- Abstract
Mountain sports tourism is very suitable for college students’ pursuit of health tourism. This paper takes university students in Yunnan province as an example, uses the questionnaire survey data, through the factor analysis method to analyze the main factors that affect the mountain sports tourism of university students. The results showed that the main influencing factors were the value of tourists, feasibility of tourism activities, influences of alternative destinations, tourists ’attitude, destination attraction and safety of tourists. Four enlightenments are obtained: strengthen destination construction and service quality, carry out mountain sports tourism publicity and strengthen information transmission, establish cooperation with the university to reduce the difficulty of activities, paying attention to professional knowledge and strengthening safety protection. - Abstract
Objective To study the effect of norathyriol on uric acid excretion indicators in hyperuricemic nephropathy (HN) rats induced by adenine and potassium oxazinate. Method Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, norathyriol 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 mg/kg group, positive control benzbromarone 12.5 mg/kg group, each group of 10, according to 20 mL/kg volume were given respectively adenine (0.1 g/kg) and potassium oxonate (1.5 g/kg) suspension after 1 hour, and according to 10 ml/kg volume were given the test drug was administered once a day for 28 days. The gain weight of the rats was monitored weekly, and the urine was collected for 24 hours in themetabolic cage at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after the administration. The urine volume, urine uric acid and urine creatinine were measured. At the end of the experiment, blood uric acid, serum creatinine and organ weight were measured. Uric acid excretion indicators were calculated: The fractional excretion of uric acid (FEUA), the amount of 24 h uric acid excretion (24 h UUA), creatinine clearance (CCr), uric acid clearance (Cur), glomerular load of uric acid (FLur), excretion of uric acid per volume of glomerular filtration (EurGF) and ratio of urinary uric acid to creatinine. Results Norathyriol groups significantly reduced the level of serum uric acid in rats with hyperuricemic nephropathy. After 7 days of administration of 2.0 mg/kg norathyriol, 24 h UUA significantly increased (P < 0.05). After 14 days and 28 days of administration of 2.0 mg/kg norathyriol, FEUA and Cur significantly increased (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion Norathyriol could affect FEUA and Cur, the sensitive indicators of uric acid excretion of rats with hyperuricemic nephropathy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xuezhikang capsules combined with statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. METHODS: PubMed, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang database and VIP database were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trial (RCT) of Xuezhikang capsules combined with statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia (the study group was given Xuezhikang capsules combined with statins, while the control group received statins). The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to Dec. 2020. Newcastle-Ottawa scale (NOS) was used to evaluate the quality of the literature. Parameters of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were extracted. RevMan5. 3 software was used for Meta-analysis, sensitivity analysis and publication bias detection. RESULTS: A total of 11 literature that met the criteria were included, with a total of 1 559 cases, including 782 cases in the study group and 777 cases in the control group. Adverse drug reactions were mentioned in 6 literature. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (OR =3. 60, 95% CI = 2. 56-5. 07, Z = 7. 33, P<0. 000 01, I² = 0%<50%), the levels of TC(MD = -0. 58, 95%CI = -0. 66--0. 50, Z =14. 23, P<0. 000 01, I2 = 49%<50%), TG(MD = -0. 24, 95%CI = -0. 28--0. 20, Z = 11. 39, P<0. 000 01, I² = 46%<50%) and LDL-C(MD = -0. 40, 95%CI = -0. 45--0. 35, Z = 14. 54, P <0. 000 01, I2 = 48%< 50%) and other indicators were significantly lower than those of the control group, the level of HDL-C was significantly higher than that of the control group (MD =0. 23, 95%CI =0. 20-0. 26, Z =16. 13, P<0. 000 01, I2 =44%< 50%), and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (OR =0. 41, 95%CI = 0. 19-0. 91, Z = 2. 19, P <0. 03, I² = 5%<50%), with statistically significant differences. CONCLUSIONS: Xuezhikang capsules combined with statins in the treatment of hyperlipidemia has better comprehensive efficacy and lower incidence of adverse drug reactions than statins alone, and its effects in reducing TG, TC, LDL-C and increasing HDL-C are significantly better than that of statins alone. - Abstract
