前報で「保育者養成における野菜の栽培活動の教育効果」をテーマに学生の栽培活動への考え方や取り組みについて食育の視点から実態調査を行った。本報では、前報の研究結果と課題を生かして、自然との関わりや領域「環境」の視点などに広げて保育者養成における栽培活動の在り方を検討した。今回は、北海道地域の保育者養成校に在籍する学生にもアンケートに協力いただき、比較的都市部の地域と自然豊かな地域において自然や栽培活動に対する意識に違いがあるか調査を行った。前報でも虫が嫌いな学生が多いことを報告したが、今回の調査でも地域に関わらず虫の存在が栽培活動のハードルを上げていることがわかった。また、栽培活動の効果実感で特徴的なことは、自分自身への効果があると回答した学生は約半数であるのに対し、90％以上の学生が、子どもが栽培活動を実施することは効果があると回答した。その理由として植物栽培の達成感、生命の尊さを学ぶことができるという回答が複数得られた。地域ごとでは、同じ学年でありながら自分自身への効果実感に差がみられた。自由記述では、栽培活動の課題解決につながる回答があったため、学生の意見を検証し、引き続き保育者養成に効果的な栽培活動を実施したい。

ハワイ州はアメリカ合衆国の中で最も固有種が生息する割合が高い、豊かな生態系を有する土地である。これらの希少な種は、絶滅の危機に瀕しており、20 世紀後半以降多くの自然保護団体がその保護のために活動してきた。自然保護団体の活動が目立ち、ハワイの地元の人々、とりわけ地域の自然に身近に関わってきた地元の動物を狩猟する住民が、保護活動に抵抗してきたことはあまり知られていない。生態系の保護が国際的な関心事となり、その対応が急がれる中、住民の抵抗は充分な注目を浴びてこなかった。近年こうした優先順位のつけ方が問題視されつつある。本論文では、ハワイの動物の導入と排除の歴史を踏まえ、自然保護団体と地元のハンターの対立に焦点をあて、後者から見たハワイのあるべき自然像を考察する。ハンターが外来種の駆除に反対する背景に、西洋との接触以来続く欧米からハワイに対する支配の構造、セトラー・コロニアリズムへの抵抗があることを指摘する。

本研究は海洋環境・生物の保全を考える中で、海洋プラスチック削減策を提案するものである。本研究では問題を引き起こす使い捨てプラスチックのうちペットボトルに着目し、ペットボトルの代替品として缶が適切であるという仮説を設定し、研究を行った。調査は神戸大学附属中等教育学校内にある自動販売機のペットボトルを缶に入れ替える実験、また生徒を対象に実施した事前アンケート・事後アンケートを基に行った。その結果、生徒における海洋プラスチック問題の認知度やペットボトル及び水筒・マイボトルの利用状況、環境問題への意識などが分かった。またこれらの結果から考察を行った。また仮説を検証した結果、缶とペットボトルの大きな違いは蓋の有無と種類の数であり、これら２つの課題を克服した缶であればペットボトルの代替品になりえると考えられた。加えて、校内にウォーターサーバーを設置し、飲み干したのちきれいに洗われた水筒・マイボトルに缶飲料を移し替えて持ち運べるシステムを導入することで、蓋のない缶でもペットボトルの代替品になりえると考えられた。これらの結果・考察を踏まえ、本研究ではウォーターサーバーの設置等の解決策を提案し結論とした。その後実際にウォーターサーバーを設置し、その取り組みがペットボトル削減に貢献したかどうかを、流量計の数値と生徒へのアンケート調査から評価し、再び提案に対して考察を行った。, This study proposes measures to reduce ocean plastics in the context of ocean environmental and biological conservation. This study focused on PET bottles among the disposable plastics that cause problems and formulated the hypothesis that cans are appropriate as a substitute for PET bottles. The research was based on an experiment in which plastic bottles were replaced with cans in a vending machine at Kobe University secondary school. Pre and post-questionnaires were administered to the students. The results showed the students' awareness of the ocean plastic problem, their use of PET bottles and bottles, and their awareness of environmental issues. The results also showed that the major differences between cans and PET bottles are the presence or absence of lids and the number of types and that cans that overcome these two issues can be considered as a substitute for PET bottles. In addition, the number of plastic bottles of water purchased in large numbers throughout the experiment will reduce, if water servers are installed. Based on these results and considerations, this study concludes by proposing solutions such as installing water servers and the "Leave-a-Bottle Project.

