乳幼児保育・教育現場においては、子どものみならず養育者をサポートすること、即ち、子ども・子育て支援が必須となってきている。幼稚園教諭養成課程科目では「子ども理解と教育相談」であり、保育士養成課程科目では「子育て支援」が実践的な学びに該当する科目である。保育者による相談は学齢期における教育相談とは異なる点が多く、新たな理論化や実践の積み重ねが求められている。ところが、社会的背景の影響から保育学生が子どもと密に関わる経験は減少しており、養育者と関わる経験は更に乏しい。そこで、過去に筆者が行った保育学生と子どもとの関わりに関する調査結果を養育者との関わりの観点から再検討し、今同新たに行った実習における養育者との関わりに関する実態調査の結果と併せて考察した。

本研究では、乳児と養育者の電子メディア接触の実態および生活習慣ときょうだい数の関連を明らかにした。こども園の乳児の養育者へ無記名式郵送調査、150世帯から回答を得た。電子メディア接触時間および各質問項目間の分析には、IBM® SPSS® Statistics Ver. 25を用いた。乳児の電子メディア接触時間の平均は、平日61.2分、休日87.0分であった。WHO推奨の1時間以内が7割を占めていた。きょうだいなしの乳児の約5割が、電子メディアに2時間以上接触していた。養育者の子育てにおけるスマホの利用目的は、きょうだい数にかかわらず、写真を撮る8割、情報検索が5割であった。子どもを静かにさせる目的は、きょうだい数が増えると利用の割合が増加した。きょうだいなしの乳児が、電子メディアに長時間接触となる傾向があることから、乳児のみの養育者へ早期から長時間の電子メディア接触を避けることを意識した生活を啓発する重要性が示唆された。, The present study aimed to clarify the relationship between the actual condition of infants' and parents' electronic media contact and daily lifestyle with how many siblings infants had. An anonymous survey was conducted by mail of parents of infants attending authorized nursery schools. Responses were received from 150 households. Data on electronic media contact time were collected, and question items were analyzed using IBM SPSS. Infants' average electronic media contact time was 61.2 minutes on weekdays and 87.0 minutes on holidays. Seventy percent of infants' electronic media contact was within one hour, which is the time recommended by the World Health Organization. About 50% of the infants without siblings were exposed to electronic media for more than two hours. Concerning parents' smartphone use during child-rearing, regardless of the number of siblings, 80% was for taking pictures, and 50% was for searching for information. The use of smartphones to keep children quiet increased as the number of children increased. Infants without siblings tended to be exposed to electronic media for longer periods of time, suggesting the importance of educating parents of infant-age children about the importance of avoiding prolonged exposure to electronic media from an early stage in their children's lives.

養育者の個人特性を踏まえた省察の在り方を検討するため、養育者335 名を対象に調査を行った。具体的には、個人特性として、省察に関連が強い内的作業モデルに注目し、そのスタイルと省察によって、主観的幸福感や育児不安に与える影響を検討した。その結果、内的作業モデルの自己観がポジティブな養育者や子どもに関する深い省察をする養育者は、主観的幸福感が高いことが示された。また、内的作業モデルの自己観がネガティブな養育者は、育児不安が高くなることが示されたが、内的作業モデルの他者観がポジティブな養育者は、他者に関する省察を多くすることで影響を緩和することや、他者観がネガティブな養育者は、他者に関する省察を少なくすることで、影響を緩和することが示唆された。

本研究は、フィンランドと日本双方の特別支援教育における児童生徒対応、発達障がいの児童生徒の睡眠等の生活習慣に関する研究について概説し、養育者に対するインタビュー結果から特別支援教育における児童生徒対応と発達障がいの児童生徒の睡眠等の生活習慣に関連性を明らかにし、発達障がいの児童生徒に有効となる生活リズム習慣形成のための要因を検討した。その結果、フィンランドも日本も診断告知後の療育への促しは、やや強い対応をされたと養育者が捉えることもあり、また自治体によっても異なる面もあることが分かった。フィンランドでは、障害種別というより、まず教職員だけでなく養育者にも分かりやすい支援方法であること、支援の選択判断は、現場の教員裁量に任せられ、本人や養育者の同意の上で対応が進められることが信頼感にもつながっていることが明らかになった。今後、持続可能で養育者が対応しやすい睡眠等の生活リズムの習慣形成および包括的予防について検討をすすめるために、教育支援と併せた健康評価や支援の情報提供の仕方、表現等の分かりやすさ、子どもと親双方に寄り添う複数の専門家による体制等の予防モデルが必要である。

