Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of forkhead box protein A1 (FOXA1) and ubiquitin carboxy terminal hydrolase L1 (UCHL1) in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) tissues and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis. Methods: 100 LSCC patients who underwent surgical resection were selected, the expression of FOXA1 and UCHL1 in LSCC tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of FOXA1 and UCHL1 in LSCC tissues and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed, the overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) curves of LSCC patients with positive/negative expression of FOXA1 and UCHL1 were drawn by Kaplan-Meier method. Results: Compared with adjacent tissues, the positive expression rates of FOXA1 and UCHL1 in cancer tissues were higher (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of FOXA1 and UCHL1 in LSCC tissues with different tumor size, differentiation degree, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis were different (P<0.05). The 3-year OS and DFS of 100 LSCC patients were 56.00% (56/100) and 49.00% (49/100) respectively. The 3-year OS and DFS of FOXA1 and UCHL1 positive expression patients were lower than those of FOXA1 and UCHL1 negative expression patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of FOXA1 and UCHL1 is up-regulated in LSCC tissues, which is closely related to poor prognosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

【Objective】The digitization of agriculture and rural areas is considered to be a crucial element in promoting rural revitalization and enhancing agricultural construction, significantly contributing to the increase of farmers’ income. The study aims to develop an comprehensive framework for evaluating the digitization of agriculture and rural areas, empirically investigating its effectiveness in income increase and clarifying the action mechanisms. Additionally, it provides policy-oriented insights to alleviate the challenges of the “digital divide” and to advance the sophisticated development of the digital economy in agricultural and rural areas.【Method】The panel data from 31 provinces (region) in China from 2011-2020 was selected, and the Entropy-Weighted TOPSIS Method was applied for assessing the level of digitalization in agriculture and rural areas. The fixed and mediation effects were utilized to investigate the influence and mechanisms of digitalization on farmers’ income increase. A threshold model was employed to explore the threshold effects between the digitalization and the increase of farmers’ income.【Result】(1) Digitalization in agriculture and rural areas significantly enhances farmers’ income; with a 1% increase in digitalization level corresponding to an average income increase of 57.4 CNY for farmers. The positive effect is more pronounced in the eastern regions, while it appears to be inhibitory in the central regions and less evident in promoting income in the western regions, indicating the presence of a “digital divide”. (2) Digitalization in agriculture and rural areas contributes to farmers’ income increase through multiple channels: fostering diversification of farmers’ occupations, accelerating land circulation, enhancing the probability of farmers obtaining financing, and promoting the sales of agricultural products. (3) Digital inclusive finance exhibits significant dual threshold effects between digitalization in agriculture and rural areas and farmers’ income increase, with the first threshold value at 33.401 and the second at 148.370. As the threshold interval increases, the impact of digitalization on farmers’ income increase demonstrates a “positive U-shaped” relationship, showing as initially inhibitory and subsequently promotive.【Conclusion】Digitalization in agriculture and rural areas effectively facilitates income increase for farmers, however, the challenges of the “digital divide” persist. Consequently, it proposes policy implications such as enhancing digital infrastructure, providing training and education in agricultural digitalization, promoting the development of rural digital inclusive finance, and formulating region-specific digital development strategies to further augment farmers’ income. To observe the effects of ultrasound-guided modified obturator nerve block (ONB) combined with remazolam anesthesia on obturator nerve reflex (ONR) and postoperative recovery of patients with transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBT). Methods One hundred patients with bladder tumor admitted to Qinhuangd ao Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were treated with TURBT. They were divided into conventional group (intraspinal anesthesia + traditional ONB anesthesia) and ultrasound group (intraspinal anesthesia improved ONB combined with remidazolam anesthesia under ultrasound guidance) with 50 cases in each according to different ONB methods. Perioperative indexes, hemodynamic indexes at different time points, intraoperative ONR occur- rence, complications and adverse anesthesia reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with conventional group, ONB time, operation time, catheter indwelling time and hospital stay were shortened, and intraoperative blood loss was decreased in ultrasound group (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group at 30 min after administration (T1) and at the end of operation (T2), the mean arterial pressure (MAP) and oxygen saturation (SaO) were increased in the ultrasound group (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of ONR and bladder bleeding was decreased, and the incidence of postoperative bradycardia, nausea and vomiting were decreased in the ultrasound group (P<0.05). Conclusions Ultrasound-guided modified ONB combined with remazolam anesthesia can effectively improve perioperative indexes of TURBT, reduce intraoperative ONR and bladder bleeding, and have little influence on hemodynamics with few postoperative adverse anesthesia reactions. Objective To evaluate the risk of recurrence or metastasis of breast cancer by LNG-IUS via meta-analysis. Methods We searched literature in the PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane, EMBASE, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and WanFang database. The retrieval period was from January 2014 to October 2021. Data extraction and quality evaluation were conducted for the included randomized controlled study (RCT) to analyze whether LNG-IUS can increase the risk of recurrence or metastasis of breast cancer. Results A total of 1309 Chinese and English studies were retrieved; 5 RCTs were included in this study, and 446 patients were enrolled. The combined total effect value in the fixed-effect model with RD (95%CI) 0.03(-0.03-0.08), Z=1.05, P=0.29) indicated that the LNG-IUS+tamoxifen group did not increase the risk of recurrence or metastasis of breast cancer compared with the tamoxifen group. The funnel diagram was basically symmetrical, suggesting that the publication bias was small. Conclusion Wearing the LNG-IUS does not increase the risk of relapse or metastasis of breast cancer significantly, and it provides certain safety for patients with breast cancer. Patients with ovarian cyst treated by gynecologic surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2013 to May 2017 were selected. Patients with ovarian endometriosis cysts confirmed by pathology after surgery were the observation group, patients with simple cysts were the control group. The parameters of two groups were compared: platelet count (PLT), plateletcrit (PCT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW), large platelet count (P-LCR), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), activated partial thrombin time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB), prothrombin international ratio (INR), plasma D-dimer and serum CA125. To evaluate the diagnostic value of platelet and coagulation parameters in ovarian endometriosis cysts. Results: Compared with the control group, PLT, PCT, CA125 were higher and PDW, APTT were lower in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Compared with the observation groupⅠ, Ⅱ, PLT, PCT and MPV were higher and PDW、P-LCR、APTT were lower in the observation group Ⅲ, Ⅳ, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was a positively correlated between CA125 and MPV，negative correlation between CA125 and PDW, P-LCR in the observation group. Lactobacilli are the most abundant bacteria in the vagina of healthy women, which play an important role in maintaining the micro ecological balance of vagina. Lactobacilli can firmly adhere to the epithelium of vaginal mucosa, play a role of space occupying protection, and secrete lactic acid, maintain the acidic environment of vagina, produce bacteriostatic substances such as H2O2, bacteriocin, biosurfactant, etc., cause beneficial immune response, so as to resist the infection of pathogenic microorganisms, which is an important microbial barrier of female lower genital tract. Human papillomavirus（HPV） infection is the direct cause of cervical cancer. As an adjacent organ of the cervix, the micro ecological environment of the vagina plays an important role. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad have found that the decrease of lactobacilli has a close relationship with the infection of HPV and the occurrence of cervical cancer. Lactobacillus can resist HPV infection and inhibit oncogenesis by producing various metabolites and activating immune function. Objective To build animal model of hyperhomocysteinemia （HHcy）， and to investigate the expression of TRB3 in adipose tissue and explore the effect of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway by TRB3．Methods Twenty mice were divided into the fasting control group （n = 10） and the fasting HHcy group （n = 10） . Normal food was fed in the fasting control group. Normal food and 1.5% （mass fraction） methionine were fed in the fasting HHcy group.After the mice in every group were fed for three months.Adipose tissue in two groups was The mRNA expressions of TRB3， Akt and glucose transporter 4 （GLUT4） were detected by reverse transcription PCR.The protein expression of TRB3，Akt ， p- Akt （473） and GLUT4 were measured by Western blot. Re s ults The mRNA expression of TRB3 in the fast HHcy group was increasedas compared with the control group. The mRNA expression of Akt and GLUT4 was decreased， however the result had no significant difference between two groups. Compared with the control group， the protein expression of TRB3 was increased and the protein expression of p- Akt （473） was reduced in the fast HHcy group. Whereas the protein expression of Akt and GLUT4 had no significant diffenence between two groups. Conclusion Homocysteine may incease the uptake and utilization of glucose in adipose tissue by inhibiting PI3K/Akt signaling pathway， which may be the results of inducing the expression of TRB3 and downregulating the protein expression of p- Akt （473） and GLUT4. Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic efficiency of the hystero-laparoscopy combined with RF catheter in those patients with tubal obstructive infertility. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed in 98 cases with tubal obstructive infertility, from January 2014 to February 2016, who treated with hystero-laparoscopy combined with RF catheter. The reason of tubal obstruction was analyzed. The accuracy of the uterus oviduct imaging and hysteroscopic tubal intubation was compared. The therapeutic efficiency, adverse reaction and the postoperative outcome of pregnancy were analyzed. Results: The reasons of tubal obstruction mainly included the lumen adhesion and peritubal adhesion. The accuracy in the uterus oviduct imaging was 54.5%, while it was 85.7% in the hysteroscopic tubal intubation. In those 89 patients with the intraoperative diagnosis, 64 patients received the treatment with RF catheter expansion, totally 94 tubal expansion. The total patency rate was 79.8% , the postoperative follow-up rate 80.6%, and the live birth rate 45.6%. Conclusions: The hystero-laparoscopic surgery combined with RF catheter can be used in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility due to its clearance of focus lesion, and the high postoperative tubal patency rate and pregnancy rate.
