为探究黑老虎种子作为新兴植物油料资源的潜力，利用广泛靶向代谢组学技术检测分析其氨基酸和脂质组分。结果表明：在基于鉴定出的代谢物结构配置分类下，黑老虎种子含脂质类、氨基酸及衍生物类化合物分别为121种和89种，前者数量和相对含量（30.7%）在11类成分中最高，后者数量居其次，相对含量（17.8%）位于第三；鉴定出20种基础氨基酸和8种人体必需氨基酸，其中L-脯氨酸、L-天冬氨酸、L-丝氨酸等7种药效氨基酸和L-亮氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸和L-赖氨酸5种人体必需氨基酸含量较高；黑老虎种子中富含亚油酸、γ-亚麻酸、α-亚麻酸等脂肪酸和以溶血磷脂酰胆碱18∶ 2和18∶ 2（2n异构）为主的磷脂。黑老虎种子氨基酸类和脂质类组分丰富，多种高度富集成分具有突出的营养功能、活性作用和药用功效，在优质植物油脂开发等领域具有较高的价值。 In order to explore the potential of Kadsura coccinea seed as a new plant oil resource, the amino acids and lipids were detected and analyzed by widely targeted metabolomics. The results showed that under the classification based on the identified metabolite structure configuration, the Kadsura coccinea seed contained 121 lipid and 89 amino acid and derivative compounds, respectively, and the number and the relative content (30.7%) of the former was the highest among the 11 types of components, the number of the latter was the second, and the relative content (17.8%) was the third. 20 kinds of basic amino acids and 8 kinds of essential amino acids were identified. The contents of 7 kinds of medicinal amino acids (such as L-proline, L-aspartic acid and L-serine) and 5 kinds of essential amino acids (such as L-leucine, L-threonine, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine and L-lysine) were higher. Kadsura coccinea seed was rich in fatty acids such as linoleic acid, γ-linolenic acid and α-linolenic acid, as well as phospholipids dominated by lysophosphatidylcholines 18∶ 2 and 18∶ 2 (2n isomer). In conclusion，Kadsura coccinea seed is rich in amino acids and lipids, and a variety of highly enriched components have outstanding nutritional functions, activities and medicinal effects, and have high value in the development of high-quality vegetable oils and other fields.

The root of Kadsura coccinea is a commonly used herb in traditional Chinese medicine, and flavonoids are one of the main active constituents of medicinal plants. This study intended to investigate whether the leaves and stems of K. coccinea plants may contain similar or highly enriched flavonoids in roots and to explore its application value. Widely-targeted metabolomics was used to identify the compounds in different organs of K. coccinea. According to their structural distribution and categories, the diversity and abundance of flavonoids were analyzed. The results were as follows:(1)The number of flavonoids metabolites in K. coccinea was sorted in descending order as leaf(80)> stem(73)> root(67), and a total of 61 flavonoids were the same in three parts. Leaves and stems contained more flavonols, contributing to a diversity of flavonoids greater than that in the roots.(2)Flavonols, flavonoids, flavanols, and chalcones were highly accumulated in the three parts. Among them, the accumulation of flavonols and flavonoids was lower in the stems and roots, resulting in a continuously, substantially decreasing abundance of flavonoids from leaf(24.00 × 107)to stem(13.45 × 107)to root(9.05 × 107).(3)Leaves and stems of K. coccinea contained a large amount of flavonoids that were also found in the roots and a variety of those not found in the roots, which could be considered for alternative or complementary use. Catechins highly expressed in all three parts, and the leaves were also rich in quercetin and its derivatives, which were highly valuable in application. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Volatile components antioxidant activities of Kadsura coccinea and were comprehensively studied. The volatile compounds from three different parts which were roots, stems and leaves of K. coccinea were extracted by steam distillations(Method a)and headspace solid phase micro-extraction(SPME)(Method b). Volatile components of K. coccinea were analyzed by combining gas chromate-graphy-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and the technology of computer retrieva. Antioxidant activities of volatile components were tested by DPPH free radical scavengng activity. The results were as follows:(1)There were some differences between species and contents of volatile components. And 98 and 117 volatile compounds were identified from three parts of K. coccinea through methods a and b. Among them, there were 59 and 68 kinds volatile components(accounting for 83.5%, 93.8% of root total content)in root, 54 and 56 species volatile components(accounting for 88.9%, 94.9% of stem total content)in the stem and 36 and 42 species in the leaf(accounting for 89.6%, 97.7% of leaf total content).(2)Species and contents of volatile components of three parts of K. coccinea through methods a and b were basically the same. The main volatile components were caryophyllene, pinene, elemene, cubebene, copaene, cadinene and d-Nerolidol(contents ≥70%).(3)Scavenging efficiency for DPPH free radical was more than 97% when the concentration of volatile components of root, stem and leaf of K. coccinea reached 20 mg·mL-1, and volatile components of K. coccinea showed good antioxidant activity.