Acting as a distributed field science and technology infrastructure, the field station network of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) has evolved to be an important scientific and technological infrastructure with comparative advantage in China. Especially, the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) leads the construction and development of the national ecosystem station network. The top-level design and overall layout have been paid more attention in the construction of the field scientific observation and research network of CAS during the 14th Five-Year Plan, and the orientation and objectives of the field station network is highlighted further. The main tasks include improving the quality of observation data continuously to enhance the capability of data services and data sharing; emphasizing the construction of key scientific infrastructure in field stations and promoting the approval of Chinese Terrestrial Ecosystem Observation and Experiment Network (Kun-Mai Project) which both are benefit to improve the equipment level and enhance the core competitiveness of the field station network; strengthening the informatization construction of the field station to enhance operational support capabilities and improve the scientific research environment; deepening the scientific research for discipline frontiers and national scientific needs to embody the value of the field station network; building and expanding the specific observation networks; and emphasizing the international exchange and cooperation. Objective: To prepare monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against Aspergillus galactomannan (GM) and establish a rapid and accurate double-antibody sandwich ELISA for Aspergillus detection and for possible application in the diagnosis of invasive aspergillosis (IA). Methods: BALB/c mice were immunized with extracted GM from Aspergillus. MAbs against GM were screened and prepared. Indirect ELISA and Western Blot were used to evaluate the obtained mAbs. Then, a double-antibody sandwich ELISA for Aspergillus detection was established and preliminarily applied to detect Aspergillus infection using sera from patients. Results: Five strains of anti-GM monoclonal antibodies were obtained, all of which could specifically recognize the GM of Aspergillus. In this study, based on the best-performing mAb pairs of 3C9 and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated 3C9, a double-antibody sandwich ELISA was established. Through preliminary evaluation, it was confirmed that this method could be applied to the clinical serum detection of IA. Compared with the existing commercial kits, this method could more effectively distinguish the negative and positive sera of Aspergillus infection with a much lower background. Conclusions: Specific mAbs against Aspergillus GM were obtained in this study and a double-antibody sandwich ELISA for Aspergillus detection was established, which has the potential for translation and could provide support for IA diagnosis. [Objective] The present paper aimed to investigate the effect of biocontrol agents with dazomet on soil microbial community structure and basic physicochemical properties in order to pave a way for good management in Panax notoginseng cultivation. [Method] A randomized group experiment was designed with edaphic condition (fumigation) and treatment (biocontrol agents) as the two treatment factors. The basic physicochemical properties of the soil were detected and the effect of different treatment factors on the structure of the soil microbial community was analyzed using high throughput sequencing techniques to determine the association between the main physicochemical properties of the soil and the bacterial community. [Result] Soil fumigation increased the abundance of the Proteobacteria, Actinobacteriota and Bacteroidota in the bacterial community, at the same time reduced the abundance of the Gemmatimonadota and Acidobacteriota. The Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were the dominant fungal phylum with the highest abundance in all treatment groups. The soil pH after fumigation significantly decreased compared to that of non-fumigated soil. The bacterial alpha diversity index increased more significantly in the non-fumigated soil added biocontrol agents group, whereas the addition of biofungicide after fumigation reduced fungal alpha diversity. The pH and available nitrogen levels were significantly lower in fumigated sites than in non-fumigated sites under the same treatments, while the addition of biofumigants reduced soil available phosphorus and potassium under the same soil conditions. The pH and available nitrogen levels were significantly lower in fumigated sites than in non-fumigated sites under the same treatments, while the addition of biofumigants reduced soil available phosphorus and potassium under the same soil conditions. Available nitrogen and pH contributed to the strongest correlation with microbial community structure. The addition of