本論稿は、保育においての環境と異文化理解の意味について、考察したものである。両者を考える必要性については、幼稚園教育要領、保育所保育指針に明記されているが、その意味について、定まっているわけではない。保育の流れは、イメージをたて、実践し、そして、その実践がうまくできたかを内省し、その改善点をさぐり、次ぎの保育に活かす、という流れである。しかし、実際の保育行為において、保育者は最初の計画の段階ですでに自己の保育への振り返りを行っているのである。そして、その振り返りの前提として「記録」という行為が大きな意味を持つ点について考察した。また、この振り返りが行われなくては、保育の計画は立てられない。保育者は自らの保育の質を高めていくことができるのである。実践のあとの内省が、次の保育の改善につながることは当然であるが、実は、実践のあとの内省こそが計画を立てる段階に取り入れられているのである。

Since the late 1990s, green logistics, which is logistics that takes into account the reduction of environmental impact, has become a growing concern in Chinese society and is necessary for the development of China’s logistics industry. However, green logistics in China got off to a slow start and there is still a significant gap with developed countries. As the Chinese economy has already become an important component of the global economy, green logistics must be developed to a great extent.This study mainly focuses on the development status of green logistics in developed countries and discusses feasible proposals for the development of green logistics in China through examples from developed countries., 1990年代後半から、環境負荷軽減を考慮した物流であるグリーン物流が中国社会でも関心が高まり、中国の物流業の発展に必要とされている。しかし、中国のグリーン物流のスタートは遅く、先進国とはまだ大きな差がある。中国経済は、すでに世界経済の重要な構成部分となっているため、グリーン物流を大いに発展させなければならない。本研究では、先進国のグリーン物流の発展状況を主な研究対象とし、先進国の事例を通じて、中国におけるグリーン物流の発展に向けた実現可能な提案を行う。

This study analyzes the specific content of logistics cost in Green Logistics through logistics cost in a broad sense, The reasons for the slow development of green logistics in China are then identified from the perspective of logistics costs, and feasible solutions are targeted., 社会・経済の発展とともに、輸送する貨物量の増加、物流センターの自動化・ロボット化や物流機器の大型化など、物流活動が環境に与える影響はますます顕著になってきている。 例えば、トラック輸送は大量の燃料を消費し、道路の保守コストを増加させ、排気ガスや騒音などの公害や交通渋滞を発生させている。過剰包装や使い捨てのパッケージは、多くの資源を浪費するだけでなく、廃棄物を発生させ、リサイクルや処分に多額の費用を必要とする。環境共生型の社会を実現するためには、環境負荷軽減を意識したグリーン物流が、重要な一翼を担うものであり、必要な開発モデルである。本研究では、広義の物流コストを通じてグリーン物流における物流コストの具体的内容を説明し、物流コストの観点から中国のグリーン物流の発展が遅れている原因を探り、それに対応した問題解決のための実現可能な提案について考察する。

論文, Research Article, 近年、人文社会科学の領域だけでなく医療の領域においても、生物医学的な視点だけでなく「患者の視座」が注目され、そこから病いの経験を捉え直す試みが積極的になされている。しかしその一方で、従来の研究は「患者の視座」なるものがそもそもどれほど首尾一貫したものなのかという問いについては中心的に扱ってこなかった。そこで本稿は、こうした研究動向に新たな視座を提示すべく、ハンセン病療養所を舞台とした北條民雄の「いのちの初夜」（1936）という文学作品の分析を通して、「病者である」ことをめぐる揺らぎを明らかにすることを試みた。その際に注目したのは、「医師－患者」といった対面的な対人関係だけでなく、人以外の諸要素を含めた広い意味での「環境environment」という視座である。それは諸存在がいかにアクターとしてネットワークに織り込まれているのかを問題とするアクターネットワーク理論の提示する視座でもある。これにより、従来ネガティブに捉えられてきた内側から病者としてのアイデンティティを獲得できないことが、むしろ何者にもならないという仕方で自分の位置を定める可能性に光を当てた。, Recently, not only in the field of humanities and social sciences, but also in medicine, the “patient’s point of view” has been attracting attention, along with the biomedical point of view. Attempts to reconsider the experience of illness from this viewpoint have been undertaken and are underway. At the same time, however, conventional research has shied away from the question of how coherent the “patient’s point of view” is in the first place. Therefore, to present a new perspective on this research trend, this paper attempts to clarify the concerns surrounding “being sick” through an analysis of Hōjō Tamio’s literary work entitled, “The First Night of Life” (1936), which was set in a leprosarium. In this study, I focused on the interpersonal relationship of “doctor–patient,” and explored the environment in a broader sense, which includes elements other than human beings. This is also the perspective proposed by the actor-network theory, which addresses the question of how both people and non-human entities are woven into the network as actors. This approach highlighted the possibility that the inability to identify as a sick person internally, which has traditionally been negatively regarded, is rather a way of positioning oneself in a way that becomes nobody.

