at the current time and in the future. The article considers the process of making a decision on the implementation of the project, proposed a project prioritization factor to avoid outages and overload of personnel, and consider the concept of «control points». Process of decision-making has a several stages. Stages include the assessing of project efficiency, determining the priority according to target of project realization, analysis of the current load on projects, determining the level of necessary resource, also assessing the usage of resources including new projects. For project planning to considered several scenarios also, to analyses and define the shortcomings of the planning systems. Should to make some additional aspects for each project in apart, also as a whole for project portfolio.

The basic provisions of the mathematical model of a condenser-evaporator in relation to air separation units are considered. All influencing quantities are shown, the main component blocks are highlighted, and the sequence of their solution is given. The model is based on a joint solution of the equations of hydrodynamics and heat transfer for tubular apparatuses using iterative calculations to clarify the initial values of the determining parameters both within individual blocks and between blocks. Application of the model is possible for both design and verification calculations with minimal changes. The development of the considered model is associated with the adaptation of its algorithm to machine calculation. One of the main directions is the inclusion of a database of parameters of working substances in the field of vapor-liquid states with the ability to automatically search and transfer the required thermophysical parameters on the evaporation and condensation lines in the model.

The strength of the acid sites in isostructural hierarchical porous zeolites increases in the order BSiO < GaSiO < AlSiO, and the concentration in the structural types increases in the order MTW < BEA < MOR. Zeolite materials with BEA and MOR topology, which consist of nanocrystals with ultrathin-layer morphology, are characterized by a marked decrease of the adsorption potential compared with isostructural materials with nanorods or nanosphere morphology due to a 1.5-fold decrease in the isosteric heats of adsorption of triethylamine.

The photoluminescence of a nonequilibrium polariton condensate in cylindrical and rectangular micropillars etched on the surface of a high-Q GaAs microcavity is investigated in magnetic fields of up to 12 T. The measurements are carried out under different levels of nonresonant optical pumping with nanosecond laser pulses for a wide range of cavity detuning. As far as nonresonant excitation produces a high density of excitons in a reservoir, it should be expected that the exciton–polariton interaction, which depends on the pump level, has a considerable effect on the Zeeman splitting and polarization of the condensate. However, measurements of the Zeeman splitting and polarization in high magnetic fields demonstrate that only minor changes take place up to the highest available pump levels. This means that, in the case under study, the effect of exciton–polariton interaction on the polariton system is insignificant. At the same time, the data obtained provide an estimate for the exciton density in the reservoir. In contrast to cylindrical micropillars, the photoluminescence of the condensate in rectangular micropillars consists of two perpendicularly linearly polarized lines which retain a high degree of linear polarization even in a field as high as 12 T. The Zeeman splitting in this case is nearly independent of the pump power. The degrees of both circular and linear polarization change with pump power, but these changes are noticeably smaller than the ones predicted theoretically. This indicates that the system of polaritons in micropillars deviates considerably from thermodynamic equilibrium.