biocontrol agents effectively reduced the abundance of Fusarium, Cylindrocarpon, Altemaria and Plectosphaerella and increased the abundance of beneficial genera such as Pseudomonas, Lysobacter and Burkholderia. The addition of biocontrol agents under the same soil conditions significantly reduced the abundance of Moritierella, Fuarium, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Cladosporium which were dominant genera in the fumigated sites. [Conclusion] Non-fumigated land applying biocontrol agents could improve soil acidification during P. notoginseng cultivation. The effect of the biocontrol agents on the alteration of microbial diversity was inconsistent under different soil conditions. Overall, the application of biocontrol agents could improve the microbial community structure of the soil in P. notoginseng cultivation sites and provide an effective method for the prevention and control of P. notoginseng root rot. 目的 探讨支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰治疗重症监护病房(ICU)重症肺部感染患者的护理干预。方法 选取 2016 年 5 月至 2018 年 4 月在该院 ICU 住院期间应用支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰治疗的 112 例重症肺部感染患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,各 56 例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予强化护理。比较 2 组并发症发生情况和患者及家属对护理工作满意度。结果 观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,患者及家属对护理工作满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰治疗的 ICU 重症肺部感染患者给予强化护理,可降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 观察颅脑外伤并发脑积水行脑室-腹腔分流术患者实施临床护理路径(CNP)的效果。 方法 选取2016年4月至2018年4月该院收治的颅脑外伤并发脑积水行脑室-腹腔分流术患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规护理组和CNP计划实施组,每组45例。常规护理组患者行常规护理方法,CNP计划实施组在常规护理的基础上施行CNP。比较2组患者的术后24 h格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分、术后72 h内并发症发生率及家属对该疾病相关知识知晓率、对护理工作满意度等内容。 结果 常规护理组患者家属对该疾病相关知识知晓率、对护理工作满意度明显低于CNP计划实施组,CNP计划实施组患者的术后GCS评分明显高于常规护理组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对颅脑外伤并发脑积水行脑室-腹腔分流术患者实施CNP护理措施,可以减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者家属对疾病相关知识知晓度和对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

13. 羌活根际土壤微生物群落结构特征及其对次生代谢产物的影响.

- Abstract
[Objective] To scientifically evaluate the health status of the soil ecosystem in the main production areas of N. incisum, and reveal the interaction relationship between soil microorganisms and N. incisum. [Method] Taking the rhizosphere soil of N. incisum as the research object, high-throughput sequencing technology and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) were used to determine the composition of soil microbial community structure and the content of secondary metabolites of N. incisum. Furthermore, redundancy analysis and correlation analysis methods were used to study the impact of rhizosphere soil microbiota on secondary metabolites of N. incisum. [Result] The results showed that the dominant bacterial at the phylum level were Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria and Bacteroidetes, and the Ascomycota, Basidiomycota and Glomeromycota were identified as the dominant phyla of fungi. At the genus level, the dominant genera of soil bacteria were Vicinamibacter, Terrimonas and nitrospira, which accounted for 0.80%-9.11%, 0.66%-7.72% and 1.18%-4.462%, respectively. For fungi, the dominant genera were Mortierella, Tetracladium and Kotlabaca, which accounting for 0.01%-14.19%, 0.18%-14.32% and 0.01%-24.96%, respectively. Redundancy analysis showed that the microbial community structure of the rhizosphere soil of N. incisum was mainly affected by soil pH and nutrient content. Colletotrichum and Botryichum showed significant negative correlation with pH(P<0.05), while Bradyrhizobium also showed significant negative correlation with organic matter(P<0.05). Candidatus_ Udaeobate, Scutellospora and Enterocarpus were significantly positively correlated with available phosphorus and available nitrogen(P<0.05).The notopterol content were significantly negatively correlated with Chaetomium, Inocybe and Melanophyllum(P<0.05), respectively, while isoimperatorin content was significantly positively correlated with Chaetomium and Humicola(P<0.05), respectively. [Conclusion] The results of this study can provide data support for scientific assessment of soil ecosystem characteristics and microbial-N. incisum interactions in the main N. incisum production area. The experiment was to study growth characteristics and overall nutritional quality of 10 Triticale wittmack varieties (lines). The study used grey relational analysis to evaluate the Triticale wittmack comprehensively. The results showed that growth period of 10 Triticale wittmack varieties (lines) on 118~148 d. The yield of fresh and hay of Triticale wittmack were 20.00~27.55 t/hm2, 11.14~16.55 t/hm2, respectively. T-138 had the highest yield of fresh and hay, and T-133 had the highest yield of protein. Dry and fresh grass yield was positively correlated with tiller number and branch number (P<0.01). Protein yield was negatively correlated with grain number per spike (P<0.01). Neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were significantly negatively correlated with fresh-dry ratio (P<0.05). The study indicates that T-133 and T-138 Triticale wittmack varieties (lines) have good comprehensive, show better adaptability in experiment area, which can be used as local high-quality forage for development. - Abstract
