With the increasing number of fuel vehicles, air pollution is becoming increasingly severe. In recent years, some administrative departments has begun to establish zones with specific pollutant emission limits for fuel vehicles and promote people's choice of green transportation methods such as new energy vehicles, low emission zones. In order to understand people's intention to purchase and use new energy vehicles in low emission zones, take fuel commuters as the survey object. Based on self-regulated behavior change stage model, the people's intention to purchase and use new energy vehicles were divided into goal intention stage, behavior intention stage, implementation intention stage, and intention formation stage. Based on each intention stage, auxiliary intervention measures were provided to promote intention improvement. Finally obtain the demand for auxiliary intervention measures at different stages of intention, and establish the before and after phased intervention measures two models for the formation of intention to purchase and use new energy vehicles in low emission zones. The analysis shows that providing a phased intervention model can better explain the formation process of people's intention to purchase and use new energy vehicles in low emission zones. And the changes in the importance factors that affect people's intentions at each stage before and after the intervention of phased measures were analyzed. Octahedral CeO2 particles with particle size distribution of 300～500 nm were prepared by molten salt method.The CeO2/PTFE coating was prepared by spraying method.The purpose was to build the micro-rough structure of CeO2/PTFE coating by adding CeO2 particles or embedding them on the network structure of PTFE,so as to improve its hydrophobic performance.The effect of different CeO2 particle content on the hydrophobic properties of CeO2/PTFE coating on Al substrates with different hardness（Al 3003 and Al 3004） was investigated, and the superhydrophobic mechanism of CeO2/PTFE coating was explained from two aspects: ″microstructure of CeO2 particles″ and ″construction of micro-rough structure″.The results show that when the CeO2 particle content is 0.5 wt %,the SEM image shows that there are a lot of protrusions on the surface of CeO2/PTFE coating, which is a ″single-layer continuous network structure″.The hydrophobic performance of CeO2/PTFE coating is the best when CeO2 particles are embedded in the network structure of PTFE coating, and the contact angles of Al 3003 and Al 3004 are 154.7 ° and 153.3 °,respectively, according to the wettability analysis.When the CeO2 particle content is less than 0.5 wt %,the coating surface presents ″island structure″.When the value is greater than 0.5 wt %,the surface of the constructed coating shows a ″multi-layer discontinuous network structure″. Pests, diseases and weeds are detrimental to grain production; and the overuse of chemical pesticides has led to increasingly serious problems such as pesticide residues and environmental pollution. As one of the main types of biological pesticides, microbial pesticides have been developing rapidly in recent years due to their low residues and low toxicity to humans and animals. Objective: To investigate the predictive effectiveness of different models and the efficacy of baseline T2WI combined with machine learning imaging and to predict the pathological complete remission after the neo-adjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) in patients with locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC). Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 131 patients with non metastatic advanced rectal cancer from January 2017 to December 2021. All patients underwent the pelvic MRI examination before and after the treatment, received standard nCRT treatment, and then underwent the total mesorectal resection (TME). AK software (Analysis Kit, GE Healthcare) was used to manually draw the regions of interest (ROI) on the pre-treatment axial T2WI maps, and AK software also extracted the imaging omics features. The imaging omics data were used to build the prediction models by using the support vector machine (SVM), random forest (RF), and logistic regression (LR) methods after the the imaging omics features were feature-screened using a two-sample t-test + LASSO regression. The effectiveness of the model prediction was evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC). Results　26 (19.8%) of the 131 patients had a pathologic complete response (pCR). The AK software extracted 1308 imaging omics features in total, and after the screening, 12 features were selected for pCR prediction. The SVM model had an AUC, accuracy of 0.881 0 and 81.48%, sensitivity and specificity of 90.48% and 50%. The RF model had an AUC, accuracy of 0.757 9 and 81.48%, sensitivity and specificity of accuracy 95.24% and 33.33%. The LR model had an AUC, accuracy of 0.920 6 and 92.59%, sensitivity and specificity of 95.24% and 83.33%. Conclusion: The three machine learning models constructed have the considerable accuracy in predicting complete pathological remission after the concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced rectal cancer. Among them, the machine learning model established with the use of logistic regression (LR) method has the higher diagnostic efficiency than other machine learning models, and has the potential to be applied in the clinical practice. With the increasing number of large special winter outdoor events, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of passenger flow demand and conduct data mining. Based on the passenger flow demand survey, the characteristics and intentions of passenger demand were analyzed, it is concluded that the acceptable reasonable walking and queuing time for people is within 20 minutes, and the outdoor competition time is within 3 hours. And heating and catering service facilities should be provided during the competition, and a viewing area near the stadium mainly for walking and watching should be set up to meet the needs of spectators. Then the user portraits of the three groups were established by using the second-order clustering and hierarchical clustering method respectively. Through the analysis of 3D map of the clustering effect, silhouette coefficient and clustering user profile characteristics, it is concluded that the second-order clustering effect is better. Establish three types of tag cloud maps, local group viewing type: local middle-aged and elderly people are mostly local, and the time for walking, queuing, and watching the competition is short, it is recommended to reasonably plan the drop-off area for