Since the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy has inherited a large number of theoretical research and practical results. Rural tourism is an important part and related research literature has also been on the rise. Based on WKI database, by using citespace softeware and CNKI visualization tool, we conducted visual research on the research hot spots and development trends of rural tourism revitalization from the perspective of rural revitalization. Firstly, stages were divided. From multiple perspectives of the number of publications, disciplinary distribution and core author institutions, a comparative analysis was made to clarify the current situation of continuously enriching research results, shifting the focus of construction towards spiritual civilization, and increasingly close cross cooperation. Secondly, by integrating high-frequency words with charts, multiple research directions were obtained, including developing comprehensive industries, exploring rural values and exploring path mechanisms. Finally, a summary was made from three aspects of research theme, research methods and system construction. The future trend of comprehensive development was expected to help grasp the research hotspots and dynamics of rural tourism from the perspective of rural revitalization and provide direction for subsequent research. Hudi enteric capsules, consisting of four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines: Zhushaqi, Polygoni cuspidati rhizoma et radix, Hedyotis diffusae herba, Beibaijiang, Ersebuxuecao, Diyu (Tan), Bletilla striata (Thunb. Ex A. Murray)Rchb. F., and licorice, possesses the effects of clearing heat, removing dampness and cooling blood. Hudi enteric capsules is widely used in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of dampness-heat accumulation syndrome. Hudi enteric capsules is used for non-specific ulcerative colitis of dampness-heat accumulation syndrome, with symptoms of abdominal pain, bacterial dysentery, the symptoms are acute and severe. Relevant studies have shown that the use of Hudi enteric capsules alone or in combination with Western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis, with significant efficacy. In order to enable clinicians in primary medical institutions to use Hudi enteric capsules more scientifically and safely, Expert Consensus on Hudi Enteric Capsules in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis in Primary Care was jointly drafted by relevant experts from Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University, and Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Branch of China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care. Based on the questionnaire survey and literature review of clinical experts, the consensus adopts the GRADE system and fully combined with expert experience to form recommendations or consensus recommendations through the Nominal Group Technique. This consensus clarifies the indications, key points of diagnosis and treatment, usage and dosage, course of treatment, drug combination, and safety of Hudi enteric capsules in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, which is suitable for Chinese clinicians, Western clinicians, general clinicians and clinical pharmacists in hospitals of various levels. Huantong Zhixie soft capsules, consisting of four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines: Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Citrus Reticulata and Saposhnikoviae Radix, possesses the effects of soothing the liver, nourishing the spleen, relieving pain, and stopping diarrhea. It is widely used in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D). Relevant studies showed that the clinical symptoms of IBS-D could be improved by using Huantong Zhixie soft capsules alone, combined with other Chinese and Western medicine and non-drug therapy, and the efficacy was significant. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Huantong Zhixie soft capsules in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D). METHODS: A total of 98 patients with IBS-D admitted into the hospital from Sept. 2021 to Aug. 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into the observation group and control group according to the treatment method, with 49 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Huantong Zhixie soft capsules, while the control group received Pivillium bromide tablets. The treatment cycle was 28 d. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms, Hamilton Anxiety Scale ( HAMA), Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) before and after treatment and incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups were compared. RESULTS: The clinical effective rate of observation group was 87. 76% (43 / 49), significantly higher than that of control group 63. 27% (31 / 49), the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). After treatment, the scores of IBS clinical symptoms (abdominal pain, diarrhea and anal swelling) in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). After treatment, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group and control group was respectively 4. 08% ( 2 / 49) and 12. 24% ( 6 / 49), with no statistically significant difference ( P > 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Huantong Zhixie soft capsules in the treatment of IBS-D is significant, which can alleviate clinical symptoms of patients such as abdominal pain, diarrhea and anal swelling, and improve adverse emotions of patients, with higher treatment safety. Recently, with the popularity of intrauterine operation, the incidence of intrauterine adhesions (IUA) is increasing gradually. Hysteroscopic adhesiolysis has become an effective treatment of IUA. Estrogen use as an perioperative adjuvant therapy has been extensively applied to clinical practice, however the treatment remains empirically based. The purpose of this article was to review the literature to understand changes of endometrium with intrauterine adhesions and to analyze the mechanism and efficacy of estrogen therapy. Furthermore, this article summarized the dose, duration and other treatment strategies of estrogen, which provide evidence to use estrogen as perioperative adjuvant therapy in IUA.
