3. 儿童超短肠综合征治疗分析.

- Abstract
From January 2015 to February 2021, retrospective review was conducted for 24 USBS infants. Clinical characteristics, treatments and outcomes were recorded. There were 17 boys and 7 girls with a gestational age of (26-39+5) week and a range of birth weight (720-3 600) gram. The infants were premature (n=20) and full-term (n=4). Results Among them, 7 infants of temporary USBS were discharged upon completing short-term nutritional therapy after closing stoma; 7/17 infants of non-temporary USBS were weaned off parenteral nutrition to achieve intestinal adaptation; 5/17 relinquished further treatments during operation; 5/17 required continued parenteral nutrition. Among 19 survivors, there were intravenous nutrition-related cholestasis (n=9), catheter infection (n=9), acquired zinc deficiency dermatitis (n=3), vitamin D deficiency (n=6) and metabolic bone disease (n=2). All symptoms improved after symptomatic measures. Conclusions It is rather troublesome to manage USBS children and there are numerous complications. After proper treatments, some infants may finally achieve intestinal adaptation without parenteral nutrition. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
With the improvement of green and energy-saving requirements of belt conveyors, how to effectively reduce the indentation rolling resistance becomes a new problem. In order to study the influence of ambient temperature on the indentation rolling resistance of belt conveyor and overcome the difficulty of obtaining data in actual engineering, a finite element simulation method based on ambient temperature was proposed. Taking the fabric core belt conveyor as the research object, the three-dimensional model was established through SolidWorks and imported into ANSYS Workbench finite element simulation analysis software to carry out the simulation research on the indentation rolling resistance under different ambient temperature, in which the two parameters model of Mooney Rivlin was used to define the covering material of the conveyor belt. The results show that the indentation rolling resistance decreases with the increasing of ambient temperature. It is concluded that the research results provide a basis for green and energy saving of belt conveyor. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Developing an interplay between the local morphological character, optoelectronic properties and its local photovoltaic parameters in a perovskite thin film is essential for guiding the construction of highly-efficient perovskite solar cells (PSC). In this work, by using a laserscanned and time-resolved confocal microscopy coupled with a picoammeter detection module, we realize in-situ photoluminescence (PL) intensity, PL lifetime, and photocurrent mappings in a two-dimensional (2D) PSC. A significant negative correlation is found between photocurrent and PL intensity and PL lifetime imaging within grains of the perovskite polycrystalline film. We establish the correlation between local photovoltaic parameters, optoelectronic properties, and morphology character, which provides theoretical guidance for the optimization of PSC performance. - Abstract
The maximum lift coefficient CLmax is directly connected to the selection of wing loading, which further affects aircraft's mass and economy. CLmax of propeller aircraft is improved with increased slipstream intensity at powered condition, however the conventional theory trends to some conservative and smaller power-off value, hence does not utilize the full potential performance of aircraft. Combining the airworthiness regulations and the actual flight condition of an aircraft with four turbo-prop engines, a new concept is proposed to find the optimal CLmax based on engine standby condition. The power-on CLmax is separated into four parts:power-off CLmax, propeller thrust component, propeller normal force and lift due to slipstream, which are simulated, measured and corrected by power-off and multi-balance power-on wind tunnel tests. The calculation shows that the propeller aircraft with four engines has slipstream intensity in the order of 0.1 at stall flight test condition with engines standby. The slipstream effect is the major factor of lift increment even at small slipstream intensity, and the increment increases as flap angle or slipstream intensity increase. The four engines at standby condition also generate considerable thrust and normal force due to lift. The power effect of turbo-prop engine increases the CLmax of different flap configurations up to 8%~9%. The CLmax obtained by the method agrees well with flight test, and the low speed performance of the aircraft is well utilized. 24. 抗VEGF药物联合532 激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞的疗效分析.

- Abstract
Objective: To discuss the efficacy of anti VEGF drugs combined with 532 laser in treatment of central retinal vein occlusion. Methods: 60 patients with central retinal vein occlusion, 38-65 years old were selected and divided into two groups. The study group(31 cases) was given anti VEGF drugs combined with 532 laser, and the control group(29 cases) was adopted laser treatment. The vision and central macular thickness before therapy and 3 months after therapy, and the therapeutic outcome after 3 months therapy was observed. The efficacy of two different therapy were evaluated by these indexes. Results: After 3 months therapy, the rate of study group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Compared with the vision before therapy, the vision became better after 3 months therapy in the study group. Besides, the improvement range in the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months therapy, the vision of control group was improved, but there was no statistical significance between before and after treatment (P>0.05). Before therapy, there was no statistical significance on CMT between two groups (P>0.05), after 3 months therapy, the CMT in two groups was improved, and it was better in the study group (P<0.05). After therapy, no serious complications were detected in 3 months. Conclusions: The anti-VEGF drugs combined with 532 laser in treatment of the central retinal vein occlusion can significantly improve the vision of the patients, and obtain high effective rate and low accident rate of macular edema and neovascularization. 25. 变参数椭圆剖面的气动和结构特性研究.

- Abstract
The streamlining section of non-lift column shaped component normally observed in some subsonic aircrafts is investigated by numerical method. A new series of variable elliptic section is advanced, which is defined by the conic shape parameter Rho and the maximum thickness position. The comparison of drag, lift and structural property of ellipse section, airfoil section and the new elliptic sections is performed with fineness ratio from 1. 5 to 8. The CFD analysis reveals that airfoil section has the minimal drag when fineness ratio is larger than 3,but further decrease of fineness ratio could cause special phenomena such as negative lift slope and drag increase. The elliptic section has the highest drag, while the proposed new section has the intermediate value, which could be further reduced when the shape is closer to an airfoil. It is notable that the elliptic sections with variable parameters could maintain reasonable drag and lift characteristics even for the case when the fineness ratio drops to 2. The airfoil has the highest lift curve slope when fineness ratio is bigger than 3,but is prone to flow separation and rapid change of lift curve slope when the fineness ratio is lowered. On the contrary, the ellipse behaves steadily at low fineness ratio, while the new sections have smaller drag at low fineness ratios. The structure property is evaluated by two parameters : the average section thickness and the cross-section area. With no surprise the ellipse is the best one in structure with its rounded shape and the airfoil behaves the worst, and the new elliptic section lies between the two. By comparing the overall performance, the elliptic section with Rho 0. 414/0. 35 configuration seems to combine the advantages of both the airfoil and the ellipse, which enables it better aerodynamic fairing section for its enhanced overall aerodynamic-structural property.