Objective To investigate effect of conducting training of autism spectrum disorder(ASD) early screening skill on improving the ability to early identify ASD of medical staffs in primary care hospitals. Methods In September 2021, the training of ASD early screening skills was carried out for medical staffs from 20 primary care hospitals in Chengdu. After training, the training effect was evaluated. The numbers of referrals from primary care hospitals to superior hospitals, confirmed ASD as well as their average diagnostic age of children with ASD before and after training were used as evaluation indicators. Results After training, the number of children with suspected ASD referred by primary care hospitals was more than that before training[(16. 65±11. 60) vs. (3. 40±2. 23), t=5. 431, P<0. 01], the number of children diagnosed with ASD was more than that before training[(6. 85±4. 93) vs. (2. 45±1. 67), t=4. 171, P<0. 01], and the differences were statistically significant. As for the diagnosed age of ASD children, after training, the average age was lower than that before training[(34. 95±11. 67) vs. (42. 2±14. 64), t=-2. 553, P=0. 019] . 16. 冠心病患者血浆纤维蛋白原、血栓前体蛋白水平与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性

- Abstract
Objective By investigating the plasma fibrinogen (Fg) and thrombus precursor protein (TpP) levels in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart diseases,combined with the coronary angiography results,find out whether there is a correlation of plasma Fg and TpP levels with the degree of coronary lesions. Methods One hundred and sixty-three patients in the department of cardiology of our hospital were recruited and divided into four groups randomly: acute myocardial infarction group (AMI group,58 cases),unstable angina group (UA group, 40 cases),stable angina group (SA groups, 30 cases) and normal control group (35 cases) . Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to detect the plasma Fg and TpP levels,all patients were detected by coronary angiography and the involved vessels and stenosis degree (Gensini score) were recorded. The correlation between Fg and TpP levels and the degree of coronary artery lesions were analyzed by Person or Sperman correlation analysis. Results The plasma Fg and TpP levels in CHD patients were much higher than those in normal group ( < 0.05) . The plasma Fg level increased with the increasing involved artery vessels, while the TpP level didn't have the same change. Gensini scores also increased with the increasing involved artery vessels. The plasma Fg level was positively correlated with the number of involved coronary artery vesssels,while the plasma TpP level didn't. The plasma Fg and TpP levels were all positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis.Conclusion The plasma Fg and TpP levels in patients with CHD were significantly higher. Plasma Fg level was positively correlated with the degree of coronary lesions and stenosis,while the plasma TpP level was positively correlated with the degree of coronary stenosis,showed no correlation with the number of involved coronary branches. The archives resources of field stations of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) are important basic scientific and technological resources of the country. In the new era, China has put forward new requirements for the work of scientific research archives. The open sharing and network construction of field stations pose new challenges to the archives management of field stations. In order to deal with the new problems of field station archives management, based on the investigation of the data, documents, and archives management of 137 field stations and 50 supporting affiliations of CAS, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of field station archives management, and explores the suggestions for improvement. This paper has certain practical and guiding significance for improving the archives management level of CAS field stations, enriching the content of scientific research archives, and building a basic science and technology resource system. 目的了解上海市非传染病专科医院医务人员的传染病突发事件应对能力现滚、救援意愿、经历和培训需 求, 为后续提升我国专科医务人员传染病突发事件应对水平, 完善相应的措施, 有效应对疫情的发展提供参考依 据。方法2021年4月, 采用便利抽样法, 对上海市6所三级甲等专科医院共计453名医务人员进行问卷调查。结 果上海市非传染病专科医院医务人员传染病突发事件应对能力的得分为(122.61 ±21.97)分, 处于中等偏下水平。 医务人员愿意/非常愿意参与传染病突发事件应急救援的比例为84.11%,但参与过应急救援的比例仅为4.42%。 传染病突发事件培训内容需求最大的是"应急预案及演练"(92.27%),培训形式需求最大的是"情境模拟训练" (92.72%)。结论上海市非传染病专科医院医务人员传染病靈发事件应急救援参加意愿较高, 但应对能力偏弱且 鲜有机会参与应急救援。建议专科医院根据自身需求定期严格落实传染病相关培训, 确保其在面对■传染病大流行 时更加合理地分层使用能力. 19. 高压微射流压力对大豆蛋白-大豆多糖体系功能性质的影响.