vehicles of middle-aged and elderly groups, and orderly organize the arrival of passengers. Taking the final paper scores of 2018 and 2019 students of Tiangong University as samples， using the method of principal component analysis（PCA），introducing the innovation index system， defining the teaching effect index as the first principal component，and using MATLAB 2015b programming to explore the differences between online and offline teaching effects. The results show that there is no significant difference in the overall level between 2018 and 2019 students. Compared with the learning effect of offline teaching of the same content for 2018 students，the learning effect of online teaching of Higher Mathematics for 2019 students is poor. The main reason is the poor adaptability of teachers and students to online teaching. Therefore，under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control，teachers should learn the skills of online teaching and supervision and management，and students should improve their self-control and autonomous learning ability，so as to improve the adaptability of online teaching. Objective In order to study the influence range of different dimensions of jet flame, the gas leakage model Was used. Based on the basic principles of fluid mechanics, a three-dimensional pipeline model Was established by FDS software to simulate the flame conditions of different directions and dimensions of the leakage jet. Methods By introducing the leakage angle into the calculation of the hazard radius, the assessment model of the hazard range of jet flame was improved, and a new calculation model of the hazard range of jet flame with different leakage angles was established. The calculated values of the model were compared with the numerical simulation values. Results For the geometric characteristics of flame, thermal radiation value and temperature distribution, the jet flame in 0° and 30° directions is quite different from that in 90 ° direction. Obviously, the harm range of jet flame in 90 ° direction is smaller. Conclusions The improved hazard range prediction model is in good agreement with the simulation results. Recently, the objective measurement index of image super-resolution has been improved continuously, but the quality of visual perception is still smooth. And there is a general problem with the discriminator design in the application of the superresolution model, which is the instability of its training. Two improvements are made to the above problems. One was proposed a method of multi-loss ensemble to seek a balance between PSNR indicators and perceived quality. By blending the mean square error loss, perceptual loss, style loss and adversarial loss, it improved the PSNR value while improved the visual quality. The second was to apply spectral normalization in the discriminator design of the GAN-based super-resolution model to achieve more stable and effective training. The results show that the improved method yields a higher PSNR indicator and a more realistic visual perception quality, and further demonstrates the importance of perceived quality for super-resolution reconstruction. [Objective] Under potato wilt pathogen inoculation, the effect of potassium fertilizer combined with Bacillus subtilis on the growth and the incidence of Verticillium wilt of potato. [Method]The pot experiment was used to inoculate the pathogen of Verticillium wilt of potato by inoculating root method. [Result]The application of potash fertilizer with Bacillus subtilis to prevent Verticillium wilt of potato was better than that of single application of potassium fertilizer, of which the control effect of K3VB, K2VB and K1VB treatments on Verticillium wilt of potato were 1.09, 1.67, 3.51 times under fertilizer K3V, K2V and K1 V treatments. Bacillus subtilis increased the potassium accumulation in potato plants, and there was a significant negative correlation between potassium accumulation and potato Verlicitlium wilt incidence. It was also found that potassium fertilizer had a significant effect on potato height, dry matter weight and aboveground dry matter weight, and the effect of Bacillus subtilis was more significant after applying potassium fertilizer, of which the height of plant, the weight of root dry matter and the weight of dry matter on the ground by K3B were 1.21 , 1.2 and 1. 14 limes of K3. The location of the fault is required to be detected in the case of UPS when single - phase - to - earth fault occurs. Aiming at the requirement, a method of online power cable fault location in neutral point ineffectively grounded power system based on EE was proposed. Under the condition that the parameters of cable were unknown, the velocity of traveling wave in cable was measured by the use of switching overvoltage wave which was generated when the closing occurred. When single - phase - to - earth fault happened, EE was used to find the mutations moments of instantaneous frequency. Then the location of power cable fault was determined by one - terminal fault location method. In order to reveal the mechanism of microwave action in the process of coal microwave desulfurization, the dielectric property of coal's sulfur-containing and sulfur-free model compounds, the change of dielectric properties for pure coals mixed with different proportions of sulfur-containing compounds were measured by the transmission reflection method. Then the effect of dielectric properties of sulfur-containing compounds on their desulfurization rates by microwaving was expounded. The results showed that the real part of dielectric constant ε′, imaginary part ε″ and loss tangent tan δ of sulfur-containing compounds are higher than those of sulfur-free compounds with similar structures. Among of them, the ε″ and tan δ of the diphenyl disulfide, dibenzothiophene sulfone and diphenyl sulfone have their own characteristic peaks. Therefore, the selective heating of sulfur contents in coal could be realized by adjusting the microwave frequency. When the pure coal was loaded with sulfur-containing compounds, the ε′ of them usually changed drastically. However, subtle changes in the ε″ and tan δ were observed. The ε″ and tan δ of mixture appeared the obvious characteristic peaks of corresponding sulfur-containing model compounds. So the selective desulfurization of high organic sulfur coal could be realized by adjusting the microwave frequency. The desulfurization results suggested that under the condition of microwave combined with oxidizing agent, the desulfurization rate of the sulfur ether are significantly higher than that of thiophene, and the ε″ and tan δ of former are also higher than those of latter.