本稿の目的は、すべての子どもが「よく生きようとする」力をもつと認める保育における、2歳児の製作遊びに関わる保育者の望ましい援助や態度の検討である。本稿の前半では、製作遊びに用いられる素材の特徴について素材の定義、素材の特性、製作遊びから展開するその他の遊び、及び製作遊びに見られる保育者の関わりに分類し先行研究をまとめた。本稿の後半では、日常的観察法と二人称的アプローチに基づくエピソード記録法を併用した事例を取り上げ⑴保育者と子どもがイメージを合致させるやり取り、⑵作りたいものに対する子どもの思い、⑶具体的な保育者の援助と態度、について内容を抽出して考察を行い、⑴製作遊びにおいては、子どもが自身の発想を具現化する道筋を構想する上で保育者の援助が必要になるため、子どもと保育者のやり取りが重要になる、⑵子どもにとって製作遊びを通して表現することは子ども自身の経験を相手に伝える手段となり得る、⑶保育者の援助は製作上必要な「手」として表れ、かつ保育者と子どもの情動の交流が子どもの集中力や意欲を持続させる一助となるとすれば保育者の態度も要点となることが示唆された。

教育によって脳はどのような機序で生命科学的に変化するのだろうか。個体差を超えて生じる生体反応を理解することは教育実践や教育政策の立案においても必要であると考えられる。本総説においては，①幅広い分野の教育系研究者に有用であると考えられ②神経科学の基礎により多くの接点を持つエビデンスであることを基準として話題を選別し，脳が環境を知るメカニズム，大人と子どもの脳の違い，主体的な学びの重要性の根拠，現代の新しい技術によって脳が変化する可能性，などについて概説する。神経科学においては，「学習」は「環境からの外部刺激によって神経回路が構築される過程」，「教育」は「外部刺激を制御・補完する過程」として捉えられる。このことは，どのような脳を創出したいかを考えながら教育の起点である環境を構築していく必要があることを示している。

乳幼児期の子どもは、身のまわりの人やものなどの環境と関わり、遊びや生活の中で主体的に探索活動などを行いながら、いろいろな経験をしていく。その経験のなかには様々な学びがあり、その学びは身体機能の発達、人間関係の発達、思考の発達など発達の側面と関連してくる。子どもは遊びや生活の中で学び、発達していくのである。遊びの中での学びをとらえてみると、遊びながら学んだ事が思考力・判断力・表現力などを育み、知的な発達へつながると思われる。この「学び」については、三つの基本的なあり方「学びの三つのモード」があると考える。この「学びの三つのモード」における学び仕方については、「入り込む学び」、「眺める学び」、「想像力による学び」に分けられ、重要なことは「入り込む」経験が、「眺める」ことや「想像力」をより豊かにするということである。また、この「学びの三つのモード」には、「人間関係」と「環境」が大きく関わり、影響を与えている。

自然素材を顔料にした手作り絵の具の作製方法について実践的に検討した。網目1mmの茶漉しの目を通過した粒度の砂と糊、水を１：１：１または２：１：１で混合すると幼児の活動に適した絵の具が作製される。乳鉢で磨り潰した葉を顔料にして同様の方法で絵の具を作製すると極めて扱いづらい絵の具となる。

本稿においては、保育者養成校における英語教育を環境および言葉の視点から分析検討している。まず、英語教育を考える前提として、日本における英語教育がおかれている環境について考察する。その上で、幼稚園、保育所等における英語活動の広まりについて考察し、保育者養成校で学ぶ学生たちの英語能力、および苦手等の意識、さらには、上記の英語活動の広まりについての認識についても考察している。そして、苦手等の意識を持つ学生が多いことについて分析し、それが学校英語、受験英語と呼ばれる英語であることについて位置づけを確認している。また、一方で、保育者養成校における英語の位置づけについても実態を考え、保育者養成校が日々、保育の専門科目の習得を目指し、学生の保育力を高める意識に集中していることにより、英語学習に対しての取り組みとの相違についても考察している。その上で、保育者養成に学び、保育者を志す学生が英語活動等に生かせる保育英語の形成についても提言を与えるものである。

In formulating theories of global justice, some philosophers emphasise moral truth. They seek to identify principles of morality which must stand irrespective of people’s moral beliefs (what people believe to be morally true). Meanwhile, others also consider the actual circumstances which characterise the real world. Tim Hayward is one of the contemporary philosophers who have emphasised such worldly realities. His theory has not attracted much attention in Japan. But his contributions have been widely recognised in the European and the North American contexts. In this research note, I shall highlight several key elements which constitute Hayward’s theory of global justice: namely, his theory of human rights; his theory of systemic harm; his theory of global finance; and his theory of the state. In each element, worldly realities are taken to be of great importance. I shall close this note by listing the five worldly realities which Hayward has tried to integrate in the philosophy of global justice.

Learning through contact between preschool children and small animals is separated into two categories. One is connected to scientific knowledge and thinking and the other is social and emotional skills. It is important to develop these two skills with good balance. The purpose of this study is to make clear the child-care worker’s intentions and examine results of learning by using a questionnaire survey on contact with small animals. The results from this study showed the child-care workers tended to emphasize social and emotional skills slightly.
