随着人工智能的飞速发展，全球机器人市场在持续扩大，机器人的能力从执行固定的操作发展到自主感知、理解和决策。但要实现机器人的大规模应用，需要机器人在有限功耗的限制下，具备强大的计算能力和低廉的部署成本。利用边缘计算提供性价比更高的服务，增强机器人本体的计算能力，实现规模化部署是实现这一目标的关键。分析了实现边缘增强的机器人系统面临的挑战，提出了基于边缘计算的云原生机器人系统，并探讨了实现该系统的4种可行的技术方案。提出的系统是由基于机器人本体的智能系统向云-边-端融合的多机器人协同的智能系统发展的趋势，也是实现机器人大规模应用的关键技术。

Yongxin Gold Deposit is located in the southern part of Duobaoshan Cu-Mo-Au metallogenic belt. To understand the genesis of the deposit and provide exploration insights, a study was conducted on the rare earth elements, micro-elements, and isotopic composition of gold-bearing pyrite. The results indicate that the chemical composition of pyrite shows enrichment in light REEs and depletion in heavy REEs, with a right-sloping REE distribution pattern. The pyrite is enriched in high-field-strength elements such as U, Th, Zr, and Hf, and depleted in large-ion lithophile elements like Ba and Sr. Ratios such as w(Hf)/w(Sm), w(Nb)/w(La), and w(Th)/w(La) suggest that the ore-forming fluid contained more Cl than F. A negative Eu anomaly and the absence of a Ce anomaly indicate that the ore-forming fluid formed under reducing conditions. Ratios like w(Y)/w(Ho), w(Zr)/w(Hf), and w(Nb)/w(Ta) suggest that the mineralization process did not involve external hydrothermal fluids, nor did metasomatism occur, with the ore-forming fluid closely related to both mantle and crustal sources. The sulfur isotopic characteristics indicate that the ore-forming materials originated from deeper sources. Genetic indicators such as w(Co)/w(Ni) and w(Fe)/w(S＋As) suggest that the deposit is of a meso-epithermal volcanic hydrothermal origin. Based on the magmatic origin, tectonic setting, diagenesis-mineralization age, metallogenic process, geochemical characteristics, and the main features of representative gold deposits in the region, it is concluded that Yongxin Gold Deposit belongs to a porphyry metallogenic system, forming during the Early Cretaceous as a meso-epithermal, relatively Cl-rich, weakly reducing gold deposit. Objective To investigate the causal relationship of the intake of fiber-rich foods, grains, fruits and vegetables with frailty through two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis. Methods We obtained genome-wide association study (GWAS) data from the IEU database, including single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data from the European population without sample overlap. The selected instrumental variables satisfied three key assumptions, with grain, fruit, and vegetable intake considered as exposure factors and frailty as the outcome factor. The inverse variance weighted (IVW) method was used as the primary analysis method, complemented by MR-Egger, weighted median, simple mode, and weighted mode methods for result validation and accuracy assessment. Additionally, various sensitivity analysis methods were employed to detect heterogeneity and horizontal pleiotropy. Results A total of 31 SNPs for grain intake, 46 SNPs for fruit intake, and 13 SNPs for vegetable intake were extracted as instrumental variables for analysis. The IVW method indicated that grain intake (OR=0.756, 95%CI: 0.679-0.841, P<0.001) and fruit intake (OR=0.881, 95%CI: 0.777-0.999, P=0.048) were protective factors against the risk of frailty, while vegetable intake (OR=1.201, 95%CI: 0.960-1.501, P=0.109) showed no causal relationship with frailty risk. Sensitivity analyses confirmed the robustness of these results. Conclusion There is a negative causal relationship between grain and fruit intake and the risk of frailty, whereas vegetable intake does not have a causal relationship with frailty risk. Decisions related to life safety risk management under natural disasters such as earthquakes may have a significant impact on social and public safety. Therefore, the risk of engineering structure should be limited to a reasonable and acceptable level, so as to achieve the comprehensive best in terms of economic investment, use benefit and life safety protection. To answer the question “How safe is safe enough?”, the life quality index (LQI) is firstly determined according to basic national conditions and economic level of China in 2018, and establishes the LQI-based risk acceptance criteria. Secondly, the reliability of new masonry structures and strengthened masonry structures are analyzed, and the failure probability of masonry structures under earthquakes is calculated by Monte Carlo method. Finally, the seismic risk control decision-making method of masonry structures is established, and two examples are given to illustrate the optimal design scheme of new masonry structures and the optimal strengthened strategy of existing masonry structures. The results show that the requirements of the proposed method for the reliability index of the new masonry structure are basically consistent with the provisions of codes, and the acceptable failure probability of masonry structures subjected to earthquake is between 0.001 and 0.010. Objective To investigate the effect of NOD-like receptor family pyrin domain