本研究は札幌市南区で子育て世帯の育児事情を把握し，子育て支援を検討する基礎資料とすることを目的とした．研究デザインは横断的量的調査研究．調査期間は平成28 年12月から平成29 年1月．研究方法は郵送法を用いた自記式質問紙調査．対象者は4か月，1歳6か月乳幼児健康診査に来所した養育者．質問紙は123 部配布し，53 部を回収(43.0％)，有効回答の43 部(35.0％)を分析した．回答者はすべて母親であった．全員が子育てする生活に幸福感を得ていた．子育てで最も活用する公的施設は子育て支援センターであった．子どもの日常生活の世話をするのは母親に次いで父親(5割弱)であった．子どもと一緒に外出するのは，ほぼ母親で，次に父親(7割弱)であった．外出手段は車9割，徒歩4割程度であった．育児について相談相手は全員がいると答え，近親者の割合が高かった．外出頻度は，週に1日以上が7割弱，2週に1度以下が数名いた．父親の育児参加の程度や自家用車の有無は，広い南区の交通環境の特徴もあり，育児事情に影響すると考えられる．外出の頻度が少ない養育者は，限局した育児環境の中で狭い人間関係により，母親と子で孤立する可能性がある．地域ごとに，徒歩圏内で気軽に参加できるイベント等の工夫が必要である．本研究で得られた公開講座への希望等を活用し，本学で可能な子育て支援を検討したい．, The study sought to better understand the current situation regarding childcare in families living in Minami-ku, Sapporo, as a part of the Center of Community (COC) program run by Sapporo City University, by obtaining basic data on childcare support. This was a cross-sectional quantitative investigative study covering the period from December 2016 to January 2017. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to child-rearers utilizing the 4- and 18-month infant health checks. Responses were collected by mail from 53 of 123 subjects (43.0%), with 43 valid responses (35.0%) applied to analysis. All respondents weremothers and happy with their childcare situation. In most cases they used childcare support centers. Mothers routinely provided the childcare, with ＜50% of fathers involved. Further, the rearers who took their children out were mostly mothers, with＜70% of fathers involved: 90% used cars when going out while 40% walked. With regard to help with childcare, most mothers received help from their relatives. With their children, 70% of mothers went out more than once a week, whereas two mothers went out less than once a fortnight. Fatherʼs participation in child rearing and possession of a privately-owned car were observed to influence childcare. The potential exists for rearers who go out infrequently to become isolated through limited human interactions. Places to which they can walk with their children and specifically designed events are needed. We would like to expand access to the childcare support program offered by this university, and to further study the type of support we provide.

近年、小学１年生の児童において、自身の感情をコントロールできていないと思われる行動が指摘されている。筆者はこのような特徴をもつ児童の行動を「感情社会化不全行動」と命名した。本研究では、児童の感情社会化不全行動は児童のネガティブな感情表現に対する養育者による受容感に影響されているという仮説を検証することを目的とした。「怒り」・「悲しみ」・「不安」・「イライラ」・「嫌気」・「恐怖」・「憎しみ」の7 つの感情に着目し、「養育者によるネガティブ感情受容感尺度」および「児童の感情社会化不全尺度」を作成した。調査の結果、受容感の高い児童は「児童の感情社会化不全尺度」の「感情表現力未熟尺度」の得点が低かった。また、恐怖の受容感が高い児童は「児童の感情社会化不全尺度」および「感情表現力未熟尺度」の得点が低かった。以上の結果から、ネガティブ感情に対する養育者による受容感は、児童の感情表現の育ちに影響していることが示唆された。

本研究は,中学生の養育者への信頼感と攻撃性の関連を検討することを目的とし,中学生313名に質問紙調査を実施した。研究1では,養育者への信頼感と攻撃性の関連は弱いことが示された。研究2では,養育者から甘えを拒否される場面で生じる感情と自他への攻撃行動を場面想定法を用いて測定し,養育者への信頼感との関連を検討した。そして,養育者への信頼感が高ければ,養育者への猜疑心を持つことが少なくなることが示された。また,自傷行為などの自己に向けられた攻撃行動の生起には,養育者への信頼感や甘えが拒否された後の感情が影響せず,養育者という限定された対象ではなく,個人内特性としての信頼感が影響している可能性が示された。一方,反抗行動の生起には,強い不満が影響しており,信頼感の影響はほとんどないことが示された。また,自責行動の生起には,あきらめを感じることが影響していることが示された。自分の甘え行動が養育者に拒絶されたことは仕方ないと,あきらめの感情を持つことで,甘えるべきでなかったと思い,自分を責める行動につながると考えられた。