- Abstract
Soy protein isolate (SPI) is an important highly purified commercial soy protein product, and has been widely used in food manufacturing owing to its good nutrition and abundant availability. However, application of SPI is still restricted due to its poor solubility and interfacial properties. Dynamic high-pressure microfluidization (DHPM) is an emerging physical technology widely used to modify the functional properties and structure of protein. It is an available method using the combined forces of high-velocity impact, high-frequency vibration, instantaneous pressure drop, powerful shear, cavitation force and ultra-high pressures. In recent years, DHPM has been successfully used for improving the functional properties of whey protein, rice protein, SPI, as well as used to increase the enzymatic hydrolysis of soy isolated protein and the emulsifying properties of hydrolysates, and improve the extraction yield of polyphenols and polysaccharides from plant materials. Our previous research indicated that DHPM treatment at 20-160 MPa could significantly change the solubility, foaming and emulsifying properties, and decrease the average particle size of SPI. Moreover, DHPM could promote the glycation reaction between bovine serum albumin and glucose. In addition, it was found that high pressure homogenization could improve the foam overrun of soy protein isolate – hydroxypropyl methyl celluloses dispersed systems and potentially create new functional aggregates. Soybean soluble polysaccharides (SSPS) could bind with protein via electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions, and stabilize the protein-polysaccharide complexes in aqueous solution. Therefore, for improving functional properties of SPI, the influence of DHPM in various pressures on the functional properties of SPI in the presence of SSPS, namely SPI-SSPS system, was investigated in this work. The SPI-SSPS was processed at 0, 60, 100, 140 and 180 MPa of DHPM treatment, respectively. The foaming and emulsifying properties, as well as solubility, particle size distribution and surface hydrophobicity of SPI-SSPS were detected to evaluate the influence. The results indicated that DHPM treatment improved the solubility and foaming properties of SPI, and the presence of SSPS greatly strengthened these effects (P<0.05). Samples subjected to 100 and 60 MPa treatments showed the best foaming ability and foaming stability, which were 1.2 and 2.4 folds of that from untreated sample, respectively. DHPM treatment at 140 MPa yielded the highest solubility, which was 1.8 folds of that from control. However, DHPM processing significantly decreased emulsifying properties, particle size distribution and surface hydrophobicity of SPI-SSPS (P<0.05). With DHPM pressure increasing, average particle size and surface hydrophobicity of SPI-SSPS gradually declined. Moreover, the smallest average particle size and the lowest fluorescence intensity were obtained at 180 MPa treatment. In some way, the reduced surface hydrophobicity could be used to explain the increased foaming properties and the decreased emulsifying properties. To show good foaming, the protein must be capable of migrating at the air-water interface, unfolding and rearranging at the interface. With surface hydrophobicity decreasing, more hydrophilic groups were unmasked, causing that the protein was kept better touching with water molecule and developed to strong film at the air-water interface. For emulsifying properties, surface hydrophobicity was able to influence the ability of the protein to be adsorbed to the oil side of the oil-water interface. Lower hydrophobicity of the protein led to weaker adsorption with consequent worse emulsion capacities. However, in this work, the surface hydrophobicity was not highly correlated with the emulsifying or forming properties as suggested by the different changing trends of them under the varying pressure of DHPM. It indicated that surface hydrophobicity may not be the only factor that causes the changes in the emulsifying or forming properties. Above findings suggest that DHPM processing combined with SSPS is a potential alternative to modify certain functional properties including solubility and foaming properties of SPI to extend its application in food industry. The results in this study can give the reference for the functional modification of SPI. However, further research is needed to elucidate the detailed mechanism of DHPM processing on the interfacial properties of SPI-SSPS, as well as the interaction between SPI and SSPS.