containing 3（NLRP3) knockdown on a mouse model of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) induced by high-fat high-carbohydrate (HFHC) diet. Methods A total of 44 mice were randomly divided into normal diet group (CON group) with 20 mice and HFHC group with 24 mice. At the end of week 14 of modeling，4 mice were randomly selected from the HFHC group for the pre-experiment of adeno-associated virus (AAV) by tail vein injection, and NLRP3 knockdown was verified after 4 weeks. After NLRP3 knockdown was verified at the end of week 18, the remaining 40 mice were given a single tail vein injection of AAV, and then they were divided into CON+NLRP3 knockdown negative control group (CON+NLRP3-NC group), CON+NLRP3 knockdown group (CON+NLRP3-KD group), HFHC+NLRP3- NC group, and HFHC+NLRP3-KD group, with 10 mice in each group. At the end of week 24, the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome was observed； related indicators were measured, including body weight, liver weight, liver index, and glucose metabolism (fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, and Homeostasis Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance [HOMA-IR] index)；the indicators of liver lipid content (liver triglyceride [TG] and oil red O staining), liver inflammation (serum alanine aminotransferase [ALT] activity, HE staining, and inflammation-related genes), and liver fibrosis (Sirius Red staining and fibrosis-related genes) were measured. A one-way analysis of variance was used for comparison of continuous data between multiple groups, and the least significant difference t-test was used for further comparison between two groups. Results Compared with the CON+NLRP3-NC group based on the results of Western Blot, the HFHC+NLRP3-NC group had significant increases in the protein expression levels of NLRP3, pro-Caspase1, Caspase1, ASC, and IL-1β, while the HFHC+NLRP3-KD group had significant reductions in these levels (all P<0.05). The HFHC+NLRP3-NC group showed varying degrees of increase in body weight, liver weight, liver index, and glucose metabolism indicators, while the HFHC+NLRP3-KD group showed significant improvements in these indicators (all P<0.05). As for hepatic fat deposition, compared with the CON+NLRP3-NC group, the HFHC+NLRP3-NC group had a significant increase in liver TG, with a large number of red lipid droplets shown by oil red O staining, and the HFHC+ NLRP3-KD group had significant reductions in liver TG and the number of lipid droplets in the liver (all P<0.01). In terms of liver inflammation, compared with the CON+NLRP3-NC group, the HFHC+NLRP3-NC group had significant increases in serum ALT, NAFLD activity score, and inflammation-related genes, while the HFHC+NLRP3-KD group had significant reductions in these indicators (all P<0.01). As for liver fibrosis, compared with the CON+NLRP3-NC group, the HFHC+NLRP3-NC group had significant increases in collagen fiber area and fibrosis-related genes, and the HFHC+NLRP3-KD group had significant reductions in fibrosis-related genes (all P<0.05) and a tendency of reduction in collagen fiber area (P>0.05). Objective To understand the attitude of public health physicians towards prescription rights, and to provide support and reference for further exploring the policy formulation and promotion of public health physicians' prescription rights. Methods By using the key person method and snowball method, an online cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted among public health doctors in all levels of disease prevention and control centsrs, hospitals, maternal and child health hospitals, grass-roots medical institutions, professional public health and other institutions in Sichuan Province. A total of 246 questionnaires about the current situation, cognition, influence, attitude, and suggestions of public health doctors on prescription rights were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. Results About 95% of the participants supported to give public health doctors the right of prescription, which was a sign of the identity of public health doctors", which could promote the integration of prevention and treatment, improve the efficiency and quality of the public health system, and improve the medical professional ability of public health doctors, so as to improve the quality and effect of public health. The lack of prescription power would reduce the medical professional recognition of public health physicians and the effectiveness of public health doctors in undertaking public health work. Most participants expressed their willingness to accept different forms of prescription rights. Conclusion The community of public health doctors has a high demand for prescription rights, and it is considered that the implementation of prescription rights of public health doctors is an important measure to improve the current situation of the separation of medical treatment and prevention of public health doctors and promote the high-quality development of public health doctors.
