Abstract

[Objective] Under potato wilt pathogen inoculation, the effect of potassium fertilizer combined with Bacillus subtilis on the growth and the incidence of Verticillium wilt of potato. [Method]The pot experiment was used to inoculate the pathogen of Verticillium wilt of potato by inoculating root method. [Result]The application of potash fertilizer with Bacillus subtilis to prevent Verticillium wilt of potato was better than that of single application of potassium fertilizer, of which the control effect of K3VB, K2VB and K1VB treatments on Verticillium wilt of potato were 1.09, 1.67, 3.51 times under fertilizer K3V, K2V and K1 V treatments. Bacillus subtilis increased the potassium accumulation in potato plants, and there was a significant negative correlation between potassium accumulation and potato Verlicitlium wilt incidence. It was also found that potassium fertilizer had a significant effect on potato height, dry matter weight and aboveground dry matter weight, and the effect of Bacillus subtilis was more significant after applying potassium fertilizer, of which the height of plant, the weight of root dry matter and the weight of dry matter on the ground by K3B were 1.21 , 1.2 and 1. 14 limes of K3. [Conclusion] Potash fertilizer and Bacillus subtilis had a certain control effect on Verticillium wilt of potato and could also promote the growth of potato. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
