Objective To investigate the expression levels of Ghrelin/GHSR-la/GABA pathway key factors in rat model of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with liver constraint pattern. Methods 55 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group, sham operation group, GERD group, liver constraint pattern group, and GERD with liver constraint pattern group, with 11 rats in each group. The GERD models were established by esophagogastroduodenal anastomosis (EGDA), the liver constraint pattern models were established by chronic unpredictable stimulation (CUS), and the GERD with liver constraint pattern models were established by EGDA combined with CUS. Sucrose preference test, open field test, and HE pathological observation of esophageal epithelium were performed. Ghrelin levels in serum and gastric tissue, GABA and GHSR-la expressions in the hypothalamus was detected. Results Compared with the normal group and the GERD group respectively, the sucrose preference percentage and the total number of grids crossed (P <0. 01) and the time spent in the central zone (P < 0. 01) by the GERD with liver constraint pattern group in the open field test were reduced, and the content of Ghrelin in the serum (P <0. 01), the expressions of Ghrelin positive cells in the gastric tissue, and the expressions of GHSR-la protein in the hypothalamus (P < 0. 01) were increased-Compared with the sham operation group, the contents of GABA in the hypothalamus of rats in the GERD with liver constraint pattern group were reduced (P <0. 05). Conclusion EGDA combined with CUS can successfully establish the GERD with liver constraint pattern models. The expressions of the Ghrelin in the serum and gastric tissue and the GHSR-la protein in the hypothalamus in the rat models may increase while the contents of GABA may decrease. Objective: To understand the characteristics of academic articles related to COVID-19 published by China's scholars in the field of mental health in the bibliographic database. Methods: English academic articles were retrieved from Web of Science data resource platform, and Chinese academic articles were retrieved from Chi nese Biomedical Literature Service System ( SinoMed), and the retrieval time is from January 2020 to October 2020. Through bibliometrics, the number, subject directions, publication name, authors' units and cited situation of published academic articles were described. Results: Web of Science database shows that China's scholars have published 7651 English academic articles regarding COVID-19, among which 569 articles are involved in mental health, accounting for 7. 4% . SinoMed database shows that 13396 Chinese articles were retrieved, among which 90 l academic articles are related to mental health, accounting for 6. 7%. Conclusion: Chinese and English academic arti cles related with COVID-19 published by China's scholars in mental health are nearly the same proportion with the ones related wilh COVID-19. Objective: To understand the papers and citations of Chinese scholars in four famous international journals of psychiatry in 2010 - 2019, so as to provide the basis for domestic researchers to publish high-level pa pers. Methods: The Web of Science data resource platform was used as the retrieval source to retrieve the articles, including Article, Editorial, Review and Letter, published by Chinese scholars in the four journals of World Psychia try, JAMA Psychiatry, Lancet Psychiatryand American Journal of Psychiatry from 2010 to 2019. The time of publi cation, literature type, citation and highly cited papers of ESI were analyzed by using bibliometrics. Results: During 2010 -2019, Chinese scholars published 193 articles in the four psychiatric journals, of which 104 articles were pub lished as the first author or corresponding author, of which 6 were selected as highly cited papers of ESL Among the types of articles, there were 47 articles, 35 letters, 18 editorials, and 4 reviews. Papers were cited 37 times, 17 times, 20 times and 35 times respectively. Conclusion: During 2010 - 2019, the number of papers published by Chinese scholars in the four psychiatric journals has continued to grow, and the number of citations is high, the papers with high ESI citation is not much, and the proportion of Articles in some journals is not high. To analyze the characteristics of cited papers in Chinese Mental Health Journal, so as to provide evidence for mining high-quality manuscripts. Methods: All of the papers published in Chinese Mental Health Journal from the date of its inception to December 31th, 2019 were selected as the research ob jects. Publication time, subject, and institution and fund paper indicators of the cited papers were analyzed, focusing on the distribution of the top 20 cited papers. Results: All of the 6689 papers were published in Chinese Mental Health Journal from its inception to the end of 2019, of which 5892 were cited at least once, 1202 were highly cited (determined as cited frequency 32 according to Price ' s law), and the total number of cited papers was 153 598. In the annual citation distribution, the number of citations and times of papers published from 2000 to 2005 were the highest. In the discipline distribution, the most times cited were psychology, basic medicine and psychia try. In the institutional distribution, the citations of papers published by Peking University, Central South University and Beijing Normal University were top three. In the distribution of fund support, National Natural Science Founda tion of China, National Science and Technology Support Program and Natural Climbing Program were top three. Although the number of papers supported by interdisciplinary and outstanding research backbone projects was small, the number of citations was high. Conclusion: psychology, psychiatry and basic medicine are 1he key disci plines cited, and 1he quality of national longitudinal project funded papers is higher, so we should actively tap the high-quality manuscript sources in interdisciplinary and excellent scientific research backbone projects.
