Uterocutaneous fistula is a rare complication of uterine surgery. Intrauterine device is a simple and economical contraceptive method, but ectopic intrauterine device will cause adverse consequences. We reported a case of uterocutaneous fistula that caused by ectopic intrauterine device after 13 years of cesarean. The incision and drainage of the abdominal mass at the scar of cesarean section was performed in the patient at another hospital firstly, but the wound didn′t heal for a long time. She was then diagnosed as uterocutaneous fistula by abdominal fistula angiography after 5 months at the same hospital. After that, the patient was admitted to our hospital for further treatment. In the first one week after her admission, routine debridement and dressing change were carried out. Excision of abdominal uterine fistula was operated after the wound inflammation was controlled. Ectopic intrauterine device was considered to be the main cause of uterocutaneous fistula. Intrauterine device was removed, and excision of belly flaps, uterine fistula and peripheral inflammatory tissue was performed. After operation, she was treated with anti-inflammatory therapy and routine dressing change of wound. At last, she was successfully cured. Removing the fistula completely and eliminating etiology are two key operations to the success of abdominal fistula surgery. More attention should be paid to the follow-up after intrauterine device placement, so as to avoid serious complications caused by intrauterine device incarceration or ectopic. Objective: To compare the effect of epidural block combined with general anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia inon the cervical cancer surgery. Methods: Selected 90 cases of patients with cervical cancer surgery who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018, were selected and randomly divided into two groups randomly. The control group was given total intravenous anesthesia, while the observation group was given epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia. The postoperative infection rate, extubation time and recovery time, changes of the serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels, CD3+, CD4+/CD8+, CD8+ and CD4+ levels before surgery, at 12 h and 72 h after surgery, 72 h surgery were compared between the two groups. Results: The infection rate, extubation time and recovery time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels of cervical cancer patients in the observation group were significantly lower at 12 h after surgery than those before surgery and in the control group (P < 0.05). The serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels in both groups recovered to the preoperative levels at 72 h after surgery. The levels of CD3+, CD4+/CD8+, CD4+in the two groups at 12 h after operation were significantly lower than those before operation (P< 0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+/CD8+, CD4+in the observation group at 12 h after operation were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+/CD8+CD4+in both groups recovered to the preoperative levels at 72 h after surgery. Conclusion: Compared with total intravenous anesthe sia, epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia is more conducive to the early extubation and revive of cervical cancer patients, it significantly alleviatinges the postoperative immunosuppression and effectively reducinges the incidence of postoperative infection. Objective: To test the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Snaith-Hamilton Pleasure Scale (SHAPS). Methods: Totally 166 patients with major depression completed the Chinese version of SHAPS, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-I) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17). The validity was tested by using correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis. The reliability was tested by using internal consistency coefficient and Pearson correlation analysis. Results: The ICCs between three different Scale score were 0. 90 and 0. 91 (Ps <0. 001). Exploratory factor analysis identified 2 common factors, which explained 62. 8% of total variance1. The Cronbach coefficient of SHAPS was 0. 94. The test-retest coefficient was 0. 91(P <0. 001). Objective • To discusses the high risk factors and therapy strategies for ovarian hyperstii seven cases with moderate and severe OHSS were collected to be retrospectively analyzed in Shi Tong University School of Medicine from January 2010 to December 2016. Objective To investigate the correlations between healthy lifestyle behaviors and BMD in healthy community-dwelling men and women of different ages groups underwent scheduled physical examination. Methods Using Sahara clinical ultrasound bone densitometer,BMD was measured in 4185 in healthy community-dwelling adults who attended scheduled physical examination in 2013. Lifestyle behaviors information was obtained using a questionnaire. Results In the survey population, 66% had normal BMD and 34% had abnormal BMD; with 2. 29% had osteoporosis (OP). The percentage of women with normal BMD was lower than that of men, of statistical significance (P < 0. 05); osteoporosis (OP) incidence in women was 2. 72%, and in men was1. 91%, of statistical significance (P < 0. 05); BMD reduction in women and men was more common in those aged 40 years and over.