A市における乳幼児を持つ養育者の子育て支援に対する要望を実態調査により明らかにし、地域における子育て支援への課題について検討した。[研究方法]乳幼児をもつA 市在住の市民で、無作為に2000世帯に無記名自記式アンケート調査を実施し、回答を得た886世帯を本研究の対象とした。[結果及び考察]回答者は、女性が88.7%、男性が11.3%であった。「子育ての相談者」は、配偶者が28.0%と最も多く、「子育てを行う上での不安や不満」は、自分の時間がもてない、治安の悪化、教育費の心配等が多かった。子育てによる仕事への影響については、男女ともに子育てが仕事に影響すると感じており、職業形態別でも、子育てが仕事に影響すると感じていることが明らかになった(p, By conducting a factual survey, we examined the issues of chi1dcare support in the region by clarifying the demand for childcare support for caregivers with infants in City A. [Research Method] In the present study, the participants were residents living in City A with infants. 2000 households were randomly chosen, and an anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted; 886 responses were received. [Results and Discussion] Of the respondents, 88.7% were female and 11.3% of were male. In response to the question, "Whom do you speak with about childcare?" the most common answer cited was one's spouse, which accounted for 28.0%. The aim of this study was to elucidate the influence of the mothers' intervention styles in the sibling interaction at home on the social behavior that her firstborn child shows in the kindergarten. In a questionnaire, mothers answered that they mostly praise the firstborn child when he/she interacts friendly with younger sibling, and they tend to scold the firstborn child when he/she interacts agonistically with younger sibling, or mothers inform the firstborn child of the feelings of the younger child. Mothers tended to intervene in their girls than boys in the sibling interaction. Ten mothers were classified into three groups according to their intervention styles in their children's interaction at home, first-child intervention group (5 mothers), second-child intervention group (3 mothers), and equally intervention group (2 mothers). The firstborn children of the second-child intervention group showed more social behaviors than the children of the other two groups.

在宅療養児が増加する一方，在宅ケアにおける人的・社会的・経済的問題も指摘されている．在宅療養を行っている児の養育者に対して在宅療養移行前後の不安や必要と考える援助についてアンケート調査を行い，在宅ケアの問題点を明らかにした．移行（退院）前には退院指導が行われるが，養育者は救急時の対処方法などの不安を抱えたまま在宅療養に移行している．移行後は在宅療養が長期化するなかで，経済的負担に対する不安が増加している．また，精神的ケアを求める声も多く，在宅療養移行前からの療養者・養育者双方に対する継続的できめ細かな心身のケアが必要と考えられた．, The numbers of children who need home medical care are increasing, on the other hand it is said that there are some problems as to the manpower, social and economic issues for their supporting system. The purpose of this study is to obtain information from persons bringing-up children by questionnaires concerning to the anxiety and the needed support before and after shifting to home medical care to elucidate the problems on child home care. Guidance was done before shifting to home care, but nursing persons left hospitals with anxiety such as how to deal with emergency care. After shifting to home care the anxiety for economic burden was increased during the long term home care. Also there were many demands for mental care, therefore, it is thought that continuous and close mental and physical care is necessary for both children and nursing persons through shifting to home care.

乳幼児期、学齢期、成年期である発達障がい児・者の養育者に対して、日常の子育てで困っていることについて自由記述形式で調査した。また学齢期の調査協力者には、併せて学校生活における良かったことや困ったことについても自由記述形式で調査した。その結果、記述の内容は障がい特性、外的環境、養育困難、対人関係の４つの軸に分類され、それぞれのライフステージによってどの軸が養育者の中で重要な問題となるかは異なっていることが明らかとなった。また、学校生活に関する記述は、教育システム・カリキュラム、障がい特性の理解、ネットワーク、当事者問題の４つに分類され、特に障がい特性の理解に関する記述が多く見られた。これらの結果から、発達障がい児・者への支援はライフステージを見通した支援が必要になってくること、学校現場では障がい特性を十分に理解した上での支援が今後の課題であることが示唆された。

ADHD児の家庭と学校との連携を進めるための方策を探るため, 62名のADHD児の養育者に対して, (1) ADHD児の学校生活にはどのような問題があると感じているか, (2) 学校・担任教師の配慮をどのように捉えているのか, (2) また学校 (行政も含む) に対してどのような要望を持っているか, について, 面接あるいは自由記述・無記名のアンケートで調査した。その結果, (1) 多くの養育者が, ADHD児の学校生活では注意の障害によって引き起こされる問題行動が最も多いと感じていること, (2) 学校・担任教師の配慮として最もよく行われているのは教室での座席の位置の調整であること (教師の正面に置く), (3) 学校 (行政も含む) に対しての要望としては, ADHDに対する理解を学校全体として深めて欲しいというものが最も多いこと, などが示された。, The purposes of this research were (1) to investigate parental perceptions regarding the difficulty of children with attention dificit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in school ilfe; (2) to describe parental perceptions regarding teacher's strategies used to cope with the ADHD behavior; (3) to collect the requirement for teachers and the school authorities from parents. Information was obtained from 62 parents who had children with ADHD between the ages of 5 and 23, using interviews or questionnaires by mail. The results showed that (1) many parents described that the major cause of many problems of children with ADHD in the classroom is attention deficit; (2) seating arrangement is a strategy often used for promoting appropriate classroom behavior in ADHD children by teachers; (3) the most frequent requirement from parents is that all teachers in the schools deepen their understanding for ADHD.
