南宁~玉林光缆通信工程是广西壮族自治区第一条长途光缆系统,也是目前我国最长的省内二级干线工程,全长260km,杆路架空敷设。其工作波长为1.3μm,采用六芯单模光缆;传输速率初期按34Mbit/s配置,终期可开通140Mbit/s系统,线路码型481H。此次开通主干电路近120路,60路区间通信电路全开满。全线共设南宁、玉林两终端站;贵港一个分路站;宾阳、黎塘、石南、六塘四个中继站;分南宁~贵港,贵港~玉林两个数字段。其公务和监控方式既可段内又能跨段进行。监控中心设在南宁,通过微机屏幕显示,对所有站别的光电设备实施集中控制管理。

武汉邮电科学研究院研制的三次群光电合架(GD/MF 34H)光线路复用终端机,于今年5月24日在浙江嘉兴邮电局开通并进网使用。此光传输系统是武汉邮电科学研究院按照目前我国邮电通信发展的特点并根据嘉兴局的实际需要研制生产的。本期工程以嘉兴局为母局并开通嘉兴~海盐、嘉兴~平湖、嘉兴~三水湾等四个系统。其光电合架端机的线路码型均采用1B1H插入比特方式,开通容量为720话路。用户可根据本地的实际情况与程控交换机配合逐渐扩容。本系统开通验收时,所有光电合架设备的传输特性、数据信道、公务通信等各项指标测

[Objective] The aims of this study are to monitor the deformation degree of check dam after flood season in semi-arid area of the Loess Plateau and find the abnormal condition of check dam timely and accurately, and to provide a more scientific and reliable technical method for the safety monitoring of check dams in the semi-arid region of the Loess Plateau. [Methods] The two check dams were scanned by a 3D laser scanner, and high-density, high-precision, continuous and complete 3D point cloud data were obtained. Then, the point cloud data were imported into HD Scene software for point cloud pre-processing, and finally, modeling and comparative analysis were performed by Cloud Compare and Geomagic Control software. [Results] The comparison of point cloud models between the two periods showed that the offset of a large number of point clouds in the Donggou check dam model was less than 0.05 cm and a small number of point clouds reached the maximum offset of 0.2 cm. The offset of a large number of point clouds in the Xigou check dam model was less than 0.1 cm, and a very small number of point clouds reached the maximum offset of 0.4 cm. The precipitation in flood season accounted for 77.34% of the whole year. After flood season, both of the two check dams had small settlement and horizontal displacement, but the deformation of Xigou check dam was more obviously affected by water pressure component. [Conclusion] The application of 3D laser scanning technology to the safety monitoring of check dams in semi-arid areas of the Loess Plateau can quickly and accurately know whether the deformation occurs after flood season and the degree of deformation, which makes the safety monitoring of check dams more accurate and reliable. 11. miR-660-3p靶向NFAM1对RSV诱导支气管 上皮细胞凋亡及炎症因子分泌的影响.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of miR-660-3p targeting NFAM1 on the apoptosis and inflammatory factors of human bronchial epithelial cells induced by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) . Methods Human bronchial epithelial cells 16HBE were cultured in vitro. 16HBE cells in the logarithmic growth phase were randomly divided into the control group, RSV group, miR-660-3p + RSV group, miR-NC + RSV group, pcDNA-NC + RSV group, pcDNA-NFAM1 +RSV group, miR-660-3p + pcDNA-NC + RSV group, and miR-660-3p + pcDNA-NFAM1 + RSV group, respectively. Cells in the miR-NC + RSV group were transfected with NC mimics, miR-660-3p + RSV group with miR-660-3p mimics, pcDNA-NFAM1 + RSV group with pcDNA-NFAM1, pcDNA-NC + RSV group with PCDNA-NFAM1, pcDNA-NC + RSV group with PCDNA-NC, and cells in the miR-660-3p + pcDNA-NC + RSV group were co-transfected with pcDNA-NC and miR-660-3p mimics, and cells in the miR-660-3p + pcDNA-NFAM1 + RSV group were co-transfected with pcDNANFAM1 and miR-660-3p mimics; cells in the control group and RSV group were not transfected. Then, all groups except the control group were infected with RSV and the MOI was set at 0. 000 1. Cells in each group were collected, and the expression levels of miR-660-3p and NFAM1 mRNA were detected by RT-qPCR, apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry, and protein expression levels of Cleaved Caspase-3 and NFAM1 were detected by Western blotting; the super⁃ natant of each group was collected, and TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β were detected by ELISA; the targeting binding sites of NFAM1 and miR-660-3p were predicted by starBase database, and the targeting regulatory relationship between miR-660-3p and NFAM1 was verified by double luciferase reporter gene assay. Results Compared with the control group, the expres⁃ sion of miR-660-3p decreased, the expression of NFAM1 mRNA and protein and Cleaved Caspase-3 protein increased, the apoptosis rate and the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in culture supernatance increased in the RSV group (all P<0. 05) . Compared with the miR-NC + RSV group, the expression of miR-660-3p increased, Cleaved Caspase-3 protein expres⁃ sion, apoptosis rate, and levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β in the culture supernatance decreased in the miR-660-3p + RSV group (all P<0. 05) . Compared with the pcDNA-NC + RSV group, NFAM1 mRNA, Cleaved Caspase-3 protein expression, apoptosis rate and TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β levels in culture supernatance increased in the pcDNA-NFAM1 + RSV group (all P<0. 05) . The starBase database predicted that there was a binding site to miR-660-3p in the 3 'non-coding region of NFAM1. The results of double luciferase reporter gene experiment showed that the luciferase activity of 16HBE cells co-transfected with NC mimics and NFAM1-WT decreased in comparison with that of 16HBE cells co-transfected with miR-660-3p mimics and NFAM1-WT (P<0. 05) . Compared with 16HBE cells co-transfected with NC mimics and NFAM1- MUT, 16HBE cells co-transfected with miR-660-3p mimics and NFAM1-MUT had no significant changes in luciferase activity (P>0. 05) . Compared with the miR-660-3p + pcDNA-NC + RSV group, Cleaved Caspase-3 protein expression, apoptosis rate, and the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β in culture supernatance increased in the miR-660-3p + pcDNANFAM1 + RSV group (all P<0. 05) . Conclusion The miR-660-3p can inhibit RSV-induced apoptosis and secretion of inflammatory factors in human bronchial epithelial cells by targeting and negatively regulating NFAM1. 25. 华山版听觉词语学习测验在主观认知下降和 轻度认知障碍患者中的应用初探.

- Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of auditory verbal learning test-Huashan version (AVLT-H)of memory impairment in patients with subjective cognitive decline (SCD)and mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Method:According to the inclusion criteria, the recruited elderly were screened and divided into three groups: normal cognition (NC), SCD and MCI group. The neuropsychological tests including mini-mental state examination (MMSE), Montreal cognitive assessment-Beijing version (MOCA-BJ) and AVLT-H were completed after inclusion. The scores of MMSE, MoCA-B, AVLT-N2, N3, N4, N5, N6 and N7 were recorded and analyzed. Result:There were significant differences in the scores of MMSE, MoCA and AVLT-H among the three groups (P<0.0167). The adjusted Bonferroni test was used to detect significant differences in post- hoc comparison. There were significant difference in MMSE and MoCA scores between SCD and NC (P<0.001) and between MCI and NC (P<0.001). However, no significant difference between MCI and SCD was found. There were significant difference in N1 score between MCI and NC (P=0.013) and between MCI and SCD (P=0.001), but there was no significant difference between SCD and NC. There were significant difference in AVLT-N2, N3, N4, N5, N6 and N7 scores between MCI and NC (P<0.001) and between MCI and SCD (P<0.001), but there was no significant difference between SCD and NC. The area under the curve of MMSE, MoCA and AVLT-H scores were examined using NC group and SCD group as state variables, respectively. For differentiating MCI and SCD, eAVLT-H scores had a larger area under the curve with higher sensitivity and specificity, N1 and N7 had the highest sensitivity. For distinguishing MCI from NC, AVLT-H and MoCA scores had a larger area under the curve with higher sensitivity and specificity, N4, N6 and N7 had the highest sensitivity. Conclusion:AVLT- H, combined with MMSE and MoCA, can improve the defining diagnostic sensitivity of MCI and SCD from normal cognition. - Abstract
Daylily(Hemerocallis citrina Baroni) had been increasingly widely focus on duo to its exceptional edible, ornamental, and medicinal plant. The lack of new superior cultivars and the single breeding methods have limited the healthy and rapid development of the daylily industry in long time. Tissue culture offers a range of benefits, including a high propagation coefficient, short growth cycle, unrestriction by seasons, uniform seedling quality, and reduced nursery land usage. Therefore, the use of tissue culture technology for rapid expansion is of great significance on its market development, application, and promotion. In this paper, aiming to provide a reference for dealing with various problems in the tissue culture of daylily, improve the survival rate of daylily seedlings, and provide a theoretical basis for the genetic transformation of daylily and the factory breeding for new superior varieties of daylily, daylily was taken as the research object to describe the intrinsic influencing factors in the tissue culture process, including the genotype of plant material and the type of selected explants, and the extrinsic influencing factors, including the period of explant sampling, the type of basic medium, plant growth regulators, and culture conditions. It was found that the tissue culture system for daylily was currently in an immature state, characterized by uncertainties regarding explants and their collection standards, challenges in inducing callus tissue, lack of consistency in optimal culture medium formulations, and low survival rates for transplanted regenerated plants. To address these issues, further exploration is needed to develop a suitable regeneration system for daylily and enhance the management of transplanted tissue-cultured seedlings. Furthermore, the challenges of contamination, browning, and vitrification in tissue culture were outlined in this paper, the future prospects of tissue culture for daylily was also delved into. However, the current research on the dynamic governance mechanism for digital platform-based ecosystems is relatively insufficient, especially lacking of focus on in-depth exploration of the governance mechanism during the whole life cycle of digital platform-based ecosystems. This paper adopts a theoretical analysis method to analyze the dynamic governance mechanism for digital platform- based ecosystems and summarizes the important features, goals and key challenges of digital platform-based ecosystems at different evolutionary stages. Ultimately, we draw the following conclusions. Specifically, in the emergence