从求解非线性方程f(x)=0的一维“牛顿类”迭代法出发，在Banach空间中建立了“牛顿类”迭代公式，用优函数的方法，建立了相应的Kantorovich定理，并给出了比牛顿迭代更好的误差估计.

给出了有理B样条曲线的快速逐点生成算法.对均匀有理参数曲线或非均匀有理参数曲线(NURBS),对低次有理B样条曲线和高次有理B样条曲线都适用,算法速度快,效率高,具有广泛的应用价值.

通过建立斜坐标系,简化计算过程,推导出了二次有理B样条曲线曲率的单调条件.并与二次有理Bézier曲线的曲率单调条件相比较,结果表明:二次有理B样条曲线曲率单调的充要条件与二次有理Bézier曲线相类似,但其条件又有不同.

The MYB transcription factor family is one of the largest transcription factor families in plants and it is involved in all stages of plant growth, reproduction and metabolism, and can participate in plant stress resistance growth in a variety of ways. The FmMYBL2 gene was cloned in Fraxinus mandshurica, and its structure and expression characteristics were analyzed using bioinformatics and a phylogenetic tree of FmMYBL2 was constructed. Low temperature, salt and hormone molecules(including ABA, IAA, GA3, JA, SA)were used to induce F. mandshurica seedlings. Samples were taken at 0, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h. Quantitative analysis of FmMYBL2 gene in the treated samples. The temporal and spatial expression characteristics of FmMYBL2 were analyzed. The results were as follows:(1)The FmMYBL2 gene was 762 bp in length and encodes 253 amino acids.(2)FmMYBL2 encoded a hydrophilic protein. Amino acid sequence alignment showed that it was closely related to Gossypium hirsutum.(3)Quantitative fluorescence analysis showed that FmMYBL2 gene responded to low temperature and salt stress. At the same time, ABA, IAA, GA3, JA and SA jointly regulated the expression of FmMYBL2 gene.(4)The gene expression was the highest under low temperature treatment for 1 h and salt stress for 48 h. After hormone induction, the expression of this gene fluctuates continuously, but it can respond quickly in a short time.(5)Expression of this gene was observed in roots, buds, flowers and seeds and the male flowers had the highest expression. Objective To investigate the prognostic value of the response to the efficacy evaluation criteria of solid tumors (mRECIST) for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma treated by transhepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE). The method was retrospectively included in the air force military medical university from January 2010 to December 2014. 190 consecutive patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with TACE in the Department of Gastroenterology and Intervention of an affiliated hospital. The mRECIST standard was used to evaluate the imaging response after TACE, and the patients with complete tumor remission (CR) and partial remission (PR) were defined as the response group (n=89), defined disease progression (PD) and stable disease (SD) as non-responders (n=101). Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate median survival time, and log-rank test was used for comparison between groups. Cox regression analysis of prognostic factors. Results According to mRECIST criteria, there were 39 (20.5%), 50 (26.3%), 67 (35.3%) and 34 (17.9%) patients with CR, PR, SD and PD, respectively. Example. The objective response rate of mRECIST in the total population was 46.8%. The survival time of the response group was significantly higher than that of the non-response group, and the median survival time was 29.9 (95%CI: 25.0～34.8) months and 7.5 (95%CI: 5.7～9.3) months (P<0.001). The results of multivariate analysis showed that mRECIST response (HR=2.02, P<0.001), hepatitis B (HR=4.03, P<0.001) and portal vein invasion (HR=2.12, P=0.008) is an independent risk factor affecting patient survival. Objective　To analyze the diagnostic value of Coronary Computed tomography angiography (CCTA) combined with rest CT myocardial perfusion (CT-MPI) in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods　Twenty-two patients after PCI were selected to receive CCTA combined with resting PCT to evaluate the patency and myocardial perfusion to evaluate the effect of CCTA combined with resting CTMP on myocardial ischemia after PCI. Results　CCTA showed restenosis in 4 of 25 stents, combined examination showed that 10 cases had abnormal myocardial perfusion and 12 cases had no abnormal myocardial perfusion, the same as that of echocardiography; the accuracy of CTMPI and combined examination was 90% and 100%, combined examination can improve the detection of myocardial ischemia and evaluate the stenosis in the stent. Conclusion　CCTA combined with CTMPI is more effective in the diagnosis of mysocardial ischemia after PCI. Objective To investigate the effect of IL-22 on the expression of Amphiregulin (AREG) in HaCaT and further understand its role in psoriasis vulgaris (PsV). Methods The mRNA expressions of IL-22, IL- 22R1, IL-22BP and AREG were detected by RT-qPCR in PsV lesions (n =26) and healthy control (HC) skin specimens (n=15). RT-qPCR and Western blot were applied to detect the expression of AREG in HaCaT cells stimulated with IL-22 (20ng/mL) and its soluble receptor IL-22BP (20ng/mL) for 24h. Results The mRNA expressions of IL-22 (P <0.001), IL-22R1 (P <0.001) and AREG (P <0.01) were significantly increased respectively by 36 times, 24 times and 15 times in PsV compared with those in HC. In addition, there were positive correlations between the mRNA levels of AREG and IL-22 (r=0.49, P<0.05). IL-22 could upregulate the mRNA level of AREG by 22 times and protein expression by 6 times in HaCaT cells (P<0.01). IL-22BP could inhibit the effect of IL-22 (P<0.05). Conclusion IL-22 may regulate positively amphiregulin expression of keratinocytes involved in psoriasis, and IL-22BP may inhibit this role as a blocker in treating psoriasis [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The composite film electrodes consisting of Dawson-type phosphomolybdate (IMou) and methylene blue (MER) were fabricated by layer-by-layer (LBL) assembled method. The film electrode was characterized by UV - Vis spectroscopy, TR spectroscopy ？ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that PvMol s and MER were well assembled into homogeneous and smooth composite films and growed evenly. Photovoltaic measurement of the film electrode conducted by the electrochemical workstation demonstrated that the Pv Mols / MEB composite film electrode exhibited higher photocurrent and power conversion efficiency (rj) than the MEB-only electrode. The qualified index of original inside-filling air-blowing seed metering device could reach above 85% when working pressure was more than 5 kPa. In order to reduce the working pressure and energy consumption of fan and optimize the working effect of inside-filling air-blowing seed metering device, the installation position of combined compressed air nozzle was adjusted at first to make it as close as possible to the hole. The qualified index of seed metering device was only 82.73% when the working pressure was 2.5 kPa, and qualified index was reduced when increasing or reducing working pressure. Thus it can be seen that the installation position of combined compressed air nozzle has a significant influence on the sowing effect of seed metering device. In this paper, the bonded particle model was used to model maize based on theory of discrete element method, and the coupling analysis method of EDEM-CFD was applied to simulate the influence of different air nozzle installation positions on the working performance of inside-filling air-blowing precision seed metering device. Installation positions of combined air nozzle of structural parameter, inlet velocity and working speed of working parameter were selected as experimental factors, particle filling limiting velocity and filling time were used as evaluating indicators, the orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize working performance of seed metering device. The results of variance analysis of filling performance showed that the influence of three factors on filling limiting velocity was significant (P<0.05) and on filling time was not significant (P>0.05). The primary and secondary factors that affect the filling limiting velocity was working speed > inlet velocity > installation position of combined air nozzle. A significant negative correlation (P<0.05) was found between filling limiting velocity and filling time and Pearson correlation coefficient was -0.785 (P=0.012). The results of variance analysis of cleaning performance showed that three factors had no significant (P>0.05) effect on qualified rate, reseed rate and leakage rate, but qualified index and filling limiting velocity were negatively correlated (P<0.05) when the combined air nozzle was in upper or lower position. The qualified index and filling limiting velocity was significantly positive correlation (P=0.01), the Pearson correlation coefficient was 1.00 and the significant level was 0.005. Therefore, in order to adapt to different working parameters of seed metering device, first of all, the installation position of combined air nozzle of structural parameters was optimized as the middle position. Bench test was performed to validate the simulation results. Double factor test of working pressure and installation positions of combined air nozzle was in progress when the working speed was 6 km/h, and compared with first generation seed metering device. Experimental results showed that the reseed rate of the installation position of combined air nozzle was lower than mille, but the upper position was opposite. The leakage rate of the middle installed position was better than the installation position of combined air nozzle and also was better than the installation position of combined air nozzle at the lower and upper positions. That is, the seed metering device has the best effect when the installation position of combined air nozzle was the middle, and the qualified rate of seed metering device was higher than 90% under all working pressure. The double factor test was carried out when the installation position of combined gas nozzle was at the middle with working speed of 4-12 km/h and working pressure of 3-7 kPa. Results showed that the seed metering device was easier to reseed at lower working pressure and lower working speed, it was easier to leakage at higher working pressure and higher working speed. Bacterial infection is frequently seen in patients with liver cirrhosis, and the most common type of bacterial infection is spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (SBP). In clinical practice, antibacterial agents are widely used in the treatment of SBP. In addition, antibacterial agents can reduce rebleeding and mortality rates in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. However, in order to avoid bacterial resistance, the appropriate use of antibacterial agents is very important.