phase, the digital platform-based ecosystem needs to implement an open-based governance model, which can be implemented through decoupling strategies, open access, designing value creation modes, providing resource information, symbiotic promotion strategies. In the oscillation phase, it is required to implement the control-based governance model, which controls negative factors that may affect the development of the platform by setting access rights, system feedback, dispute resolution mechanisms, behavioral control, external relationship control, and regulating the transaction process to screen complementarities. In the normative phase, it is required to implement the institutionalization-based governance model, which controls negative factors that may affect the development of the platform by allocating consultation procedures, limiting the power of owners, granting autonomy to complementors and ensuring procedural fairness to safeguard complementors. In the renewal phase, it involves the implementation of a change-based governance model to realize the transformation of the platform by improving platform quality, focusing on complementors' responses, focusing on cutting-edge digital technologies, designing collaborative organizations, and facilitating mutual growth. Compared with previous literature, this paper expands on the following aspects: first, previous studies are mostly based on a static perspective, while this paper adopts a dynamic perspective to analyze the important features, goals and key challenges of the evolution of digital platform-based ecosystems in details. Second, previous studies mostly focus on the governance mechanism fordigital platform-based ecosystems at a certain point in time or during a period of time, while this paper portrays the whole lifecycle process of digital platform-based ecosystems' governance mechanism. Third, while previous studies have focused on digital platform-based ecosystem either from the standpoint of platform owner or from the standpoint of complementors, this paper focuses on the perspective of the interaction between platform owner and complementors to explore the dynamic governance mechanism for digital platform-based ecosystems. To a certain extent, the research reveals the internal logic of the dynamic evolution and governance for digital platform-based ecosystems, which helps to understand the development process of digital platform-based ecosystems from the perspective of the whole life cycle, provides decision-making guidance for digital platforms at different stages, and offers ideas for platform owner to better handle the relationship with their complementors. 34. 高氧暴露 BPD 小鼠模型中巨噬细胞焦亡的 检测及意义.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate whether macrophage pyroptosis is involved in the lung injury of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Methods Forty full-term newborn mice were divided into room air (RA) group and hyperoxia (HO) group (n=20 for each group). BPD mouse model was induced by chronic hyperoxia. Alveolarization was assessed by HE staining. Pulmonary vascular development was detected by CD31 immunohistochemistry. The degree of fibrosis was analyzed by Masson staining. The mRNA expression levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines in lung tissue were quantified by qRTPCR for Il6,Il1b,Mmp12,Ccl2,Ccl5 and Il8. Concentrations of IL-1β was detected by ELISA in serum and lung homogenates. The expressions of pyroptosis-associated proteins,NLRP3, Caspase-1 p20, Ngasdermin D (GSDMD) and mature IL-1β were evaluated by Western blot. The proportion of macrophages in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was detected by flow cytometry. Immunofluorescence colocalization of F4/80 with NLRP3/Caspase-1/IL-1β was performed. AQP5 protein expression was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with the RA group, alveolar block and pulmonary angiogenesis disorder were observed in the HO group, and pulmonary fibrosis was significantly increased. In lung tissue of HO group, the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines was significantly upregulated, the expression levels of pyroptosis-associated proteins were significantly increased; the levels of IL-1β in serum and lung homogenate were significantly increased; the proportion of macrophages in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was significantly increased, and there was a significant immunofluorescence colocalization of F4/80 with NLRP3, Caspase-1 and IL-1β in lung tissue; AQP5-positive alveolar type Ⅰ epithelial cells were severely damaged. Conclusion Hyperoxia-induced hyperactivation of the NLRP3/ Caspase-1/GSDMD mediated pyroptosis may lead to lung injury in a hyperoxia-exposed BPD mouse model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a relatively common female reproductive endocrine and metabolic disorder with complex etiology and pathogenesis. Recent studies have found that anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is an important factor affecting the pathophysiology of PCOS. AMH is closely related to follicular development, hyperandrogenism, hypothalamic -pituitary -ovarian axis and heredity. AMH can inhibit primordial follicle recruitment and small sinus follicle growth, and prevent premature ovarian failure. AMH also exacerbates follicular growth and development disorders by interacting with androgens. In addition, AMH can activate the discharge of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) neurons and increases the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH), which in turn leads to the increase of androgen production. Moreover, high AMH status in pregnant women with PCOS can lead to masculinization of female offspring and PCOS -like reproductive and neuroendocrine phenotypes in adulthood. At the same time, AMH may also be a new indicator for the diagnosis of PCOS, and the determination of AMH level can also reflect and predict the therapeutic effect of PCOS patients. To study the effect of busulfan on the expression and localization of the proliferation and differentiation related proteins PCNA, PLZF, and GATA4 in seminiferous tubules in testis of piglets, in this study, seminiferous tubules of piglets cultured in vitro were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group was supplemented with 5 mg/kg of busulfan for 1, 2 and 3 days respectively, and seminiferous tubules were obtained by centrifugation. HE staining was used to detect the morphological changes of chromosomes. Immunohistochemistry, qRT-PCR, and Western blot were used to detect the changes in the expression and localization of PCNA, PLZF, and GATA4. HE staining showed that there were both Sertoli cells and germ cells existing in the seminiferous tubules in all experimental groups. Immunohistochemical studies showed that PCNA protein was localized in the nuclei of germ cells and Sertoli cells in all experimental groups. The staining of PCNA became darker and the expression level increased due to the function of busulfan. In the experimental groups, GATA4 protein was located in the nucleus of Sertoli cell, and there was no significant difference in GATA4 protein staining between the experimental group and the control group. PLZF protein was located in nucleus of germ cells of experimental groups. Compared with the control group, PLZF staining showed no significant difference after 2 days of busulfan treatment, while PLZF staining became darker and expression increased after 1 and 3 days of busulfan treatment. The results of qRT-PCR and Western Blot showed that the mRNA and protein expressions of PCNA and GATA4 in the experimental groups were significantly increased compared with the control group. The expression of PLZF mRNA and protein had no significant differences after 2 days of busulfan treatment. The expression of PLZF mRNA and protein was significantly increased after 1 and 3 days of busulfan treatment. In conclusion, PCNA, PLZF, and GATA4 were expressed in seminiferous tubules of piglets cultured in vitro. The expression levels of PCNA, PLZF, and GATA4 in seminiferous tubules were changed due to the effect of busulfan, suggesting that busulfan damage spermatozoa of porcine testis by affecting the expressions of proteins related to proliferation and differentiation. [Objectives]The aim of this study was to screen M95 which was mutant strains of Trichoderma harzianum with high yield of 3-indoleacetic acid (IAA) by irradiation with high-energy rays, and evaluate its growth-promoting effect on plants. [Methods]The mutant library of Trichoderma harzianum was obtained by X-ray irradiation, and the mutant strain M95 with the highest yield of IAA was screened by Salkowski colorimetry and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Then the carbon source utilization characteristics of high-yielding IAA mutants were studied by the Biolog FF MicroPlateTM. The expression levels of auxin biosynthesis-related genes in M95 were detected by quantitative real-time PCR. Finally, the growth-promoting effect of M95 on cucumber was investigated by hydroponics and pot experiments. [Results]Thirty-eight mutants were screened from the mutant library. The IAA production of M95 was 20.51% higher than that of the wild type. The results of the Biolog FF MicroPlateTM showed that M95 grew fastest and significantly faster than the wild strain NJAU 4742(WT)under the condition of D-fructose as the sole carbon source. Quantitative PCR results showed that the transcript levels of acetamide dehydrogenase gene iaaH2 and nitrilase gene nit2 increased by 32.68 and 14.58 times, respectively, compared with WT. The growth-promoting effect of M95 on cucumber seedlings was significantly better than that of WT. Relative to WT,cucumber plant height, leaf area, below ground fresh weight and dry weight in the M95 treatment increased by 14.79%,16.84%,31.41% and 47.96% in the hydroponic condition, 20.99%,13.92%,17.92% and 34.02% in the first season pot trial, respectively, and 12.23%,15.15%,23.29% and 30.02% in the second season pot trial. In addition, the number of inter-root bacteria, fungi and xylem increased by 1.91%,5.80% and 5.08%,respectively, in the M95 treatment compared to WT in the pot trial. [Conclusions]The IAA high-yielding strain T.harzianum M95 was obtained by screening, and it had a significant promoting effect on the growth of cucumber seedlings. The increase in the transcription levels of acetamide dehydrogenase and nitrilase in M95 was the main reason for the improvement of its IAA-producing ability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
